Maybe The Russians Are Not THEIR Friends

The good news is that they have moved on from blaming everything on “Hitler” and suggesting that anyone they disagree with in the slightest is THE new incarnation of Der Fuhrer. At last count, 8,974,307 Hilters had been identified, the original not included.

It got old. So they moved on to the Russians. The Ruskies are behind everything, behind every bush, lamp post, and mailbox. Better watch out!

The two top Republicans in Congress offered strong support for the intelligence community Monday, in sharp contrast to President-elect Donald Trump’s attack on the CIA after reports the agency found that the Russian government tried to help him win the presidency.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said he had the “highest confidence” in the intelligence agencies, while House Speaker Paul Ryan praised them for “working diligently” to take on cyber threats from foreign governments. But both leaders also warned against using the issue for partisan gain or casting doubt on the outcome of the election.

McConnell singled out the Central Intelligence Agency for praise and said the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services panels will investigate findings by intelligence agencies that Russia hacked into e-mails and computers used in the presidential campaign.

“Any foreign breach of our cybersecurity measures is disturbing and I strongly condemn any such efforts,” McConnell told reporters. He added later, “The Russians are not our friends.”

The Washington Post reported on Friday that the CIA has told senators that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s government was actively seeking to help Trump win the election — a step beyond an earlier finding that the goal was to undermine the credibility of the U.S. political process.

“Any intervention by Russia is especially problematic because, under President Putin, Russia has been an aggressor that consistently undermines American interests,” Ryan said in a statement Monday. “As we work to protect our democracy from foreign influence, we should not cast doubt on the clear and decisive outcome of this election.”

President Barack Obama explained his reasons for ordering a full review of the evidence of Russian hacking in an appearance to be aired Monday night on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah.”

Russia has been the aggressor, got it. Russia invaded Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, and Sudan while supporting ISIS in Syria, playing puppet-master with Europe, Walling off Iran, and destabilizing half the rest of the planet. Got that. Russia also mandates Obamacare, collects your income taxes, allows the Fed to decimate the dollar, pollutes the Animas River, and decides the size of your toilet tank. Damn Ruskies… Thanks, Mitchy!

And Obama says his spoke on Comedy Central. At least he keeps the environment proper. Ryan and McConnell should have an SNL skit.

Look, governments spy on each other. I’m confident the Russians did at least pry into our election. We’ve been known to do that sort of thing too. And they may have had a vested interest. The other mainstream candidate is or was in league with the rest of the establishment to _____________ Russia (fill in the blank: anything from isolate to nuclear war).

yhllowitnlvx

Even if their not OUR friends, they are certainly not our enemies. The losers in D.C. always need an enemy in order to stay relevant. Russia might work out for them. That’s good for D.C. and terrible for us.

What has Russia ever done to you? I, personally, can’t think of a single thing Putin or his people have done to me. Last I recall hearing, Putin was praising the American people and expressing his desire for peace and friendship. I actually believe him. I’m not sure I entirely trust the man – a politician, you know – but I do trust him more than the local rodentia in Washington.

During a debate this fall Hillary claimed 17 U.S. intel agencies had information that Russia was attempting to influence the election. (Why do we need 17 intel agencies?!) Maybe they did. Where’s the proof? What does it prove? Who benefits?

Obviously Clinton might have gained, if not for the landslide defeat. She and Jill Stein have been busy trying to suggest voting fraud in their recount efforts. What little has been uncovered has almost universally been from (not against) Hillary’s camp.

Still, they try to find something. You can’t blame a gal for trying. Today from out the back, hidden room at the #PizzaGate place, even John Podesta piped up.

“Each day that month, our campaign decried the interference of Russia in our campaign and its evident goal of hurting our campaign to aid Donald Trump,” he said. “Despite our protestations, this matter did not receive the attention it deserved by the media in the campaign. We now know that the CIA has determined Russia’s interference in our elections was for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. This should distress every American.”

That sounds an awful lot like a conspiracy theory, there, Johnny. Better tone it down or Twitter might suspect fake news. Oh, wait. Yeah…

And is that the same CIA that reported Saddam with the yellow cake and Bin Laden’s 2001-2 kidney failure and death? The same that just almost, kinda, sorta missed 9/11? The people training the “rebels” in Aleppo? Huh? Again, why 17 of these agencies? Why even one?

So, that’s what we have now: fake news, wasted money, wasted lives, conspiracy theories, desperate idiots and warmongers, incompetence, and Comedy Central skits. If the Russians were doing anything, maybe they were trying inject a little sanity. Hardly the act of an enemy, that.

Never, Ever, Ever Trust The Empire

Lesson in the Evils of Government, number 11,897,654,365,114,701: Thousands of California soldiers forced to repay enlistment bonuses a decade after going to war. The LA Times:

Short of troops to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan a decade ago, the California National Guard enticed thousands of soldiers with bonuses of $15,000 or more to reenlist and go to war.

Now the Pentagon is demanding the money back.

Nearly 10,000 soldiers, many of whom served multiple combat tours, have been ordered to repay large enlistment bonuses — and slapped with interest charges, wage garnishments and tax liens if they refuse — after audits revealed widespread overpayments by the California Guard at the height of the wars last decade.

Investigations have determined that lack of oversight allowed for widespread fraud and mismanagement by California Guard officials under pressure to meet enlistment targets.

But soldiers say the military is reneging on 10-year-old agreements and imposing severe financial hardship on veterans whose only mistake was to accept bonuses offered when the Pentagon needed to fill the ranks.

“These bonuses were used to keep people in,” said Christopher Van Meter, a 42-year-old former Army captain and Iraq veteran from Manteca, Calif., who says he refinanced his home mortgage to repay $25,000 in reenlistment bonuses and $21,000 in student loan repayments that the Army says he should not have received. “People like me just got screwed.”

…

The problem offers a dark perspective on the Pentagon’s use of hefty cash incentives to fill its all-volunteer force during the longest era of warfare in the nation’s history.

Even Guard officials concede that taking back the money from military veterans is distasteful.

“At the end of the day, the soldiers ended up paying the largest price,” said Maj. Gen. Matthew Beevers, deputy commander of the California Guard. “We’d be more than happy to absolve these people of their debts. We just can’t do it. We’d be breaking the law.”

The soldiers were paid, paid the price, and then got screwed. That pretty sums up the ordinary run-in with the state.

This story serves as a stark warning. The California Guard, the Army, the Pentagon, the Treasury, and the rest of Washington are simply not to be trusted. Ever. With anything. Believe nothing they say. Do nothing the ask. Accept nothing they offer. Flee them. They are evil.

And the line about “breaking the law” is a bullsh!t excuse. They didn’t mind breaking the law to go to war without a declaration. Or based completely on lies. They didn’t mind breaking the law when the banksters needed people to die so they could illegally profit from funny money not controlled by Congress. Only now, and only concerning the little people, is the law and honesty in finance important.

How much, total, could these bonuses have cost? $15 Million? $50 Million? $1 Billion? Why so much effort and persecution over so trivial an amount – if they even know how much they’re after. This is, after all, the same sorry outfit that cannot account for $6.5 Trillion, misplaced they know not where. No matter, except where the pennies of the soldiers are concerned.

The soldiers should be concerned. First, with their paid status. “Soldier” means, from the ancient Roman world, one who is paid to fight for the government. The term derives from the Latin, solidus, “solid” currency, as was the pay to the legions.

payagent

“We’ll just need this back after your legs are blown off and your kids are in college.” Fallon.

The Founders favored militias as a superior form of defense. Militiamen, literally fighting for their homes and families, are the best way to defend a Republic or a free state. Paid, professional soldiers are the tools of monarchs, tyrants and empires. And our Empire pays, then demands the money back. Indian giving, to be politically incorrect.

Second, those California guardsmen and the rest of the concerned public, should look at the employment status of the Guard as a whole. A few still maintain the lie that the N.G. is the modern militia. In truth it is only a reserve force for the regular, standing Imperial military. About the same time the several States foolishly traded their representation, tax authority, and currency to the charlatans on the Potomac, they also legally gave up their militias. The replacement “defense forces” generally serve as little more than traffic directors and storm cleanup agents. All of the power went to D.C.

So it was, that in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina came calling, the people of the Gulf found themselves short on first responders. The Louisiana Guard, being at the time in federal service, was far away keeping the world safe for banking profits. Pathetically, but still thankfully, the first military assistance came to New Orleans from Mexico and Canada.

The third consideration is the usage of the professional military – not for defense, but for profiteering and international meddling.

The final consideration, obviously, is the lying, cheating, back-stabbing ways of the government. Why any can still come to volunteer for this fraudulent force is a mystery. They can’t all be in it for the transgender benefits.

As this story serves as a warning, so let it serve as a call to action for all those who “support the troops”. They should shake the halls of Congress until the injustice is abated.

They won’t. They will make less murmur than they did about the underlying illegal wars themselves – wars we’re still fighting fifteen years later and with no end in sight. Millions will march on, enthusiastically paying their taxes and voting to continue the fraud.

Perhaps these lessons are learned by a few.

The Election Defection Connection

America, election, fraud, politics

I am really getting tired of this election. This political theater. In fact, I’m getting tired of American politics, period.

The problem with practical politics is similar to that of higher education (in America) – it has nothing substantive to offer to the honest citizen.

That show and spectacle from Las Vegas last night was pitiful. There are so many deadly serious issues out there. Hillary and Donald are aware of them and they dance around them. Talking points only. It’s all an effort to be seen – not to do anything productive.

Imagine a book, let’s say A Brief History of Time. There are some heavy ideas in that little book. Now, drop it into a goldfish tank. The fish will swim around it, shimmering as they twist and turn. The fish are in close proximity to the heavy ideas but attention is only drawn to their shiny movement. And their movement is their only concern. It’s a show about nothing.

By the way, this was only an example. I in no way wish to demean goldfish by comparing them to politicians. The fish have value and real purpose, however slight.

Wikileaks came up last night. Hillary again said it’s the Russians. She said U.S. Intel says it’s the Russians. It is not the Russians. Regardless, Drudge and the Alt-Media made hay last night of another Podesta email from Wiki. They claim the Dems want illegals to vote. They do. Remember, I spent years in the system; I know these people. They want illegals, felons, pets, the dead, and the fictitious to vote – for their guys and gals. They wanted this 20 years ago – nothing new.

But the particular email cited only concerns illegals by implication. Its subject is ease of voter registration primarily for citizens. One could argue that some of the ideas tossed around in the chain could lead to illegal non-citizen voting. However, what they were concerned with is the 50 million American citizens who are not registered to vote.

One of the participants pointed out that it really isn’t that good of an issue. 50 million are not registered; 180 million are. If 78% of people can figure it out, what’s the problem?

My take is that, like college dropouts, the unregistered may exist because the system isn’t worth participating in. Sure, some want to vote but miss deadlines, etc. But these numbers are not static – they cross multiple elections and years. If one misses the last election, one would make sure to register in time for the next. If it were really important. It’s not. Enter the goldfish and the book.

Daily Dot.

Anyway, it will be nice when December (not November) comes and goes and takes this clown show with it. Then we can move on to the next war, the next recession, the next issue in the book the goldfish can’t read.

Trump is, I still think, in the game to win it – it’s in his nature. He’s rallying behind the “united party” BS so popular with those of purely party ideology (which really isn’t). Despite making fun of the crazed old pseudo-socialist from Arizona, Trump now endorses him. He also endorsed the embattled and useless Speaker, Paul Ryan. One big happy, big-government family.

On the same evening he sided with Ryan, Trump ridiculed the $400 Million ransom paid by Hussein Obama to Iran. And, ransom it seems it was; the hostages were held at the airport until the cash arrived. Trump seems to forget, or perhaps is unaware of, Paul Ryan’s $70 Billion Puerto Rican ransom to the banksters. Billion is more than million, Trump should know that much.

If the election only came down to ransom payments, one would have to pick between big and corrupt or big and corrupt.

Eric Peters notes that, whatever else he may be, Trump is not (yet) a murderer. All that is true but it must be remembered: Trump hasn’t had access to the game like Hillary of Hussein – not yet.

Judging by support for practical, corrupt politics as usual, there seems no difference between the GOP and the DNC offers. There never really is. Pick your poison. It’s still poison. I, myself shall refrain.

Speculation abounds that the Donald might be trying to throw the election to Hillary. Rumor is he doesn’t really want the office and he and the Clintons have been friends for some time.

I still think he’s in. It makes little difference either way. I’ve long said American politics has degenerated into a WWE (WWF for us seniors) carnival act. The Democrats and Republicans play “heels” and “faces” and then trade off as the scripted plot develops. Regardless of which side they’re on, the TV wrestlers all work for Vince McMahon and the overall goal is to keep fans watching and paying. It’s the same with the “two-party” system. The politicians all work for the banks and the goal is to get you watching (but not too close) and paying.

I’ve said and written that for years. Now, people on the Republican side are actually starting to mimic the Godfather of WWF fame.

Voter Fraud and Other Urgent Matters

What would Holden Caulfield say about modern America? “Phony” until he was hoarse, of course. True. Even our frauds are phony. Or, perhaps, our phonies, frauds.

fraud-alert

Activistpost.com.

The Vote

Donald Trump and his supporters have recently raised the specter of a rigged election, of voter fraud coast to coast. Jimmy Carter and others have been concerned about this issue for years. The White House, also busy laundering money for Iran, mockingly wrote off the concerns while the Department of Homeland Security seems a little more interested. Congruence, that. Homeland is taking a look at the risk of hackers swinging the general election; their cyber-alarm is in tandem with a belief that Russia was behind the DNC email affair. By the way: it wasn’t the Russians.

Newsflash: voting in American is a fraud in and of itself. One political party masquerading as two offering up the same crap every cycle. The party has a legal monopoly on election law in many (most) places so as to keep out honest competition. Voters must play by the party’s narrow rules while the party can and does bend its own rules in order to perpetuate the monopoly. None of the candidates are fit for the jobs they seek nor do they care at all about the people (or the law). And, nothing ever changes regardless of who gets elected. Fraud.

Terrorism

The government and the party do everything they can to create terrorism, resentment and hatred worldwide. Some of their lab monster creations actually come to life. ISIS is no longer an imaginary hobgoblin. Still, the CIA and the other alphabet agencies can’t even keep track of what their babies are doing and where they are. The National Counterterrorism Center just released a map of ISIS hotspots.

The map is part of a classified briefing document received by the White House dated “August 2016” and prepared by the National Counterterrorism Center. It shows a stunning three-fold increase in the number of places around the globe where ISIS is operating.

U.S. State Department documents indicated that in 2014, when the U.S. military began its campaign to destroy the extremists, there were only seven nations in which the fledgling state was operating.

160802-whitehouse-monthly_report-isil-mbe-610p_d117e8af1191fbf20c3b4a724ab8a3fc.nbcnews-ux-600-480

       “Phony” Map: U.S. government.

Only in seven countries before we started to destroy them. Now they’re fully operational in 18 countries! In D.C. “destroy” must mean proliferate. But wait! Doesn’t that map look a little lite? What about the attacks in Orlando, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, and California, among others? No ISIS is the U.S.? Why is Europe blank? ISIS just fire-bombed a bus in Paris. (I vowed not to talk terror unless it was really big – this is a report on terror reporting, or the lack thereof). Fraud!

Terror-Prone Police

A metro D.C. police officer was just arraigned on charges he joined or supported ISIS. Not only did this not make the NCC map, it raises startling questions about those who are supposed to enforce the law, not break it. USA Today reports there is an increasing concern about jihadis on the police force.

Many already think the police act enough like terrorists as is. Many of them have a point. What does this outright conjunction of law enforcement with the caliphate mean for the last shreds of justice in the U.S.?

How will “law and order” yokels handle this development. The yokels always want to “nuke them taarists” while at the same time holding a police officer up in a saintly light. What about when the two are the same? Mass confusion? I call it another fraud.

These are just three out of about 10,000 frauds actively running around the nation right now. To be on the safe side one might want to treat anything coming out of Washington as a fraud. What a bunch of phonies.

Here follows a brief political discussion I had once with old Jethro.

Jethro: “If you ain’t got nothing to hide, you ain’t got nothing to worry about.”

Me: “So the government is constantly worried?”

Jethro: “Huh?”

Jethro: “We need to get back to tha Constitution.”

Me: “Why?”

Jehtro: “Cause the liberals done got the government out of control.”

Me: “You want to go back to the thing that created the very out of control government you’re complaining about?”

Jethro: “Huh?”

Jethro: “We gotta have a government.”

Me: “No. We don’t. Maybe you gotta have one.”

Jethro: “Huh?”

They never found Jethro’s body…

Jethro was spared further lamentation about the Constitution and the liberals and all. I sometimes miss him. At least he cared in a strange way about the state of things. Most folks don’t have the slightest idea what is going on around them. If, by strange chance, they happen to learn something, they immediately self-lobotomize with dope, booze, or the demon television.

Will Grigg knows what’s happening and he tries to affect changes by chronicling the endless fraud and evil of the state. He’s one of the best bloggers and investigative reporters of the day. His column de jure, Take the Fifth — And Face Life Imprisonment Without a Trial, highlights the death of the Fifth Amendment. He also briefly reviews the death of the Brady Motion. Death of the Sixth Amendment, that is. And the death of the impartial and honest judiciary. And of law enforcement. The law itself. Actually, the story is an expose of the complete loss of everything within and without the Constitution not related to unlimited government power.

Last August 27, after Rawls refused to comply with Rueter’s facially unconstitutional order, the judge found him in civil contempt and ordered him to be taken into custody by federal marshals and imprisoned until he repudiates his right against self-incrimination. A motion filed by his defense attorney received a judicial reply citing a smirking, sucks-to-be-him statement from a 1994 Supreme Court ruling that someone facing the prospect of life imprisonment, without trial, for civil contempt “carries the keys of his prison in his own pocket.”

Rawls, in other words, can unlock his own prison only if he hands over his encryption key to the State – which will inevitably find some reason to send him back to prison.

Those rights, as set forth in the old parchment, are in practice and reality only privileges the government can take away on a whim. The Constitution, the liberals, and all. ISIS. Budweiser. ‘Merica.

This kind of thing happens day in, day out and has happened for years out of mind. It will go on for at least a little while longer. It’s not hidden away. The depredations of the state are always on display at all times for all to see. And still! Still the people support “their” candidates for this and that office with the glee normally associated with a favorite sports team or a rock star.

Yep. Notbeinggoverned.com.

News flash! The Donald will not fix these problems. Hillary will not fix them. Crazy Uncle Bernie won’t do it either. Support the system if you want to. Just remember that doing so means you use your key to lock yourself in their prison.

I hate politicians.  In Christian terms it is wrong to hate any man.  Politicians are less men than rodents.  Thus, I feel exonerated in my feelings.  Elections are exercises in stupidity and herd-think.  Presidential elections are the worst.

H. L. Mencken summed it up best: “All of the great patriots now engaged in edging and squirming their way toward the Presidency of the Republic run true to form. That is to say, they are all extremely wary, and all more or less palpable frauds. What they want, primarily, is the job; the necessary equipment of inescapable issues, immutable principles and soaring ideals can wait until it becomes more certain which way the mob will be whooping.”  Mencken, 1920.

The difference between 1920 and 2015 is that, back then, there were people pretending to be true patriots.  At some point they dropped the pretense and proceeded from a desire for pure, unadulterated power.  The mob of the American people conveniently ignore this fact.  The television is just too entertaining to disagree with.  The country sinks lower into the sewer of politics.

A political “party” sounds like a fun time until one realizes the term refers not so much to an event as to a lowest, dumbest degenerates ever assembled under the sun (in truth, like all roaches, they prefer the darkness).  Washington warned against them. Mencken ridiculed them.  The people, ever plumbing the depths of stupidity, embrace them with jealous fervor.  It’s “us” Democrats against “them” Republicans and visa versa.  Spare the sane the idiocy of it all.

America is dominated by two predominate political parties.  They are nominally referred to as conservatives and liberals.  As I see it they both liberally dispense what may be conservatively described as bullshit.  The people seem to like it.

Third parties exist, apparently to provide comic relief for the big two.  I experimented with what I thought the most honest of these alternatives, the Libertarians.  Given the choice I would gladly be ruled by Libertarian politicians than those which currently plague us.  However, given power, I am sure they would be corrupted by the mainstream of political discourse.  Anarchy is the only happy solution.  The people do not like happy solutions.  Thus, we are suck with the rats and the roaches.

These parties care nothing about you.  They’re priorities are: bankers, Israel (Likudniks), and anyone else.  Not you.  Not me.

I am sick of this G*****ned nonsense and what it to f**king stop.  Okay? There is no difference between Democrats and Republicans!  They respect and represent neither democracy nor any republic.

fiscal-irresponsibility

(Different approach, same results.  Google.)

An illustrative story from the popular news presses:

If the God-fearing Republicans exist to save us from the Godless, communist Democrats, then why are Republicans Rallying to Save Obama’s Secret Trade Deal?  You can read more about this phenomenon here and here and here.

I’m not entirely sure what this new “secret” trade deal means for America.  But, first, it’s secret.  That means bad when it comes from Washington.  Second, it’s a trade deal. NAFTA and CAFTA, etc. have given American the SHAFTA.  I remember being lied to about NAFTA.  The dirty manufacturing jobs of old, they said, would give way to a new world of high-paying service jobs which would benefit everyone.

In truth, we have lost the industrial work, pay and all.  In exchange we have gained menial minimum wage employment serving hamburgers and such.  Robots and immigrants and Indians now do the productive work for real pay.  What a change.

I’m sure the new law – sure to happen – will be more of the same.  It supposedly grants the President new powers concerning foreign trade.  I understand Obama caught wind of a few, final high-paying jobs left in American and is determined to stamp them out. The displaced workers will receive healthcare and cell phones for the bargain – at a cost.

A few Democrats and Rand Paul (son of the mighty Ron Paul), realizing the potential liabilities of robbing the people of their last shot at the American Dream, have stood in the way.  Paul filibustered against the deal in the Senate.  His speech fell of deaf and stupid ears.  The President will get his way, supported by the “conservative” opposition.  Trade will be geared ever towards non-American interests.  Americans will lose jobs.  Reality TV will continue to be popular among the uneducated rabble.

Just remember this when the election rolls around and the Bush/Romney/Christie machine makes the usual patriotic rumblings.  Remember it when Hitlary bashes the GOP for being unsupportive of freedom.  Blah, blah.  Sounds like the same old BS to me.

Remember, if you can, how the various Democratic Congresses and Bill Clinton ran up the national debt, creating new and useless government programs along the way.  George Bush, the dimmer, was elected to change all that.  He promptly created new agencies and doubled the debt while commencing new wars everywhere.  His Excellency, Barack Hussein Osama, was elected to reverse course.  Dutifully, he doubled the debt again while continuing and adding to the wars.  Now he wants to finish off the trade work began by Clinton and Bush the Vomiter.  I see a conspiracy.

The people, bloated by beer and television see nothing.  They hear nothing.  They say nothing.  One of the new fools (or an old fool) foisted upon us by the elite will be the next President.  Business will continue as usual.

Spare me your partisan rhetoric this year and next.
