etc, GOP, secession

Now that the GOP is firmly back in control of Kongress barely controls the House, things will get moving. Just you wait and see!

As they now control the House, barely, they will be in charge of the budget. That means they can reign in the corruption by completely killing spending. No debt ceiling raise. No – ZERO – money for the DOJ, Treasury, Pentagram, etc. Without fake money to operate, the agencies can’t.

None of that, of course, will happen. But the cucks do have a fairly decent-looking plan for investigating the many and obvious crimes of the fake president and his family of degenerates. Read all about it!

When that inevitably fails, a very few more ‘Muricans will see the light. This thing is headed in one direction and the breaks long ago failed.

Thomas Dalton drops the big “S” word in a very good article.

The Only Option

Fortunately, we do have a revolutionary option: secession. As MacDonald and others are openly stating, secession is now perhaps our only viable alternative. For myself, I have been advocating such a thing for literally 30 years now; it was clear to me, long ago, that no nation as large and diverse as the USA could be rationally governed. And worse, that the size and complexity of modern America ensured that malevolent actors would inevitably gain the upper hand—as indeed they have. I argued this position long ago, and nothing since has made me alter my view. A breakup of the USA is the only option if we want accountable, responsible, and reasonably non-corrupt government.

His title is a question: Hey, Red States: Ready for Secession Yet?

The answer, right now, is a sad, muffled, half-hearted “no.” Here’s to hoping that changes. It is, as he argues, the only solution if any Americans want to continue with anything even vaguely approximating America.

2033, San Bernardino, secession

Does everyone want to? If at first you don’t secede…

The Board of Supervisors approved the ballot measure at a meeting Wednesday night after the issue had been raised at several board meetings. Wednesday’s vote was the first step in adding the measure to the ballot, to be followed by a second and final reading and vote scheduled for next week.

“Do the citizens of San Bernardino County want the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors to study all options to obtain its fair share of state and federal resources, up to and including secession?” the proposed measure reads. Voters would select yes or no.

Even if approved by voters, the county’s secession from California, whether to become its own state or to become a part of a neighboring state, is extremely unlikely. The move would need to be approved by state legislators, Congress, the Senate and, eventually, the president.

The lack of a president might make his approval difficult. But, as things tick on…

Another PPN Monday episode is up. Slowing, as is the traffic here. Anyway, a new column may write itself later this week.

Seeds of Secession and Other Matters

As (Thank God!) we inch another day closer to the end of 2021, we also move closer and closer to 2033, the year some predict for the breakup.

A recent story in the Los Angeles Times relays one of many possible starting points of the inevitable Balkanization. North of Sacramento, Oroville, and Butte County, California still, for now, look like America. However, like almost the entire civilized world, they’ve been under the idiotic pressures of the Great Hoax. At least the city council decided to do something.

They voted to declare the town a “Constitutional Republic” in response to Gavin Newsom’s Draconian mandates. This gesture is about as Boomer civic-nationalist as it sounds, but I suppose it’s better than nothing. In the greater scheme, it amounts to one more little crack in a dead, decaying empire.

Again, all of this mania for nearly the last two years is over a biological war and hoax. People still believe in it – some of them religiously – even as it has completely fallen apart. In response to a hyped-up cold season, the satanic war criminals push a deadly poison. People keep falling for the lies. And it is all a lie. The “vaccines” do not work. Dr. Kobi Haviv of Herzog Hospital in Jerusalem recently said that 85-90% of his facility’s COVID patients are fully vaccinated. Further, he claimed that 95% of the critical patients were likewise fully vaccinated. While this is the opposite of the media’s narrative, it is the exact scenario seen everywhere records are kept. H. O. A. X.

I’m tired of it.

Tired of all the hoaxes of post-modernity.

The other day, I made the mistake of leaving the cave. While out and about, I was approached by a very nice woman who asked me to witness and attest to her new mortgage. I politely declined. I’m sure she really needed the bank’s assistance with her home purchase. I’m also sure she found someone else willing to overlook the evil of the matter. There’s nothing I can do to stop things like usury. I do not, however, have to participate in them.

At that moment, I did not explain myself, seeing little point. On these digital pages, I have clarified things – over and over and over.

It’s not just the hoaxes. Day by day, I grow more disenchanted with the entirety of post-modernity. It’s more misos than phobos.

Regular rebel-rousing columns will continue soon. Or reruns. Or, maybe, some fiction. That’s probably what we need here!

Happy December and such.

Amerika, dead empire, Mark Milley, secession

Literally no one believes the bullshit about an “idea nation” anymore. PCR connects the dots:

The homogeneity of America was intentionally destroyed in the name of “diversity” and “multiculturalism.” Ethnic diversity can only succeed if the immigrants are assimilated to the existing language and culture. In America this happened for awhile, but it was abandoned.

Multiculturalism is identical to a Tower of Babel. There is no unity and no basis for unity.

Secession is back in mode. This time it could succeed as the elite controlling Washington have destroyed all trust in Washington.

If freedom survives in the territorial entity called the United States, it will only be because of secession. Washington is not only the enemy of all Americans. Washington is the enemy of the entire world.

…

Not even the Chairman of the US joint Chiefs of Staff will fight for Washington. The traitor promised his Chinese counterpart advance warning of a US attack on China[.]

When the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is not loyal to Washington, who is?

“Moloch” would be the only answer, except he’s never loyal to anyone.

Ideas To Think About

Questions that may soon be answered. Things are heating up.

Texas GOP Chairman Allen West put out a statement suggesting states should secede from the union in response to the ruling.

‘This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable,’ West said in a statement after the ruling.

‘Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.’

…

Vloggers Diamond and Silk, aka Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson, also called for drastic action, tweeting a demand for military action.

‘If the Supreme Court can’t save our Republic, then where is the Military?’ they tweeted.

Secession is going to happen sooner or later, the mocking protestations of idiots like AOC notwithstanding. As for the military, if Trump decides to act, I assume they’re already ready. And, my guess – as good as anyone’s right now – would be on or about January 11th.

These two concepts mentioned together are interesting. The “law-abiding” states have the right to be free of the criminal interference of the others. Anyone, AOC included, who doesn’t like that concept will have a hard time arguing against any military intervention by Trump. These same morons gleefully told Southerners for years that it was a-okay and definitively settled that a president can and should use martial force to suppress a rebellion. Trump’s case is much more justified than Lincoln’s.

The next month will be most interesting.

*Here, I gladly forgive all this chitchat about the Constitution and the Republic.

Let’s get all this straight. The Confederacy failed and thereby, allegedly, the questions of secession, independence and freedom were settled once and for all. The CIA-backed lapdog media and the satanic pols, this week, tossed around descriptions like “lost cause,” “treason,” and “traitors” to describe what happened 155 years ago. Meanwhile, their useful idiots tear down every monument to and memory of the valiant South (and anything else white they can get their paws on).

But now!!! Now, it’s perfectly okay for communists, hippies, and domestic terrorists to seize part of a major city for their own drug abuse, child molestation, and looting needs. The police politely bow out of the way, the Governor is silent, and your bloated “tough guy” Orange Man tweets stupidly as usual.

Is this the way it’s going to be? Is this, like the Hoax, the new normal? And, if so, when can We declare open the Second Republic of The Confederate States of America? Think of it as a big, nation-sized peaceful protest.*

law, nullification, secession

You’re here because you like being ahead of the curve. Always. Years ahead. Almost. Sometimes…

For instance:

Nullification and Secession: Solutions or Talking Points?
An excellent legal treatise by James Ronald Kennedy, Sept. 3, 2018.

-or-

Interposition, Nullification, and Secession, Perrin, Fed. 25, 2013.

I’m more than happy when people pile on … even five and a half years behind…

Seriously – a great work – read Kennedy’s piece:

I belong to the tribe that believes nullification and secession are the only real solutions to the current out of control supreme federal government. To demonstrate the validity of my belief, I will pose and answer three fundamental questions: (1) Are the concepts of state nullification and secession legitimate American political principles? (2) Is the current supreme federal government a legitimate governing authority? and (3) Would the modern-day acceptance of state nullification and secession be so unworkable that it would destroy the United States?

Lincoln answered the first question—whether state secession is a constitutional right—with a firm negative and enforced his opinion with legions of bloody bayonets. But Lincoln (1861) was not one of America’s (1776) founding fathers; therefore, his opinion pales to insignificance when compared to the actual words of the founding fathers. Even the High Federalist Alexander Hamilton was forced to admit that the Sovereign States had the right to protect their citizens from an abusive federal government:

…

Are these (and interposition) really viable solutions? Who knows? But it’s great to further the consideration and debate.

One can beget the other and visa versa.

An Englishman reflects on his nation and associated continent.

People, any people, will only put up with the Richard Osborne-Brooks treatment for so long. Likewise, very likewise, they’ll only put up with Imperial totalitarianism for so long.

SC legislators prep secession movement over Second Amendment.

After all, if ,like JP Stevens, the Second Amendment is merely a relic of the 18th century, then so too must be the Union.

Interesting times.

Hard cases make bad law. That’s a legal maxim. It’s true but, too often, it’s just the way it is.

President Trump has threatened to cut off federal brides funding to sanctuary cities across the country. These cities willingly aid and abet criminal illegal invaders. I had recommended prosecuting the officials involved for felonies. Trump thinks the purse is enough. And he’s probably right.

Still, for now, the State of California is at least talking about a novel response – cutting off revenues from the state to Washington.

Officials are looking for money that flows through Sacramento to the federal government that could be used to offset the potential loss of billions of dollars’ worth of federal funds if President Trump makes good on his threat to punish cities and states that don’t cooperate with federal agents’ requests to turn over undocumented immigrants, a senior government source in Sacramento said.

The federal funds pay for a variety of state and local programs from law enforcement to homeless shelters.

“California could very well become an organized non-payer,” said Willie Brown, Jr, a former speaker of the state Assembly in an interview recorded Friday for KPIX 5’s Sunday morning news. “They could recommend non-compliance with the federal tax code.”

California is among a handful of so-called “donor states,” which pay more in taxes to the federal Treasury than they receive in government funding.

I like this part. Originally the little central government had no power to raise its own money. Accordingly, if it wanted a budget, it had to beg the several states for funds. They were free to say “no” and they sometimes did. This helped keep the central cabal small and weak. Then we foolishly adopted the Constitution and, later, the 16th Amendment.

I’m not sure how this would work. Perhaps California will collect federal taxes and hold on to them. My guess is they would not allow the people who earn the money to keep it. Of course, if they did “recommend non-compliance” as the story suggests, they would be advocating felonies. Since this all started because of other felonies, that kind of makes sense.

This would also set a great precedent. People in CA could stop paying state taxes in similar fashion. They could tell Sacramento to take their “high capacity” magazine ban and shove it. I doubt this has occurred to minds in Sacramento.

And then there’s the growing movement for CA to secede from the Union. That I fully support – not only as a Southerner and secession rights person but as one of millions who already regard CA as another world (might as well be another country).

I don’t know what California’s admittance paperwork said but there is nothing in the Constitution to suggest the Union is anything but voluntary. 600,000 dead to the contrary is not a legal precedent, just mass homicide.

Why is this a hard case? It’s because of the root issues. The loonies in CA only discovered states right in their suicidal bid to import and secure terrorists and criminals in their cities. A more idiotic cause could not be contrived.

If they go, I wish them well. I also recommend Trump extend his wall up and around California. The Communist Caliphate wouldn’t last two years before they would attempt to break back in.

NOW The Constitution Matters

America, Constitution, law, liberals, Ron Paul, secession, states rights

Wow. Since November I’ve noticed a radical upswing in leftists praising the Constitution, along with the idea of State’s Rights, and even secession. I wonder what precipitated that?

These are the very same people who until very recently laughed off the Old Parchment as an arcane novelty. Republicans are and were fond of ignoring it, but Democrats outright cackled and howled whenever the Constitution was mentioned. No more.

Democrats, some of them, now want a Constitutional  Convention:

On Tuesday, disgruntled Democrats held a forum to discuss the possibility of replacing the Electoral College.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) conceded that Democrats could not get rid of the Electoral College due to the way the United States Constitution is written.

“I don’t think we can sustain our American democracy by having the majority ruled by the minority. And so the question is how to fix this since the Constitution is written in such a way that it’s almost impossible to amend,” Lofgren said.

Lofgren went on to say she is open to a Constitutional Convention, “We are three states away from calling for a Constitutional Convention. It’s something I’ve always been opposed to, …. But I’ll say because, for the second time in sixteen years, people the American voters elected did not become president. Rational people, not the fringe, are now talking about whether states could be separated from the U.S., whether we should have a Constitutional Convention. And I think as time goes on that is apt to become more the case unless we here can figure an answer to preventing the majority from being ruled by the minority.

It’s serious now. Before, before last month, only the crazies talked about the Constitution with straight faces. Now the “rational people”, meaning the all-knowing liberals, are on board. Amazing.

And I’m sure they wouldn’t stop merely with instituting direct democracy if given their way. They would surely bid the Second Amendment farewell while welcoming a host of hardened welfare “rights” – a national “living wage”, mandatory abortion, a 110% income tax (maybe higher?), etc. Fun, fun, fun.

Many of my libertarian and conservative friends have called for a Con Con over the past few years. Of this I have always been a little leery. The Founding Fathers are long since gone and their kind are really not to be found these days.

In fact, there’s really no telling who would show up for such a meeting nor what they might do. Imagine Ron Paul in an auditorium squared off against 300 angry blue-haired SJWs and some BLM thugs. That might be a best case scenario. Otherwise, just imagine the foregoing, minus Ron Paul.

If a Convention of the States were convened, the very best thing that could come out of it would be to deep six the Union – entirely and with no other matters addressed. Second best would be reversion to the Articles of Confederation. Neither are possible today and never will be again (via Convention or systemic legalities).

Fortunately for real Americans, the plans of Herr Lofgren and the blue hair brigade won’t happen either.

liberal-poop-750

A.F. Branco.

Instead we will continue to see a new variation or two of more of the same. If Trump can actually make good on his stated goal to MAGA, to reverse some – even just a little – of the decline, then things will improve dramatically.

If not, there is still great hope. In an anti-MAGA scenario, more of the same won’t go on for much longer. The same has pretty much run its course. That will mean likely Balkanization. Perhaps it will just happen. Or it could go through the 1861 route if necessary. People outside of D.C. and New York have been gearing up for the latter for a while now. Then after the dust settles, all those new little states can, if they like, form a new federation of sorts. Or not.

However it works out, I’m betting Lofgren and the Rationals won’t ever be happy. Happiness, like freedom, is simply not in their nature. That is unless they can successfully navigate California out of the U.S.

Towards that end, and regardless of whatever else might happen, I wish them all the best. And I encourage them to think big! Make sure to load CA up with ALL of the liberals, criminals, communists, “refugees”, and illegals that can be found before disembarking. And then, why not navigate it clean off the planet?
