Out today and I just delved into my copy. Review forthcoming.

Read this book:

SJWs Always Double Down: Anticipating the Thought Police

41guOiSs5GL

Vox Day/Castalia House/Amazon.

If you’re into this sort of thing, it’s the best selling political philosophy book out there – the second law of SJWs explained.

Just breezed through Ivan Throne’s powerful forward and the hilarious yet chilling chapter one.

Every intelligent adult in America should read this book. I was going to say “every straight white man in America” but even the others need it – because anyone can become a target in the culture war. For my fellow SWMs: read it and heed it.

More on this later.

PS: If you’re following the Las Vegas shooting, particularly if you’re in lockstep behind the official government/media narrative, know that that just changed, significantly. Immediately change what you think and say about it or the SJWs will call you a crazy conspiracy theorist or worse.

Another Statue Coming Down?

Not too long ago, when the trend to remove, shroud, or destroy all things Confederate started in earnest, I warned the BLMers and the SJWs about unintended consequences. And I wasn’t talking about the natural progression from heroes of the CSA to heroes of the early USA and then to any and all white or Christian men – that was a given; it happened practically concurrently.

What I meant and said was that it shouldn’t take too long before the SJW types start eating their own. And it has happened much faster than I anticipated.

BALTIMORE — The Maryland Stadium Authority has increased security around the Ray Lewis statue outside M&T Bank Stadium after the former All-Pro linebacker joined Ravens players in kneeling during the national anthem, which spurred an on-line petition to remove the 3-year-old landmark.

The petition on change.org has received more than 50,000 signatures as of Thursday morning.

Of course the statue is a divisive symbol of hate. As such, it must be removed. 50,000 of the people have spoken. This is what democracy looks like. Tear it down.

Hate has no place in Neo-Amerika. USA Today.

Antiquated relics like Lewis’s statue (and those of Robert E. Lee, Thomas Jefferson, Christopher Columbus, Walt Disney, etc.) represent the past. They should not be displayed in public, subsidized by taxpayers. Their proper places are in museums or on private property. They have to go.

Unintended consequences.

In “America” this weekend President Trump entered into a war of words with the overweight, illiterate, felonious millionaire class. (The pink comes next month). More proof his base is abandoning him came today as millions of semi-conscious cucks ignored Trump’s admonitions and drunkenly starred at an amp-up spectacle of degeneracy on Plato’s Electric Cave™.

More serious doings were afoot in the Deutschland, as a seemingly suicidal electorate choose yet another term of the globalist thaumaturge Angela Merkel. The good news (if any) is the pole-vaulting national entry of the AfD.

And this process is really just getting started. As Americans are slowly but surely turning off the hissy ft antics of athletes, owners, and advertisers who hate them, so Germans (all Western Europeans) are slowly coming around to the massive transformation of their land and their culture. Just a few more rapes, murders, arsons, elderly home displacements, bombings, and Christmas market drive-thrus should do it. 2021 will come.

Glückwünsche, dreckige hexe. Daily Mail.

People, even the blindest and deafest, begin to understand what’s going on. Even back in America.

Back here, this weekend, another deranged lunatic walked into another church and opened fire on Christians. (And, yes, once again the bad guy with a gun was stopped by a good buy with a gun). Nikki Haley concernedly called from New York, offering to take a break from her new job of steering the U.S. into dual nuclear wars and ban some Confederate flags or something. She rested easy, assured that this shooter was a black man from Sudan. Her parting words on the phone were “memory hole!”

Maybe. Maybe not this time. Maybe someone will wake up.

But, for now, back to kneeling before the electric altar of advertising for some exciting kneeling. Take a knee!

Another round of riots set off by another police shooting.

Read the Order of Acquittal HERE.

nimbus-image-1505851675692

Make of that and the ensuing violence what you will. There’s more where that came from, some a little better, some much worse.

Paul Craig Roberts tackles the declining, infantile nature of the Nation and her People.

People can no longer think or reason. There seems to be no rational component in their brain, just emotion set into action by fuse-lighting words.

Here is an example hot off the press. This month in Cobb County, Georgia, a car was pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol. The white police lieutenant requested the ID of a white woman. She replied that she is afraid to reach into her purse for her license, because she has read many stories of people being shot because police officers conclude that they are reaching for a gun. Instead of tasering the woman for non-compliance, yanking her out of the car, and body slamming her, the lieutenant diffused the situation by making light of her concern. “We only shoot black people, you know.” This is what a person would conclude from the news, because seldom is a big stink made when the police shoot a white person.

The upshot of the story is that the lieutenant’s words were recorded on his recorder and when they were entered as part of the incident report, the chief of police announced that the lieutenant was guilty of “racial insensitivity” and would be fired for the offense.

Now think about this. A little reasoning is necessary. How are the words racially insensitive when no black persons were present? How are the words racially insensitive when the lieutenant said exactly what blacks themselves say? And now the clincher: Which is the real insensitivity, saying “we only shoot black people” or actually shooting black people? How is it possible that the officer who uses “racially insensitive” words to diffuse a situation is more worthy of punishment that an officer who actually shoots a black person? Seldom is an officer who has shot a black, white, hispanic, Asian, child, grandmother, cripple, or the family dog ever fired. The usual “investigation” clears the officer on the grounds that he had grounds to fear his life was in danger—precisely the reason the woman didn’t want to reach into her purse.

For a person who tries to tell the truth, writing is a frustrating and discouraging experience. What is the point of writing for people who cannot read, who cannot follow a logical argument because their limited mental capabilities are entirely based in emotion, who have no idea of the consequence of a population imbued with hate that destroys a nation in divisiveness?

I ask myself this question every time I write a column.

I ponder similar questions. Writing or expressing anything other that pop trash nonsense is tiring. Still, we try.

Why I Don’t Do Internet Dating

culture, dating, government, internet, Ron Paul, society, Tinder

I was all set to run with a friendly evening warning from Ron Paul about the dangers of government during and after the dangers of a storm or disaster. See: Paul says Gubmint Bad!

True. But not as interesting as the following:

When it comes to internet or app dating I usually think about dullness, crazies, tubbies, has beens, and maybe the occasional serial killer. From now on I’ll think about this: Man’s Tinder date gets stuck upside-down in window trying to grab her own poo. Hmmmm…

Who says romance is dead? A Tinder date ended with the unforgettable spectacle of a young woman stuck upside-down in a window, trying to grab her own poo.

The unnamed – but athletic – girl ended up upside down inside the window after making a valiant effort to get rid of a massive poo she’d done which had blocked the bog.

Why not just break it up with the toilet brush, like any sane person?

The unnamed girl had been for a romantic meal at Nando’s with student Liam Smyth, 24, before they went back to his place for a nightcap.

But a bizarre chain of events unfolded after she went to the toilet and blocked the pan.

In panic, she picked up the stool and threw it out the window – but it fell down into a narrow gap.

…

I’m Perrin Lovett and I say romance is dead. Dead or going down the toilet. I really can’t tell. Is it swipe right or wipe right?

Epic poo problem

Not the gymnastics I like out of a girl… A sad corner of the interwebs.

The poor poo-chaser accomplished the dirty job but got stuck in the window. She was retrieved by firemen. The window was smashed. The date went on – I suppose.

So, is this sort of thing that one places on a dating “profile?” “Acrobatic dung disposal maven….” “My heart and toilet overflow….” “Looking for Mr. Plumber…” “Don’t call me. I’ll call… Call the fire brigade!” “Let’s poo this again…”

Not-so-Tender

Plenty of Crap

E-Toiletry

I have never been on or used any electronic dating service. And, with this story, that isn’t likely to change.

I kind of understand the allure of these sites. After my divorce I waited a while then ventured into the “real” dating world. Or, should I say, ventured into some strange alien planet. What the hell happened to you people while I was out?!

Nine tattoos, three psychotropic drugs, three convictions, and two kids/live-in exes/cats/whatever (all by 23!) isn’t exactly what I’m looking for in a woman. The good news (ha!) is that I seem to be a crazy magnet and the pool has gone utterly insane. The bad news (yeah) is that I seem to be a crazy magnet and the pool has gone utterly insane. I see a quality, not quantity, problem.

Things like Tinder seem to me just a virtual reality version of the nut house/bar scene – but maybe worse.

That’s my first defense against on-line “love”: I don’t need it. I have no shortage of available options (usually hot, almost always loony); it’s just a matter of my … tolerance.

Second, I’m a Sigma (just found out about that designation!). We cause problems but we never have problems. Okay, we have them – we just don’t care.

Lastly … did you read the freak show story above!?

“How’d the date go? Get to second base? Third? All the way?!!!”

“Naaah. We got stuck in the toilet under the stands. Fire department came. No biggie. Got her number.”

You can keep this big steaming pile of dung. A literal, actual pile of …

Now, please tell me YOUR success story with (fill in the blank) service! How the picture was only 15 years and 40 pounds out of date. How she only turned out to be a he once. How you only got stabbed that one time. Stuff like that. Go on…

He’s getting too serious about the naughty stuff…

Seriously, it was almost nice to have a pointless clash of the leftists free speech rally that didn’t end with a homicide. Good on ya, Boston. My favorite big city.

And this hilarity gave me the needed post de jure. More pressing stuff in Spain, Russia, and D.C. but this is what you get.

You’re welcome and good night.

America, culture, history, idiocy, Maryland

Seems the Civil War just won’t go away.

In Maryland the problem isn’t the crime, the unemployment, the illiteracy, the illegitimacy, or the false sense of entitlement. No, it’s a 17th Century Coat of Arms.

“When the General Assembly in 1904 adopted a banner of this design as the state flag, a link was forged between modern-day Maryland and the very earliest chapter of the proprietorship of the Calvert family.”

But the red and white part of the flag, known as the Crossland arms, was also the design flown by Marylanders who sympathized with the South in the Civil War, according to state records.

“During the war, Maryland-born Confederate soldiers used both the red-and-white colors and the cross bottony design from the Crossland quadrants of the Calvert coat of arms as a unique way of identifying their place of birth,” the records say. “Pins in the cross bottony shape were worn on uniforms, and the headquarters flag of the Maryland-born Confederate general Bradley T. Johnson was a red cross bottony on a white field.”

During the slow process of reconciliation after the Civil War ended in Union victory in 1865, a “flag incorporating alternating quadrants of the Calvert and Crossland colors began appearing at public events” in the state.

By extension of this “logic” all state flags are Confederate in nature – all states share the same hemisphere with those former CSA states once in rebellion…

Better tear down some monuments. Riot or something. Blame someone.

This is “racist.”

Seeing as how so many are obviously unhappy in 21st Century America, maybe it’s time they depart. To anywhere.

Unlooked for, unprovoked, and whether you like it or not.

Two (three) examples in the recent news headlines:

Muslim gang rampaged through Liverpool attacking strangers because they were white “non-Muslims”. Who would ever expect to find white non-Muslims (Christians) in a place like England?! This was probably a reaction to all that “privilege;” and at least it didn’t involve a machete:

Machete-wielding man ‘screaming Allahu Akbar’ kills one person and injures several others during rampage in Hamburg supermarket. I’ve been wondering when “Aloha Snackbar!” would return this summer… In places like Hamburg the bladed attacks have become so prevalent that the Polizei now sport chain mail armor (Sixth Century problem, Sixth Century solution). The motives for the attack may never be known…

Both of these stories illustrate that the new realities will come upon you, out-of-the-blue, just because you are you. It also happened in Alabama:

Lesbian mom asks Christian judge to recuse himself from divorce case. It’s funny that you have to bake the cake but you can’t hear the case. These rules… The preemptive demand (and appeal) have failed thus far.

Look around and you’ll start to notice more and more of these stories, perhaps even involving you. Doubtless you did not ask for it, but it’s here nonetheless.

Fat and Stupid: Can We Rebuild American Education and Culture?

America, Anthony Esolen, book review, books, culture, education, society, Vox Day

Americans aren’t just increasingly fat; they’re increasingly stupid.

Today, Vox Day noted the decline in the average college IQ over the past six decades. We’re collectively down 12.3 points, almost a whole SD. It kind of matters. Smaller brains and larger waistlines so not make for a good or viable trend.

I also read a review of sorts by Chris Sullivan of Anthony Esolen’s Out of the Ashes: Rebuilding American Culture. Esolen may have some answers for the academic decline and more.

Anthony Esolen, a professor at Thomas More College of the Liberal Arts in Merrimack, New Hampshire and recently of Providence College, Rhode Island, has written a stinging critique of modern education and American society in general titled Out Of The Ashes: Rebuilding American Culture published by Regnery Publishers, 2017.

It’s a short book – 203 pages – but contains much wise social commentary and observations on everything wrong with American education, if there’s any such thing. Esolen is not one to beat around the bush. If you don’t agree with him it isn’t because he is opaque. For instance, chapter one is titled, Giving Things Their Proper Names: The Restoration Of Truth Telling. It is divided into several sections with their own headings, one of which is Are We a World of Liars?

“In a word, yes.

…

It was the education angle and the fact of Thomas Moore College that caught my attention. TMC may be the best deal in the country for affordable, quality higher education, Catholic or otherwise. I want my daughter to consider the school.

Anyway, I bought a copy on Kindle this morning. I’m planning to start reading it tonight. If warranted, and time allowing, I’ll post a review here and at Amazon. Chapter Four is: Man by Nature Desires to Know: Rebuilding the College.

That’s important to me and should be to all Americans. Most of our “schools” have become anti-intellectual, places where knowing is the last thing desired.

Looks good from my cursory overview. I’ll let you know.

Order your copy HERE.
