She promised something big, and she delivered.

It’s 100+ pages, a little sloppy (rushed, obviously though authentic), and lacks the attachment of exhibits. Those latter items are, as referenced and cited, on file with the court, and may soon be available to the public. Whether their combined evidence is enough for Rush, Tucker et al is another matter.

declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military
Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic
intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf
of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the
most recent US general election in 2020. This Declaration further includes a
copy of the patent records for Dominion Systems in which Eric Coomer is
listed as the first of the inventors of Dominion Voting Systems. (See
Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages,
November 23, 2020).

No evidence whatsoever…

UPDATE: I’m reading through this now and will have to discuss on FP news, probably Monday. This could be the most damning legal pleading I’ve ever seen. To say it’s brilliantly put together is an understatement. And, if some of this stuff is true, then it’s not just a civil matter and not just a criminal matter either.

Vox, responding to Rush of all men, sums it up as well as could be:

The evidence is devastating. We know the programmer who developed the vote-stealing routine. We know the Serbian team that programmed the software. We know what companies were involved and where their servers were located. We know the algorithm. We can replicate the vote totals as they were recorded. We can match the vote-switching to the data feed that went out to the media networks with the recordings of the media broadcasts.

But Rush is underwhelmed, because he’s a Boomer who doesn’t know how to use his iPhone and has absolutely no clue about what any of this all means, even though the lawyers have boiled it down to the simplest possible explanation.

MILLIONS OF TRUMP VOTES WERE SHIFTED TO BIDEN BY VOTING MACHINE SOFTWARE.

It’s infuriating that these media morons a) won’t accept the simple statement without evidence, then b) reject the evidence because it’s too complicated for them.

This really looks more like an enemy attack than election fraud.

If the AP and the deep could either pardon reality or just go to hell, that’d be great. Here’s a real look at the real issues concerning the hellish mess of the 2020 election.

We’re waiting for BIDEN’s concession

As Rex explains contra the media narrative, we’re not waiting for Trump’s concession. We’re waiting to see if JOE BIDEN is going to concede in order to reduce the amount of damage to the Republic and the risk of widespread violence or not. That’s the whole point of this drip-drip-drip of increasingly important information, and it explains why Trump has been remarkably constrained in his actions to date. It also explains why Biden has been hesitant to assert himself as the President-Elect and why Kamala Harris hasn’t resigned from the Senate yet.

It’s a waiting game for now. They’re waiting for the next shoe to drop while Trump patiently waits for them to concede. But we know the clock is running.

Trump has known about the Democrats vote fraud schemes for YEARS. There are tweets as far back as 2012. Ergo, he would have known he was target #1 in 2016, 2018 and of course in 2020. And he was prepared. Trump’s 2018 EOs, CISA trap and infiltration into vote count centers is good evidence of that.

In my opinion, the Dems were lured onto their own killing field. Arrogant, drunk on power and poorly led, no one appears to have considered that Trump was onto them. On Nov 3, the one thing that they hadn’t considered happened.

A MASSIVE RED TSUNAMI.

The Dems panicked. The mail in ballots exposed them. And revealed to everything else they were up to, including the horrendous digital fraud. This narrative of a desperate Trump, losing legal cases while he sits in the Oval Office in denial, is exactly the opposite of what’s happening.

There’s much more – it’s heartening, funny (keep the spirits up, laugh), and right on target!

Remember that the AP and the rest of the deep state have called the election! And, they say, there is no evidence at all of any voter fraud. Stories about Venezuela, etc are just lies and hype and conspiracy theory. Pay no attention to this classified cable from a US Embassy.

riddle both in ownership and operation, complicated by the
fact that its machines have overseen several landslide (and
contested) victories by President Hugo Chavez and his
supporters. The electronic voting company went from a small
technology startup to a market player in just a few years,
catapulted by its participation in the August 2004 recall
referendum. Smartmatic has claimed to be of U.S. origin, but
its true owners — probably elite Venezuelans of several
political strains — remain hidden behind a web of holding
companies in the Netherlands and Barbados. The Smartmatic
machines used in Venezuela are widely suspected of, though
never proven conclusively to be, susceptible to fraud. The
company is thought to be backing out of Venezuelan electoral
events, focusing now on other parts of world, including the
United States via its subsidiary, Sequoia. End Summary.

No Venezuelan connection whatsoever! Certainly, no suspicion of fraud.

Absolutely no evidence of electoral fraud whatsoever! Certainly not enough for an arrest! Oh, wait…

The Democrat Director of Texas state political strategy for the Joe Biden Presidential campaign has been arrested for electoral fraud.

Democratic Party operative Dallas Jones was formally accused of helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation in the state of Texas on behalf of the Joe Biden campaign during this contested Presidential election.

According to the National File, two investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testified under oath that they have Democratic Party internal documentation, as well as video evidence and witnesses, for their investigation.

And, that’s a state that Trump won (and held onto). More to come…

Update Note: this may have been an earlier arrest, though it is unclear. And, again, it happened in TX. But, there’s still more to come…

President Joseph Biden has already taken office!

Trump’s refusal to concede has no legal implications. But it could add to the incoming administration’s challenge of bringing the country together after a bitter election.

Throughout the campaign, Trump repeatedly refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power, arguing without evidence that the election could be marred by fraud. The nation has a long history of presidential candidates peacefully accepting the outcome of elections, dating back to 1800, when John Adams conceded to his rival Thomas Jefferson.

It was Biden’s native Pennsylvania that put him over the top, the state he invoked throughout the campaign to connect with working class voters. He also won Nevada on Sunday pushing his total to 290 Electoral College votes.

These people know how it works, they’re just trying to convince everyone of the narrative. It’s not over until it’s over – they don’t decide. (However, won’t it be grand when it is over???)

Good news for Libertarians! From coast to glassy-eyed coast, it’s the norm now – even the hard stuff. Our future is secure! The real news came out of the People’s Republic of Kalifornia where Prop 16 failed to bring racial discrimination into state hiring.

Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez, D-San Diego, and Sen. Maria Elena Durazo, D-Los Angeles, argued Proposition 16 would create equal footing among Latinos and Blacks and increase racial and gender representation in higher education and in the public workforce.

“It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have a chance to explain it to more voters but we’re hopeful that justice works out,” Gonzalez said on Tuesday night.

It’s not unfortunate, it’s amazing that the voters chose to protect the interests of the shrinking 36% minority of citizens in the state. Miracles never cease. Now, back to your “green.”

I think the last one I watched was the 2012 GOP candidate debate featuring Ron Paul against the swamp creatures. They say the spectacle last night was “civil,” etc. Great. But, if you don’t know how you’re voting by the time these fake debates roll around, then you really have no business voting. Ten days and closing.

On a somewhat related note, I’ve been asked to make a video or write a short on the differences between the electoral vote and the popular vote. Whee! Look for that when you see it, probably before the popular show in November.
