America, crime, Donald Trump, felony, law, riots, Washington

There’s been much speculation about and comparison between the inaugural crowds in D.C. for Donald Trump versus Hussein Obama. Everyone has an opinion though none have precise numbers. I’ve seen citation to photographs, bus permits, and subway tokens. The White House addressed the issue (hilariously) during an impromptu first press briefing yesterday.

If Trump had a lower turnout than Obama there may be many reasons why. Popularity? Possibly. Weather? Probably not. There’s the issue of Trump supporters being more likely to have jobs and businesses to attend to. And then there were the thousands of wild, violent savages running amok in D.C. yesterday and Friday.

Maybe you’ve seen some footage. There was representation of every anti-American, anti-civilization group in existence: Snowflakes. BLM. Feminists. “Anarchists”. Communists. LGBBQXYZ. SDS. More communists. The Weathermen. Oakland fans. General socialists. Abortionists. Anti-white. The “Pizza” crowd. La Raza. Pokemon zombies. Anti-Christian. NAMBLA. Ordinary felons. Madonna. Satanists. ISIS. Soccer hooligans. The Klingon Liberation Front. Opportunistic looters. I think I even saw an “Impeach Earl Warren” sign out there.

They attacked the police. They attacked bystanders. They attacked each other. They smashed windows. They attacked McDonalds. They attacked Starbucks. The burned limousines. They burned smaller cars. They burned newspaper boxes. They burned Trump hats and t-shirts. If it would hold a flame, they burned it. They threw rocks at the Secret Service. One sucker punched European Peoples civil rights activist Richard Spencer as he calmly spoke to ABC. Others caused author Mike Cernovich to get pepper-sprayed by the cops.

A gentleman eloquently discusses the pros and cons of the Trans Pacific Partnership. The Daily Mail / AP.

They spoke of bombing the White House. They screamed and chanted. They blocked traffic. They blocked pedestrians. They shoved reporters. They menaced regular citizens. They threatened hotels. The defecated in the streets. The smoked irregular cigarettes. The only thing they forgot to do was bathe.

Who in his right mind would wish to endure such madness in order to hear a politician – any politician – speak?

Now, according to The Mail, 230 of the rioters face felony rioting charges.

Most of the 230 rioters arrested after violent protests erupted in Washington D.C. following Donald Trump’s inauguration will be charged with felony rioting, federal prosecutors said on Saturday.

The charge carries a punishment of up to ten years in jail and a $25,000 fine.

Thousand of protesters launched a violent rampage just blocks away from the White House as anti-Trump demonstrators smashed store windows, set fire to cars and threw bricks at police.

These thugs have been accustomed to no consequences whatsoever from their violent behavior. In the rare cases of arrest, they are generally given wrist-slaps – further “micro aggressions” about which to rant and complain (while smoking MJ and still not bathing). The thought of a ten-year sentence, a felony record, and loss of the ability to vote against future Republicans never crossed their drug-addled minds.

I do not know how the charges break down. And I’m not looking into it. I assume, given the events and location, they are a combination of federal and local D.C. (federal). I think the blanket charge is “felony rioting”. To be consistent, here, I do not see “rioting” delineated in the Constitution. However, as I am the last reader of the Old Parchment, that does not matter. Few of the detained will raise that defense anyway; none successfully. A new legal reality for the denizens of the unreal world.

Part of the new reality is the plea deals and sentencing guidelines lurking within the halls of justice [SIC]. Those will account for circumstances and likely result in probation, short terms of incarceration, and suspended sentences. The odds are even against restitution for all the damages.

One hopes the scofflaws learn at least one of several available lessons here. No matter what your issues are, it’s wrong to attack people in the streets. It’s wrong to burn private property. Real Americans are rising again, beyond sick of these juvenile shenanigans. All those cops were there as much to protect the leftists from real Americans as to arrest the leftists. All of those cops had guns. It could have been 230 body bags. It still might be.

So, there we have it. In Amerika some throw rocks. Some throw punches and kicks. Others throw the book at the other throwers. I throw words from a keyboard.

A Tale of Two Charlotteans

The first got the crap beat out of him (Video). It looked to me like the “flexibles” might have been trying to homo-rape him. You know, for the power…

The second smoothly drove on and got away safely. Some SJWs are none to happy about his escape.

The difference? The second man had a gun and was ready to use it. He didn’t have to. Thugs usually give way immediately when they encounter determined resistance.

38acf25700000578-0-image-a-67_1474536877257

The “F*ck the Police” sign-holders were surely crying to the police about this.

The first man begged for mercy as he was beaten. Pathetic. And he received none. The savage types and mobs in general are not known for compassion. Never beg. Fight! Make them beg.

I would say the man in the car was close to brandishing his gun, almost in a casual manner. I wasn’t there though. In general neither of those two actions – brandishing and casual display – are never proper technique. A gun should only be deployed for active shooting (not showing). However, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

He was in the middle of a violent mob of heathens. Said monsters were busy beating beggars, kicking over the homeless, trying to throw photographers into fires, knocking down reporters, hating on the white debil, fighting with the cops and each other – in addition to rioting, looting, and committing vandalism arson and other felonies. A handgun was more than justified. Hell, a Browning M2 would have been justified. I just hope he exercises a little more caution next time. At least he made it out.

I also hope just one of the insurrectionists learned from this also. Some of us are damned sick and tired and are taking counter-measures. If things don’t change very soon, a lot of thugs are about to get a painful lesson. Our kindness and tolerance (and wimpy begging (sigh)) are taken as weakness and provoke more attacks. Then, invariably, we snap and all hell breaks loose. This is an observable pattern of history.

I can feel it coming. Can you? Something very similar is the subject of my “big post” which, sadly, is delayed again. It really won’t be long…(sigh).

Tonight I hope there is peace in Charlotte. If not, I hope there are dead rioters in the morning. If things escalate I will be calling for rifles. I trust all of you have the pistols ready as is. I know my lunch buddies do.

Guns up! And, STAND, MEN OF THE WEST!

I like Charlotte. As far as big cities go it’s one of the best. Great cigar shops. Rocking chairs in the big commercial airport. I went to my first NRA convention there.

Yet, for two nights in a row now, the Queen City has become the epicenter of the collapse of old America. Some random thoughts:

  • I wasn’t there but shooting Keith Scott just because he had a gun is BS. Again, I wasn’t there. Neither were you.
  • Where did the book come from? Was it Nine Millimeter by Hi Point?
  • The cops confronted Scott while trying to serve a warrant on someone else. That is how the justice system operates or used to. Is this something people in Charlotte want discontinued?
  • Scott, a black man, was shot by an officer, also a black man. Why am I, as a result, a “f*cking devil“? That’s not going to win any sympathy. I know you’re upset, bub, but take your racism and go to hell. Seriously.
  • There’s a collection of black preachers in Charlotte called “THUG”.
  • THUG immediately called for a boycott of white business – because a black man shot a black man. Priorities.
  • Boycott really means loot and burn.
  • This sh*t is starting to get really old.
  • This is and is not a racial problem. I see a lot of white faces among the rioters.
  • All this must please ISIS to no end. Don’t forget about them. They like a diversion.
  • Where is Hussein Obama?
  • Tearing up hotels, apartments, interstate, police cars, buses, shops, and WalMart stores is one thing. If you really want a race war, loot the NASCAR hall of fame.
  • I would avoid Charlotte until the National Guard is retracted.
  • I would avoid any major city center right now.
  • Unless Scott used his “book” in a threatening manner, unprovoked, he should not have been shot. People who need to be shot include:
  • People blocking interstates;
  • People burning trucks;
  • People looting Walmart;
  • People looting halls of fame;
  • People attacking reporters;
  • People attacking houses;
  • People committing arson;
  • People who shoot others without provocation.
  • Shoot just a few of them and the rest will go home.

Who needs zombie movies? News Observer.

If this is the new normal in America, then we really don’t need ISIS. Arm up and avoid the cities. This is starting to make me ill.

That didn’t take long. Two days ago I predicted Rahami the dumpster bomber would admit two motives behind his attacks. He already has.

document-3-large_transcpowzwbizlnewd68kzivqmslb5l84ripgjav97bhc8u

Two things:

  • U.S. meddling in the Middle East begets terrorism;
  • Radical Islam is incompatible with Western Civilization.

The fixes here are really very easy.

A related story of domestic terrorism came last night from Charlotte. Again, the solutions to some of these problems are pretty simple. Consider this picture:

cs3d06evyaahurn

The 18-wheeler that was looted and burned on I-85 was on the front line and not behind stopped vehicles. In fact there were four or five trucks up front. That’s something like 10,000 foot-pounds of torque. That amount of force could have cleared the Interstate in a few seconds.

The physical solutions are so plain and clear the issue really becomes whether Americans are even interested in civilization anymore.

Nothing to Worry About

Several years ago I wrote a book I never published – I have not published it yet.  The central theme of the text was that worry is a waste of time and that, rather than fretting constantly, one should use one’s time to the best and highest endeavors possible.  I think this will lead to a happier life on earth.

Meanwhile, I write here about many subjects I find alarming and which may cause some to fret and worry.  My purpose is only to educate and not to burden any with fear. Fear is a funny thing.  It’s natural purpose is to use the brain to wake the body in answer to physical danger.

Today fear is usually utilized as a weapon to keep the public in check – see H.L. Mencken on the aim of practical politics.  A famous American socialist once (in half truth) declared, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”

Regarding life in the new Amerika, many insist “if you ain’t doing nothing wrong, you ain’t got nothing to worry about.”  They especially say this concerning interaction with the police – and especially when it is someone else doing the interacting.  This view is usually espoused by a “God-fearing conservative” to the host of a radio program.  I have derided this nonsensical assertion time and time again.

The unfolding debacle in Baltimore, Maryland again illustrates the sobering point that the innocent do have something to worry about (or fear).

Twenty-five year old Freddie Gray was chased down and hog-tied by Baltimore police officers for the high crime of making eye contact with the officers.  Gray was then thrown into the steel back of a paddy wagon.  In violation of police procedures Gray was not seat-belted or otherwise secured.   His complaints that he couldn’t breath and his plea for a medical inhaler were ignored.  Gray was assaulted and kidnapped.

The cops drove around for a while with Gray bouncing around in the back.  Several times they stopped and consulted with other officers.  Gray begged for help and was ignored.  Each time Gray was re-positioned in unsecured fashion in his rolling torture chamber.  By the time the van reached the police station Gray had suffered a broken neck.  He died as a result.

At lunch one day last week I listened for a few seconds to one of those right-wing radio shows.  The caller or guest  was explaining that Gray probably had a pre-existing injury and that injury was the real cause of this demise.  The torture during his kidnapping merely added the final straw.  Cursing, I turned off the radio.  I should have called in and explained the centuries-old law on this point.  There is an ancient legal maxim (in torts and in criminal law) that you take your victim as you find them.  In civil matters this is known as the “eggshell plaintiff” phenomenon.

A criminal wrongdoer is not relieved of culpability because he happened to choose a weak victim.  The fact that a person is predisposed to injury is no excuse for harming the person.  A person of conscience knows he shouldn’t harm anyone – weakened or not. This point is lost on the tobacco chewing NASCAR set.  Mercifully, it is not foreign to the Maryland State Attorney.

On May 1st, that Attorney, Marilyn J Mosby, charged the criminal officers involved in Gray’s death with various criminal charges, including murder.  The free people of Baltimore rightly celebrated in the streets.  All to often the police are granted blanket immunity for actions which would land any ordinary citizen in jail.

Mrs. Mosby also concluded that Gray’s arrest and transport was illegal: the police had no reason to believe he committed any crime.  He committed no crime.  Looking at the police is not a crime.  Walking or running away from the police is not a crime (as the police are known to murder people, it might be a good idea).  Carrying a pocket knife as Gray did is not a crime.  Assault, kidnapping and murder are crimes.

050115-cc-baltimore-cops-mugshots-5

(Brian Rice, criminal police agent.  Google/ABCnews.)

In ancient times the police were held to a higher standard than ordinary people due to their positions of power.  The common law of old England held that not only was an officer criminally and civilly liable for his mal-actions but, also, any citizen witnessing police misconduct were obliged to take whatever action was necessary to protect the innocent.  As such, on rare occasions criminal officers were subject to summary execution in order to preserve the freedoms of the people.

Today, our rodent politicians and the limp-wristed weaklings of society bemoan any action, no matter how justified, which interferes with police activity (right or wrong).  The new mantra is “submit and obey” for the people rather than have the police “serve and protect.”  These low-minded, soulless beings also share responsibility for deaths such as Gray’s.

In a strange but happy reversal of fate the officers who murdered Gray are facing up to 63 years in prison.  This will not help Gray at all but it will set a new precedent that (as should be) the police are not above the law.

Those six criminals in blue and their useless enablers have also stirred up other crimes against society.  Following Gray’s murder the oppressed of Baltimore took to the streets to vent their pent-up frustration.  This provided cover for gangs of looters and thugs to move in like vultures and riot across the city – causing damage untold.  This is a familiar pattern.  This pattern demonstrates how upside-down America has become.

In a perfect world the police would leave people like Freddie Gray alone and spend their hours weeding out the ruinous members of the populace given to riot and loot when the opportunity presents itself.  The rest of the people would express heartfelt appreciation. We have a long way to go reach this perfect place.

Until then, we must continue our vigilance against the forces of evil.  We must live aware of these forces not in fear of them.  In the words of Jesus, “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”  Matthew 10: 28 (KJV).

Baltimore, chaos, civilization, freedom, government, law, police, politicians, riots, Second Amendment, stupid, War

It’s not my normal realm of study but I feel like I should say something about the riots and chaos currently erupting in Baltimore.

The situation in Maryland, evolving night by night, highlights two problems plaguing all of post-modern Amerika.  One is the trouble of the militarization of our police forces. The Baltimore police appear to have murdered a man (and I have limited facts to based this assessment on).  However, this happens all across the country on a daily basis.  It’s part of the War on Freedom.

Naturally, such crimes upset the populace.  They become restless.  Bereft of a government and society that gives a damn, they take to the streets to protest openly in the only way they can.

Add in a few professional agitators and militants and you have the violence and destruction you see on the nightly news.  This spectacle illustrates another problem with our society: that some cannot or will not conduct themselves according to the norms of civilization.  One would think they had recently emerged from a cave with an angry conscience and arms conditioned for throwing bricks and bottles.

Caught in the midst of these idiotic forces are the rest of us.  Cars and buildings are burned.  Lives ruined. Peace disrupted.  I have few answers for these evils.

Apparently I am not alone.  The best the stupid mayor of Baltimore can come up with is a strategy of giving the lawless “space to destroy.”  I suggest the affected property owners and insurance companies add this woman to their list of plaintiffs in their respective civil tort suits.  Remember, when you head to the polls come the next election, that this is the best our beloved Democrats and Republicans can do.

The press in Briton, often much more able to report on American issues than the American puppet press, notes that as the city burned, shopkeepers called on the police (who started this war in the first place) to help them and save them from the afore-mentioned cave dwellers.  These pleas for help were completely ignored.

The real purpose of the police is to enforce state power.  The reason given to the gullible public is to “serve and protect.”  When the Sh*t hits the fan, they do neither.  They retreat into phalanxs to protect their own and nothing more.  You, the innocent, are on your own.

As such, you need to arm yourselves.  During the 1990’s era riots in Los Angles some store owners gave up on the police and protected themselves the old fashioned way – with shotguns and rifles.  This approach worked perfectly.  Those from the caves do not wish to be riddled with bullets and, thus, leave the well armed alone.  Another benefit of the Second Amendment.

Rather than rely on moronic politicians and their corrupt police forces, instead put your faith in yourselves and people like Baltimore’s Mother of the Year.  Better yet, be like her and directly put an end to whatever of this madness you encounter.  Direct intervention is the only way to preserve freedom.

mother-of-the-year
