Ivan Throne, The Nine Laws, United States

This just came in from Ivan Throne:

‘Ready for the collapse of the United States?’

Ivan here.

If you don’t see the collapse of America coming, you’re looking the other way.

It’s far closer than you think, and that’s simply because too many unsustainable things are hitting all at once, and there’s nothing that can be done about that.

The U.S. military isn’t going to suddenly turn around and say, “we were just kidding about funding the castration of our own recruits, we’re actually warfighters.”

The FBI won’t pause and announce “looks like inciting racial warfare across the country isn’t helpful.”

American politicians aren’t going to swiftly go against the mob and risk being called a bad name by some blue haired ham planet in a rainbow shirt.

I’m sorry, but that’s just the way it is.

The Great Experiment is over.

It is indeed. And, as such, I’ll happily plug THE NINE LAWS again.

New Cigar Piked by Ivan Throne

cigars, Empalador, good life, Ivan Throne

I’m a terrible social media user. You knew that. So it should come as no surprise that I hadn’t checked in at GAB in nearly a year (sorry #GabFam…). Anyway, I am glad I made a recent short incursion. I found out about a new cigar!

A Dark Triad cigar!, the progeny of our friend and best-selling author Ivan Throne.

Behold the Empalador (the Impaler)!

The names – of the smoke and of the man – say enough. I have not smoked one but I am assured of quality.

A Pre Review:

Expected availability in September (hey, that’s Saturday!);

Look for her in Robusto, Churchill, and Torpedo sizing;

$194 per box of Robustos;

Wrapper: Honduran Trojes (very good); Binder: Indonesia (interesting); Long-cut filler: Honduras and Nicaragua (Nica, baby!);

A real review from a real smoker, Dr. Jack Griffin, as lifted (with implied permission…) from the Empalador Site (get ye there and get on Ivan’s list):

“With a wrapper of aged Trojes Honduran, Honduran and Nicaraguan long filler, and an Indonesian binder, the Empalador (the “Impaler”) Robusto 5×50 is a delightful smoking experience.

“The scent of the foot promised a rich, complex smoke, and this fine stick did not disappoint. The aroma from the initial toasting offered notes of nut and pepper, and even an evasive hint of leather (at least to this reviewer’s nose). Smoking the cigar was deeply enjoyable paired with a fine bourbon. Although I usually allow a cigar to die a dignified death half way through the smoke, I found myself compelled to continue as there was none of the creeping bite and harshness one often finds as a cigar burns down.

“The Latin inscriptions on the band might be loosely translated as ‘the night owns the kingdom’ and ‘God wills’. Indeed it does and so does He. The Empalador is highly recommended.”

Nut, pepper, and evasive leather. Sounds outstanding! And, per my Nica-centricity, I’m going to say the magic Esteli or Jalapa (my guess) dirt adds just a hint of solid earthiness. Or so I hope. I find Dr. Griffin’s admission to burning his Robusto all the way down compelling. If it’s worth risking a burnt fingernail, it’s good. Period.

Going strictly by the pictured appearance, I’ll add that the Empalador is very well constructed. Such would be bolstered by Griffin’s account as harshness usually accompanies poor build, which does not favor an “undignified death.” A beautiful brown Maduro, it looks like a good cigar. My imagination and experience detect just enough strength and body to make the trip fun, yet not so strong as to overpower or moot any of the referenced notes.

Per my eternal habit of keeping no numerical or other rating systems, I cannot give you an “A,” a “10,” or a “+++.” But I trust Ivan and (now) Dr. Griffin.

In short: I’m looking forward to the real encounter. You should too.

In the wild, in the box. Bring it! Picture by the Dark Triad Man.

PS: In keeping with the name, consider (at least once) deploying John Daly’s golf tee punching method – impale the Impaler!

PPS: Thank you, again, Ivan Throne!

An Extreme Challenge

damn..., Ivan Throne, pepper spray challenge

More extreme than the ice bucket. Ivan Throne does the Pepper Spray Challenge. It’s like the ice but it’s pepper spray. In the eyes. While continuing to do squats.

Yeah.

Before you click any further – don’t try this at home! Unless you want to or need to … anyway:

Ivan Throne/YouTube.

Dark Triad Man.

I’ll say it again: Do not mess with the Dark Triad Man.

This is actually pretty good training if you’re going to the front lines against the antifa communists. They regularly deploy the spray in their pursuit of peace and harmony. Wonder if Soros pay for it too? I would say avoid places where they or other protesting zombie groups might congregate but, then again, I avoid almost all places unless they sell cigars and/or booze.

Yes, I took the challenge myself – doing deadlifts. Funny thing was the camera wasn’t working. Odd, that. Oh heck…

I will regale you with a similar funny story. Once I dined at an Indian restaurant. They must have been a little short-staffed as the owner herself took our order. I got something curry. We’ll say it was chicken. (Always say chicken).

She asked sweetly: “How would you like that?”

Me: “Hot!”

Her, again sweetly: “Your hot? Or OUR hot?”

Me: “Your hot.”

I ate it. It was THEIR hot. And it was darned good though the after effects lasted for a week maybe.

If you feel compelled to try the challenge at home and under the given hypothetical circumstances, then I might offer an alternative exercise. Maybe start with weights or something. Then get sprayed. Then immediately drop the bar and practice close-quarters, close-retention, fast draws with rapid antifa communist ventilation.

The capsaicin should help eliminate the urge to aim, which you shouldn’t do in these drills anyway. Just point and click, rapidly and repeatedly. Then go have “their hot” at the local Indian/Thai/Vietnamese place. Odds are you won’t even notice.

And, yes, I am getting around to the massacre on 129 – sooner or later. Probably later.

Ivan Throne, The Dark Triad Man, on Self Defense Training

Ivan, an expert’s expert, gives excellent pointers:

Practical dojo selection reminders for the common man.

Once the correct nature of the Way is understood, the inherent profit of strength and fitness are valued, and the foundations of sacred purpose and meaning are entrenched – how does one select a dojo or choose a martial tradition to study and absorb, practice and perhaps ultimately master?

This is often something that those who are young in experience needlessly obsess over.

Should you select a Japanese, Chinese or Korean tradition? Is hard or soft kung fu better? Is one ryū -ha more officially authentic? Which teacher is the “real” teacher of any particular method?

Return to the basics. Recall your purpose, remember what you face in the dark world.

You do not face arts or traditions.

You face men.

Thus it is men you must train to accommodate or overthrow, to avoid or smash, as dictated by the circumstances and environment and in accordance with your purpose.

So much of the training does and does not really matter. Much of what is offered out there, today, is utterly useless. Still, even with the good stuff, one has to find the right balance and what meets individual expectations.

Read any account from any crime or terror attack – like that in London earlier today – the survivors (almost to a man or woman) will explain they had no idea what to do. That’s the majority herd way. Break away from it as fast as possible. Ivan has some great suggestions.

Do NOT Mess With The Dark Triad Man

I repeat do Not mess with Ivan Throne. The author of The Nine Laws (which you should buy, now) is not to be trifled with. Watch the following video. Pay close attention around 00:55.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0IThHYpfYI

Ha! Ha! Ha! Take that commie scum!

One will note that at or around 00:55, one of the black-clad, communist, neo-hippie “protesters” deliberately drops a black flag into Ivan’s face. This constitutes simple battery under CO law. The police are right there yet they do nothing. They cannot in these situations. Their primary job is to preserve overall order and to defend the given location – in this case the Colorado State Capitol.

The unwashed destroyers get used to this immunity. They act on it, smug and secure from arrest and consequence. They also know most “normal” people won’t or can’t do anything to stop them.

Ivan isn’t “normal”.

Ivan is a legitimate, trained, practicing Ninja.

nimbus-image-1488915571574

He makes mention of that fact, casually, in The Nine Laws. I read his book and raved about it. Still, I calculate. While his insights lend credence to everything the man says, in the back of my mind something subtely questioned the Ninjitsu claims.

I have nearly 30 years of experience in Tae Kwon Do, Karate, boxing, kick-boxing, and various combatives. I can generally tell when someone is BS-ing. Nothing Ivan ever wrote caused me definitive doubt. But, still, I have never seen him inaction nor seen any authority or documentation.

I, now, have no doubts whatsoever. His smooth, powerful, and effortless sweep was the result of professional training and extreme skill. He whipped the flag down, yanked it away (with strength and authority), and handed it off to a cop – all in one instant movement. And he never broke his concentration on the larger event. Also, he only did what was necessary to break the attack; there was no need to follow-up retaliatory action. (Which I know he could have delivered with instant devastation). That was amazing.

This movement was almost too fast to see. Watch again if you have to.

One also notes that, confronted with that level of force, the Antifa scum did … absolutely nothing! Those fools, not quite as stupid as they might seem, knew immediately they were in the presence of something beyond their feeble control.

Ivan shattered their immunity and their smugness. They did not escalate and they did not dare repeat their mistake. Some likely didn’t have time to notice. They went on with … whatever the hell uselessness they were doing.

Two tried to burn small “Trump” flags. Much like the 2016, anti-Trump, anti-white “protest” in Athens, GA, this gesture was beyond pathetic. What kind of protester can’t properly burn a flag?! I am ashamed of my dear leftists.

Do mind that these losers were not the worst the left has to offer. They were not nearly as dangerous as some. They were: few in number, utterly inept, out in daylight, and right in front of a line of officers. A different crowd, at night, could be considerably more worrisome.

However, take this lesson to heart: never give in! Do not, under any circumstances, be intimidated by bullies, thugs, and idiots. The slightest and swiftest resistance defeats them. Always.

Many, many thanks to Ivan for this demonstration. If you don’t follow The Dark Triad Man, you should.

If you’ll excuse me, I need to watch the video once more. I need a good laugh.

immigration, Islam, Ivan Throne, Paris, The West, violence, War

I watched a video from Tommy Robinson’s Twitter feed today. I decided not to include it here because, while illustrative, it’s just that. It depicted a Planet of the Apes – esque scene from Paris in which a horde of wild heathens attacked a police officer. Illustrative – of the new trend of disintegrating civilization.

Mobs of black-clad communist “youth” have joined forces with angry Muslims and African “immigrants” in a bid to take down the West. And they’re doing a hell of a job.

The mob attacked an immobilized police car, the officer still inside. After breaking out all of the windows, they set it on fire. Again, the officer was inside. As the car began to burn he exited and fought his way free. Here’s a capture pic for the heck of it:

nimbus-image-1487532950165

Twitter.

The officer, as pictured, had just expertly executed a “rising X” block against an assault – one of four excellent blocks he used before fleeing the vastly superior numbers of his assailants. He was well-trained and it may have saved his life. Good use of physical training.

I note that he was also armed with a handgun. That, he did not utilize. In this case I think he would have been perfectly justified in shooting everyone within range. For some reason he decided against that. It worked out well for him and the attackers, though not for the cruiser, which was evidently destroyed. Many men would not have had his patience under similar circumstances. I certainly respect his judgement.  Mental preparation.

This scene is becoming more and more frequent in the West. Paris, Nice, Brussels, Stockholm, D.C., Charlotte, Berkeley, etc. have all succumbed to the mindless violence (or the violence of the mindless).  They call it the “new normal”.

Regardless of whether you’re ready to accept the “new normal” you should be ready to deal with it. And that leads me to a recent guest post from The Dark Triad Man’s site (hey, Buddy). Please read, and take to heart, the following: HOW TO PREPARE YOUR BODY AND MIND FOR IMMINENT VIOLENCE.

Whether it is rioting criminals, a hurricane or man versus man, it makes no difference. Violence is headed your way, and it is up to you to ensure that neither you nor your family go silently into the night.

As Ivan said earlier today,

“Make the bastard Reaper pay an exorbitant cost to take you!”

The Parisian officer wasn’t looking for a headache that day. Odds are you won’t either. Still, violence can and will find you. Be ready for it.

book review, books, Ivan Throne, The Nine Laws

Alright. I promised this a week or so ago. I have just concluded my first read through of Ivan Throne’s The Nine Laws (Castalia House, October 4, 2016). I also promised Ivan, a.k.a. the Dark Triad Man, a full review. Here goes:

At the outset, here and now, I must qualify this review. First, I don’t normally review books beyond mere recommendation. Thus, in keeping with my usual ways, I HIGHLY recommend you buy The Nine Laws (click here now – $9.99 Kindle from Amazon). However, I must forewarn that the book is not for everyone. In fact, sadly, it’s not for most.

This excellent work is a self-help manual for a select few. Potential readers are:

  • Men;
  • Men of substantial intelligence who can control their passion and physicality; and
  • Men of strength who will act through sheer power, upon thoughtful consideration.

In Ivan’s words his ideal reader must become a “warrior-priest”. He imparts a message which he obviously takes seriously; it is a Shin-den (Japanese for “sacred”) expression. Ivan is a ninja by training, the methodical and relentless nature of which comes through clearly in his words.

Others, say of stronger minds but weaker resolve, might enjoy the book though they will likely find little use for the teachings. The weak and timid need not delve deeper than the cover.

The Dark World

All of this takes place in what is known as the dark world.

For many there is great fear and anxiety in response to words that are spoken or written to invoke the image of power. Words that declare ferocity. Words that speak of the dread reality of this dark world and the necessity of blood, steel, incandescent flung iron and detonations of dust and thunder as the voice of deciding finality between individuals and armies, ideologies and civilizations.

Your fear and anxiety are real, but nonetheless irrelevant to the impersonal nature of creation.

Any desire that things be other than they are, is not even perceived by the universe.

Illusions of safety are not rewarded…

– Chapter 13, The Dark World

This world is real. It is not, in and of itself, evil. However, it is plagued with evil both spiritual and incarnate. You didn’t really need my explanation there nor Ivan’s. The nightly news is sufficient proof. So is your daily life. The world is hard. To master one’s place in it requires a man be hard. That is the nature of the nine laws.

These guideposts are presented, defined, and exemplified with great care and precision.

Refreshing Assessment

Most “similar” works fail miserably for two reasons. First they either deny or foolishly explain away the nature of the world. Ivan’s assessment is cold, brutal and honest. Second, so many “ways of living” books attempt to reassure the reader, coddling the those who should instead be fortified. Delusion is potentially fatal. Ivan fortifies with virtual steel. His approach is born of genuine concern and an apparent desire for others to thrive.

The first thing that grabbed my attention and held it was Ivan’s utter lack of equivocation. This is not simply a testament to good and clear style. It is, rather, evidence of strong presence of mind and sound devotion to the craft of living. His observations were honed by humbling experience, tactfully ingrained in the text.

And ideal living is what it is all about. Most people shuffle blindly through life. Theirs may not necessarily be a waste of opportunity. It is certainly not fulfillment.

God created the world, even the dark world. We are reminded that His Spirit, though in us, does not rule the world. Someone else does. Hence the observable evil. Stephen Hawking once noted that God set the world and its laws in motion and then stepped back – a hands off approach. We, the living, are tasked with daily adherence to the law or with existing otherwise. This accords with the fallen nature of man and his endless pursuit of Natural Law among other ideals. Ivan understands these concepts.

His expert lessons serve as a chart for purposeful navigation through the world. I find this beats the shuffling manner of the masses and the weak illusions of the gurus. Life should be lived with purpose, with reverence to loftier ideals and for a higher Power.

Getting there, by Ivan’s plan, requires serious self-assessment and the permanent adoption of personality and thinking popularly misconstrued by the shufflers. Would you consider psychopathy a positive trait? Necessary? Buy the book. Read the book.

I have one contention with whole of The Nine Laws. Ivan admonishes to never self-deprecate. This issue of mine is likely semantic in nature. My readers know I frequently lace my commentary with self-deprecating remarks. Almost as sure as my shooting at the political trash.

Considered in pari materia my joking is a form of concealment (the Second Law). And concealment may not mean what one thinks. Read the book.

In Conclusion

My favorite of the laws is number nine: no laws. My life has become a study of this phenomenon. Again, the definition and explanation may challenge one’s preconceived notions.

There are multiple parts that I look forward to rereading. Once is probably not enough. This book offers not only opportunity of understanding but a blueprint for action. The program is designed to be used.

The Nine Laws may not change the world but it could change you. A change for the better. So it is that I recommend without hesitation (beyond my initial qualification) this fine literary contribution to the world of men.

Congratulations and thank you to Ivan Throne.

*One will also note that The Beggar is spared the presence of Death, the two already being partially acquainted by circumstance.
