Aiding, Abetting, And Harboring: A Coming Education?

Donald Trump was elected, partly, to avert a civil war. And part of his appeal was securing America’s borders and repatriating illegal aliens and terrorists. People it seems tire of criminals entering the country to compete for scarce jobs and to loot the welfare office. They are incensed by hoards of “refugees” of a totally alien culture bent on turning Omaha into Paris or, worse, Damascus. “Build the wall!,” they chanted at rally after rally.

Now that Trump is headed for the highest office, it remains to be seen if he will follow through. One sign that he might do so is his pick for Attorney General: Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions. Under existing law Trump and Sessions will have great power to tame immigration.

The other side refuses to lie down, even after their electoral beating this month. Their tenacity is to be commended. Like their criminal friends and constituents, their leaders have vowed to evade the law. The mayors of “sanctuary cities” across the nation declare they will allow illegal immigrants to stay in spite of the coming crackdown. Sessions may have a harsh answer for them.

The Senator has indicated he may well use his coming authority to strip said cities of federal funding. He also has a more drastic option at his disposal (or, he will).

8 U.S.C. § 1324 makes aiding, abetting, and harboring illegal aliens a felony:

Any person who …

knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation …

[Or who] aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished…

in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both…

Being a mayor or city official is not an exemption to “any person” as contemplated by the law. And certain circumstances elevate some violations to 20-year felony status.

This law is currently used as infrequently as the general prohibition against illegal entries (probably much less – if at all). That may change.

The change might also affect colleges and universities, many of which allow illegal aliens not only to attend classes, but to do so at discounted tuition rates. This is a slap in the face to legal immigrants, native citizens, taxpayers, and the rule of law.

Two schools in Georgia recently contemplated caving to criminal protesters and to allowing illegals cheap access to what passes for education (not a guarantee for anyone). Numerous administrators and faculty members at the schools support the idea – probably because they stand to gain financially from the enrollments (the law and the taxpayers tossed aside).

25a24b66-4178-4fa5-b212-336e173be39e

And our money? And our laws? And our civilization? Townhall.

Perhaps they will reconsider their positions in the face of possible “harboring” prosecutions. If not, they could have five good years during which to reflect.

Oh my.

The West is under active siege. We are beset by hordes of angry, dangerous invaders who want to destroy everything our forefathers worked for thousands of years to build. Civilization itself is at stake.

And the worst part isn’t the ISIS fighters nor the teeming masses of “refugees”, freeloaders and violent alike. The real problem is our own governments and their quest to ruin everything.

As I’ve pointed out again and again, the situation in Europe is dire. Police in Germany and Sweden are literally losing control of the streets. The invaders, in addition to draining financial resources, commit untold crimes. The police are beginning to abandon law enforcement in action and in employment. Rapes, robberies, murders and arson are skyrocketing.

Paris was in riotous turmoil last night as immigrant gangs burned and beat each other. Calais hasn’t seen such disorder and violence since the 100 Years War. Few cities and countries are spared. The scene is a little better in America. A little. For now. And the forces of true evil are working overtime to change that.

“Refugee” admittance to the U.S. from Syria is up over 900%. And 99% of the admitted invaders are Muslim. An unknown percentage of those are radical and active. Little is known as there is next to no vetting or security screening.

ISIS is busy too, planning new attacks on the West. In response to the never-ending American stupidity in Iraq and, specifically, the Mosul offensive, the Islamic State is calling for new “lone wolf” attacks on Europe and America.

In the second issue of the magazine, titled Nashir – Now Fight Has Come, the writers remind Muslims across the globe of the “privilege” they have residing “among our enemies who live peacefully in their countries,” notes the Foreign Desk (FD).

“Every soldier fights on the Caliphate land [in Iraq and Syria] wishes to be in your place. We can cut the tail of the snake but it will sooner grow again. But you have its head,” adds the magazine.

“Brave Mosul is bleeding. You should stop its bleeding by carrying out exhaustion operations of the Enemy’s power and blood … cut their heads by your knives, let us hear your guns blasting their heads,” it also states, according to FD.

The problem is not the ISIS soldiers in Mosul but, rather, those in New York and Berlin. Plenty have been foolishly allowed in and more are coming.

News comes that Iran wants in on the fun. The Iranian military is planning to infiltrate Europe and America with members of the Revolutionary Guard. Their objectives are unclear but I doubt they will come to enrich us. Of course, that will be an excuse for keeping them once they’re here.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, the country’s elite military force, is sending assets to infiltrate the United States and Europe at the direction of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, according to recent Farsi-language comments from an Iranian military leader.

The IRGC “will be in the U.S. and Europe very soon,” according to the Iranian military commander, who said that these forces would operate with the goal of bolstering Iran’s hardline regime and thwarting potential plots against the Islamic Republic.

“The whole world should know that the IRGC will be in the U.S. and Europe very soon,” Salar Abnoush, deputy coordinator of Iran’s Khatam-al-Anbia Garrison, an IRGC command front, was quoted as saying in an Iranian state-controlled publication closely tied to the IRGC.

As Abnoush does not work for the U.S. government nor the New York Times nor MSNBC, his words have a degree of credibility.

It would be relatively easy to accomplish. IRGC operatives could enter Europe posing as undocumented “refugees” from Syria. No checks mean they will sail right in to France, Germany, etc. While receiving welfare from the local taxpayers they can contact “Catholic” Socialist Services about transit to America.

3910770_370

Ready or not… Care 2.

No questions will be asked. No eyebrows will be raised. Sure, they’re all healthy males in good shape and of military service age. Yes, as a whole, they resemble an army. Yes, the CIA, MI6 and Mossad will raise an alarm. Facts, shmacts. Let them in. House and feed them. The SWAT team and the coroner can clean it up later.

All this and some in NY and DC would also have a war with Russia.

Insanity doesn’t even come close. The insane are confined and medicated. The pols and their crazed supporters are kept in power and their depredations ignored. I suppose the real trouble lies with the electorate.

However it happens it is happening. It’s been happening. It’s well past time to wake up and do something to stop it. Ethnic foods and warm, fuzzy feelings do little to stop bullets, bombs, and blades. Think well on this.

The European Reconquista Picks Up Steam

Following the encouraging success of BREXIT, pro-European parties are poised to make enormous gains if not take control in upcoming elections. Imagine that, pro-European Europeans.

As Europeans assess the fallout from the U.K.’s Brexit referendum, they face a series of elections that could equally shake the political establishment. In the coming 12 months, four of Europe’s five largest economies have votes that will almost certainly mean serious gains for right-wing populists and nationalists. Once seen as fringe groups, France’s National Front, Italy’s Five Star Movement, and the Freedom Party in the Netherlands have attracted legions of followers by tapping discontent over immigration, terrorism, and feeble economic performance. “The Netherlands should again become a country of and for the Dutch people,” says Evert Davelaar, a Freedom Party backer who says immigrants don’t share “Western and Christian values.”

Even Europe’s most powerful politician, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, is under assault. The anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has drained support from Mrs Merkel’s Christian Democrats in recent state and local elections, capitalizing on discontent over Germany’s refugee crisis. In Austria the far-right Freedom Party has a shot at winning the presidency in balloting set for Dec. 4, after an election in May that the Freedom Party narrowly lost was annulled because of irregularities in vote counting. The populists are deeply skeptical of European integration, and those in France and the Netherlands want to follow Britain’s lead and quit the European Union. “Political risk in Europe is now far more significant than in the United States,” says Ajay Rajadhyaksha, head of macro research at Barclays.

It’s worse in Europe than in America, that’s the significant risk. The solutions will be significant too. And it’s coming, hopefully sooner than later. Peaceful repatriation of the invaders would be best. Historically though people tend towards more extreme measures – understandable given the extreme dangers they face now in this case. Tours 2.0 may be in the cards, appropriate or not.

It’s time for these people to go:

nimbus-image-1476988810718.png

Muslim lowlife says, “white girls … are just sl*gs.” Daily Mail (UK).

Either back where they belong or to hell, it doesn’t matter. In prouder times, this gang of savages would currently be displayed, in pieces, all around London.

After the invaders are expelled or destroyed the great nations must turn their attentions to those within their own ranks who facilitated the invasion. No repatriation option for them leaves the gallows.

It’ll probably have to get a little worse in America before the good news spreads here. It will eventually.

Monday night during that pitiful excuse for a debate I heard several semi-coherent blurbs about fighting ISIS and terrorism. Most of these blurbs were accusations leveled from one RepubliCrat to another. Essentially there was no strategy discussed.

Much of the current political and military lying about ISIS concerns Syria. The plan seems to be: fund and equip ISIS until it is time to bomb them; then do so, violating international agreements. For all the craziness, the plan does make sense geographically. ISIS is in Syria. They’re also in America.

They’re active in America. Which country is Orlando located in? How about New York? Minneapolis? San Bernardino? They’re everywhere, here. And that is literally the truth.

Recently linked FBI data shows that Islamic and other terrorists have been active in every state during the past year. Here’s a map:

1-12b8cd9c82

FBI / Breitbart.

Seven thousand seven hundred and twelve encounters in the past year. Not all, obviously, were violent. Still, this rate and quantity is ridiculous.

The FBI has been criticized frequently for their seeming inability to combat terrorism even when the suspect(s) are on the radar. Maybe they are overwhelmed. 7,712 cases could do that.

Information analyzed out of Arizona revealed that a little over 80% of the cases (215 out of 267) involved Islamic terrorists. It could just be that we have an Islamic terror problem in this country (not Syria).

The Regime’s solution is simply: just bring in more Muslims – by any means necessary. If they wind up on the terror watch / deportation list, make them citizens. Hillary Clinton will continue this program, accelerating it if possible. It will continue under Donald Trump, his bombastic counter-assertions aside.

America was not like this not all that long ago. We had problems then, yes. But, call me crazy, things seemed better back then. The numbers.

A Plague of Snakes

The Burmese Python is spreading throughout south Florida. This powerful constrictor was imported from Asia. Through accidents and carelessness the snakes were released into the wild.

They are invasive. Facing few predators (big cats and alligators and man only) they easily become the top diner on the food chain. They prey on smaller, unwary animals by literally squeezing the life out of them. The effects on native species are devastating. Fortunately the colder winters of northern Florida act as a barrier to future population growth.

America has long had its own slithering reptilian predators: the Rattlesnake, the Cotton-Mouth, and worst of all – the D.C. Tax Constrictor. These, it would seem, are snakes enough.

Similarly, during the time of the rise of the Pythons, another kind of invasive, non-native snake has come to America. That would be the ISIS (or related) terrorist invaders. They have spread far and wide, unchecked by the climate. They face few natural enemies. And they kill through the constriction of fear, bombs, and blades.

Yesterday the New York Times asked why the FBI did not stop the recent spate of terror attacks – Orlando, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, etc. – of which it had some knowledge.

Why wasn’t the F.B.I. able to prevent the attacks by arresting those now believed to be responsible?

None of the people in those cases had broken the law or given a clear indication that they intended to kill. The F.B.I. is not allowed to conduct open-ended investigations without justification. Traveling to Pakistan or Afghanistan, or expressing admiration for Osama bin Laden or the Islamic State, could put someone on the F.B.I.’s radar, but none are illegal. The F.B.I. cannot jail someone without evidence of a crime and must follow extensive guidelines that are intended to protect privacy and civil liberties.

James B. Comey, the F.B.I. director, is fond of reminding the public of the F.B.I.’s checkered past and what happens when the rule of law is not followed. He keeps a copy on his desk of then-Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy’s approval to wiretap the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., a move that later brought shame to the bureau.

What can the F.B.I. do to prevent an attack?

A lot, in some cases, but that is not always enough. After Omar Mateen fatally shot 49 people in an Orlando nightclub in June, Mr. Comey revealed that the F.B.I. had investigated Mr. Mateen beginning in 2013. At that time, the bureau opened a preliminary investigation after Mr. Mateen told co-workers he had family ties to Al Qaeda, was a member of Hezbollah and wanted to die a martyr. The F.B.I. used confidential informants to determine whether Mr. Mateen was a terrorist and placed him on a watch list.

A preliminary investigation has a limit of six months, but it was extended another four in Mr. Mateen’s case. But the bureau failed to find evidence that he was plotting an attack or had connections to an overseas terrorist group. In an interview with reporters after the Orlando shooting, Mr. Comey said about the case: “We are also going to look hard at our own work to see whether there is something we should have done differently. So far, the honest answer is, I don’t think so.”

In a failed plot last year to attack an exhibition of cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad in Garland, Tex., one of the attackers was already under full investigation. Yet the F.B.I. was unaware that the attackers had obtained guns and traveled across the country. The police killed both men before they carried out their plan.

The plain answer is the FBI doesn’t stop these attacks because it can’t. There are legal constraints on agents. The agency also wastes huge amounts of money and manpower policing plants and business people. Then there’s the fact that the D.C. snakes keep their slimy ISIS cousins coming in and in growing numbers.

Donald Trump’s son metaphorically made reference to the problem in terms of Skittles. In a bowl of”good” candies, three are known to be poisoned. Would you take a handful? I wonder if the ratio isn’t reversed. Maybe a few good apples don’t save the rotten barrel. Or shouldn’t. This year we’ve imported third-worlders by the tens of thousands. The lunatics in D.C. would like to raise that to hundreds of thousands next year. Hundreds of millions are available. The FBI can’t keep pace with the increases.

puck

The Burmese Python is the least of these problems. They are simply God’s creatures, misplaced but desiring food and little else. The terrorists, while very dangerous, are only products of the times (and ignorant hatred). Serpentes Washingtonius, a Satanic creation bent on destruction, is the worst by far.

They say it is best to run them over while hitting the brakes.

Last night I promised a big, hard-hitting article on Western civilization, invasion, and terrorism. I had paid work today, a workout and a headache. I did next to nothing. Then I went to a happy hour party of sorts with some friendly recently graduated sorority girls and an open bar…

In short, there will be no big column today. Sorry. Tomorrow. Soon, I promise.

I looked at the news this evening. Turmoil as far as the eye can see. This story caught my eye: UN fears third leg of the global financial crisis, with epic debt defaults. It’s worth a read. It is from the Telegraph, one of the last remaining honest news agencies.

The third leg of the world’s intractable depression is yet to come. If trade economists at the United Nations are right, the next traumatic episode may entail the greatest debt jubilee in history.

It may also prove to be the definitive crisis of globalized capitalism, the demise of the liberal free-market orthodoxies promoted for almost forty years by the Bretton Woods institutions, the OECD, and the Davos fraternity.

Honest enough to admit to an “intractable depression” in progress. Sad but true. And they mention Bretton Woods by name. This warrants further investigation. I actually have another big draft in the works – several years in the making – my solution to the world’s debt problems. Or, at least, those in America. Maybe I can get to that in a few months.

I had been planning to write up a brief story about why you should vote for me as Sheriff. I may run for Sheriff in a few years. I have to establish residency first. I’m not even disclosing the location yet – a rural mountainous county. I will make one Hell of a Sheriff. Anyway, even that can wait.

nimbus-image-1474508123274

So, in the end, all you have are my excuses. Pretty good ones if I may say so.

On the bright side, one of the lovely young ladies I met tonight may be able to get me a discount on my twiner alternative transportation that I’ve been looking at. So Sheriff Perrin can beat a hasty retreat from the mountains to the beach and so forth. (Clovers look like the insects they are from up there.)

Blah, blah, blah … think I’ll just call it a night.

Good night!

Okay. Today I got a request for another longer, more in-depth column. I hear ya. There’s a story I’ve had in draft for months now. Never got around to finishing it even as it grows more relevant by the week. It’s a historical analogy of sorts to a modern problem and a look at an ancient solution. I gently hinted at it in this morning’s post. In Trump-speak it’s going to be YUUGE. I promise to wrap it up sometime tomorrow.

In somewhat related news of the political realm:

Delusional Civilization-Hating Leaders Have To Go

The mayors of London and Paris joined with Bill de Blasio in crafting a letter to the New York Times. De Blasio is the mayor of New York, soon to be re-named Babel on the Hudson. The three fools opined that radical islamic terrorism is “vanishingly rare“.  De Blasio, for his part, apologized to the Times for any seeming lack of clarity. It seems bombs were going off right and left as he typed.

If you’ve just recovered from a coma, Paris and London (and damned near everywhere else) have been blessed with violent diversity on a vanishingly rare (meaning daily) basis for about the past two years.

Amazingly these three want more terrorists brought into their cities and countries. This is what ones gets for voting – the tenuring of deranged psychopaths.

They simply have to go. I suggest they take refuge in nations already possessed of the religious fever and culture they claim to admire. I’m willing to spring for a plane ticket for de Blasio.

And it’s not just politicians. The artificial elite of our crumbling civilization all seem to favor mass invasion by savages. Like de Blasio, George Soros wants more. He’s willing to pay $500 Million to bring in fresh Soldiers of the Caliphate.

I would suggest He move with Bill, Khan and Hidalgo but there’s probably no need. He’s 86 now. And he’s accustomed to buying things. Isn’t it about time he bought the farm? (Or maybe his vampiric kind don’t die.)

503137826-640x400

I may include a small section on how the likes of these destroyers factors into our current tragedy. I’m sure there was a similar element twelve and a half centuries ago but I’m not sure of how they acted. (Could have been Soros even back then…) We’ll see tomorrow, friends.

Battle of Tours, government, immigration, The West

Michael Shedlock offers 10 great ideas for stemming the flow of unvetted, incompatible immigrants into the West.

  1. Don’t start wars. This especially applies to the US.
  2. Don’t nation build. This especially applies to the US.
  3. Don’t interfere in the internal politics of other nations. Universal
  4. Don’t welcome refugees with open arms. This especially applies to the EU
  5. Don’t pay bribes to halt refugee flows. This especially applies to the EU.
  6. Don’t demand other countries accept refugees they do not want. This especially applies to the EU.
  7. Don’t criticize other countries for controlling their borders. This especially applies to the EU.
  8. Do recognize the difference between economic refugees and political refugees. Universal
  9. Do be willing to accept Australian-style solutions of forcibly stopping refugees from entering a country. Universal
  10. Do Recognize a nation’s first priority must be the safety and welfare of its own citizens. Universal

These are so simple that governments will find them impossible to follow. The failure to secure civilization will lead to a Tours (732 A.D.) resolution sooner than later. Until then we can continue to look forward to:

Just yesterday morning I followed up on the bumbling attempts by Washington to explain electoral system security breaches. I pondered whether the FBI actually found said breaches as part of an investigation or if they had created them as part of some false flag scheme for control. Today, we may have part of an answer.

I woke up (late) to this headline at Drudge:

nimbus-image-1472645099779

Hussein Obama elaborates on his golf handicap at NASA; Jeh Johnson looks on.

Drudge likes a little shock value. It should read: DHS to take charge of election security. That’s what they’re planning to do.

Even before the FBI identified new cyber attacks on two separate state election boards, the Department of Homeland Security began considering declaring the election a “critical infrastructure,” giving it the same control over security it has over Wall Street and and the electric power grid.

The latest admissions of attacks could speed up that effort possibly including the upcoming presidential election, according to officials.

“We should carefully consider whether our election system, our election process, is critical infrastructure like the financial sector, like the power grid,” Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said.

…

Johnson also said that the big issue at hand is that there isn’t a central election system since the states run elections. “There’s no one federal election system. There are some 9,000 jurisdictions involved in the election process,” Johnson said.

Or, there were 9,000. Decentralization of power is a long-standing paper theme in America. I say “paper” because though we cut ties to centralized authority (King George III) in 1776, we reinstituted them in 1787 with the federal Constitution. Still, with something like elections, it’s probably preferable to have 9,000 separate authorities rather than just one. That makes corruption 9,000 times harder. Or, it did.

A related topic was raised in a U.S. News article today:

“There’s nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election for the electors serving in the Electoral College,” says John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, meaning the body that officially elects presidents could convene without the general public voting.

“It’s up to each state legislature to decide how they want to choose the state’s electors,” Nagle says. “It may be a situation in which the fact that we have an Electoral College, rather than direct voting for presidential candidates, may prove to be helpful.”

Both major parties do have rules for presidential ticket replacements, however, and Congress has the power to change the election date under Article II of the Constitution, which allows federal lawmakers to set dates for the selection of presidential electors and when those electors will vote.

But Congress would be up against a de facto December deadline, as the Constitution’s 20th Amendment requires that congressional terms expire Jan. 3 and presidential terms on Jan. 20. Though it’s conceivable to split legislative and presidential elections, they generally happen at the same time. And if the entire general election were to be moved after Jan. 3, Congress effectively would have voted themselves out of office.

While I would be happy as a clam if Congress voted itself out of office I suspect many others would not. “There’s nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election…” – that doesn’t jive with all that “democracy” and “you’re vote counts” business so popular today. But, it’s true.

Your vote, your participation in the election is not needed. It is only an illusion. At best it provides the real state electoral system with suggestions. If someone wanted to tamper with your suggestion box, it would be better for them (worse for you) to do so from a singular point (as opposed to 9,000 little points all over the place). Thus, my suspicion of DHS’s power grab.

Oddly, DHS isn’t necessary either nor is it found in the Constitution. With the brief and partial interruption in the scheme from 1861-1865, the federal system operated without DHS from 1787 until 2002 (2003 really). It was a gift of the wooden, horse-like, Greek variety from our dear friend Jorge the Dimmer. (Miss him yet?) It was instituted after another false flag event. (Thanks for that recent admission, Rudy!)

I’m really close to 700 posts on this site and at least about 600 of them deal with the evil nature of government. You simply cannot underestimate the state’s capacity to do harm. Yesterday I mockingly rattled off but a few of the known recent depredations from D.C. Here’s a new one:

Those hard-working, just like us, only trying to better their lives while hiding “in the shadows” illegal aliens have stolen 1,000,000 of our social security numbers. What’s more, the IRS has known about this for about FIVE YEARS and has done nothing! They haven’t even notified the victims. A can of worms this is.

Social Security isn’t in the Constitution either, apart from just being another tax. The IRS is happy to collect taxes from any source it can. If illegals pay in, great. They care nothing about you and your identity theft claims.

As for the illegals, some say there is no such thing as an “illegal person”. This is where I part ways with the open borders libertarians. Is there now no such thing as an illegal identity thief?

We are not the world, nor are we children.

Even if the IRS cared (they don’t), they would have a very hard time sorting all this out. Likely they have no idea how to solve this problem. Their position is partly defensible mathematically: in just a few short score of years both the illegals and the identity victims, every last one, will be dead – thus, no problem in the long run to worry about.

Back to DHS, they have a short but growing history of doing a whole lot of nothing. Nothing except for taking control – of anything they can. That helps boost their budget numbers. A few of you may recall how DHS took control of the West Virginia situation in the novel Republic and the ensuing hilarity.

By the way, and on a concluding note, pursuant to the deficiencies discovered in Republic those you in WV might want to go ahead and stock up on AAA and SAMs.

The mirror reports an armed driver tried to approach Herr Merkel’s motorcade in Prague. Details are few but it seems he never got that close to her. This does not smell like ISIS as they would have been much more aggressive and effective in their attack. Could be a nut or something totally unrelated.

If it were ISIS, that would be most fitting; justice some might call it. I suspect the elite would love if it were a nationalist BREXITer type. Then again, that would be justice too.
