It’s really easy. Perrin’s First Law of Terrorism: Terror suspects are ALWAYS known to authorities in advance. Always.
For example: The London Tube Bombing Case: Arrestee No. 1, an 18-year-old “refugee” and foster “child,” was arrested (and released) at the same train station only two weeks ago.
The first suspect is from Iraq, the second from Syria.
The process goes something like this, overall: Western nation invades or meddles in foreign country. Foreigners are angered by this. Western nation foolishly allows mass migration of angry foreigners into Western nation. Western nation puts up displaced angry (fighting-age male) foreigners in foster homes. Displaced angry fighting-age male foreigner fosterlings bomb local subway train. Repeat process until Western nation is dead.
Meddling there + importing here = suicide.
Always.

A woman was reportedly severely burned in an explosion at Parsons Green underground station in west London that is being treated as a terrorist incident.
BBC presenter Sophie Raworth, who was on the packed commuter train heading into central London said she saw a woman taken to ambulance with burns “from top to toe”.
Witnesses described a loud bang, followed by flames and a “fireball” that erupted in the District Line Tube carriage at about 8.20am today.
The packed commuter train also had many children on board, travelling to school.
Several passengers were injured in the explosion, and witnesses said there were scenes of panic as people struggled to escape the carriage, “collapsing and pushing” each other.
Images of the aftermath of the incident appear to show a bucket with wires trailing from it smouldering inside the carriage, near doors.
Before we get to my Terrorism Template in use, word comes that the suspect has been identified from CCTV footage. He is already known to authorities somewhere because Perrin’s First Law of Terrorism.
Other than the use of a primarily incendiary bomb, this story unfolded like most. What caught my eye this time comes from deeper down in the Template, the reactionary part after the main event is over. Note:
In [Other Country A (probably America or Great Britain)] [Idiot President or Prime Minister X] declared, “[stupid quote]”. [Insert additional stupid quote if politician X calls for bombing or other military action in unrelated county B – also insert podium pounding picture of serious looking idiot or map of country B]. The shocked attention of the world is now turned towards the people of [city].
Today, “Other Country A” is indeed America. Here, this morning “Politician X” Trump did call for action in or against unrelated countries. In fairness, Trump first decried the actual attack and offered sympathy and assistance to Great Britain. Then he said it was time to “get nasty” and touted his immigration ban affecting six Muslim countries.
This is a stretch, and barely fits, in that the ban is not necessarily military action. And it is related to defense in the wider war on the West. But it usually comes conjoined with additional actions in already failed missions – Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc.
The burning bucket. Evening Express.
This and more I briefly covered in today’s commentary for Prepper News Weekly:
Catalan police have just confirmed that – as well as the four suspects shot dead, and a fifth who was wounded and arrested – six bystanders and one police officer were injured during the operation in Cambrils.
Two are seriously injured. The officer was slightly hurt.
It’s not clear how they were injured.
All terrorists and suspects were previously known to authorities somewhere, because Perrin’s First Law.
It really started at the borders. Daily Mail.
PS: Wolf Blitzer is an embarrassment even to fake news.
Who knew the Spanish had a statue of Robert E. Lee? It has to come down. Now!
No… This is, in all likelihood, ISIS or Independence Separatists. 13 are reported dead, many injured, and some held hostage.
Update 3: According to El Mundo the number of dead increased to 13. Additionally, as the Telegraph adds, Police stationed at the cordon a block away from Plaza Catalunya, on Passeig de Gracia, say they have no information what is happening inside. Confused tourists, shoppers and business owners gathered at its edges, awaiting some word or direction as to what to do.
The Catalan police say they are treating the crash as a suspected terrorist attack but cannot yet confirm the motive. According to media reports, the attack vehicle was a rented van. That would suggest, if this is confirmed as a terrorist attack, that terrorists are imitating the perpetrators of the London Bridge attack, where a rented van was also used.
Sky News reports that police are now looking for a second van that may have been involved in the attack.

Update 2: Daksha Dixit, a 28 year old tourist visiting from Mumbai with family, told the Telegraph they had been on a tourist bus which had just dropped them off one block from Plaza Cataluña when they heard the news. “We got off and people were panicking, no one knew what was going on. There was panic everywhere.” The family arrived just yesterday for a one week trip and their hotel is on the Ramblas inside the cordon. They were unclear as to what exactly was unfolding, with Miss Dixit adding: “I don’t know what to do”.

Update 1: According to Reuters, two armed men have holed up inside a Turkish restaurant after the crash and have taken hostages, while El Periodico tweets that there was an active shootout in the area, in what the Barclona police now say is considered a “terrorist attack.”
Australia was terrifyingly close to witnessing the nation’s worst ever terror atrocity, with hundreds of people blown out of the sky on a routine Saturday flight to the Middle East, it emerged today.
If the alleged ISIS-led plot had been successful, the Etihad jet would have been downed by a bomb unwittingly carried on board by one of the suspect’s brothers.
With full details of the plot yet to emerge – and others shrouded in secrecy for legal reasons – the Australian public have only been fed titbits of information this week.
But at a press conference this morning, an hour before two of the suspected ringleaders appeared in court, the chilling allegations were laid out to a shocked media.
In essence, a bomb was allegedly carried into Sydney Airport on July 15 to be detonated aboard flight EY451. It never made it aboard. Hundreds of lives were spared.
But once these details had been digested, one terrifying question lingered: How did nobody in Australia know about a plot that had been ordered in Syria and involved parts being sent from Turkey to Sydney in international air cargo?
AAIP / Daily Mail.
They knew. Someone knew, British or American intel at the least. Remember Perrin’s First Law: the suspects are always known in advance.
Look around and you’ll start to notice more and more of these stories, perhaps even involving you. Doubtless you did not ask for it, but it’s here nonetheless.
Perrin’s 1st Law of Terrorism: Terrorists are always known in advance by authorities. Always.
I’ve been saying that over and over for a while (because it’s true); now it’s mine. Thank you.
Second, the how or why of being known may vary. It’s usually because the actor has been investigated or arrested by the police, either in the jurisdiction of the attack or elsewhere, for prior terror activities. Sometimes, maybe more times than one would assume, it’s because the Jihadist(s) have worked for or are working with the government itself.
This is nothing new. Guess who Osama Bin Laden worked for prior to becoming the FBI’s number one most wanted man on Earth. Yeah. Informants, assets, freelancers, contractors, freedom fighters, resistance, spies – many types of relationship are possible. For further example, see whatever the U.S. is doing in Syria right now.
This pattern works in other places too. Places like England. It now seems that Salman Abedi (Manchester Ariana Grande concert Aloha Snackbar-er) and MI5 (British Domestic Intelligence) had such a relationship. Kurt Nimmo explores that:
On this episode of The Geopolitical Report, we uncover Salman Abedi’s, the Manchester suicide bomber, link to British intelligence. MI5 explains that it missed warnings on Abedi despite one sent by the FBI. This is part of a larger pattern. Since the 1990s, the British government has given jihadi terrorists a free hand to preach hate and murder while they worked simultaneously with British secret services. Leading imams Anjem Choudary, Omar Bakri, Abu Hamza al-Masri, and others have cooperated with the government. Intelligence agencies from Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands have repeatedly warned British authorities about the terror plans of these dangerous individuals, and yet they were allowed to continue their work.
Nimmo speculates on the reason behind this; I won’t, here, allowing his theory to stand in for one of mine.
Consider this the next time you’re forced to contemplate Perrin’s 1st Law of Terrorism (soon). It kind of blows a big, gaping, Aloha Snackbar-style crater in that whole “tha govmint gon’ protect you” BS.

A blank-faced “Canadian” man shouted some variant of “Aloha Snackbar” as he stabbed a police officer in the neck. The incident took place today at the Flint International Airport.
A Canadian man yelling ‘Allahu Akbar’ repeatedly stabbed the officer including in the neck at the airport on Wednesday morning, witnesses told NBC News.
The saying means ‘God is great’ in Arabic, and is often shouted by Islamic terrorists before attacks or suicide bombings.
The police officer involved in the incident has been identified as Lieutenant Jeff Neville, who is retired from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Robert Pickell told WJRT that Neville was an ‘amazing deputy’. He has reportedly worked as an officer at the airport since 2001.
Neville was at his post at the top of a set of escalators at the airport Wednesday morning when he was attacked from behind with a knife similar to a Bowie knife, WJRT reports.
This stabbing, like so many others, was a display of love and peace and of the great value of tolerance and diversity. We are all a little better, a little safer because of it.
Local Muslim leaders, SJW activists, and slithering politicians expressed outrage; they fear backlash against knife-wielding terrorists, international welfare “refugee” programs, and yummy halal eateries in the future. They think the reprisal may start after the next terror attack, which is scheduled for tomorrow.
The terrorist was detained instead of shot dead. Word is he plans to run a conversion seminar for other inmates while in prison. We do not, yet, know his identity other than his purported nationality. Rest assured the police, either in Michigan, with the Feds, or in Canada or somewhere else, know him. ALWAYS.
