I like Charlotte. As far as big cities go it’s one of the best. Great cigar shops. Rocking chairs in the big commercial airport. I went to my first NRA convention there.

Yet, for two nights in a row now, the Queen City has become the epicenter of the collapse of old America. Some random thoughts:

  • I wasn’t there but shooting Keith Scott just because he had a gun is BS. Again, I wasn’t there. Neither were you.
  • Where did the book come from? Was it Nine Millimeter by Hi Point?
  • The cops confronted Scott while trying to serve a warrant on someone else. That is how the justice system operates or used to. Is this something people in Charlotte want discontinued?
  • Scott, a black man, was shot by an officer, also a black man. Why am I, as a result, a “f*cking devil“? That’s not going to win any sympathy. I know you’re upset, bub, but take your racism and go to hell. Seriously.
  • There’s a collection of black preachers in Charlotte called “THUG”.
  • THUG immediately called for a boycott of white business – because a black man shot a black man. Priorities.
  • Boycott really means loot and burn.
  • This sh*t is starting to get really old.
  • This is and is not a racial problem. I see a lot of white faces among the rioters.
  • All this must please ISIS to no end. Don’t forget about them. They like a diversion.
  • Where is Hussein Obama?
  • Tearing up hotels, apartments, interstate, police cars, buses, shops, and WalMart stores is one thing. If you really want a race war, loot the NASCAR hall of fame.
  • I would avoid Charlotte until the National Guard is retracted.
  • I would avoid any major city center right now.
  • Unless Scott used his “book” in a threatening manner, unprovoked, he should not have been shot. People who need to be shot include:
  • People blocking interstates;
  • People burning trucks;
  • People looting Walmart;
  • People looting halls of fame;
  • People attacking reporters;
  • People attacking houses;
  • People committing arson;
  • People who shoot others without provocation.
  • Shoot just a few of them and the rest will go home.

Who needs zombie movies? News Observer.

If this is the new normal in America, then we really don’t need ISIS. Arm up and avoid the cities. This is starting to make me ill.

Uber Troubles

America, crime, robots, savages, society, Uber

The Uber-bots are already on the streets in some cities. In five years or less all their cars will be driverless, as will taxis, limos, long-haul trucks and many delivery vans. Trains, ships and planes will follow shortly. In ten years self-driving will be the norm. They may become exclusive or even mandatory in twenty.

Except for me. I’ll be speeding around your little computer, BlueTooth, Pokemon, safety bubbles Demolition Man style. Robots cars, robot lawn mowers, robot vacuum cleaners, robot WalMart carts, robot refrigerators, robot robots. No thanks. I saw The Terminator.

Market Watch is worried – not about the cars, but about the 4.1 million jobs that will soon be lost. Read this quote:

“There will be delays, setbacks, and gruesome accidents. Some people will call for putting an end to this. And others will refuse to get into those cars. But this is happening.” – Wolf Richter

“There will be … gruesome accidents.” That’s enough for me. I’m one with the refusing party. The last human Uber driver might thank us.

mw-ew037_uber_20160915145400_zh

Uber-bot prepares for a gruesome “accident”. Market Watch.

Of course, robots won’t try to rape your teenage daughter as did one sub-human Uber driver in Minnesota. At least not yet; Google may be working on that. As is, Dahir Aden did try to rape a young woman passenger. Only her quick thinking and a fast police response saved her. (Someone please buy her a pistol for Christmas.)

I notice that WCCO, CBS failed to post a mug shoot of Aden. Hmmm. One would think the public would like to know what he looks like for future avoidance purposes. In case you have a daughter (just a quickie). Or, if you go to an office party or a night club (Allah Akbar!). Here he is:

Fox 9, a more honest station. (If Obama had a 10,001st “refugee”…).

Is this really what we’ve come to? A choice between rapefugee savages and killer droids?

Big trucks and big guns, folks. Get ’em while you can.

I remember when Wal-Mart was an American discount store and a damn good one. Starkville had one of the first stores outside of Arkansas so my recollection of the former retailer goes back further than most.

Today nothing short of a pure emergency will drive me into that toxic freak show of hollow consumerism.

This isn’t a eulogy nor a hit piece on “what the hell happened to Wal-Mart” per se. There isn’t time for that. That’s all in the past and Wal-Mart is looking to the future. They’re planning robotic drone shopping carts.

The fat scooters were enough. Too much. And they didn’t stay confined to Wally World for long. Two years ago I was devastated to learn those accursed contraptions had made it into the National. You probably read about my pro-shop screaming fit in Golf Digest. It was Sunday before the ordained time for the sale of beer and it was a little too much for me.

This will be much worse. Robots hate us just for being us. It won’t be long before People of Walmart pictures are called for as evidence in the murders these mechanical monsters shall surely commit.

nimbus-image-1473851227007

The interim will be the worst of all. All those Pokemon chasing, slovenly zombies calling up drones while slurping off 96 oz. Jumbo Slurpees. The robots buzzing around – running over children and old ladies. One will need an automatic shotgun on a tactical sling to make it down any given aisle.

This also represents the absolute demise of the American slob, Wal-Martian Americanus. Pushing the carts was the last form of exercise they had.

At least we’ve been warned.

What Does My Zip Code Have To Do With New Sneakers? The Tale Of Academy Sports And Outdoors

I love Academy Sports. They offer a huge selection in an attractive setting at terrific prices. No, they don’t carry the extensive quality selection of Cabelas or REI (or the prices) but, for most items, they are an excellent source. So, why do I hate shopping there?

academy-sports_logo_3280_0

Starkville (MS) Daily News.

All the running, jogging and trudging I’ve been doing has worn out my old New Balance trail runners a little early. Thus, today, I headed to the local Academy.

I found exactly what I wanted. They even had color selections that didn’t look like something a clown on meth would wear. The shoes were even on sale. All around, I was as happy as could be.

However, when I headed to the register to check out I got a pit in my stomach. I knew something unpleasant was coming. I’d been there before.

As soon as I stepped up the young lady behind the counter said, “Would you like to enter your zip code?” She pointed at a little key pad as she spoke.

I replied, “I would not.”

Sacrilege! I broke the holy line of invasive consumer questions! This prompted her to ask me more questions. She was a little incredulous at this point. Had she stumbled across someone who didn’t want to share personal information with strangers and a large corporation? Yes, yes she had.

I know most people readily spit out whatever information is requested in these situations. I’ve watched them. There is a definite herd mentality at work in the American collective psyche.

o

Lemmings prepare to bow to their corporatist masters. Yelp.

Not me. I don’t participate. Why would I? I know where the store is. I know they have good prices. What else could they offer me other than junk mail? Entry into some database somewhere? Katy, TX is not so far removed, digitally, from Washington. No thank you.

Other stores do this too. And, at every one, the masses simply can’t wait to divulge whatever information is requested. Name? Okay! Phone number? Sure. Email? You betcha. Social Security number, children’s names, and bank routing numbers? Sure, okay, whatever…

My daughter’s favorite kids/teens store does it. The hardware store does it. The grocery store does it. Apple stores are the absolute worst. they want everything from you. And if you don’t give it to them, they won’t sell to you. Amazing.

I know I’m not the only one to resist. The lady at Academy proceeded to tell me I could press the cancel button on the little machine. She said, “Just hit it!” I said, “I hit kind of hard. Might break it.” She pressed the button for me. I gave her money. Real (debased) American money – straight from the Federal Reserve funny money printer. Isn’t that the point of commerce. I get shoes. They get cash. I also probably landed on a watch list.

Maybe we need a law. There oughta be a law! A federal law to compel curmudgeonly, free-thinking anarchists like me to comply. They could sell it as a safety measure for the kids. Terrorists buy sneakers top, you know.

Or, the stores could leave us alone and be happy to be in business.

Every time this happens I contemplate never visiting Academy again. I’ll be back though. I don’t shop much but I do love that store. I assume they will keep asking. I’ll keep refusing.

The answer is: nobody needs my personal information to sell me shoes.

They’re great shoes too. I gotta run*…

*Get it? Run…. News sneakers. And I’m going to ru…. Meh….

Come Out of the Churches, Thou Unclean Spirits

America, Catholic Church, Christians, culture, demons, evil, freedom, God, government, Jesus Christ, Satan, society, The People, The West

This title is a re-working of the command given one or two demons afflicting men of the Gergesenes. See: Matthew 8:28-34, Mark 5:1-17 (KJV). Previously the demons forced the men into violent isolation, making them a general nuisance and a menace. Jesus commanded their departure and they left.

I have no such innate power. Yet I see abundant evil – either demonic or of collectively self-inflicted free will – in much of modern life and society. I write about it frequently here and, now, in a few other forums.

demonpossession

TV Tropes.

Often I describe various phenomena as Hellish, Satanic, and demonic. These labels I truly mean and not just as attention getters. Manifestation of evil is everywhere: almost every action of every government; promiscuity of all sorts; debased, low “culture” in music, sports, and entertainment; pagan rituals; outright witchcraft; Satanic invocations at government meetings; reliance (dependence) on the enemies of Christ in life, civic, financial and educational; sloth as far as the eye can see (or stand to look). Worst of all is the false theology espoused by so many in the West – the replacement of God with the state and self-serving cotton-candy irreligious nonsense.

My friends in the Alt-Right describe this fake Christianity as “Churchianity”. It is the belief that by attending some rock and roll church and hearing sermons devoid of meaning that souls are somehow able to lead good, egalitarian lives. It is crippling the West, the very heart of Christendom. Once it shows signs of weakness the forces of evil pounce on it all the harder. It is weakened again and again. To the point of worse than worthlessness – it in fact becomes part of the evil itself.

As positive instruction it is noted that this has all happened before, even in the time of Christ and the Apostles. Jason Charles and Rev. Chuck Baldwin each wrote recently of the demise of so many churches in America, succumbing to the new theology of cultural Marxism (that really is nothing new).

Wrote Charles:

The Apostle Paul in Galatians 5:12 wished castration upon the doctrine perverting Judaized preachers of his day.

“I would they were even cut off which trouble you” Galatians 5:12 (KJV)
“As for those agitators, I wish they would go the whole way and emasculate themselves!” Galatians 5:12 (NIV)

Neuter: A general term used to describe the castration of a male animal.

Can you imagine? An Apostle of Jesus Christ using this phraseology at all? But he did when addressing the usurping teachers that came in among the congregations of churches that he planted, especially in the Church of Galatia. To get the whole back-story read through Acts Chapter 5, and also read the entire book of Galatians. You will quickly realize he is talking about the Judaizers.

The reason why the Apostle Paul was vehemently opposed to these Judaizers was because in an ultimate sense, it was false doctrine that taught the superiority of the Mosaic Law over Christ. That meant it immediately became a salvation issue for Paul. Therefore he brought it to the wisdom and counsel of the other Apostles in Jerusalem, as seen in Galatians 5. At that counsel the Holy Spirit affirmed the total forsaking of the Judaizers among all congregations in no uncertain terms.

Baldwin notes that many (most?) American churches today are willingly held in line by their IRS 501 status. They dare not preach the actual gospel or analogize it to decadent American society for risk of losing money. Thus, they are little better than the emasculated Pharisees of Paul’s day.

These congregations and their cancerous leaders are to be shunned as they serve no purpose but to call into the world more evil. And the evil keeps coming in.

In addition to ample man-made malady, demonic activity and possession is on the rise across the globe. Wesley Baines interviewed Fr. Gary Thomas, a Vatican trained exorcist. Thomas explained that there is an increasing incidence of possession by fallen spirits which afflicts protestants and atheists as well as Catholics.

The Church has instituted elaborate procedures to ensure that a demon is really a demon rather than being merely a medical or physiological ailment. Once properly identified a demon is cast out by the Power of Christ similar to the above-cited original exorcisms.

Thomas notes that demons react violently to the sacred. I find it interesting that the demons described by Matthew and Mark knew immediately and without need of introduction who Jesus was. This is testament to their nature as well as reassurance of their eventual demise; He commanded and they were forced to obey.

Again, I have no such authority nor do you, except for protection and Grace granted by the Son. The time is now to use said faculty along with free discernment to exorcise from our society those perils of evil tradition. This starts be recognizing what has happened. Reflect on this and compare it to your experience this morning at your church; look around a the failed culture and think.

*Of interest also is the frequency of comments to the above-linked articles suggesting reliance on the Republican Party to cure the afflictions. This is beyond self-defeating as it places undue faith in a member of the viral swarm to cure the illness it helped cause. Political solutions there are not.

BLM and My ATL SJW Experience, LOL

Years ago, new into my legal career, I was eager to help as many people as possible. I was also active in a wonderful church. I consider a particular church “good” if it: is faithful to the Gospel and the early traditions of The Church; is led my a personable yet strict priest, and; is composed of decent parishioners. These things usually go together but not always. Sometimes they are all lacking – a bad church.

Anyway, I volunteered constantly in a variety of ways, to include a little pro bono legal counseling when necessary. My success and happiness led me to contact Catholic Social Services of Atlanta. I thought that there, with them, I could help the maximum number of people. I wasn’t just thinking law either.

By telephone I spoke with a director of something, a jovial enough seeming woman. We agreed to meet one afternoon and discuss what they were doing and how I could help.

We met at a fast food place somewhere between Marietta and Woodstock; I can’t remember exactly. At first the meeting seemed to go well as she told me about what she did and the organizations needs de jure. I then took the opportunity to explain my philosophies and what I thought I could do to help.

Some of our brief conversation centered on race and how a large portion of Services clients were lower-income blacks in the city. I took that as a cue for me to speak my mind on the subject. I said something along the lines that Dr. King had wanted to raise everyone up together – all races improving in harmony to accomplish new wonders. That is what he wanted, his dream.

I then noted how the government and various interests had done everything possible to give the appearance of integration while insidiously conspiring to lower all people down past the current lowest denominator. That was how you could have black mayors, city councilors and legislators (no Barack at that time), and black celebrities and executives and still have a hopelessly mired black underclass. Worse, I went on, the system was dragging down whites and everyone else.

Helping everyone shake off oppression and rise up was my goal, I told her. It was obviously the wrong thing. I said some other stuff but I had lost her. It was clear that I did not, would not, fit the agenda.

I’m guessing she was an SJW – a shrieker interested in prolonging problems in order to keep her job and to have something to shriek about. The thought of actually solving the problems horrified her as did my criticism of the government and the “system”.

I know now that CSS is an SJW organization. Sure, your local office may be honestly interested in helping society. But the big city branches and the national front are only interested in advancing a liberal, anti-American, anti-freedom agenda. They are deep into a host of social problems including, but not limited to, importing radical Islam into America and the West. It’s as big a scandal as the sex abuse cover-ups. It needs to be rooted out.

Heck no, I wasn’t a good fit. Our meeting ended awkwardly. They never returned my calls. I suppose we were better off without each other.

Then, today, I read about a racial attack in Cleveland, Ohio. It brought the above back to memory.

It seems that a group of seven young white men were walking the street when they were attacked by a gang (also of seven) who chanted “Black Lives Matter!” The gang beat down the walkers and then robbed them and ran off. The chant was a mere cover call for robbery – nothing to do with social justice at all.

Interestingly, the gang was interracial – five blacks and two whites. See their mug shots (six of the seven have been arrested):

11471858_G

News 19, Cleveland.

How wonderful! Black and white thugs coming together! Post racial America at its finest.

This is exactly what I was talking about twelve (?) years ago. Thirteen? (Long time). Instead of coming together for something positive, too often the races unite for debased criminality. This incident is not anomalous. It is pathetic.

I also find the success of a numerically even odds encounter a little strange. I suppose the victims were seven modern American men – weak. Then again, maybe they were all surprised. Maybe weapons were involved. Still, I’m not entirely sure I could have taken the whole gang alone but I know I could have at least made a dent in them.

Wouldn’t it be great if people would wise up and act civilized? Just act it if they can’t be it. Wouldn’t it be great if decent people fought back? I’m done with trying to “help” through corrupt organizations. Now I will just bring stories like this to your attention. Those who can make good out of it will. I’m helping.

In the near future (soon, soon, I promise) I’ll have my personal anti-terrorism book out. The main title is, for now, Fight Back! It will cover protecting oneself from ISIS agents as well as from street thugs like the above-pictured ramble.

We also need to fight back against those who have actively worked to retard society and lower all groups into helpless victim-hood and misery. They’re as bad as ISIS or worse.

Pokemon: Mass Hysterical Stupefaction

books, chaos, culture, freedom, Pokemon, society, The People, triviality

I had forgotten about Pokemon – to me it was forgettable. Then, in the past few weeks, I started noticing a resurgence. People on Facebook were talking about the game – some for it, some against – as if it had relevance. I wondered once again if I had slipped-streamed back in time a few decades. It started showing up in the news. I investigated. Pokemon is back.

Pokemon.

It’s back with controversy. The first contention is that the cute little game is being played by many adults now. I remembered it vaguely as something nieces and nephews were into in the 90s. Now, it seems, it is for everyone (except me).

The second controversy comes from the manner in which Pokemon is delivered in the 21st Century – via a free phone app. The app, like most, comes with a long, draconian agreement that no one reads. Hidden in the terms one finds curious language about turning over private information (darn near all of it) to the app and its owners. People seem upset about this. Perhaps “free” really isn’t.

Little about Pokemon is actually known to me. I understand it is some sort of Japanese cartoon cock-fight, maybe mixed with a scavenger hunt. I know children loved it, or love it still, and many adults are completely obsessed. Then I found something…

Back in 1999 I started a book, one of many I never even came close to finishing. It didn’t even have a title. Still doesn’t. It was a “what’s wrong with modern society” kind of book. One of the chapters was “Pokemon”.

I am decades ahead of my time and have been for a while now. My thesis, if I remember rightly, was not that Pokemon is (was) inherently evil. It may be; I’m not sure. However, I am confident that it is one of numerous trivialities with which people obsessively entertain themselves while the world rots around them. I think I wanted to use it, specifically, as a benchmark of the mindless, dumbed-down fantasies people use generally to escape the real world. That was 1999. There’s more rot around now in 2016.

A child’s game is fine for children. If adults enjoy it too, in its place, that’s fine. But, when there is so much else going on, it seems a bit odd that millions spend hours and hours trying to … do whatever it is one does in Poke-land. While they’re searching for the bird or the egg or the rainbow (???) and giving away their identity and location to boot, the economy is collapsing. It’s not just bad numbers anymore – the underpinning themselves are being eviscerated as if by  a massive bombing. Then, there are the real bombings. And the terrorists. The racial strife. The robots. The debt. The attack of the one-worlders. The antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The civilization-resistant “refugees”. Wars. Real world things, many unpleasant. The adults play games.

Given the above turmoil, maybe a little trivial pursuit is in order – a little. I’m pleased today with two things. One, my thoughts are exceedingly constant across time. Two, so consistent also are the silly diversions employed by and against the people.

Notechmagazine.

Play this digital version of Grit and Steel if you like. Just remember: it’s a game; THEY are watching you, and; there’s a big mess sloshing around off-screen.

My thoughts – 17 years in the making.

What is Wrong? Random Facts, Figures, and Opinions on Race, Violence, Government, and Some Other Stuff

Historically, I experience a summer slow-down in blog views. It’s that time of year again. I’m also tired of late and working on other things. Yesterday, I took a great little mini vacation. I had a great time.

This morning, recovering, I looked at the news; it seems like the whole world is coming unglued. It isn’t, any more than usual, but it looks very bad. I don’t know if my following list provides perspective or not, but here it is.

Neither of these men needed to be or deserved to be gunned down.

There is no war on the police, per se, though there easily could be.

“Blowback” is a real thing.

There are 14 other occupations in America more lethally dangerous than being a police officer. Some are many times more dangerous. Logging is a dangerous job.

The cops are not out to murder blacks, per se, though it certainly seems like it.

The cops kill more whites every year than blacks. It’s the percentages and perceptions that drive BLM. You really can’t blame them, though…

Statistically speaking in terms of homicides, black people represent the largest danger to other black people.

A glance and a search around the internet will reveal more than a few whites being beaten, tazed, harassed, and killed by the cops – for nothing.

Still, white people are most dangerous to other white people.

There are criminals out there but most “crime” in America shouldn’t honestly be classified as such.

There are many bad apples in the barrel but many police officers are just plain people doing a job the best they can.

Too many people, of all colors, professions, etc., are killed all the time for essentially nothing. This should really end.

A murderer is a murderer, even if he wears a special costume and a badge.

It’s wrong to murder anyone, even if they’re wearing a badge.

America is a safer place now than it has been in decades. One wouldn’t think that given all the news of murders, hatred, and terrorism. It’s the speed of the reporting and all the camera phone.

The instant and constant reporting is new to human history.Maybe it’s a good thing, maybe it will help stamp out the last vestiges of violence and stupidity.

Different peoples are different. That’s why they’re different peoples.

Most people, despite being different, are really almost all the same on a day-to-day and individual to individual level. Most get along pretty well together.

Most individuals are, all in all, fairly decent.

Groups of people start having problems.

Many (maybe even a majority of) Americans, regardless of age, sex, race, income, geographical location, etc., have a really hard time properly operating a motor vehicle.

Those groups of individuals who, as groups, start to have problems, resort to government as a solution to their problems.

Government never has any solutions.

Government, once it takes hold, gains a life of its own, a life of dominance and control.

If the government can’t find a problem to not solve, it will create one. Or a hundred.

Certain little elite numbers of people and institutions traditionally seize on government power to further their own interests.

These elites are highly effective in plotting different people (or even similar people) against each other. This creates an atmosphere of fear and chaos which greatly assists the perception that more law may be the answer. It’s a self-sustaining machine, very expensive and very dangerous.

Many turn a blind eye to all of the above (unless it directly affects them) not because they are stupid, but because they would rather concentrate on the more pleasant, even trivial aspects of life. Understandable. Some are just stupid. Others are lazy. Again, the cameras and phones may help clarify or cure some of this.

“On the street” blacks and whites tend to look and behave mostly the same to me.

Many blacks and whites “on the street” irritate the hell out of me (if I let them).

I have a lot of friends, white and black. I’m rather fond of them.

There are other colors than black and white. The same rules generally apply to them as well.

For my own trivial pursuits, I like football. It’s getting really difficult to watch the average game; I keep waiting and waiting (usually until the end of the fourth quarter) for the football to break out of the otherwise ridiculous circus side-show.

A small group of bankers long ago discovered how to completely control government. Government long ago discovered how to completely control the people. Both groups have done a remarkably good job for themselves. Kudos to them (and damn them). All of this is mostly done in the open. Oddly, the people still haven’t figured it out. Shame on them (and hopes they will yet wake up).

Mencken wrote about imaginary hobgoblins. They still don’t exist for the most part. Some, however, have actually come to life. ISIS comes to mind.

Banning guns won’t help blacks, most cops, or anyone else. These things are just tools. It makes as little sense as banning chain saws to “help” loggers.

Gun bans don’t work. Neither to wars. That is unless by “work” one means “help the government become even stronger and more dangerous”. Then, they work great.

People like James Pearce and Gersh Kuntzman denounce and blame ordinary persons for committing imaginary crimes and for being “nuts” in the criminally, nutty manner possible. This isn’t a case of the pot calling the kettle black. This is a case of psychopathic lunatics trying to project their own illnesses onto the general population. What happened to the asylums?

This rant went on a little longer than I intended. I’ll stop it now.

“Straight White Men Banned From Equality Conference.”

When I read that headline, my first thought (as a member of the banned class) was: “good!” After all, if lunatics don’t want you at their party, what’s the loss? They’re lunatics. I still understand some are upset.

*Note: for this story just substitute “UK” with “United States”, or “Canada”, or “The Western World”. *Another note: by “Liberal” in my title I mean communist/fascist leaning statists of the modern variety, not classically educated people. *Note the third: by “Bigot” I mean bigot.

News that a university lecturers’ union has banned straight, white men from attending their equality conferences in a bid to create “safe spaces” is deeply depressing.

University and College Union equality conferences are held exclusively for women, LGBT, ethnic minorities or disabled people, and members must declare their “protected characteristic” when applying to attend.

Surely UCU can see the irony of hosting an equality conference where – as George Orwell wrote – some are more equal than others?

Who in his right mind would want to attend this BS session and who is offended by being banned from the same? The Men of the West (such few as remain) don’t need “safe spaces” or a “protected characteristic”. This phenomenon is spreading (rather, it has spread) like wildfire to almost all college campuses. Ironic, yes. The liberals whine that white men have “privilege” because some people feel the need for safe spaces and the like. The others need special attention and the absence of white men in order to function. Maybe that’s an admission that we deserve the privilege.

Consider that, without the dreaded white man, the campus at UCU (London) would look less like this:

…and more like this:

If, by extremely odd chance a school did develop without Big Bad Whitey, the “women, LGBT, ethnic minorities and disabled people” would probably congregate somewhere like this:

Accordingly, a little thanks might be in order. And, as I see a ban from this nonsense as a high compliment, all is well. Actually, nearly all the schools and much of society is in free-fall collapse into some Stone Age abyss. Anyway, at least we know we’re not wanted in the abyss…

*Further notes: 1) that first picture is Imperial College and not UCU; 2) the countryside is very pretty in its natural state, and; 3) yes, 99.9% sure WE built that hut 10,000 years ago. Just illustrations, folks.

Government and religion go together like whiskey and water: they don’t really go together but one finds them paired frequently nonetheless. In 1988-89 Salman Rushdie found out in extreme fashion how the two strange bedfellows behave. His novel The Satanic Verses earned him critical acclaim along with a death sentence from the Ayatollah of Iran. Rushdie resumed normal life after years and years of living as a shadow under heavy police protection.

Iran is and was a theocracy where Shia Islamic law is the basis for the organized state. There are other nations of a similar composition. Rushdie’s England is a mix-up writ large – the Queen is the head of state and head of the state church though Parliament passes most laws in an otherwise secular society. America had, via the First Amendment, and by its history and constituency, a separation of church and state (so said Thomas Jefferson). Of course, 200 years before Rushdie’s troubles began, almost all Americans were Christians. Because the government was so very small it did not really matter who believed what. It was a Christian society with a small and separate governing group. As far as it goes or went, the arrangement worked rather well. Things change.

Gradually the people abandoned God while the government grew in power and influence. Today one finds the polar opposite of that scene of 1789. It is a government society with a small and dwindling Christian group. My hypothesis (still only that because I have not declared it law) is that the people have replaced, or have allowed the replacement of, God with government. This was not a wise decision. The consequences manifest far and wide. God, for the most part, has left the building. With Him He took morality, decency, common sense, curiosity, courage, the family unit, good television, and most of the Blessings of the Holy Spirit. Those who remain faithful are like oases in a bleak, barren and dismal landscape. Many remain also who are positive in their thinking that things can be repaired, that the government (so different today) can still be restored and that decent civilization will then resume. Their struggle is born both of true optimistic faith and of delusional confusion, sometimes blended together.

In no other realm of American life is this struggle more prominently displayed than in politics. Political activity today, be it Republican, Democratic, or of third-party nature, is a study in obsessive self defeat. One may choose to shovel water into the canoe with the big red bucket on the starboard or the big blue bucket on the port side. One may choose the small paper cup of Libertarianism back aft. Whatever the choice, the result is still the same – the boat is sinking. What amazes this author is the zeal with which people these days participate in the flooding even as they know where the vessel is headed.

Recently I wrote several pieces on the sham democracy and fake electoral practices attendant to the Republican presidential nomination process. GOP voters in Colorado, Wyoming, Georgia, New York and elsewhere are discovering the rude truth, that they do not matter – not to their party and not in the grand scheme of politics. I tire of these stories both because they serve little epistemological purpose and because there are just too many of them to track. The Democrats have a similar level of disdain for their voters and of crooked processes.

A few years ago Jimmy Carter (my remembrance grows fonder every time I think of him) proposed that the U.N. or some other neutral outside party step in to monitor American elections as those of third world countries are policed. His suggestion came in response to the staggering fact that, like, just like those “lesser” nations, America and its elections have fallen into a pit of fraud, deception and criminality. I applaud his honesty though I see the point as futile. The government and its gangster parties know they are debased, criminal; they will not accept possible interference with their game (and no one has either the power or the interest to force compliance). And, even if the pleas for help were heard, I do not relish what might come of it. I see it as running to Br’er Bear to complain about Br’er Wolf. Come what may, Br’er Rabbit and friends had still better watch their backs. A safer alternative would be to get rid of the underlying corruption of the state, that is to say, get rid of the state itself. That also will not happen, not yet. It’s not quite time.

And it seems time is relative to the problem. Government has, since its inception, been corrupt. It is eternally dangerous. The American experience does not defy the universal trend. Those in and around the government are generally corrupt themselves. Consider this example: there is and has been for some time a literal cult of Abraham Lincoln worshipers in this county. Lincoln is revered as nearly the second coming of Jesus Christ though, in truth, Lincoln was one of the vilest, most destructive, and tyrannical men to ever occupy the Presidency. It was he who set into motion that transformation which gave us today’s superstate under which we labor daily. Lincoln was a destroyer of freedom and civility like few others in history.

In 1862 he murdered 38 or 39 Sioux Indians in Minnesota. The next year he kicked the entire tribe out of the state, off of their ancestral lands under threat of death. The real story, of total war, fanatical racism, cronyism and kickbacks, and a complete absence of due process, may be read here. The sanitized, Lincoln-as-hero, version may be read here. Evil grows like a cancer, even after 150 years. And, remember, in 1862 America was much more of a “Christian” nation than what passes today.

As we begin the final act of our Platonic (not in the friendly sense) play, enter a new and ultimate character – long hinted at but not seen outright until now – actual in the open Satanism. On their respective islands in the great sea of decadence and pollution the Faithful now face their enemy. The enemy is demanding and getting equal time, more than equal to be honest. There sad and dangerous story is found here: Can a burgeoning satanic movement actually effect political change?, The Conversation, April 19, 2016. The story centers on the efforts of The Satanic Temple to compass the ruin of our people under the guise of “equality”. I do not directly link to the Temple nor to their Sabbat Cycle and I suggest you, dear reader, refrain from clicking those links from my citation story. This group is pure and utter filth, worse than filth.

The Temple and its Cycle are touring America promoting Lucifer alongside some lame horror movie. Garbage and flies, you know. It is little wonder these pathetic beings seek to join the political fray. They are already come too late unless their true purpose is to clearly advertise what has been forging for decades.

America has fallen or is falling now. Our government, state and federal, our financial system, nearly the whole economy, our political parties, our military, and our buraeucracy is under the sway of Satanic control. It is, all of it, firmly under the power of a small oligarchy of very evil people who serve only themselves and the Devil. Larger society is besieged as well. The pop trash one listens to, the violent, thoughtless movies one sees, the mindless television drug one ingests are all in the service of darkness. Our wars are fought and contrived based on lies alone. What passes for education is largely mere systemic propaganda. Families are falling apart. The people are crude, rude, and at each other’s throats for no reason. Civilization teeters on the brink of annihilation, The individual body, a temple of the Lord, is disrespected, desecrated with blubber, tattoos, intoxication and all manner of uncleanliness. The mind is debased with willful idiocy.

I fear there is no reforming this too-far-gone system. The Faithful must free themselves from its Hellish shackles. They must resist until they are either delivered or they outlast the corruption and destruction. As they are faithful, so they should be free. Freedom starts with knowledge. Know that there is no hope within the camp of one’s enemies, only without. Leave the false god and its Dark Master behind. Be free. Be Faithful.
