Usually nothing good comes out of talking to the police. I’ve said this again and again and again. In the ordinary encounter they attempt to have a suspect (we’re all suspects) say something they can use against him. Remember, you have the right to remain silent. Use it because anything you say can and will be used against you.

It gets worse. If you talk and you don’t say something they can use against you, they will just fabricate some false story out of your words or simply make up a complete lie to suit their needs. If you give a 30-minute interview the odds are there will be some random sentences that can be edited together into a sinister statement which, though untrue, will be used before a jury (grand and/or trial). I’ve seen it in person. In the absence of any incriminating statements, clever investigators can say you said something (off record and not recorded, of course). This makes it harder for you to deny the lies – you did give a statement after all. You admit that. It becomes your word against the cop’s as to what you said. Courts are programmed to automatically give credence to the police version.

Outside of personal criminal cases it is still unwise to talk to agents of the state. Even if they’re not trying to railroad you with a false confession or something similar they can still use “your” statements to fabricate an official lie or cover-up.

On July 17, 1996 TWA flight 800 exploded off the coast of Long Island and fell into the Atlantic Ocean. The official story is that an oxygen generation system in the fuel tanks malfunctioned and caused the crash. This is certainly possible. It is also a possibility the plane was shot down by a SAM. Several witnesses have said they say something (like a missile) streaking toward the aircraft just before the explosion occurred. One of those witnesses was Mike Wire.

Wire was one of hundreds of witnesses interviewed by the FBI following the tragedy. He spoke with Special Agent Andrew Lash for over an hour and a half. Lash took copious notes which he allowed Wire to double-check. All seemed well. Then several years later Wire learned his interview served as the basis of the government’s official story – a story which did not match Wire’s account.

Irvine had something he wanted me to see. It was a certified word-for-word transcript of a 1999 meeting between the NTSB’s witness group and the CIA analysts who created the animation the FBI used to close the case. I was amazed that I was referenced so much; it seemed that a third of this 81-page document mentioned me (the man on the bridge) in some way.

As it turns out, the CIA based its animation around what I saw. However, there was a big problem. The CIA claimed that the nose of the plane blew off and when it did, the plane soared up for more than 3,000 feet. This, according to the CIA, confused me and other witnesses into thinking we saw a missile. I saw nothing of the kind. I saw an object zigzag up off the horizon at about a 40-degree angle, arch over and culminate in an explosion. After the explosion, the plane fell straight out of the sky.

As the transcript showed, at least two of the NTSB people gave the CIA resistance. They had seen the FBI “302” that Lash prepared, and it honestly reported what I had seen. When cornered, the CIA analyst responded, “He [I] was an important eyewitness to us. And we asked the FBI to talk to him again, and they did.”

This was nonsense. The FBI never spoke to me after the initial Lash interview. The CIA analyst continued, “In his original description, he [I] thought he had seen a firework and that perhaps that firework had originated on the beach behind the house.” This was true.

According to the analyst, though, I was “reinterviewed,” and I changed my statement. According to this fictional second interview, I did not see the light ascend from the beach. I first saw the light appear “as if — if you imagine a flagpole on top of the house it would be as if it were on the top or the tip of the flag pole.” As a millwright, we do not use flagpoles as an increment of measurement. I would use degrees of angle in this kind of instance as in the original statement.

“Now, when the FBI told us that,” said the analyst, “we got even more comfortable with our theory.”

I do not know who generated this false interview to fit their scenario, but I stand by my original approved statement made to agent Lash. No other statement exists as there were none. The CIA built its case-closing animation around an interview that never took place. I would learn later that the CIA manufactured interviews with several other key witnesses.

This whole experience has left me disillusioned with the FBI, disillusioned with the CIA, and totally disillusioned with the news media that bought this whole story without ever questioning it — even after the truth about the fake interviews had become impossible to deny.

In sensitive cases like this the FBI and other domestic law enforcement sources serve as information generators for the CIA, which ultimately controls the official stories. Regardless of what really happened and what is said the CIA will only publish the version it wants the public to see. Fake interviews can only be effectively denied if they never happened. Rather than making statement X to the FBI only to have the CIA convert it into statement Y for disinformation purposes it is far better to have no part in the process period.

If approached by any state officers under such circumstances one should not only refuse to make statements and answer questions but record the refusal and following silence. This will not stop them from fabricating lies but will give you plausible deniability. Let them make up their own stories.

It’s not “formerly”. Highwaymen still roam the roads of America looking to relieve people of their property. Some are known as the police, others as the Highway Patrol.

The pigs have a clever trick to rob you called “civil asset forfeiture”. There’s nothing civil about it; they just seize your property (usually cash) and, if you want it back, you have to jump through burdensome legal hoops. Most victims don’t bother. I’d say 90%+ of the cash stolen is forfeited to the criminal state – I’ve watched in court before (case after case of The State vs. $943.72 and so on). The same police who absolutely will not lift a finger to help violent crime victims are more than wiling to steal your cash.

Now it’s not just cash at risk. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is now using a card reader to steal money straight from bank accounts and credit/debit cards.

“We’re gonna look for different factors in the way that you’re acting,” Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. John Vincent said. “We’re gonna look for if there’s a difference in your story. If there’s someway that we can prove that you’re falsifying information to us about your business.”

Troopers insist this isn’t just about seizing cash.

“I know that a lot of people are just going to focus on the seizing money. That’s a very small thing that’ s happening now. The largest part that we have found … the biggest benefit has been the identity theft,” Vincent said.

“If you can prove can prove that you have a legitimate reason to have that money it will be given back to you. And we’ve done that in the past,” Vincent said about any money seized.

State Sen. Kyle Loveless, R-Oklahoma City, said that removes due process and the belief that a suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty. He said we’ve already seen cases in Oklahoma where police are abusing the system.

Hats off to Sen. Loveless (you know the cops don’t love him) but the problem isn’t abuse of the system, it’s that the system itself is abusive. This system has to go. What’s the proper remedy? The old song tells us exactly. We need not wait until the spring of twenty-five to hang ’em – now would be a good time.

9/11/2001, while murder for 3,000 Americans and a nightmare for the rest of us, has been a boon for the low-rent political class in the D.C. swamp. It allowed them to: create new agencies even to the cabinet level of corruption; start two big useless wars and more smaller (but still useless) wars; steal Trillion$ from the people to give to Wall Street and the MIC; place the whole population under surveillance; kill countless people and destroy countless things; stomp the Constitution and the Rule of Law into the mud; keep the people alarmed to the point of fatigue, and; provide a (terrible) reason for their own continued existence.

Nearly 15 years after the attacks the trauma of the day itself is largely forgotten while life under the new police state has been accepted almost universally. There was a hasty, sham investigation into the event but the “official story” was already contrived even as the horrors unfolded. Everyone, including the 9/11 Commission, new the Commission’s work was rigged … rigged and/or obstructed.

The Executive Branch mislead and hindered the 9/11 Commission and destroyed evidence in order to sabotage future investigations.

Presumption of a Cover-Up …

Judges and lawyers know that – if someone intentionally destroys evidence – he’s probably trying to hide his crime. American law has long recognized that destruction of evidence raises a presumption of guilt for the person who destroyed the evidence.

So what does it mean when the US government intentionally destroyed massive amounts of evidence related to 9/11?

It means the government is guilty and should be disbanded immediately.

As part of the post-9/11 wars and money-making rackets, the government has held various “terrorists” at GITMO, some with show trials, some just sitting around … forever. The government has lazily farmed out both the prosecution and defense of these men to a private company, SRA International. The same team handling both sides in “court” – conflict of interest anyone??

The Defense Department has paid SRA almost $39 million over the last five years, U.S. government contracting records show, for the cases of just seven accused terrorists — those charged in the 9/11 attacks and two others charged in the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole off Yemen.

SRA has supplied roughly 45 investigators, intelligence analysts, and others to both the prosecution and defense teams at the military commissions, which are trying the cases at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. About a fifth of the total military commission staff are SRA contractors, a Defense Department spokesperson said. And the firm’s “proprietary software,” records show, is used to process the evidence in the case.

There really isn’t any Due Process concern as the system is designed to avoid any acquittals:

In 2008, the former chief prosecutor for Guantanamo’s military commissions disclosed that the trials have been rigged to prevent any possibility of acquittal.

Specifically, the head of the Guantanamo tribunal — who is actually in charge of both prosecuting and defending the suspects — told the former chief prosecutor:

‘Wait a minute, we can’t have acquittals. If we’ve been holding these guys for so long, how can we explain letting them get off? We can’t have acquittals, we’ve got to have convictions.’

In addition, three other Guantanamo prosecutors — Maj. Robert Preston, Capt. John Carr and Capt. Carrie Wolf — “asked to be relieved of duties after saying they were concerned that the process was rigged. One said he had been assured he didn’t need to worry about building a proper case; convictions were assured.”

Another former Guantanamo prosecutor resigned, saying in a sworn declaration that the government pulled all sorts of shenanigans in one case.

The head of the tribunal also said that — even if the defendants are somehow acquitted — they may not be released from Guantanamo.

No wonder the American Bar Association, “which the Pentagon had said would help arrange such representation, has refused to participate because it objects to the trial procedures.”

Despite all this fraud and criminal misconduct the only thing keeping the rats of Congress up at night is Rand Paul stalling parts of the nefarious PATRIOT ACT.

Republicans, furious at Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), are accusing him of jeopardizing national security to further his presidential campaign.

Paul used Senate procedure to successfully — and temporarily — block the chamber’s push to renew parts of the Patriot Act on Sunday.

This caused three sections of the controversial surveillance bill, including the National Security Agency’s bulk records-collection program, to expire early Monday morning.

Again, when you go vote (unless you luckily get to vote for Paul), this is what you’re getting – pure, unadulterated corruption and evil. Keep letting the fox into the hen-house and he’ll keep eating the chickens.

This is more of a fitness update than a funny story. Or maybe it’s visa versa. I just write the stuff…

Since returning to the land of the fit I have dropped 18 pounds (182 with shoes off) since January. I’m about the same weight I was when I graduated high school. Just as strong but older, and slower to recover, and I have to count calories, and … anyway… During college I lived in the gym. When I escaped UGA I was a solid 220 and shockingly powerful. Then came the blissful decline.

Not so long ago I weighed in at a fat and pitiful 255 lbs – that was grossly obese and just plain gross. Late in 2012 I made major changes and have lived at an appropriate weight ever since. Two summers ago I dropped into the low 170s. That was a little light, I think. I wasn’t lifting much but I lost all surface fat and flab. Anyway, again, around this New Year’s Day I found myself at 199.9 lbs. I am proud of my progress. All it takes is a little culinary discipline and time with the heavy iron things.

The other day I handled such devices. After a decent bench-press session (topping out at 275 for 5 reps [not to shabby for 182!]) I did some incline dumbbell presses. My first set was with relatively light weights but I was shaky and off-balance which I attributed to old age and fatigue. I was readying for set number two when some dude walked up and said, “you know you have two different weights there.” So I did! I’m not old and weak, just blind and inattentive. I replaced the heavier one…

Later I decided to finish up with some flyes on the peck deck machine. A real cutie of about 25-30 was using it. She politely asked me if I wanted to work in. Delirious from my previous work I mumbled “yes”. She confidently said something about having a plan. I laughed and started telling her about my foibles with mismatched weights and being old. When I finished my ramble she was gone. I hope my senile babbling didn’t interfere with her plan though I was happy to get the machine all for myself.

Today was a shoulder and arm routine followed by Judo throws (dummy) and bag work. This is excellent cardio training with an even better purpose. I was thinking about Houdini the jihadi, similar street attacks,and how to counter them. Specifically, today I was thinking about how to approach (from behind) multiple thugs beating a victim. Like this:

The walking sacks of sh!t in black were part of a pack beating the white man with the ripped white shirt (their work). Several others were off camera to the right. I think this was just prior to or just after Houdini’s chase and tackle. It could have been part of the same scene; hard to piece together from the videos. This stuff is real and getting worse by the day. The question in my mind was how would a civilized man respond to such a situation (without crudely resorting to a .45ACP or a Ka-bar – not that those are bad things…).

I had to image a hapless victim. Also, lacking walking sacks of sh!t (SOS) I substituted a line of four six-foot, 200 lbs heavy bags. My plan was to approach the first one (representing the sucker throwing the sucker punch above) slightly off-center and drop a heavy left elbow to the base of the skull/neck area. Note, this is potentially lethal – do not attempt at home. Actually, a mob – even unarmed – can constitute lethal force and a victim or intervening third-party is entitled to meet force with force. Or so it was in the old America. Where was I??? I then planned to slid over to SOS number two and land a right hammer-fist on his neck. Note, these are not “sporting” moves unless, of course, the sport is thug hunting.

Executed correctly this likely would have cleared the street. The other SOS thugs were out for a little fun, not a fight with someone willing to kill from the outset. They would have scattered immediately. If not they would have likely stood stunned thus making easy pickings.

I did not execute correctly – good enough for the street but not without consequences for me in the gym. I started dead centered between my hanging SOSs when I should have been closer to the one on the left. The elbow went off without a hitch though I found myself a little off-balance and perhaps a little further forward than I should have been. I was also closer to fake SOS number two. Rather than a hammer I launched more of a backhand right side jab. This may have worked better given the shortened range. I followed it up immediately with another hard left elbow – more of a power cross than a sweep. It would have worked well, technical imperfections aside.

For the finish I stepped forward and to the side to face off with the remaining fake SOSs. I halted the drill, realizing something was off. At close range and with rapid recoil my side jab had come back and, yes, I punched myself in the mouth… It didn’t stop me from improvising an end for SOS no. 2 and I would like to think in real life I would have continued unabated with the remaining garbage.

As it was, I stopped and pondered my clumsiness. Age? Balance? Blind? What was it? I still can’t come up with an explanation other than”sometimes the bag does hit back…” I loosened a tooth just enough to solicit a drop of blood. It didn’t hurt and has already tightened back up.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to use this rambling, sad story on another hottie with a plan so as to have equipment for myself. That’s my plan.

On a less pathetic note today I received the following fine and FREE t-shirt:

The “MF” stands for “My Father” not something else… “H-2K-CT” stands for the El Centurion, Habano 2000 from My Father Cigars.

If … when I wear this shirt to the gym I’m hoping no further mishaps occur. That’s the moral of this tedious story.  Or not.

A Merger of Fictions: A Very Real Result

Sometimes seemingly unrelated things intersect in the most interesting ways – even things based in fantasy. Sometimes those things, together, come to life with consequences, expected or not.

Donald John Trump will be the Republican nominee for President and very likely will be the next occupier of the White House. While I find this ultimate prospect more palatable than another Clinton Presidency (much like preferring to drop a 70-pound dumbbell on the foot as opposed to a 75…), I fear his slogans and “plans” are but smoke and mirrors. Team Trump is a cavalcade of insiders, the same sort of connected, globalist types who have helped ruin our nation and the western world. There is little chance they will reverse course with The Donald. Belief in the contrary is adoption of fantasy. (I pray I am all wrong here – let’s see circa 2019 or so.)

“ISIS” is probably about as real as “al qaeda” – both likely joint CIA/Israeli/MI-6 projects. Just as Trump stirs up nationalism, patriotism, conservatism, etc., so ISIS stirs up the various and many radicals of the Islamic world. So it is that ISIS can herald June the “month of conquest and jihad” against the West. “…ISIS spokesman Abu Mohammad al-Adnani called on jihadists to ‘get prepared, be ready … to make it a month of calamity everywhere for nonbelievers…especially for the fighters and supporters of the caliphate in Europe and America.'” It’s Ramadan but who knew we already had a caliphate?

There will be muslim terror attacks – there always are. But, they have less to do with the fiction of ISIS than with the incredible stupidity and tolerance of apparently suicidal westerners.

The attacks for the caliphate have already started … on June 3rd … in California … at a Donald Trump rally. The merger of fictions.

Trump rallies naturally attract Trump supporters. They also bring out of the sewers an odd mix of protesters – communists, crazies, and (now) angry jihadis.

A poster on Twitter who identifies as a Black Muslim man claims to have been the person seen on news video chasing and tackling a young white male Trump supporter following a Trump rally in San Jose Thursday. Using the Twitter handle “Houdini @sizzle_seyf”, the man posted the news video and retweeted congratulations on his chasing and tackling the Trump supporter.

Tolerance and diversity in action, folks.

From the video and photo evidence it seems the young white man was among fellow Trumpers discussing politics with a group of protesters. All seemed well, if pointless. Then, for some reason the young man was chased away and down by Houdini the jihadi. It was a rather pathetic take-down though Houdini saw fit to brag about it on social media. He also posed for a picture with other lowlifes atop someone else’s car:

There has been no word yet as to when the warrants will issue for Houdini’s arrest. History cautions against the holding of one’s breath.

Houdini is a Somali “refugee” who now infests Minnesota, American Caliphate. He’s also trolling the single’s scene on-line:

Looks like quiet the catch, ladies. Gentlemen? Goats???

Several things can be learned from this pitiful incident. First, Trump attracts nuts of all stripes. Second, ISIS may not exist but low-brow terrorism abounds nonetheless. Third, avoid these groups if at all possible. Lastly, if you find yourself confronted by an angry savage or any other type of attacker, DO NOT RUN. Running only triggers a primal instinct to chase and attack further. Houdini could have been easily dropped with two dozen or more simple techniques. I could have rendered him anywhere from scared to mutilated in under five seconds.

The sources may be fictitious though the consequences might become real. We can use real solutions to these problems. We can “make America great again” and destroy “the Caliphate” by standing and fighting.

The Cigar Industry vs. The Empire

A week or so back I noted the federal government’s considerable efforts to destroy the premium cigar industry in America. I’m planning a major story on the subject. Fortunately, I will be able to add this part – the industry strikes back:

I have glanced over the complaint. While it is not as extreme as I would like, it is a good start. We cannot take this or any other government abuse lying down. Hats off to Enrique and Co.

Divorce is Murder

What’s worse than a divorce? A divorce that ends in homicide. This is a case of that anti-family law I wrote about hating several years ago.

TALLAHASSEE — The shooting of a Florida State University law professor in his upscale neighborhood two years ago was part of a murder-for-hire scheme that may have been set in motion by a bitter divorce between Daniel Markel and his ex-wife, according to court records released Thursday.

Markel and his wife divorced in 2013, but before it was finalized court records show that the two fought over Wendi Adelson’s push to move her two small children to South Florida to be closer to her family. At the time of Markel’s death, the records show, the two were battling over money, with Adelson contending that Markel did not pay her as much as he was supposed to under their divorce agreement. Markel also complained that his mother-in-law was disparaging him and wanted the court to prohibit her from having unsupervised visits with his children.

Sometimes one part just can’t rely on the system alone – hit-men make things a little easier and faster. A death in such a case is usually the man. (Men, like this poor fellow, only receive justice from the system once they are dead – if at all). Make of this case what you will.

More Proof From the District of Corruption

John W. Whitehead again does a masterful job pointing out the incomprehensible evil that flows out of D.C.

Writing for the New Yorker, investigative reporter Maria Bustillos concludes, “the machinery of our government seems to have taken on an irrational life of its own. We live in a surreal world in which a ‘transparent’ government insists on the need for secret courts; our President prosecutes whistle-blowers and maintains a secret ‘kill list’; and private information is collected in secret and stored indefinitely by intelligence agencies.”

It’s no coincidence that almost exactly three years after Snowden began his steady campaign to leak documents about the government’s illegal surveillance program, Congress is preparing to adopt legislation containing a secret provision that would expand the FBI’s powers to secretly read Americans’ emails without a court order.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The government is planning to push through secret legislation that would magnify its ability to secretly spy on us without a warrant.

After three years of lying to us about the real nature of the government’s spying program, feigning ignorance, dissembling, and playing at enacting real reforms, it turns out that what the government really wants is more power, more control, and more surveillance.

A secret provision tacked onto the 2017 Intelligence Authorization Act will actually make it easier for the government to spy on Americans’ emails as well as their phone calls.

If enacted, this law would build upon the Patriot Act’s authorization of National Security Letters (NSL) which allows the FBI to secretly demand—without prior approval from a judge and under a gag order that carries the penalty of a prison sentence—that banks, phone companies, and other businesses provide them with customer information and not disclose the demands to the person being investigated or even indicate that they have been subjected to an NSL.

None of this, none of it, surprises me. Everything that comes from the government is as toxic as mercury. You may not care about cigars, murder, or being spied on but, rest assured, big brother will eventually do something that will concern you. If you keep on voting for this band of criminals, you deserve what you get.

Government oppression and crime is everywhere – taxes, bailouts, murder, theft, speed limits, regulations, etc. One doesn’t have to look for examples anymore as the state will bring the crap right to your door (sometimes through it, warrant or not). My dear cigar industry friends are in the middle of yet another example of government overreach.

The FDA is about to start lowering the premium cigar business into the grave. Diane Katz explains:

The premium cigar market is populated by limited-edition products and seasonal blends, and most of the small businesses that produce them don’t have the $1 million or more that the FDA estimates it will cost to comply with the regulations. At the same time, the agency concedes that the benefits of the new rules “are difficult to quantify” and it “cannot predict the size of these benefits.”

What is particularly nonsensical is that these artisan products are not the target of the FDA’s latest regulatory crackdown, which is actually aimed at combating teen smoking and the popularization of e-cigarettes (despite the fact that subjecting e-cigarettes to the new regulations will hurt public health far more than protect it).

Indeed, hand-rolled premium cigars are not mass-produced and sold in convenience stores, nor do they contain the flavor additives that attract young smokers these days. They also aren’t meant to be inhaled. According to industry representatives, the market share of premium cigars is a mere 2 percent of all cigars sold each year in the United States. The typical consumer — an adult male — smokes only two premium cigars a week.

Even the FDA concedes that people who smoke cigars exclusively have a lower risk for many smoking-related diseases compared with cigarette smokers, as documented in the 2014 Surgeon General’s Report.

The FDA did consider excluding premium cigars in its proposed regulation. But that option was dropped in the final rule — reportedly at the behest of cigarette manufacturers that would rather the government squelch competition.

One need not like cigars or even approve of tobacco use to recognize that the new regulations are misguided and excessive. That’s all too common now that America is transforming from a land of liberty into an administrative state. Were Julius Caeser Newton to land here today, he never could have built his business. Legislation is pending to exempt premium cigar makers from the FDA’s latest power grab. There is no excuse for Congress not to approve it.

Actually, Diane, there’s just no excuse for Congress. There’s no excuse for the FDA nor any justification for its existence.

Cigar lovers, think of the FDA as a giant City Hall. The old saying goes, “You can’t fight city hall.” The old saying is wrong. City hall has been fought and has been beaten before, destroyed in fact. Consider the plight of Marvin Heemeyer. Heemeyer was oppressed by local criminal officials in Granby, Colorado. They stole and stole and stole; Heemeyer was left with no recourse. The disaffected business owner said, “I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable … Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things.”

Heemeyer tried the official route. He petitioned, he appealed, he campaigned – all to no avail. He suspected local officials and gangsters were in cahoots against him; subsequent investigations confirmed this suspicion.

Then Heemeyer got unreasonable (really he got REASONABLE, if you think about it). He fought city hall – with an armored bulldozer. He “won” his case by running over city hall, the police station, several other government buildings, and a corrupt local business. The police, even the S.W.A.T. team, was powerless to stop him. Knowing the National Guard was coming for him with heavy weapons he got reckless and thus met his end. Still he remains an American hero.

They don’t make a bulldozer big enough for the FDA’s enormous campus on New Hampshire Ave. Still, there must be some other reasonable actions we can consider in answer to the government’s unreasonable actions. If we choose to be unreasonable, to be unfree, we consent to live as serfs. I wonder if Heemeyer had a cigar in that tank?

A theory no more: “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.” – H.L. Mencken. This is now Mencken’s LAW of Democracy.

Austria sits geographically and politically near the center of Europe. Like other Western nations the Republik Österreich is awash in third world invasion, degeneracy, and political/cultural chaos. The Austrian people had a chance to reverse course and apparently decided to stay it instead. Pro-Austrian and anti-terrorism/invasion Presidential candidate Norbert Hofer lost very narrowly to a typical liberal bed-wetter. Given the way he lost I suspect ballot fraud. Nonetheless, the people have, democratically, spoken – stupidly.

Austrians chose to elect a man who says, “Anyone who loves Austria must be shit”.  They chose that over a man who would defend them and their culture. And, unlike Americans, they had real choices. Getting it good and hard.

Americans too are suffering the simultaneous dismantling of their culture and rampant immigration/invasion. The dots on the map below represent immigrants flooding the U.S.; imagine instead they are inbound cruise missiles.

Criminal invasion in America is surging. The invaders seek welfare and terror targets. They try to run people over with automobiles. They bring tuberculosis. This, coupled with a crumbling economy, a corrupt government, trans-whatever insanity, bad music and open witchcraft, makes for a different country than some of us remember.

Norbert will be back in Austria; he and his peers will sweep Europe. It will take but a little time. Hopefully time will cure the U.S. too. Otherwise we will continue to get it good and hard.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dying to Vote?

This morning I drove between two government welfare operations (a “school” and some sort of dance hall/basketball court). Dozens of merry-looking people lined the street (many of them heavily heavy) waving and holding signs proclaiming the need to vote for one criminal busybody or another. The otherwise pleasant neighborhood was clogged with hideous campaign signs. I waved at a few of the sign holders and laughed to myself.

Ah! Another election. Another chance for the slaves to make suggestions about their overseers. Another chance to remember Mencken: “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.” Later at the supermarket I observed some of the overweight and/or disabled and/or EBT-empowered citizenry sporting cute little “I voted!” stickers. I am so happy for them. I’m glad they are proud they think they made a difference. I know they didn’t but it is good for folks to have something to believe in.

I believe in freedom. I have it. I have it because I take it. I do not need to waste time playing political games with people who despise me and who are not fit to shine shoes let alone hold important offices. I know the concept is so simple that it cuts against the grain of what most have been taught. I get it. They vote to feel comfortable. I say let them. I’m happy for that one in a million that finally notices that after election after election after election, after all the lies and broken promises – that nothing changes. It’s a rigged game and the house always wins. I’d love to see people stop playing. If everyone stopped the politicians and their false god would shrivel up and try to slink away by night.

Some people get militant about elections and “their” state. It is usually the militants. They are generally given to a particular faction. They even get militant about militancy – often in conjunction with their partisanship. Facebook provides a lot of examples. Take this one:

This post is an attempted admonishment of people like me, insinuating that by not supporting the criminal regime we insult the memory of dead soldiers (valiant every one of them).

Let’s start with the picture. I said it was about partisanship. “Republicans who stay home elect Democrats.” I suppose this is not targeted specifically at me, the anarchist. Shame on the non-voting Republicans! Shame! But, what happens if they decide to vote and vote Democrat? What it the Democrats do the opposite? What if everyone stays home and nobody votes? Who cares, really? I’ve noticed over the long years that both parties tend to push the same thing – their god of omnipresent government. It never works out for anyone except the politicians, some bureaucrats, the banksters and other corporate criminal hacks. Again, why participate in such a stupid scheme?

For non-voting Republicans the shame goes deeper than just seeing the other team in office. “Keep this in mind when you turn your back on the millions who died to give and keep your right to vote as you choose to stay home and not vote.” Modern Republicans tend to be jingoistic and pro-military – to the point of making the armed forces a demi-god under almighty government. Support the troops!

As with the subject picture, this caption is complete and total bullshit. Millions did not die to give you the right to vote. But, if they did, then they also would have given you the right to not vote. Rights do not have to be used. The freedom thing again – to do or not to do as one chooses.

In fact, “millions” dying is a stretch to begin with. The author of the caption obviously means the millions of American soldiers who died. At the outside maximum only 1.354 Million men have died in all of America’s wars. Out of that number only 664,440 actually died in combat.

Who knew we were in the middle of Operation Inherent Resolve? Resolve what? To vote? Wikipedia.

Wikipedia lists about 80 American wars or conflicts. That’s about one war every three years since we told off King George. We’re a warlike people it seems. Most of those wars had absolutely nothing to do with voting. At best I would say three were somewhat election related and those are very complicated cases. The Revolution set us free from England. That war was over before the current Constitutional (ha!) form of government was created. The statutory right to vote, indeed the existence of the government for and under which to vote was not around when those 25,000 soldiers (maximum estimate) died. Can they really be counted for Facebook shaming purposes?

The English struck back in 1812. Presumably they did not want to deprive Americans of the right to vote; they just wanted to change the voting system. Do we include the 15,000 (maximum estimate again) who died fending them off?

Then there is the strange case of the Civil War. It wasn’t a civil war by definition – more a war to stop a second revolution. It wasn’t a declared war either. The “wisdom” goes that Lincoln couldn’t get a declaration of war against the Confederacy because that would have required a facial acknowledgment of the CSA as a distinct nation. Semantics and legalities aside, Lincoln killed a whole hell of lot of people. The War of Northern Aggression was America’s deadliest conflict to date. 214,938 men were known to have perished in combat and an estimated 750,000 died all toll.

Of course, those numbers have to be divided into two sides. 364,511 died fighting for Lincoln; 299,524 died for Davis and Co. (By government math those numbers add up to 750,000). If by modern geography I identify myself with the Confederate dead, then wouldn’t it stand to reason that the 364,511 Union troops died trying to take away my (my ancestors) right to vote? Oh yeah, all those marauding Union troops came to my family’s home under orders from a Republican. Details…

Going with the above supposition, I’ll count the 299,524 CSA dead along with the maximum estimates of those killed in the other two wars for a grand total of 339,524 dying for the right to vote. If you subtract the Union dead from that number (they did die trying to take away the right, right?), then the total number of dead soldiers deceased for the electorate is 24,987 – terrible, but not in the millions. If the Yankees run a similar scenario, they come up with another number nowhere near one million, let alone millions plural.

The other wars? No voting consequences. WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the Cold War were arguably results of WWI and the awful aftermath. America entered WWI at the behest of bankers and other criminals who stood to make a lot of money. Ask Smedley Butler about that. The Germans did not ever want to take away your “I voted!” stickers. Neither did Ho Chi Minh. Saddam was no threat to the ballot. A huge number of our wars were fought against American Indians for the sole purpose of genocide (wave the flag about that). I cannot believe Wikipedia actually included the 34 killed on board the U.S.S. Liberty but, even so, those men died while minding their business in international waters while monitoring someone else’s war. No votes affected.

As sure as people will keep voting, America will keep on fighting more wars. I challenge the assertion that all those who died and those that surely will die deserve our respect (fighting for the vote or not). Columbia County, Georgia is a hotbed of pro-military, flag-waving, GOP voters. It is also the home of U.S. Army Sergeant Chris Muse. I have no idea if Sgt. Muse is willing to lay down his life in the very real possibility the Apache decide to attack an Evans polling place. I do know the police seem to think him capable of kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl. Should said girl’s parents thank Muse for his “service”? Should they go out and vote about it? Were I the girl’s father I would rather hang the criminal upside down and disembowel him with a rusty hacksaw. Then again, I am not a Republican.

This pitiful episode and others were about power, money and killing – not voting, freedom or slavery. Google.

No Republican nor Democrat nor any other fairy-tale believer am I. I am repulsed by the idea of giving my sanction to the government – the government known for wantonly killing at home and abroad for no other reasons than to exterminate Injuns and enrich slimy merchants. If you vote, you do so to honor murder and mayhem, not to honor the right of voting itself.

Keep yours ugly signs, your stickers, your child molesters, and your death merchants to yourself if keep them you must. Or, in the better alternative, join me in happy, unobtrusive freedom.

Once upon a time there was a seemingly sweet little girl whom everyone called Red Riding Hood. Her real name has been forgotten but we know she earned here nickname because she always wore the red riding hood sewn for her by her mother. (Makes sense, huh?)

Red Riding Hood was the delight of the neighborhood. She always went out of her way to speak to all and to make them happy. She never knew her father as he died fighting for your right to vote or something in one of King Cole’s foreign wars for banking supremacy. Her gentle mother made a meager but honest living selling home-grown fruits and canned jams and jellies.

One day Red Riding Hood’s mother asked the little dear to take some fresh fruit to Grandmother who, it seems, was not feeling very well. Grandmother lived on the other side of a small but dense (and thus, dark) forest. Red Riding Hood was delighted as she loved walking through the woods, smelling the flowers, and conversing with her animal friends.

She had not soon set out when she met a company of manly woodsmen who were taking a break from felling trees. Red Riding Hood waved and said, “hello!,” as she skipped along. The woodcutters smiled and waved back.

Deeper in the woods Red Riding Hood stopped to pick some flowers for Grandmother. She thought they would help cheer the old woman just a bit. As she stopped to examine some wild gardenias a shadow fell on her. She looked up to see a large, shaggy wolf standing there, eyeing her. She jumped up and hugged the beast, thinking she had made a new and furry friend. She didn’t know the old wolf.

She didn’t know that he was working as an informant for the police in exchange for a lenient plea in the disappearance of several little pigs. In exchange for his freedom the old wolf had agreed to work with the police in order to bust up Red Riding Hood’s mother’s unlicensed fruit distribution business. He had also lied about Grandmother using medical marijuana.

The crooked old monster feigned interest in Red Riding Hood’s story about taking flowers and fruit to her ailing Grandmother. The wolf insisted that better flowers could be found along the longer path to Grandmother’s house. It was his intent to have Red Riding Hood waste time while he took a shortcut to the old lady’s house. In an unmarked van several blocks away, burly men listened intently to the conversation. The wolf wore a wire.

The little girl took the wolf’s advice and went off in search of prettier flowers. The wolf immediately darted off to Grandmother’s abode. Upon reaching it he went inside, beat the poor woman, and left her tied up in the closet. After rummaging through her refrigerator and jewelry box he made himself at home in her bed.

Eventually Red Riding Hood arrived with fresh flowers for Grandmother. She knocked on the door. “Come in,” said a strange voice. Red Riding Hood went inside and looked around for Grandmother. She thought the rooms looked ransacked but tried to take no notice. Then she saw someone in the bed. “Come closer,” said the voice.

“Oh, Grandmother. What big ears you have!” exclaimed Red Riding Hood.

The wolf did not have time to answer. At that moment a kindly woodcutter charged in with his axe at the ready.

“Get back! That’s a wolf!,” he yelled as he kicked the old lech out of the bed. He raised his axe to strike. His blow never fell.

A flash-bang grenade went off, knocking Red Riding Hood from her feet. In an instant dozens of heavily armed storm-troopers made a dynamic entry!

“He’s got a weapon!” screamed the foremost of the overweight tax-feeders. Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang went their rifles as they dispatched the stunned woodcutter. The shooting was later justified due to “officer safety”, resisting arrest, and a violation of the Endangered Species Act (16 U.S.C. § 1531, et seq.).

One of the loose rounds went through the closet wall, striking Grandmother and shattering her hip. She fell through the door crying in pain.

Red Riding Hood saw her bleeding Grandmother and rushed to her side. Her furtive movements caught the eye of a jackboot. “ZAP!” Red Riding Hood was tasered and beaten about the head and shoulders. She died at the hospital the next morning from blunt force trauma and a taser-induced heart attack. “Serves the dirty little fruit-peddler right!” boasted an unnamed police spokesman. The hefty public “servant” added, “she stole flowers too!”

At the same Grandmother’s house was targeted a simultaneous operation took out the woodsmen for illegal logging operations. Several were shot to death. The survivors were tried and convicted for, among other things, felony murder (the deaths of their colleagues).

The old wolf thought himself safe. Indeed the operation had gone exactly as a police investigator told him it would. He was about to make his getaway and head over to Peter’s Grandfather’s home for another assignment when one of the government thugs noticed how much the wolf resembled a dog. Pursuant to police policy all of the officers suddenly felt threatened. The wolf died in a hail of bullets, shot in the back.

Some days later Grandmother was recovering at Red Riding Hood’s mother’s house. They were mourning the girl’s passing and terrified about the coming medical bills. Both women were killed “resisting arrest” when a combined FBI and FDA S.W.A.T. team executed a warrant in search of further untaxed fruit.

At his home miles away, one Jack Sprat said he felt safer knowing all the domestic terrorists had been subdued. His corpulent wife grazed on Cheetos and watched FOX News.

The moral of this story is: obey the law or die. Or, just die. The law. Something like that.
