The Confessions of Congressman X by “Congressman X” is a stunning tell-all tale due out on May 24, 2016. The anonymous author is either a sitting member of the Congress or a recently departed former member. What he’s saying, to me, is a confirmation. For others it may come as a stunning wake-up call (if they can hear it).

Mill City Press, Amazon.

If you’re still asleep, new to my site, or just arrived from outer space, know this: “you’re” elected officials (virtually all of them) think you are a stupid sheep; they care absolutely nothing about you except for use as a pawn in their crooked schemes for power and easy living. Consider the book’s description:

A devastating inside look at the dark side of Congress as revealed by one of its own! No wonder Congressman X wants to remain anonymous for fear of retribution. His admissions are deeply disturbing. . .
“Most of my colleagues are dishonest career politicians who revel in the power and special-interest money that’s lavished upon them.”
“My main job is to keep my job, to get reelected. It takes precedence over everything.”
“Voters are incredibly ignorant and know little about our form of government and how it works.”
“It’s far easier than you think to manipulate a nation of naive, self-absorbed sheep who crave instant gratification.”
“Fundraising is so time consuming I seldom read any bills I vote on. Like many of my colleagues, I don’t know how the legislation will be implemented, or what it’ll cost.”
“We spend money we don’t have and blithely mortgage the future with a wink and a nod. Screw the next generation. It’s about getting credit now, lookin’ good for the upcoming election.”

  • Amazon

America, a “nation of naive, self-absorbed sheep who crave instant gratification.” I hate to think that this is how Democrats and Republicans look at their constituents but it is true. For their part the people tend to fit the description, especially if one adds to it: fat, slovenly, lazy, effeminate, soft, short-sighted, blind, and foolish.

Many thanks to Michael Snyder for bringing this work to my attention. I’m planning to get a copy, particularly if it is available on Kindle. I bet I already know 97% of what’s in it but, like I said, it is mere confirmation. You too should invest in a copy. 84 pages should be a quick read. I hope you get super angry. Then, I hope you get to work. These filthy psychopaths are the enemies of the free people.

The first step is to recognize that we have an enemy. The evidence is everywhere and on everything they touch. Second, we, all of us, must stop supporting these fiends and cringelings. Do not vote for them, talk to them, or wish them well. One doesn’t get termites out of the house by dividing them into two camps and picking one to coddle over the other. Like termites, we must be totally rid of this political pestilence. Either that or prove Congressman X and his friends right for eternity.

You Try The Template: The Boston Macy’s Massacre

So, yesterday I had the opportunity to try out my terrorism template after some son of a bitch attacked Germans at a train station. It seems another jihadist bastard did the same thing on the same day in Boston – at a Macy’s.

Note The Physical Appearance

Gurney-ride to hell, courtesy of the police.

Police responded to the Silver City Galleria shopping mall just before 7:00 p.m. after the suspect, identified as 28-year-old Arthur DaRosa, crashed a black Honda Accord into the entrance of a Macy’s store.

“We saw the car just like dove right in,” a woman said. “It honestly happened like the fastest thing.”

Moments later, police say DaRosa exited his car, assaulted multiple people inside Macy’s, and then walked into a Bertucci’s restaurant inside the mall. Inside the restaurant, DaRosa allegedly stabbed multiple people including a 56-year-old man who died. DaRosa was shot and killed by an off-duty Plymouth County sheriff’s deputy inside the mall.

I challenge you to find a comprehensive account of the incident and apply my template. I would also challenge you to start carrying a weapon to the mall and other public places. A pistol or a Monadnock nightstick might have been of some use in Boston yesterday. Then again, this is the place where they arrest men for carrying umbrellas which look like swords, which of course look like rifles to idiots. Idiots call the S.W.A.T. team. Umbrella carriers get arrested. Odd, yes. It chanced to rain…

burlington-mall-gun-search.jpg

2011 response to a man with an umbrella call. No Islamists were hurt in that ordeal. Masslive.com.

Actually, if you live in Bean-town, you might consider moving to New Hampshire, Vermont, or Texas – where guns are welcome but criminals really are not. Word has it Charlie Baker will hold a joint press conference later today with Bernie Sanders and the Brady Bunch (of nuts) to call for banning Honda Accords and all knives (combat, silver, pocket, plastic, etc.) – to keep us safe…

The Boston and Munich attacks – both with knives – came immediately after ISIS put out a how-to post on committing murders with knives. Just a strange coincidence to be sure. Hussein Obama will also hold a press conference later this week: one, to correct us that it is ISIL, not ISIS; two, to denounce knives, and; three, to call for increased muslim migration to the West. He’ll do what he has to.

You do what you have to too; break the law, carry a gun.

Amazing Justice: Hastert Sentenced to Prison

Forget the bullsh!t of Trump and Clinton. Forget terrorism and the economy for a bit. Here is the feel-good story of the day! A federal judge, Thomas M. Durkin, took a rare opportunity to use his office and power for the good of the free and formerly oppressed people. God bless the man.

CHICAGO (AP) — Dennis Hastert, the Republican who for eight years presided over the House and was second in the line of succession to the presidency, was sentenced Wednesday to more than a year in prison in the hush-money case that included accusations he sexually abused teenagers while coaching high school wrestling.

Judge Thomas M. Durkin also ordered Hastert to undergo sex-offender treatment, spend two years on supervised release after 15 months behind bars and pay a $250,000 fine to a crime victims’ fund.

In explaining his punishment, the judge called Hastert a “serial child molester” and described as “unconscionable” his attempt to accuse one of the victims of extortion.

Hastert becomes one of the highest-ranking politicians in American history to be sentenced to prison. He pleaded guilty last fall to violating banking law as he sought to pay $3.5 million to someone referred to in court papers only as Individual A to keep the sex abuse secret.

Earlier in the hearing, a former athlete who said he was molested by Hastert decades ago told the courtroom that he was “devastated” by the abuse.

  • Michael Tarm, FORMER HOUSE SPEAKER SENTENCED TO MORE THAN A YEAR IN PRISON, Associated Press, April 27, 2016.

This sentence is vindication for Hastert’s real and long-suffering victims, the young men he molested. Fifteen months do not seen nearly enough for child molestation but, under these circumstances, it is as stiff a sentence as possible (no, I did not run numbers through the federal guidelines – going gut and by experience).

Hastert plead guilty to banking irregularities and was sentenced under the laws he once rammed through Congress. Judge Durkin though concentrated his discretionary authority on the underlying (underlying but all but admitted) crimes against the then children Denny molested. His insistence on rehabilitation and restitution are huge. They perhaps could serve as the basis for an appeal under the theory Durkin exceeded the scope of his proceedings. However, because Denny entered a plea the odds of a successful appeal are slim. My guess is that the demented scofflaw will slink or roll, rather (see picture), into the nearest minimum security prison camp (country club prison). If his medical claims are true he may be placed near or in a federal MCC for the duration of his sentence.

The media seems shocked that such a formerly high-ranking official is bound for prison. I am shocked by the manner in which he is going – labeled as a “serial child molester” rather than as a bank defrauder. Like I say, every once in a while a little justice leaks out of the system. For nearly a year I dreaded this was going to be another case about money and power. Thomas Durkin managed to uphold the letter of the positive law and, more importantly, the spirit of the Natural Law. Hooray!

Structuring a Proper Punishment: The Dirty Denny Hastert Saga Continues

Bertolt Brecht, German poet, and Anacharsis the Scythian long before, said that (pardon my approximation) laws are like spider’s webs; they ensnare small, unwary things while larger things break through with ease. It is commentary on inequality of equal protection and application and seems a near, if imperfect, iron law of jurisprudence.

However, sometimes a larger thing, weakened by age or sin – even the old, fat spider himself – falls victim to his own weaving.

Last spring I devoted more than a few articles to the life and sordid times of former Speaker of the House Denny Hastert. It seems that, like more than a few politicians, Hastert at one time favored the illicit company of young boys. Today I find the foul beswiker back in the news.

Rick McKee, Augusta Chronicle.

As you may recall Hastert was once a high school wrestling coach who engaged in “misconduct” with at least four of his underage male charges.  Years later the coach and some of his victims reached an agreement whereby he would pay them restitution by way of hush money. Not wanting to draw attention to his affairs Hastert assembled the money via small withdrawals – thereby violating the Imperial criminal laws against “structuring”.

The former Speaker and lecherous leech now faces prison time. “Former speaker Dennis Hastert will learn on Wednesday [today] whether his stunning fall from grace will also include prison time for bank fraud that he committed as part of an effort to cover up an accusation of sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy.” USA Today, April 27, 2016.

Again, I must note that Hastert is in trouble not for abusing children but for abusing arbitrary banking laws imposed by a corrupt government. That government cares little to nothing for childhood innocence; it’s concentration is ever on protecting criminal bankers and on preserving its own power. Bank fraud, they’re calling it. The real fraud is in the banking system and the government that protects the banks. In other words, the state simply isn’t worth maintaining.

A great irony in this story is that Hastert himself once championed some of the very laws he is now accused of violating. The structuring laws were allegedly enacted to make life and operations more difficult for drug dealers and terrorists. As usual the original or stated intent was immediately expanded so as to probe the private actions of anyone and everyone.

Undoubtedly Hastert deserves prison time or worse but not for imagined banking irregularities. That he has been caught in his own web is fitting. He has suffered in other ways since his indictment.

After decades of silence, his real crimes have come to light. He has been unable to finish his payments under the hush agreements and has been sued by his victims for breach of contract. He supposedly suffered a stroke – and not the kind of stroke with which this filth was once accustomed. Perhaps worst of all, Denny has witnessed the changing times. Had he waited a few years or just been born later in time, his actions would have been permissable to a large segment of the population. Without fear of payments or prison he could have carried on his “lifestyle” in the comfort of a Target restroom.

Denny’s now adult victims, some of them, will have the opportunity long denied to testify today in federal court. The prosecution needs their statements to round out the details of the structured payment violations. One would hope the underlying details behind those payments will serve as aggravating circumstances and consideration for sentencing. Otherwise, the judge will be directed by sentencing guidelines concerning the relative harmlessness of the Speaker’s fraud and his status as a first offender with no other record. A wrist slap may be in order. Today will tell.

At any rate, there is still time for Hastert to repent if he hasn’t done so already. Thereby he may avoid real punishment worse than the millstone. As much as I ridicule him, I hope this is the case. By divine authority and Natural Law, individual sins may be forgiven; government malfeasance perhaps not.

Today news comes of a revenge 184 years in the making, a revenge that could only happen in post-American America. Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew has tentatively announced that Harriet Tubman will replace former President Andrew Jackson on the Twenty Dollar Bill as early as 2020. Lew made the decision after shock followed his previous proposal to knock Alexander Hamilton off the Ten Dollar Bill in favor of a woman.

Hamilton is safe thanks to a new hip hop Broadway musical. (Yes, post-American America.) However, he will likely be joined on the new $Ten by one or more famous American ladies. Might I recommend Bonnie Parker. Rumor has it Jackson will be relegated to a supporting role on the back of the new $20. Maybe they will feature a picture of his tombstone.

So, how is this revenge? History, my friends, history. In 1816 there was created the Second National Bank of the United States in Philadelphia. It was a private corporation set up, in violation of Article One of the Constitution, in order to expand government debt and power while simultaneously enriching the already wealthy. It was modeled after the failed First National Bank and in keeping with the central banking cabal theories of Alexander Hamilton. Is all this starting to make sense?

Earlier Congresses, while happy to illegally trade away their authority for easy money, were still more prone to banking oversight and regulation than their modern contemporaries. The Second Bank was not a complete sell-out. It was, however, ruinous to the larger economy the way central banks tend to be. It died a veto’s death in 1832 on the watch of ardent central bankstering opponent Andrew Jackson. Jackson, a blunt man, accurately condemned the Second Bank: “You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out.” And rout them out he did.

So long, old man. Slate/google.

Money returned to being real money for a time. Congress set the value in gold and silver and notes were issued and held by various state and federally chartered banks. This period corresponded with the most robust economic growth in American history. Only once, during Abraham Lincoln’s war, was the gold standard suspended – among many other illegalities. Most Americans, those not killed in the government’s wars, prospered. Times were good. Slaves were freed. And so on. Still unscrupulous politicians were constrained by fiscal reality and a certain small sect of leeches lost decades worth of influence and domination. Both of these maniacal parties returned to splendor when central banking made a comeback in 1913 with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act.

The Federal Reserve brought happy days back again – for them, not us. The people have only reaped two depressions (with another looming), the financial crisis, the S&L crisis, junk bonds, bailouts, the constant cycle of smaller recessions, blossoming federal debt, spending and power, crushing private debts, the collapse of purchasing power, inflation, wars, wars, and more wars, one idiotic government program after another, the end of the gold standard, the confiscation of gold, the theft of gold, and the near total evisceration of monetary value. Hooray!

All of these calamities were foreseen by Jackson. By vetoing the Second Bank he set the Hamiltonians (almost as cult-like as the Lincoln lovers) and the Rothschilds back by almost a century. In truth they had their revenge in 1913 at Jekyll Island, Georgia. Keeping Hamilton while ditching Jackson from the fiat currency is merely icing on the cake. Given the degeneration of America in post-American times, that icing must be particularly sweet.

Kari Winter is the director of the University [SIC] of Buffalo’s Institute for Gender. (Again, no need for colleges anymore). “Dedicated to advancing women’s and LGBTQ leadership, vision, and influence, the Gender Institute fosters workspaces in which each participant is stimulated to reach her/his highest potential and to increase knowledge and justice within the university, within their disciplines, and in society at large.” University [SIC] of Buffalo website.

Ms. (Mr.?) (It???) Winter praised leech Lew’s announcement as follows: “[Hamilton] is fully appropriate to be on American currency, whereas Jackson was a scoundrel, a slave holder and a white supremacist who was involved in the removal of Indians and was completely opposed to paper money and was horrible to women…” Her Institute is dedicated to knowledge, remember.

Yes, Jackson may have been a scoundrel – a temperamental man prone to violence and dueling. Then again, Hamilton dueled as well; he just wasn’t as good at it as Jackson. Jackson was a slave owner, true. George Washington was but they don’t seek his removal from the $1 Bill just yet. Jackson did remove forcibly many Indians. So did Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln is secure on the $5 Bill; I’m sure Ms. (????) Winter agrees. Lincoln never adopted two Indians as his own children as the racist Jackson did – such a white supremacist. Horrible to women? Lincoln made widows and vagabonds out of hundreds of thousands of women. Jackson fought to save women (and men) from economic destruction. Jackson also defended his wife from the lowbrow political attacks of his rivals – that violent temper at work.

It really all comes down to the paper money, to Jackson’s atavistic hatred of the evils of central banking. In a way it is fitting that Jackson should be removed from our worthless, private corporation-issued currency. By the way, whatever Lew decides on the matter, the Federal Reserve has the final say. In a world where mobsters run the economy and the government, where popularity and history are in the keeping of rappers and teenagers, and where a University [SIC] seeks to advance LGBLT (or is it LGBBQ?) influence, a man like Jackson is a misfit.

‘Merica. Google.

Let the vipers and thieves gloat; theirs is the long victory.

A woman in Kentucky is the real life Wonder Woman. I’m not sure if she’s a mom but the title fit well with my headline and with yesterday’s post. She certainly is mighty. This unidentified heroine was shopping at a mall when she encountered a disturbed man. The thug chased her to her automobile and attacked her therein.

Malls are like college campuses and other public places in that people have a desire to frequent them with an expectation of safety. Criminals and their enablers disrupt the expectation. So it was that evening in Kentucky.

Unlike Carol Allen and the mad moms, this particular lady didn’t rant and rave to a Senate committee about specious guarantees of safety in exchange for her freedom. Instead she exercised her freedom and carried her safety with her in her purse.

Once the cretin had her pinned inside her car she produced a pistol and shot him twice. That terminated the attack. The woman went home. The thug, John Ganobick, went to the hospital and then to jail. He later appeared in court sporting a thrachea tube.

Dailymail.

This kind of story plays out every day, every hour, in America. Each day some 3,000 good people use firearms to prevent crimes – usually without actually shooting anyone. It happens in malls, schools, homes, everywhere. You normally don’t hear about it in the American press because they have an agenda. They and their government want to disarm the people. The fact that guns save lives doesn’t help them and their cause.

You’ll note this story, from Kentucky, was reported by the British media. Many of the things I cover are chronicled in the European press, especially from England.

The Brits, having largely surrendered their right to self-defense, seem fascinated with Americans exercising our rights. They also seem a bit more objective than their counterparts in the U.S.

There’s a lot of hope in this story. Maybe the woman will inspire others to defend themselves. Maybe John Ganobick will come to Jesus while in prison, thus emerging a better man. Maybe some other thug will think twice before attacking another woman. Maybe the British will regain their stolen liberty. Maybe the mad moms and university whimps of America will go away and leave us free and happy. Just maybe.

Don’t be mad. Be mighty.

Exile of Justice: Snowden Offers to Return for Fair Trial

Three years ago Edward Snowden worked as a contractor for the National Security Agency. Alarmed by the NSA’s massive invasion of privacy and violation of civil liberties he leaked thousands of pages of classified information about the program to the public. His revelations were really nothing new; anyone with both eyes open could have learned the truth about the spy agency’s sinister agenda nearly twenty years earlier. They watch and listen to everything and everyone constantly. It’s conceivable that even as I type this article an NSA computer is dissecting it. Certainly within minutes of my official posting the electronic analysis will be completed. The whole thing will be archived. If the computer senses a threat, I will be passed on to human analysts.

Most of these people spend their days on Facebook or playing video games. Usually they miss alerts. That’s good when it comes to dissenting bloggers, bad when it’s ISIS. However, if a human verfies a possible threat, an investigation may ensue.

Again, if the danger is real and the investigative methods legal, it is a good system. There are plenty of real bad guys out there. As for the method, most electronic gathering is accomplished via open air interception. Anyone with a good enough scanner can capture a host of free floating transmissions. If you want your communication secure, either encrypt it, mask it, or don’t transmit it.

Snowden discovered that when open intercepts aren’t enough the government will illegally wiretap and spy as necessary. The illegality comes from a lack of warrant, lack of probable cause, and a total absence of oversight.

Acting as a whistleblower he disclosed this scheme to the public. As thanks the American redneckery and law and order, evangelical types branded him a traitor; the government declared him a fugitive. He now lives somewhere in Russia.

His choice of refuge turns geo-politics on its head. Thirty years ago Russia was a communist dictatorship that kept the people in line through spying and intimidation. Back then America was a freer country, a proud defender of the rights of the citizenry. Things change.

Snowden faces prosecution and assured imprisonment for decades should he return home. Yesterday, via video, he told a group of New Hampshire based libertarians he is willing to come back and face the music – conditionally. “I’ve told the government I would return if they would guarantee a fair trial where I can make a public interest defense of why this was done and allow a jury to decide,” he said.

lady-justice1

Google.

The whole affair is pointless to begin with. Three years later nothing has changed. No tangible evidence of damage to national security has manifested due to the leaks. Another holder of classified information, who leaked the same, is a leading contender for President. The people, most of them, never heard Snowdon’s warning in the first place. Those that heard forgot having more important things to attend – television, tattoos, football, etc. The NH libertarians are part of the .003% that get it. They represent a statistical outlier, an anomaly not worthy of official consideration. The NSA spies on, unhindered.

If Snowden ever returns and is prosecuted, he WILL NOT receive a fair trial. Such things simply do not happen in 21st century America. In fact, the American courtroom is the last place one should expect to find justice. No one gets a fair trial. Most don’t get a trial period. Snowden knows this. Thus, he lives abroad.

He and his attorneys have explored a plea deal with the feds. Most criminal cases end in pleas rather than trials. This is because people understand the system is so corrupt, it is usually better to accept a shorter jail term by coping to lesser charges. There have been exceptions. I recall a woman in Alabama who, faced with criminal tax charges, took the IRS to court and won. James Trafficant did the same thing in the 1980s. Both were plain lucky.

Snowden is looking for something different. He asks that his trial be conducted according to the Constitution. The Sixth Amendment requires: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury … to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.” It mandates due process of law. That will not happen.

The particular charges are tantamount to Treason, one of the three specifically enumerated crimes in Article One of the Constitution. I’ll give the government that solid ground.

An indictment against Snowden has already been issued by a federal grand jury. Such juries used to be an independent check on prosecutorial misconduct. Today they merely indict as ordered by the U.S. Attorney, being no more than a tool of the DOJ. Defendants do not have a say in the process and the government can present any information, true or false (frequently lies) anyway it wants. Thus, fairness has already been compromised.

The Fifth Amendment mandates Due Process and prohibits double jeopardy. Rest assured that if, by odd chance, Snowden beat the charges, the government could then charge him with something else. Or, they could declare him a material witness, enemy combatant, material witness enemy, leprechaun or any other term(S) they make up and just imprison him. Just because they can. They could also just kill him without pretense or explanation. Just because.

In between the grand jury’s lapdogging and the double jeopardy potentially lies the trial. At trial the government controls everything. They get to present any type of evidence they like, often as a surprise to the defense. The defense is discouraged from attacking said evidence even when it is demonstrably false. The judge will move heaven and earth to keep defense friendly information out of the show. Occasionally defendants try to put the government on trial too. Judges, being government agents themselves, try to stop this. Remember, Snowden could bring in thousands of pages of documents damaging to the state. His ultimate argument could be that even if he technically broke the law, he only did so to expose worse behavior by the feds, thus he is really innocent and should be acquitted.

Such argument leads to potential jury nullification of the specific law as applied to a specific defendant. This is not a theory but an ancient design, a final check against corruption where the entirety of the legal and factual circumstances are left to the enlightened determination of the jury. Judges will defy the laws of physics to try to stop this from happening.

Then there’s the jury itself. Ages ago juries were a collection of intelligent men who were peers of, actual friends of the defendant. Being his friends and knowing his character they could weigh the presented evidence against their knowledge, thereby forming a reasonable judgement.

Today elaborate safeguards are in place to ensure jurors have never heard of the defendant let alone be his friends. The government wants dumb submissive jurors who will easily go along with what they’re told. Modern society makes this a given. A jury is usually nothing more than twelve stupid, poorly dressed, uninterested saps who may just as well be assembled of random midnight Wal-Mart shoppers.

This is the program to which Snowden would return. Sad, yes. Comical, perhaps. Fair? Anything but. Luckily, modern Russia is a pretty nice place.

Last night Hussein Obama gave what (Lord be praised) should be his final state of the Empire address to Congress. Per my usual abstinence I did not watch the presentation. I stopped watching during the stuttering, mumbling days of W. It’s a decision I have never regretted. There is always a news story the next day with highlights (lowlights?) or even transcripts if needed.

This morning I reviewed the New York Times version of the event. Nothing really jumped out at me as particularly important or impressive. It seemed like the ordinary list of hollow platitudes and promises mixed with Obama’s usual “look at me” self-lauding. It was harmless if pointless. Nothing truthful was told about the state of the Union as required by the Constitution. This is most forgivable as the Constitution was long since abandoned by Washington. Further, the remains of the Old Republic are not worth reporting on anymore.

Presidents often play stupid tricks at these spectacles both to build applause among the gathered rodent corpses and to wow the ever-gullible television audiences. Obama’s trick last night involved the gallery seating on either side of the First Lady. To her right was an empty seat which somehow represented the victims of gun crimes. This meaningless charade built on Hussein Obama’s last speech about whittling away the Second Amendment. Maybe the seat was reserved for an actual victim whom could not be lured into the show. Something last-minute perhaps?

Of course, there was no mention of the millions of lives saved guns. The space required could have only been found on the National Mall. These folks are not victims nor would any of them wasted their time attending. I declare the whole massive empty space outside the Capital represented the beneficiaries of gun violence.

sotu-blog-15-articleLarge

Empty seat at a hollow show. STEPHEN CROWLEY / THE NEW YORK TIMES.

One of the cats seated with Michelle was a Syrian “refugee” recently added to your tax doll. Hussein Obama bragged of his handling of the “refugee” crisis and related terrorism and foreign policy issues. There has been no confirmation as to whether the “refugee” in attendance is a known member of ISIS. Following Obama’s gun speech last week, when he declared criminals don’t use stolen guns, an ISIS member/criminal used a stolen gun to attack a police officer in Philadelphia. I doubt Obama took the opportunity to correct his previous statement in light of reality. Reality rarely makes an appearance at these sessions.

When not congratulating himself on his seven years of brilliant success Obama took potshots at the Republicans vying to replace him. Looking into the future, these shots are likely warranted. I won’t watch Obama’s successors but I can imagine their follies and symbolic shenanigans.

The Commoder in Grief also portrayed terrorism abroad and the domestic economy as problems solved. Ignoring Paris, the German new years rapes, the dreadful state of Europe and the Middle East, San Bernardino, Philadelphia, and the dire threats posed by Islamic invaders all across the West, terrorism does indeed seem in decline.

The economy, outside of stocks, bonds, commodities, cash, interest rates, jobs, manufacturing, debt, homelessness, hopelessness, welfare, and all other quantifiable measures, is improving. It’s doing so well one of twenty largest banks in the world this morning announced that 2016 portends a “cataclysmic year” and that investors should “sell everything.” Neither the President, Congress, nor you should be troubled by such miniscule details.

“Mr. Obama sought to pose and answer the four central questions his aides said were driving the debate about America’s future, including how to ensure opportunity for everyone, how to harness technological change, how to keep the country safe, and how to fix the nation’s broken politics.” New York Times.  The answers to these questions are each the same: get the government out of the damned way. I doubt that was Obama’s answer as he did not immediately resign while encouraging his fellows to do likewise.

He harped on Republicans to help him finish off the economy by completing his ObamaTrade legislation. I suppose they will given enough time.

One proposal he made actually made sense. As such it will never come to fruition. Perhaps due to a teleprompter malfunction Obama implored Congress to reform America’s criminal “justice” system.

That system is broken to the point of being institutionalized injustice and tyranny. The truly criminal government keeps itself in business by making fake criminals out of its entire population. The Constitution describes three federal crimes, not the three bazillion currently on the books. In a real system of justice the President and his audience would be rounded up and tried for Treason. Again, reality is not suffered in D.C. These problems will not be fixed by the same dastardly fiends that created them.

The rest of the address was more taxes, more spending, more programs and more Obama. If he wants a historical legacy, I just wrote it for him in one sentence.

South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley delivered the empty GOP retort to Obama’s empty blathering. She said nothing important though, in typical Republican fashion, she did pander to the Likudniks: “We would make international agreements that were celebrated in Israel and protested in Iran, not the other way around…” Perish the thought someone in the American government do anything to be celebrated in America.

Empty, hollow, vapid, useless – another evening with “our” government. State and status aside, the odor of the Union is strong.

Political Lies vs. Reality

Shortly after announcing his illegal and unilateral plan to attack the Second Amendment Hussein Obama took to CNN for a “town hall” meeting on gun violence. These meetings used to happen at actual town halls. There citizens came to voice their opinions. Discussion proceeded on issues of civic importance. People gathered to either solve problems or do good things. Now these events, especially if they involve a prominent politician, are scripted theatrical productions designed to sway the television obsessed masses.

So it was on CNN the other night. Obama, with the arrogant air of a second-rate college professor, presumes everyone agrees with his communist views. He thinks all will rejoice in his policies. The event was carefully coordinated to project the sentiment. A few well placed plants gave the superficial illusion of dissent and debate. Still, the President controlled the show.

I have previously dismissed Hussein Obama’s plan of action for what it is, freedom control not gun control. Now I will dismiss another of his (“town hall”) lies about gun control. Barry “disputed the notion that most criminals got guns illegally or through personal connections, making background checks — a major focus on his policy initiative on guns — of little utility.” CNN.

The vast majority, almost the totality, of over the counter gun purchases are made by decent people for lawful purposes. Hussein Obama knows this. He knows too that criminals and terrorists will keep circumventing checks and regulations just as they do laws against murder and mayhem. Then again, he’s not trying to stop violence by criminals. Rather, he wants to stop those decent people with their lawful intentions. His plan is to insidiously peck away at freedom.

Thus he lies about criminals using legally obtained weapons to carry out crimes. As if in poetic answer, at nearly the same time the liar preached to his choir, one of Hussein Obama’s  Muslim ISIS buddies shot a Philadelphia police officer with a stolen police firearm. This is the truth. Criminals act, from end to end, as criminals. No legal gun purchases, no legal actions.

If Obama had a constituent… 6abc.com.

Lies versus reality.

Obama, a likely Muslim and immigrant himself, is determined to flood America with more people of his own persuasion. The entire West is in danger of being overrun by terrorist invaders – welcomed by our lying scum “leaders.” They pretend the invaders are helpless refugees fleeing oppression while the great and noble powers actively fight ISIS and other groups in places like Iraq, Syria and Libya.

The truth of that matter is that the U.S. and the West created ISIS. Colonel Gaddafi warned the West of the rise of ISIS in Libya and it’s threat to Europe.  Libya was then destroyed by Britain, France and the United States, allowing the terrorists to flourish. The overthrow of Gaddafi benefitted British arms dealers and British and American bankers to the tune of hundreds of billions of (stolen) dollars. They gained riches while the people of Paris, San Bernardino and Philadelphia gained death and violence – just as Gaddafi predicted.

Lies versus reality.

The American stock markets just posted their worst opening week in history.  Most global markets are in dire straits. The official lie is that things are fine and the economy is recovered and strong. Jim Cramer tells his CNBC audience not to worry. It’s time to buy, buy, buy. They said the exact same thing just before the bottom fell out in 2008.

Now even the likes of George Soros warn its 2008 again. He is part of the ongoing problem and should know. The reality is that there has been no substantial recovery from the last recession and now we are due for another. In the interim the Banksters have been kept afloat by hideous government spending sprees, public debt, and outright theft. The middle classes have seen no benefit.

What we have gained is more leeching immigrants, more state-sponsored terrorists, and more jobs for those groups (and only for them).

Lies versus reality.

Through all of this our “leaders” have turned against us – from Hussein Obama to Merkel. Merkel’s Germany is being plagued on a Biblical scale by violent “refugees.”

During new years celebrations in Germany scores of native women were assaulted and molested by immigrant invaders. Merkel’s police did nothing. When the oppressed women later protested, Merkel sent the Polizi in force to disperse the protestors.

Merkel’s days are numbered as are most of Europe’s treasonous leader’s. Europeans are sick and tired of being victimized by Islamic savages and by their own governments. The results may not be pretty.

Lies versus reality.

Stop supporting these degenerate monsters. Ignore their election year rhetoric. See them for what they are – thieves, enablers, destroyers, murderers. It’s their convenient lies versus our harsh reality.

Cry Me To The Moon: Obama’s Weak, Insidious Gun Grab

As predicted here President Obama yesterday rolled out his “common sense” gun control edict. Edict it was, without any representative pretense. I saw a teary-eyed man surrounded by myrmidons issue a royal proclamation. Since the earliest days of the Old Republic chief executives have crafted executive orders needed to carry out the laws enacted by Congress. But, then, there was a distinction. Laws were debated and passed by the legislature nominally accountable to the people. Presidents issued orders concerning either compliance with those laws or with the very few duties existing in Article Two of the Constitution.

Today Congress rams through secret spending boondoggles that no one has read and no one outside of Washington and New York needs or wants. Members of the House and Senate live in their own little world far removed from reality. The current crop of pitiful presidents, of whom Barry is merely the latest, fill in the governing gaps with a series of orders which are in effect law. As with the actual legislation from Congress the executive orders are occasionally reviewed by the corrupt, incompetent courts. More often than not the black-robed sorcerers give deference to the political branches by allowing these fascist decrees to stand.

The Constitution slowly rots under glass. The people slowly rot amid their televisions, sports, fast food, and disability applications. Nothing remains of the old America except for old John Wayne movies and the proliferation of private firearms. At any other time in history this latter relic would be of utmost concern to the hellish legions of political scum.

The Second Amendment has been firmly if inexplicably cemented into the legal and political fabric of the nation. And everyone is armed – heavily. Not that it really matters. The most heavily armed people in the world have proven themselves unwilling or incapable of using their vast potential to fight tyranny. Disarmament is the final plank of the Communist manifesto needed to complete the conquest of the United States. However, by dumbing themselves down and by being fervently preoccupied with perpetual nonsense the people have rendered obsolete this otherwise crucial step. It’s as bizarre as any plot from The Twilight Zone.

Bizarre too was Hussein Obama’s Tuesday performance. I’m confident Barry and his clan of leeches and roaches would love to confiscate all private arms. But, again, he doesn’t have to. The people obviously are madly in love with the government and are willing, nay demanding, of any manner of deprivation.

So it was that the Whitehouse debuted some of the weakest gun control every seen. It was introduced in as weak a fashion possible too.

160105122318-obama-crying-gun-executive-action-sot-00004809-large-169

Obama channeled his inner John Boo-Hoo Boenher while a host of unemployable sycophants looked on in vacuous approval. CNN.

All of this was scripted and predictable. A corrupt politician seizes on a non-issue (gun violence). Grown men and women who should otherwise be at work gather in solemn support. The political rodent cries about the deaths of a few children (tragic, yes) but his tears are hypocritical. The same man uses his military to murder other children while signing legislation funding an industry that murders a million more babies each year. The loyal opposition is neither. The comatose people remain unconcerned and uneducated.

And he cried. Tears. A man cried on television while breaking the law. Cried. George Washington never cried that we know of. Putin does not resort to tears. ISIS must have laughed at this pathetic spectacle. The delivery is one reason I say this program is weak. Another is the minimalist, chipping-away nature of the plan.

Some of Obama’s garbage may be dismissed by the courts or over-ridden by Congress. It all should be. It’s all unconstitutional and illegal. However, I imagine some will remain intact and what survives will serve as precedent and a building block for further incremental infringement. This is the insidious side of the fiat decree. What the rats cannot accomplish by a serious ban of guns they will attempt through a series of small reforms.

The Whitehouse claims: “President Obama has a responsibility to do everything in his power to reduce gun violence.” The Constitution gives the President no such power. No mind. This claim is a lie; none of Obama’s proposals will hinder violence – only freedom.

As part of the lie the President uses some numerical smoke and mirrors:

Gun Violence in America: By the Numbers

MORE THAN 4 MILLION
Number of American victims of assaults, robberies, and other crimes involving a gun in the last decade

MORE THAN 30,000
Number of gun deaths in America each year

MORE THAN 20,000
Number of children under 18 killed by firearms over the last decade

MORE THAN 20,000
Number of Americans who commit suicide with a firearm each year

466
Number of law enforcement officers shot and killed by felons over the last decade

3
Number of days after which a gun dealer can sell a gun to an individual if a background check is not yet complete

         Whitehouse lies.

So, based on these one-sided figures, Emperor Obama is taking action! Notice the use of numbers over a decade rather than by the year? Notice the lack of data on lives saved by guns? It’s over a million a year or 10 million each decade. These numbers are equivalent to the number of children killed in abortion clinics or the number of violent jihadis Obama would like to import. Of course presenting all sides of the equation wouldn’t help the agenda. All lies, remember, in order to curtail freedom. Gun control does nothing to stop gun crimes. The government wants more crime so as to justify its continued existence.

If they wanted less crime and less violence they would concentrate on enforcing laws against real crimes (murder, rape, etc.) and not on plants, tax form irregularities and speed limits. They would stop stirring up terrorists only to ship as many as possible to America. They would stop murdering babies. That’s not the plan. The plan is to further burden innocent people.

Here’s how it may work out for us. Currently all gun sales by federally licensed dealers are subject to regulation and background checks. All of this violates the Second Amendment but more on that another day. Private gun sales are subject to nothing. That’s about to change. Obama is intent on unilaterally redefining what or who constitutes a dealer requiring a license and copious red tape. Want to sell or give a gun to your son, friend, or the dude on Craigslist? Just one gun? Congratulations! You are now a gun dealer! Ready your checkbook. The licensing process ain’t cheap.

Obama will also dramatically expand the ranks of those prohibited from owning guns via two steps. First, Obama and his cronies will order doctors to violate federal law (HIPPA) by reporting “mentally ill” patients to the FBI. The definition of mental illness will be left to unelected and unaccountable beaurocrats. Abuse will be rank. The FBI and the ATF will swoop in to seize weapons from those deemed mentally defective.

Certain Social Security recipients will also be stripped of their rights and their guns. The theory is that those deemed incapable of making certain financial decisions should also be deemed too dangerous to own guns. Who does the deeming and under what circumstances remains to be seen. This will address the epidemic of nursing home shootings you’ve heard nothing about.

Current illegal law restricts those convicted of felonies or adjudicated by a court to be psychotic. These restrictions are based on laws passed by the legislature not by one sick, crying man’s order. I say they are illegal because they are. They came about in the 20th Century in violation of the Second Amendment. If someone is so dangerous due to illness, defect, or criminal predilection, then they should be locked away somewhere. If released into free society, they should be free.

As problematic as the current law is at least it was passed through the legal process. It also requires Due Process. A felon must be convicted. The deranged must be legally declared so. It requires a trial or a hearing. It depends on legal representation, confrontation of witnesses, evidence, and an appeals process. Law and order stuff. The coming program will be based on whim.

Some pencil pusher will decide who is unfit to bear arms based on whatever factors the pusher sees as appropriate. Stormtroopers will be dispatched to forcibly disarm the victims or kill them if they “resist.” Should a victim survive it will be incumbent upon him to appeal the beaurocrat’s decision. He will bear all the costs and burdens of proof in this uphill battle. He, presumed innocent until proven guilty, will have to prove his innocence to a degenerate system.

This will all start small and slow. Tyranny usually does so begin. Some provisions may fall in court. However, if these reforms are tolerated, more and more will follow. Beaurocratic expansion is a constant.

Will this be tolerated? The NRA and the State of Texas have already murmured against the plan. Yet, I suspect the majority of our citizens will do nothing because they know nothing. Legal reality interferes with the fun of reality television and other trappings of modern stupidity.

The government and political establishment are counting on you to be complacent. The control freaks on the left will expect your appreciation for being shielded from nothing. The charlatans on the right will expect your votes so they can “fix” things. If placated, both will get what they want and collectively do nothing except more of the same.

A brave few will resist. A few more will cheer what they wrongly perceive as protection from the violent. Most will remain blissfully ignorant. Where do you fall?
