It’s Coming: High Level Domestic Spying Evidence

Nunes obviously saw something, some confirmation of Trump’s wiretapping allegations. We’ll likely see it soon.

Republican congressional investigators expect a potential “smoking gun” establishing that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, will be produced to the House Intelligence Committee this week, a source told Fox News.

Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President Trump accused his predecessor of having wiretappedhim in a series of now-infamous tweets posted on March 4.

The intelligence is said to leave no doubt the Obama administration, in its closing days, was using the cover of legitimate surveillance on foreign targets to spy on President-elect Trump, according to sources.

The key to that conclusion is the unmasking of selected U.S. persons whose names appeared in the intelligence, the sources said, adding that the paper trail leaves no other plausible purpose for the unmasking other than to damage the incoming Trump administration.

This will (should) have extreme implications. Here again, unless the evidence is a video showing BHO, in coveralls with a wrench, physically hacking away in a Trump Tower utility room, then it won’t matter to some people. Then, there’s the fact that stuff like this happens to most Americans on a daily basis; most seem unconcerned. Worse, I just remembered that it’s March Madness, prime time for tall, jumping ball. Nearly no one will even notice anything at all…

Meet Khalid Masood, A Well-Known “Asian” Man

It’s amazing. In the U.S., any city, any state, when there is a heinous crime, the news media always seems to have a photograph of the perpetrator ready to go. Nine times out of ten it seems to be a previous mug shoot, frequently for a previous felony. Draw what conclusions you will from that.

With the terrorist attacks, like the one yesterday in London, it’s much the same thing. Khalid Masoon,52, is (was) the native-born attacker from yesterday’s horrible attack. True to script, today, we know just about everything about him.

Muslim convert former English teacher Khalid Masood, 52, who mowed down pedestrians on Westminster Bridge before storming Parliament and stabbing a police officer to death, was born in Kent but later moved to the West Midlands.

…

Scotland Yard said serial offender Masood, who was born on Christmas Day, had previous convictions for assaults, including GBH, possession of offensive weapons and public order offences.

He had not been convicted of any terror offences, and was not subject to any investigations at the time of the atrocity.

Masood’s first conviction was in November 1983 for criminal damage and his last conviction was in December 2003 for possession of a knife.

The Met police said there was “no prior intelligence about his intent to mount a terrorist attack”.

They added: “Anyone with any information about Masood can call the Anti-Terrorist Hotline 0800 789 321.”

The killer was known by a number of aliases including Khalid Choudri, according to Sky News.

Theresa May earlier revealed MI5 intelligence chiefs had previously investigated 52-year-old Khalid Masood but dismissed him as a “peripheral figure”.

The murderous rampage was only stopped when the Defence Minister’s protection officer drew his gun, shooting the extremist up to three times.

Previous convictions. Known to the police. Ongoing investigations. What else is new?

These people are in our societies. That is obvious and accepted. They are no more British than the are decent. No matter where they were born, they do not fit into their “home” societies. They are violent, dangerous aliens. There is no doubt or question. Why, then, are they allowed to stay? Why in the name of all decency do we allow these savages to exist among us, waiting for something like the Parliament attack?

Seven or eight other suspect were arrested overnight across England, suspected in the attack. What will become of them? They should be executed if involved and exiled if only “peripheral” figures. Why wait for next time?

How many more innocent people like Kurt Cochran have to die?

nintchdbpict00031101009531

Cochran. Sun (UK).

The Jihadis have a ready answer: “all of them”.

The police in Antwerp were a little more proactive today. They shot an attacker to death before he got going with a similar attack. Odds are, he is well-known to the police and intel communities. Why wait until the last-minute?

It’s time to send these incompatible monsters anywhere but here, in the West. This is open and declared war whether we want it or not. Time to start fighting.

The Best Pizza Money Can Buy

PizzaGate returns to the news in most bizarre fashion. One really can’t make this stuff up. Were one to write a novel about an international child sex ring, political machinations, and American apathy, the script couldn’t get much better than what we’ve seen in the news the past 6 months. Now this: someone, a likely Democrat, is making hay out of Alex Acosta’s lenient treatment of Jeffery “Sex Criminal” Epstein:

“That wasn’t an appropriate resolution of this matter,” Reiter said, arguing that the charges leveled against Epstein were “very minor,” compared with what the facts called for. In a letter to parents of Epstein’s victims, Reiter said justice had not been served.

Prosecutors in Acosta’s Miami office who had joined the FBI in the investigation concluded, according to documents produced by the U.S. attorney’s office, that Epstein, working through several female assistants, “would recruit underage females to travel to his home in Palm Beach to engage in lewd conduct in exchange for money. . . . Some went there as much as 100 times or more. Some of the women’s conduct was limited to performing a topless or nude massage while Mr. Epstein masturbated himself. For other women, the conduct escalated to full sexual intercourse.”

Epstein has a near-legendary reputation in New York financial circles as a money manager who made many millions for his clients. Although he never graduated from college, he taught advanced math at the Dalton School, one of the city’s top private schools, and went on to be a successful trader at Bear Stearns before starting his own firm, J. Epstein & Co., which managed the finances of clients who had a minimum of $1 billion in assets.

Federal prosecutors detailed their findings in an 82-page prosecution memo and a 53-page indictment, but Epstein was never indicted. In 2007, Acosta signed a non-prosecution deal in which he agreed not to pursue federal charges against Epstein or four women who the government said procured girls for him. In exchange, Epstein agreed to plead guilty to a solicitation charge in state court, accept a 13-month sentence, register as a sex offender and pay restitution to the victims identified in the federal investigation.

“This agreement will not be made part of any public record,” the deal between Epstein and Acosta says. The document was unsealed by a federal judge in a civil lawsuit in 2015.

Reiter said in the 2009 deposition that federal prosecutors in Miami told him “that typically these kinds of cases with one victim would end up in a ten-year sentence.” Reiter said he was surprised not only by the decision to pull back from prosecuting the case, but also by the light sentence and liberal privileges granted to Epstein during his jail term.

Money and power buy “justice” in Amerika. Epstein had (has) both. The following is a short list of people he jetted to and from his private “Lolita” island: Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Ehud Barak, Tony Blair, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, and Jimmy Buffett. That’s a very short list. It seems none wish to be associated with him now and with good reason. Epstein’s case touched on an international racket which has seen hundreds if not thousands arrested in the past decade (and that is probably the tip of the iceberg).

Wikileaks attempted to shed light on this and related matters late last year. America’s supposed affections for children aside, no one seemed to care.

They likely won’t care now, with squeaky shoe ball in full swing and all.

More interestingly, given the far-reaching implications of this case and all “pizza” related business in D.C., NYC, the Seaboard, and allied Europe, who in their right minds would bring up this as a charge against Acosta?! We’re taking about the Wa-Po and Congress, but still… One would think they would leave this as quiet as possible.

How’s that hearing going to go?

Senator X: “Mr. Acosta, why didn’t you fully prosecute Epstein and protect our vulnerable children?”

Acosta: “Well, Senator, we had constraints. We didn’t go after a lot of leads in that case. You, for instance…”

Senator “red-face” X: “Um. Uh… Russian hackers?”

All this to the Wa-Po, Carlos Slim’s blog, etc. was just “fake news” a few months ago. Now, with the ability to derail Team Trump, it suddenly matters. Huh?

An aside: anyone seen or heard from John Podesta lately???

pedogate

Renegade Broadcasting.

There’s no doubt justice was not served in Florida. The fact Epstein is still alive testifies to that. He’s still free and so are 10,000 other perverts. I have no idea how this will affect Acosta’s nomination. I honestly don’t care. Maybe, just maybe, this pitiful political theater will shed a little more light on a few of those other cockroaches. Play fool games with fire, get burned.

Let justice be done, though the millstone falls.

Terror Dusseldorf, a Case for Axe Control

A man from Kosovo wounded multiple people with an axe at a train station in Dusseldorf.

Seven people including two police officers were injured when a man wielding an axe went on the rampage at a train station in Dusseldorf.

The suspected culprit, identified as Fatmir H, from Kosovo, has been arrested and German anti-terror police confirmed they are not hunting anyone else.

The 36-year-old ran towards a nearby underground station and jumped from a bridge as he attempted to flee.

Maybe if more Germans had concealed handguns, these guys wouldn’t be so busy. Getty / Daily Mail.

Police, per the script, initially said the attack is not terrorism-related. I’m sure the victims would beg to differ. Let’s see: Fatmir from Kosovo… Maybe. Maybe not. Time will tell barring a cover up.

One thing that cannot go unaddressed any longer is the proliferation of axes in Western societies. Truth be known, only the police, the military, and maybe firemen need high cutting-capacity “assault” axes. Civilians should, for now, be content with plastic knives from KFC. When will this madness end?

1965, America, crime, culture, society, violence, what to do

Believe it or not, an AP-NORC Center poll finds our nation fragmented. Yes, in 2017. Odd…

Add one more to the list of things dividing left and right in this country: We can’t even agree what it means to be an American.

A new survey from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research finds Republicans are far more likely to cite a culture grounded in Christian beliefs and the traditions of early European immigrants as essential to U.S. identity.

Democrats are more apt to point to the country’s history of mixing of people from around the globe and a tradition of offering refuge to the persecuted.

While there’s disagreement on what makes up the American identity, 7 in 10 people – regardless of party – say the country is losing that identity.

Here’s the most telling part of the story/poll:

About 65 percent of Democrats said a mix of global cultures was extremely or very important to American identity, compared with 35 percent of Republicans. Twenty-nine percent of Democrats saw Christianity as that important, compared with 57 percent of Republicans.

Democrats are far more likely than Republicans to say that the ability of people to come to escape violence and persecution is very important, 74 percent to 55 percent. Also, 25 percent of Democrats said the culture of the country’s early European immigrants very important, versus 46 percent of Republicans.

The same nuts who are concerned about people escaping violence are the ones actively bringing in as many unassimilable, violence-prone groups as possible. They represent one America: Insane America.

Sane America versus Insane America is but one way to look at the issue (and this goes beyond partisanship). There’s more than just Right vs. Left. There’s: working America versus welfare America. Pre-1965 America versus Babel America. Christian, European America versus polyglot boarding house America. Mind-your-own affairs America versus Sharia America. Real America versus hellish dystopian America. Old America versus global communist Amerika. Or just America versus the Destroyers.

Nowhere is this rift more apparent than in the streets. The Destroyers are out in force. In addition to the usual ranks of ordinary criminals, street thugs, and terrorists, add: BLMers; SJWs; anti-Trump, Soros-funded Rent-A-Mobs; Milo haters; free speech haters; firearms haters; libertarian haters, freedom haters, peace haters, quiet haters, order haters, civility haters, Christian haters; White haters; straight hating LGBBQTXYZ (more letters???) violence queens; amped-up leftover hippies; progress deniers, hate crime hoaxers; rabid feminists; Falcons fans; “anarchists”; socialists; communists; more communists; wiccans; pro-invasion apologists; the #Antifa, and; more kinds of sucker-punching, hair-burning, mace-spraying, Starbucks-looting; rock-throwing, car-rocking, street-blocking, fire-setting, dope-smoking, marching, chanting, always unwashed, deodorant-missing, black mask-wearing, behoodied hooligan heathens you can shake a stick at.

main_1200.jpg

The Atlantic.

And it’s time to shake some sticks.

The old, Christian, European, pre-1965, business-minding, tax-paying, property-owning, decent, respectful Americans are fed up. It seems they have been attacked once too often and may soon contemplate retaliation. Note: this group, our group, owns 99% of the guns and we’re pretty damned good with them – just a note and a reminder.

I hear it nearly everyday:

“We’ve had it with these _____s!”

“When are WE going to do something?!”

“Why don’t WE act up for a change?”

“Isn’t it OUR turn for a riot?”

“They don’t want to see US in the streets!“

And so on…

These exclamations and angry inquiries are usually dampened by some (honest) explanations that our side has work to do, shops to tend, families to raise, money to make, etc. We’re too busy; they are not.

Partly out of snark, partly from a position of truth, I sometimes answer the “When are We going to do something?” with, “Probably when the beer runs out or the television goes off.” Honestly, it takes A LOT to get real Americans fired up about rather important issues. But they are firing even as I type this.

If these problems are not corrected soon, if the two Americas cannot at least live with a tenuous truce, then we’re heading towards something to make the late unpleasantness of 1861-1865 look tame by comparison. I would say no one wants a war but some do.

To keep it from coming to that and to take action to quiet those aforementioned street savages, there is something one can do right now. A movement is forming for OUR side.

I’ll have more of the “i” stuff when it’s available.

Did Obama Break the Law by Surveilling Trump?

Evidence is mounting that Obama and his team bugged Trump Tower last year. If this turns out true and if the manner of the surveillance is as it appears, Team Obama is in for serious problems:

If the stories are correct, Obama or his officials might even face prosecution. But, we are still early in all of this and there are a lot of rumors flying around so the key is if the reports are accurate. We just don’t know at this time. The stories currently are three-fold: first, that Obama’s team tried to get a warrant from a regular, Article III federal court on Trump, and was told no by someone along the way (maybe the FBI), as the evidence was that weak or non-existent; second, Obama’s team then tried to circumvent the federal judiciary’s independent role by trying to mislabel the issue one of “foreign agents,” and tried to obtain a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act “courts”, and were again turned down, when the court saw Trump named (an extremely rare act of FISA court refusal of the government, suggesting the evidence was truly non-existent against Trump); and so, third, Obama circumvented both the regular command of the FBI and the regularly appointed federal courts, by placing the entire case as a FISA case (and apparently under Sally Yates at DOJ) as a “foreign” case, and then omitted Trump’s name from a surveillance warrant submitted to the FISA court, which the FISA court unwittingly granted, which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump. Are these allegations true? We don’t know yet, but if any part of them are than Obama and/or his officials could face serious trouble.

Is this true? Any of it? We’ll find out soon. FISA applications are almost always granted, with complete deference to the Executive branch (12 denials in over 35,000 applications). That the FBI or someone backed off a regular warrant suggests a lack of evidence. That FISA would reject a subsequent application is amazing. The issuance of a follow-up application suggests impropriety (as does this entire episode).

As I mentioned yesterday, a sitting President is one of the few who can obtain FISA records with any ease. And he’s working on it: “”A senior White House official said that Donald F. McGahn II, the president’s chief counsel, was working on Saturday to secure access to what the official described as a document issued by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizing surveillance of Mr. Trump and his associates.”

If any of this is substantiated, then the “why” behind it, the motives, will be explored – likely as part of the criminal prosecution. Was it an attempt to sway the election? A fishing expedition on Trump? War with Russia related? Who knows?

20130725-jennifer

Stanford Center.

Here’s an interesting thought, one grounded in existing precedent: what if the alleged actions touch substantially on national security matters (the Russian war angle or terrorism or something related)? Would an attempt to steer the U.S. into harm’s way constitute action giving aid to an enemy? If so determined, then the responsible party(ies) could possible be labeled as “enemy combatants”, accordingly detained, and treated as such.

We may have entered uncharted territory. Developing…

Getting the Bugs Out

Imagine if you bought a house and discovered, shortly after moving in, that it was infested with termites or other destructive little critters. That pretty bad. Now, imagine if you discovered that the former homeowner, who sold you the house, had planted the bugs just to mess with you. That’s unconscionable.

And that’s exactly what President is literally facing right now.

Trump, in Trump style, just Tweeted:

3df21cd100000578-4281150-image-a-14_1488630523912

In typical, predictable, and quantifiable media style, the media (and the Democrat establishment) jumped all over the claim as “unfounded”.

Then, as often happens, the truth came out:

During the summer last year, the Obama administration filed a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Trump and several advisers but the request was denied, according to Heat Street former editor, Louise Mensch.

Just a day before the 2016 election, Mensch reported that ‘sources with links to the counter-intelligence community’ confirmed that a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) had granted a FISA court warrant in October to monitor activities in Trump tower.

On Wednesday, a New York Times report said White House officials took efforts in the closing days of the Obama administration to analyze and spread information about Russian election interference, driven by a concern that the material might get buried by Trump.

How smart is it, regardless of the underlying concerns, to FISA tap the incoming president? FISA actions and records, extremely questionable Constitutionally anyway, are secretive and sealed. About the only person who can access them is the president. That seems to have happened.

When does obsessive concern about fictional (or even real) Russian interference turn into obsessive interference with an Executive administration? We’re probably about to find out.

Heidelberg Crash and Stab

One man is dead and two other people are injured after a man drove a car onto the sidewalk in Heidelberg. After refusing to drop his knife he was shot by the police.

His rental car which had license plates registered to Hamburg smashed into crowds at around 4pm local time, killing a 73-year-old man.

Police said two other people, a 32-year-old Austrian man and a 29-year-old woman from Bosnia and Herzegovina, received hospital treatment but were later discharged.

The alleged driver was taken to hospital with a serious gunshot wound.

His motive remains unclear, but local media speculated that he may have been mentally disturbed.

Police were quick to say they did not believe it was a terror attack.

“There are no indications of a terrorist background,” spokesman Heidelberg David Faulhaber said.

A couple of things… In America, sometimes people drive into crowds accidentally – the result of age, confusion, or poor skill. In Germany people know how to drive. That, and the knife, rule out an accident. This was a premeditated crime. Was it terrorism? I wonder if the three victims felt terrified? The fact that half a day later the press is sticking to speculation about mental illness and the suspect’s identity has not been released (and because the police so quickly tried to rule out terrorism) … leads me to speculate it was terrorism.

This attack closely resembles the Berlin Christmas market attack in December. And it is a carbon copy of the attack at THE Ohio State U. Those were terror attacks. I speculate this one was too.

The driver will likely turn out to be one of Merkel’s recent international guests, the kind of “scholar” the Ninth Circuit is willing to throw away law and security to get more into America.

Much has been made of the lauded “Day Without Immigrants”. I think this refers to a day (maybe today) when non-American invaders slack off with the crime, terrorism, and general nuisance. They seem to think people will notice the lack and want more. I’m not sure how this helps them.

Anyway, the dwindling ranks of taxpaying citizens in Los Angles were recently treated to a Day WITH Immigrants, courtesy of the “students” at Grover Cleveland High “School”.

“Students” Brawl:

nimbus-image-1487364541923

CBSLA.com.

This video shows scenes reminiscent of a third world prison riot. One would not be able to convince Grover Cleveland that this was, in fact, America.

And it isn’t. The student body at GCHS is only about 17% American. This mirrors the demographics of the entire Los Angeles Unified “School” District. This is the new Amerika, that post-1965 dystopian melting pot everyone is talking about. And it is spreading.

Soon, your child’s zoo school could host such exciting events. Except, perhaps, for one day per year without the joy of multiculturalism. It may not be an education (most assuredly will not be) but it will be an experience. Make sure your kids wear helmets.

America, crime, free-speech, liberals, riots, SJW, violence, Vox Day

Tomorrow night the Atlanta Falcons are going to be beaten by the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI. How badly remains to be seen. I have a meme parade on standby for Monday morning. It’s all aimed at poking fun at many of my friends and the legions of anti-Pats haters out there (97% of the world by their own memes).

That’s the fun and games. Here’s the deadly seriousness of the world:

Vox Day posted a story about an interview with a woman who was viciously assaulted at U.C. Berkeley this week.

He was referring to this interview:

nimbus-image-1486257005568

Said Vox:

Watch the video. Notice how they attack. They’re very skirmish-oriented, very hit-and-run. Effective, limited-force counters are going to require interfering with their ability to do so. Canes and staffs taking them down to the ground by application to the legs would likely be most effective for the untrained; sweeps and strikes to the knee would be the right tactic for the trained. Take them down, then have your allies drag them back away from their companions and zip-tie them.

It’s clear that they are inclined to use pepper spray, but those trying to pepper-spray can be taken out very easily, as when they extend their arm, they are vulnerable to either a) being taken down with a rotation, b) having their arm broken, or, if they’re small enough, c) thrown behind. The key is to be aware and ready for it; as soon as the arm comes out, grab with the opposite hand and pull hard.

Notice that Katrina and her husband thought they were prepared; they both were wearing kevlar vests. But defensive measures are not enough; one has to be prepared to neutralize the attackers when they attack. Always wear a belt, as it’s easy to loop it over an attacker’s neck, particularly one attacking someone else, and incapacitate them with it. In extremis, it can also be used in combination with a set of keys, or a pocket knife with a loop, as a flail.

Notice that both the pepper-spray attackers were women. These are not fearsome streetfighters, they are relying on getting in and out without being touched.

But most importantly, stop relying on the police and the media! They are not going to defend you, they are not going to take your side, and they are not going to give you a fair shake.

It occurs to me that as they rely upon anonymity, an Antifa List should be added to the SJW List so that everyone knows exactly who these people are.

These are the violent actions of the liberals who claim to love and support free speech. They love and support it so much that they must do whatever it takes to shut down the free speech of a gay man from Britain. The same liberals who invented 1,000 hate crime hoaxes after Trump was elected. The same who want to take your guns because you are so violent.

As Vox said, watch the video. Watch all of them – there are many. Another attractive blonde woman was attacked at Berkeley (Video). The same kind of thugs assaulted Richards Spencer in D.C. (Video).

Of course, in the eyes of the left, Spencer deserved it because he’s a “Nazi”. The kind of Nazi who holds rallies for his fellow black, Asian, gay, and Jewish Nazis. Maybe all the blonde women are Nazis too. They are all white. And that made me think of the sign I saw behind Spencer just before he was attacked:

nimbus-image-1485280933581

Does that really mean: “white lives don’t matter”? Or could it just be: “kill whites”? The actions of late speak louder than the words.

These idiots don’t read history. Or care about it. It was the constant attacks by violent communist thugs on innocent people that precipitated the Brownshirts in Germany. Do they want a self-fulfilling prophecy here?

Vox gives some excellent advice for self-defense from the crazed criminals. Also pay attention to what the victimized woman said about the police. They are not there to help you. They don’t care.

I’ll go a little further with the tactics. Even the best trained fighter can be blindsided. Move in groups and have spotters. And be ready at all times. Do not talk to the media or become otherwise distracted. If you can’t go armed to these events, don’t go. And if you’re there and armed, and if you are attacked, kill the bastards. Every single one of these little cretins deserves instant justice. We don’t need to wait for things to get worse (which they will). These thugs are happy as clams to get violent. So must we. They started it. Let’s finish it.

Sooner or later – probably this year (and sooner than later) – the video is coming of a decent citizen dropping one or more of the savages. You’ll see it here along with calls to repeat it until the problems are solved.

Then we go back to fun and games.
