2020, America, USS Liberty, Veteran's Day

Today, please don’t overlook the US veterans who have been overlooked for over 50 years. For example, the men of this good ship.

…

On the afternoon (local time) of June 8, 1967, a Thursday, while cruising lawfully and peacefully in international waters, she and her crew were suddenly attacked by a determined and vicious opponent. Barrage after barrage came from the sea and the air. During the hellish whirlwind, she withstood 30 mm cannon fire, rockets, napalm, and torpedoes. 34 Americans were killed and another 174 were wounded. Though the ship herself – due to the heroic efforts of the crew – remained afloat, she was unsalvageable, being decommissioned the following year.

I think there will be a few surprises. Here’s the “best case” for Trump:

Best case for Biden:

As I’ve been saying, it’ll be Trump.

Trump should be the final Republican. A look at a realistic 2024:

After that, just replace red and blue with flames.

Just predictions, friends. I hope this helps. And I hope it helps rekindle the first debate week interest in the old blog.

November 13th: Tragedy to Triumph: The Return of Tweetsie Railroad!!!

Several times, over the years, I’ve written fondly of the magic and majesty that is Tweetsie Railroad. Somewhere, I even lamented my old pocket knife, lost forever due to centripetal jollification at my favorite little park. C’est la vie. Many years too late, this summer, I finally had the brilliant idea to contact the management about the little folding dirk. The gracious and lovely Meghan replied with the predictable and the obvious news along with heartfelt condolences. Not one to miss spinning a tall tale, I wrote what’s been called a “fun and refreshing” SHORT STORY that explains in most-plausible detail what happened to the blade.

However, there was something in an email from Tweetsie, about “those of us who are still here,” that got me thinking – always a dangerous proposition. Then I remembered! This is 2020, the chief year of insanity. As one might suspect, the park is closed!

And, I mean they’ve been closed most of the year. Yes, THAT issue, and a very heavy-handed government, intruded into the blissful reality and merrymaking like nothing else since the park opened in 1957. In mid-July, thinking the corona was clear, they braved a late opening, only to be shuttered again (by the State) a week later.

No Thomas! No Ghost Train! No quiet pondering of how such small mice could have possibly run off such a large giant! No Hopper! No Porter! No Cowboys, Indians, Can-cans, deer park romps, thrills, or anything else!

Just when things were looking terminal, an announcement arrived:

October 12, 2020

Tweetsie Railroad will be open every Friday, Saturday, and select weekday evenings from November 13 – December 31 for Tweetsie Christmas. Tickets are $44 for an Adult, $38 for a Child (age 3-12) and Free for Children age 2 and under. They will go on sale, Tuesday, October 13th.

Don’t wait! Call 877-894-3874, right this minute, or visit the website.

Tweetsie Christmas! Yes, in this most unusual year, the opening weekend also happens to be Masters Tournament Weekend. We’ll take what we can get, right? I’ve never been to Christmas at Tweetsie, but I can only imagine it’s like the following, but with snow:

Hang on … it’s like this (maybe with snow):

Picture ©, courtesy of Tweetsie Press Room.

This is possibly the best news I’ve ever reported. So, mark your calendars! There’s no better escape from economic chaos, pandemics, riots, hoaxes, election fallout, and general mayhem like the North Carolina mountains. If you’ve never been, it’s the treat of a lifetime. If you’re an old hand, then it’s exactly like you remember it. Go make a memory. Salvage 2020 at Tweetsie.

Whose Supremacy, Now?

I didn’t watch, but I understand that Donald Trump had quite the heated exchange the other night with Democratic candidate Mike Chris Wallace. During their “debate,” Wallace (and some sleepy old man(???)) pressed Trump to condemn “White Supremacy” or some other nonexistent, narrative-driven foolishness. To drive the importance home, the cardboard-like old man (???) called Trump a “racist.” When I heard that, I was astounded. Why hasn’t anyone previously thought to use such commanding rhetoric against the Orange Man??? Or, any White person for that matter? I mean, “RACIST!” Wow.

Ann Coulter took on the matter as only Ann Coulter can:

After four months of looting, arson, window breaking, vandalism, intimidation, physical assaults, stabbings and shootings by Black Lives Matter and antifa, the first thing on the media’s mind is … getting Trump to condemn “white supremacists”!

It would be as if, on the morning after Pearl Harbor, the League of Nations demanded that FDR condemn American aggression in the Pacific.

…

This is the position of the media and the Democratic Party: Antifa must be allowed to run riot without interference from anyone. We’ve liberated antifa from district attorneys and mayors and now we’ll liberate them from individual Americans. Therefore, anyone who defends the innocent from psychotic left-wing violence will be cursed as a “white supremacist.”

So be it. This all, coupled with the previously unheard of decline in the total number of White People (in addition to a usual declining population percentage share) in the US from 2009-2019, possibly suggests that America has a lack of the thing rather than a surfeit. Stand back and stand by? How about stand up?

UPDATE: (Pre-post Alteration): After allegedly contracting the Hoax and joining the 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, – pardon, my “zero” key is stuck – 000,000,000,000,000,000,000 perfectly healthy Amerikans who have already died at least six times each, Trump has FINALLY condemned the multi-racial Proud Boys as (multi-racial???) “White supremacists.” That settles that, right? I’m sure that nobody else will call him a “racist” from now on.

This development(s) kind of beats the life and satirical purpose out of the follow-up story I had planned for later today. Here. Here are two more examples of “White supremacy” run amuck:

“White supremacy” violence in LA;

“White supremacy” violence in Sweden;

Blah.

Here’s wishing the First Family (and Hot Hicks) a speedy recovery, much the same as 99.999997% of Hoax victims experience without any ill effects. And, one does hope that Trump will use his house arrest time to put those final touches on The Storm. Stand by.

2020 and “our form of” government, that is. I really, really like Michale Snyder and his works. But, he’s just a little out of date with this column – as many or most people are.

Will The 2020 Election Be The Beginning Of The End For Our System Of Government?

Most Americans assume that our system of government could never fail, but the truth is that it is failing right in front of our eyes. In order for our system of government to work, people need to be able to believe…

I’ll stop right there. “Most Americans” are idiots. What they assume (ass of u and me), believe, wish for, hope for, imagine, and dream about is irrelevant. If one of them should want someone to blame for 2020, then he should consult that shiny mirror-like thing in the bathroom.

“Our” system of government, as mythologized in the Most Holy and Revered Constitution (Say, “AMEN!”), ended around 1861. What emerged thereafter was steadily, relentlessly corrupted, and is now in full, terminal collapse. The collapse began some time back and, as with the rest of the process, had the full backing of those assuming, believing American idiots.

This is the middle-end of the end. This is where the fun starts.

PS: Enjoy your election! I think (assume, believe, whatever) you’ve got it and one, maybe two, more.

Thanks, But…

2016, 2020, debate, election, it's not 2016 anymore..., thanks

I realize that so many of you, today and last night, came for 2016’s Union And The Constitution Forever? article. I’m flattered and I stand by what I wrote then. But … it’s not four years ago. This is an entirely different country. And, sadly, the answer to that old title is a resounding, “no.”

Read that one, but also look at my more recent thoughts.

Thanks, again. The added interest has boosted this month’s visitation dramatically, and it was already looking better than the past six months. Now, it’s the best September in two or three years. We’ll be rocking onwards tomorrow into October. (Some really cool fiction is coming)! See you then. – P

2020, autumn, fall, updates, what to do

Five years ago, which seems like an entirely different age and era ago, I posted ten happy things to do while enjoying fall. Happy first day of fall 2020, by the way. Here’s the COVID-BLM-Election-2020 updated list:

  1. Cooler weather.  Okay. Still got that one – enjoy it.
  2. Scenery.  And we still have the colorful fall foliage, provided you’re able to travel to where it is or where it’s better. *Update: drive less and hike more. Exercise and outdoor training with red and brown leaves.
  3. Football.  Hit. The. Weights. It’s time to lift every voice and get in fighting shape. Do some boxing while you’re at it.
  4. Fall brews.  Go Maskless. Run, walk, lift, train – just do it sans the sickly face diaper. If time permits, by all means, enjoy the Oktoberfests and pumpkin brews – in moderation.
  5. Fall cigars.  I’ll leave this one to. Smoke one while you take stock of your alternative heating, cooking, and power supplies.
  6. Hunting.  *AND, Range Time. The shooting has begun. There will be more. Don’t be there, but if there comes to you, then be ready.
  7. Sleeping with the windows open.  *Done best when you: Get. Out. Of. The. Cities. Fresh air is great and there’s still time to put some distance between you and them.
  8. Sitting by a fire.  Outside.  With a beer.  In that cool weather.  *I’ll also leave this one, so long as the chores are finished, you’re outside the metro areas, and you’re prepared to deal with those who like to set other kinds of fires.
  9. Holidays.  Who knows what the season will bring. Will there be flights? Will gatherings be banned? There’s that election thing – which, one way or the other, will get messy. Regardless, slow down, appropriately, and allow a little decompression.
  10. Raking leaves.  Torn on this one. Neat and tidy is always important, and the raking is good exercise. On the other hand, a disheveled yard might “grey out” your house, rendering it less vulnerable to, say, peaceful protesters.

Well, that wasn’t as bad, with as many changes, as I originally thought. This fall would be the ideal time to break the cycle that is this strange year. With heightened situational awareness you can do it, even if only individually. If you haven’t prepared, then now – right now! – is the time. If you have, then happy fall.

When Government Schools Kill – rerun…

2019, 2020, education, gun control, rerun, school shooting, schools, TPC

I needed a break thought it would be wise to revisit the schools and their ways. Here’s a golden oldie, from last year at TPC. The current events takeaway quote: “…here in the latter-day United States, the insanity is hardwired.” That does sum up 2020.

When Government Schools Kill

“Nobody is killing me, my friends, by treachery, not using any force.” – Polyphemus, The Odyssey

I’m sure it’s happened, but I am unaware of any direct homicide of any student at the hands of a public school. The indirect killings, however, are legion. There are murders of other kinds too, and numerous beyond count. The schools kill creativity. They kill interest. They kill intellect. They kill souls or parts thereof. They kill critical thinking. They exterminate freedom. Honestly, it’s why they exist.

[2020 Update: Again, with the “schools shut down, we heard of no “school” shootings. Will the relative peace last?]

Most United States residents and most Americans still find this acceptable. It’s only when one or more children get gunned down at a school that any semblance of outrage arises. And then, it’s usually, by design, twisted around into further hatred of liberty. A maddening cycle.

Such was the case at Stoneman Douglas High School, in Broward County, Florida, on February 14, 2018. The school system, Broward County, the State of Florida, and the Imperial US government, with the great assistance of gunman Nikolas Cruz, murdered fourteen students and three adults. The system, as much as Cruz, did this with great malice and tremendous planning aforethought.

One of the deceased victims was Meadow Pollack, an eighteen-year-old student. Her father, Andrew Pollack, along with Max Eden, published a new book, which sheds much-needed light on the matter.

Why Meadow Died: The People and Policies That Created The Parkland Shooter and Endanger America’s Students

Please read a few excerpts from a recent New York Post article. The system knew, for years, that Cruz was a dangerous, crazed sociopath. “Why did the school allow him to remain enrolled despite his daily, deranged behavior for a full year? Not by negligence, but by policy.” Multiple policies dictate that students like Cruz must be tolerated, even at the expense of the safety of everyone else in the schools.

Pursuant to these policies, records are kept. Pollack published notes from Carrie Yon, Cruz’s Eight Grade English teacher. I’ll relay two which, independent of everything else, scream out an alarm:

Sept. 11: After discussing and lecturing about the Civil War in America Nick became fixated on the death and the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. He asked inappropriate questions and was making shooting actions with his pencil. Some questions he asked were “What did it sound like when Lincoln was shot? Did it go pop pop or pop pop pop really fast? Was there blood everywhere? After the war what did they do with all the bodies? Did people eat them?”

Sept. 16: When we began to read the Odyssey Nick paid partial attention (in-and-out) until we came up to the gruesome scene when the giant eats Odysseus’ crew members, only then Nick was interested in the lesson and got my 100% attention.

And, no, the alarm isn’t that middle schoolers were actually studying the “Civil” War and reading Homer, remarkable as those revelations are. I placed double emphasis on certain words related to cannibalism. I’ve written before, and I imagine I’ll write again, that cannibals are the next great protected class of deviates. In this case, in these telling passages, we see early tangential inclusion.

Inclusion and diversity – of anything, no matter how wicked – are parts of the mantra of the failed system. Combine those with fear (the driving force in public education), statism, hatred of all things Western, ignorance, and sheer stupidity, and you get a lunatic walking around, killing, with an AR-15, while the brave policeman hides under the staircase.

How could Cruz legally purchase such a weapon, given his extensive record? Because the same policies dictated that all of his defects and criminal behaviors were covered up. Where’d he learn to shoot an AR-15? In the damned school! “Yet they not only allowed him to enroll in Marjory Stoneman Douglas, they literally gave him an air gun, shaped like an AR-15, and let him practice shooting.” All in defiance of expert recommendations.

Rona Kelly, Cruz’s therapist, and Dr. Nyrma Ortiz, Cruz’s psychiatrist, knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Cruz was crazy, with lethal ideations. It seems almost everyone on the East Coast of Florida knew. Yet, nothing positive was ever done. Even now I would bet that Cruz, awaiting trial and continuing to act out violently in jail, has yet to receive any neurological examination, to include an MRI or CT brain scan. The sinecures of the fraudulent industry know only enough to perpetuate themselves. They do not ever want to know the literal truth. Systemic solipsism of Luciferian proportions.

How can this be tolerated in an informed and civilized society? Well, it can’t. But, here in the latter-day United States, the insanity is hardwired. For fun, and if you have the time, consult the two one-star and sole two-star reviews on Amazon of Why Meadow Died. See what jumps out at you. I’d go further, but I’m not writing a book of my own about it and I trust your judgment. The one-stars are off-topic and personally vindictive. The two-star, from a “Dr. G,” smells of well-worn gun control hysteria. Note that.

Note also that this phenomenon of fostering, promoting, and defending dangerous psychosis is widespread. I personally encountered it during my year-long research for The Substitute novel. Rest assured that the same evil spirit resides in the Newton County “schools.” It lurks in all “schools.” For that and many other reasons, there is no reforming these institutions.

It’s also my sad suspicion that there’s also no escaping more gun control (on top of the copious level we endure as-is). That’s why, a few weeks ago, I presented a short fictional (but factual) how-to about caching arms for future use.* I’m working on a similar story about how to easily and cheaply obtain weaponry after the fact. We’ll have that here in the near future.

For now, get your kids out of those educational abominations.

*2020 Update: I have another, related fictional-factual piece I’ve been sitting on…

Or, where it should be in almost all cases.

The “schools” are slowly, painfully coming back into session, with masks and fear in abundance. In the middle of August, I noted a poll that showed that 82% of American parents were afraid of sending the kids back to school and that 25% would not do so. It may be a little early to see how those positions play out in full, but we do have a new poll with some mixed results.

Now, parents report to Gallup that 89% of the kiddies will be in some form of school or another. Yes, something happened to the concerns of 82% and the resolve of 25%. Nuances: public “school,” private school, and parochial school attendance is down this year. Charter school (a concept I’ve never really understood) enrollment is up. The great news is that homeschooling has allegedly doubled!!! It’s up to ten percent of all children from five last year.

The government’s indoctrination, molestation prisons are dead. The privates are, by and large, a mixed bag. Home is where the heart, the results, and the hope is. And, homeschools are not the second-largest block in the ed demographics game. If this trend holds, then next year home education will account for more students than all other public alternatives combined.

We’ll borrow a label and call these home students the talented tenth of the future!

Hoax – I’ve been throwing that word around for six months. Still, 2020 was the year that Amerikans fell for the Big Lie. 2.5 Million deaths!! Oops, no. 200,000 deaths!! Er, no. It’s 9,210 – that’s how many people in the US have died from the Coronahoax. You’ve been had (again).

Today we now have empirical evidence that the WHO, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx were all wrong. They were charlatans. They lied.

The CDC silently updated their numbers this week to show that only 6% of all coronavirus deaths were related to the coronavirus alone. The rest of the deaths pinned to the China coronavirus are attributed to individuals who had other serious issues going on. Also, most of the deaths are related to very old Americans.

“This week the CDC quietly updated the Covid number to admit that only 6% of all the 153,504 deaths recorded actually died from Covid

That’s 9,210 deaths

The other 94% had 2-3 other serious illnesses & the overwhelming majority were of very advanced age”

H. O. A. X.

The US fatality rate among contracted cases: .0015

Per total population: .000027

If you cannot understand that this year’s hype is nothing more than a deception and a diversion, then I hereby ban you from this site for life.
