Free Kyle!, guns, Kyle Rittenhouse, law

Kyle did nothing wrong. The luciferians can whine all they like, but the gun charge had to be dismissed.

But Rittenhouse’s attorneys seized on a subsection of the Wisconsin law that states the ban on minors possessing dangerous weapons applies to minors armed with rifles or shotguns only if those weapons are short-barreled. The language stems from a bill that then-Republican Gov. Tommy Thompson signed in 1991. Lawmakers across the country were trying to find ways to curb gang violence around that time. Kenosha defense attorney Michael Cicchini said the law was likely intended to prevent youths from carrying sawed-off shotguns.

Rittenhouse’s AR-15-style rifle was not short-barreled.

From now on, can we look forward to subsections being signs of “White Supremacy?”

Now, the jury needs to do its job and acquit America’s Hero.

The USSA’s affirmative action military is losing weapons at an astounding pace. Most of the stuff in this AP article is low-level activity from thugs who have no business in the country let alone the Army or USMC. Yet, note how many machine guns, rocket launchers, and “other” weapons are missing.

And these are the items they report as missing.

The AP is correct for once about something: these weapons were meant to be used against America’s enemies.

"vaccine", guns, hoax

We need it as this poison is literally more deadly than firearms.

The reported number of US deaths from the Covid vaccine in Q1 2021 is 1,524. The average number of US gun-related murders reported per quarter is 3,679.

However, only 82.5 million people have been fully vaccinated for Covid, or 25.3 percent of the US population. Even if we ignore the fact that the vaccine deaths are almost certainly underreported, this means your chances of dying from being vaccinated for Covid are 63.7 percent greater than your chance of being shot dead, and 44 times greater than your chance of being shot dead by a police officer.

You may have noticed that many of the wicked retards who push the hoax and the hoaxine are the very same evil retards who want to disarm Americans. One day, God willing, they’ll be on the dock for their participation in the war crimes.

And, the GCA, FOPA, and all other US gun laws enacted post-Second Amendment. Trump should make that a signature piece as soon as he starts his second term. In AP Land, Biden has a plan of his own.

According to a National Shooting Sports Foundation report on firearm production figures, Americans in total own at least 20 million rifles and 150 million ammunition magazines that would be subject to the NFA regulations if Biden’s plan were put in place.

Under the NFA, each rifle and each magazine would be taxed at $200 per item. On top of that, gun owners would be subjected to complicated paper work and an identification process.

Trump should prevent this from ever happening by Executive Order – after he finishes off the would-be election thieves and enemy combatants.

I don’t want to jump the gun as I did when the initial, incomplete, and inaccurate video and reporting of the overdose death of George Floyd (RIP) came out. So, as to Kyle Rittenhouse, I’ve opted for the above conservative headline. I can amend it if need be. As-is, this looks like a clearcut case of self-defense and defense of civilization.

Mike Whitney wrote an excellent piece on the legal persecution at Unz:

In a video that has been widely circulated on the internet, Rittenhouse is seen running away from an angry group of protestors who trip him from behind and send him sprawling to the ground. While lying on the street, Rittenhouse quickly grabbed his assault rifle and shot an assailant who had hit him on the head with his skateboard. He then slowly rose to one knee and shot another attacker who was preparing to deliver a blow. The bloody clash scattered the other 15 or 20 potential assailants who quickly did a U-Turn and fled in the opposite direction.

As I can see it from afar, the only point of contention is the initial shooting of the first violent rioter, convicted child molester Rosenbaum (E.S.T?). Whitney alleges or states, as do others, that that shooting was also defensive in nature. There’s no doubt about the subsequent actions (also against convicted felons) as seen in the videos. If Rittenhouse illegally dispatched the pedo (irony in that, right?), then his overall legal standing might have changed. There’s probably a video of the pedo attacking and, thus, justifying his termination (again, as if any more justification is needed to rid the world of a pedo). It may be out there now and I haven’t seen it. Or, like the other Floyd videos, the Floyd autopsy report, and associated dispatch transcripts, “they” might be hiding anything that might exonerate Kyle.  That is what I suspect. And, unless and until I see more, this case is as clear as a bell.

None of this would have been necessary had police and officials in Kenosha, Minneapolis, and elsewhere done their jobs and repelled the savages before they started. It’s a shame the US doesn’t have a strong president who could take time away from boasting, babbling, debt spending, moving embassies, banned firearms accessories, and swearing in a wall of incompatible newcomers to do something helpful. Kyle, on the other hand, did the world a favor. Multiple favors, in fact.  For starters, he demonstrated how easy it is to disperse a violent mob. Drop the leaders and the pack flees. Tucker Carlson was right – it took a 17-year-old Zoomer to do what older men failed to do.

Sadly, or predictably, or even happily, this will spread. After Trump is re-elected, I foresee the war breaking wide open.

Let true justice prevail. Free Kyle Rittenhouse. He’ll be needed, perhaps as a defender or a leader in the future rebuilding of civilization.

The “peaceful protests” against civilization continue in Albuquerque.

Baca had been among those trying to protect the statue when protesters “appeared to maliciously pursue him,” according to a criminal complaint filed by police in connection with the charge lodged against Baca.

Video posted on social media showed protesters hitting Baca, a former Albuquerque City Council candidate, with what police described as a longboard skateboard and punching him. Then he opened fire with a handgun.

A band of wild, illiterate savages stupidly attacked an armed man with overwhelming numbers and weapons (lethal force). He defended himself and demonstrated how easy it is to scatter this kind of trash. Of course, in dead Amerika, he, the victim of the “hate” crime, was the one arrested.

“The shooting tonight was a tragic, outrageous and unacceptable act of violence and it has no place in our city,” Mayor Tim Keller said in a statement. “Our diverse community will not be deterred by acts meant to divide or silence us. Our hearts go out the victim, his family and witnesses whose lives were needlessly threatened tonight. This sculpture has now become an urgent matter of public safety.”

Acts like attacking a man with skateboards, fists, and tackles, Mayor? And, what happened to “defund the police” and ACAB? If not for the cops – shame on them for interfering with nature – the militia just might have cleaned the entire street.

Don Juan (really) Oñate was not a Confederate Officer or Soldier, just another white man to hate. Here’s hoping TPC gets my column out soon; for those who can, it’s about time to flee the burning wreck.

Guns To The Rescue?

We know that guns deter ordinary thug criminals or render them harmless. Now, in Michigan, it may just be that they are serving their original purpose: deterring tyranny.

Michigan closed down its capitol in Lansing on Thursday and canceled its legislative session rather than face the possibility of an armed protest and death threats against Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

The gathering, meant to advocate opening the state for business despite the coronavirus pandemic, followed one April 30 that resulted in pictures of protesters clad in military-style gear and carrying long guns crowding the statehouse. They confronted police and taunted lawmakers.

It was always this easy. Make them feel the fear they’d have us all live in. Let this spread to all levels of government and everywhere around the land! Keep ’em honest.

Background Checks Like We’ve Never Had Before

Let me tell you. Yuge.

President Donald Trump endorsed an expansion of background checks for U.S. gun buyers following the massacres in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, but said there’s “no political appetite” to renew a ban on military-style rifles.

“I’m looking to do background checks,” Trump told reporters as he departed the White House on Wednesday to visit the two violence-stricken cities. “I think background checks are important.”

While he said there’s not enough support in Congress to re-enact what was commonly known as the assault weapons ban, which expired in 2004, he indicated he would discuss the idea with lawmakers. “I will certainly bring that up,” he said.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has refused so far to allow a vote on House-passed legislation that would expand background checks and hasn’t indicated whether he’s reconsidering after the shootings, which killed at least 31 people.

“I think we can bring up background checks like we’ve never had before,” Trump said.

I have a suggestion like we’ve never had before: two steps for a check. First, check and see if the Second Amendment is still there. It is, so on to step two – is the gun customer an “American” pursuant to the definition at or around the time the 2A was ratified. If so, proceed with the sale. If not, deport.
