The founder of Netflix is reportedly building a retreat for government school teachers in Colorado. Interesting. Given what we know about the horrors of the government’s schools, and knowing that Netflix was accused of playing and promoting an Argentinian film with questionable scenes featuring children, should anyone be concerned about what might go on at the retreat? For instance, how many owls statues will be lurking around the altar(s)?

Just asking.

Literally.

Over the past hundred years or so, a rabid cabal of feminists, queers, open and covert Satanists, and other degenerates have utterly destroyed education in the remains of America. One critical part of their program was to censor and remove any trace of Christianity. In God’s place, they erected idols to every evil imaginable. That wall of separation only stands between the people and the true Lord, not between them and third-rate agents of the devil.

A school in Steamboat Springs is under scrutiny after a parent reported an assignment in which students were required to recite sexually explicit and/or distasteful poetry that includes worship of the pagan deity Moloch as well as conveying the topic of “sexting” in society – which was assigned to eleventh grade students without parental consent.
Brett Cason, the father of 16-year-old Steamboat Springs High School student Skylar, reported the content his daughter was being taught in her “Music Literature” class to the school’s administration after being exasperated upon discovering the assignment for himself, according to Fox News.

The teacher himself, Ryan Ayala, formally apologized to the offended parents for composing his lesson plan around Allen Ginsberg’s poem “Howl,” acknowledging the fact that it was the “most offensive” coursework covered in his class – where students were instructed to “fill in blanks” of censored poems, including phrases such as “f***ed in the a**” and “c**t” as well as other lewd language.

…

“We do believe that what occurred this fall was simply an oversight as a result of not understanding the policy,” Meeks wrote. “We regret if members of our community were offended.”

The policy? Don’t be so obvious as to get caught. Not that any of the simpleton parents really care, even if a few were gifted with that greatest of Amerikan virtues, being “offended.” Notice, in the story, the constant hand-wringing over the sexting and the #MeToo? That’s bad enough, even as the kids live it every single day. But the real crime that none seemed that concerned with is the passive acceptance of the Canaanite fire god who eats children – in a school dedicated to banning religion.

And, what will the good people do about all of this? Why the same thing they always do about everything – nothing.

Someone wrote a book full of (fictional) incidents like this.

Colorado, global warming, snow

The global warming is so out of control that ski resorts are open in the Summer.

On summer’s opening day, up to 20 inches of snow buried the high terrain of the Colorado Rockies, boosting the state’s snowpack to extraordinary levels for the time of year.

The solstice flakes marked a continuation of a snowy stretch that began in January and February and lingered through spring. Even before the solstice snow, The Denver Post wrote, the state’s snowpack was “in virtually every numerical sense . . . off the charts.” At the time, the snowpack was 751 percent above normal.

Due to the new snow Friday into the weekend, the Natural Resources Conservation Service reported that the state’s snowpack ballooned to 4,121 percent above normal as of Monday. This number is so high because ordinarily very little snow is left by late June, and cold temperatures late into the spring helped preserve what fell earlier.

The climate crazies will spin this as catastrophic change. “Acccctually, the polar bears are relocating to Colorado as a result…”

To walk out on insulting political trash. Just what these kids in CO did during a vigil, allegedly for the victims of the recent Satanic, gay-tranny, hate crime and shooting spree.

Colorado students walked out of an event billed as a vigil for Kendrick Castillo, an 18-year-old killed in a shooting at his school on Tuesday, when prominent speakers attempted to turn it into a rally for gun control. Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colorado) and Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colorado) each took a turn calling for gun control at the Douglas County event before students streamed out in protest.

Two students at STEM Highlands Ranch, a K-12 charter school focused on science, technology, engineering, and math, shot nine students, one fatally. The accused students, who were arrested, are an adult male and a juvenile female who identifies as male. The accused male had written anti-Christian social media messages. He drove a car with a pentagram spray-painted on the hood, as well as other [Satanic] graffiti…

In response to the shooting, a public vigil was announced at another local public high school: Highlands Ranch High School. It was sponsored by the gun control groups Brady’s Team Enough and March for Our Lives and featured Democratic politicians who seek limits on Second Amendment gun rights, but was billed instead as an event to remember and honor Castillo and other victims. As the politicians called for gun control, students left in protest over the politicization of the deaths and injuries.

You were just supposed to be there as pawns, children. The shithead pols care nothing about you nor your deceased hero friend. Good on all of them! Parents and other adults (if any): vote this garbage out of office and run them out of the State.

A Religious Freedom Ruling: More of an Essay than a Masterpiece

The Nine today ruled 7-2 in favor of a Christian baker in Colorado and against the bigoted, anti-Christian, anti-freedom Colorado “Civil Rights” Commision.

The ruling, as lop-sided as it was, was mired in the kind of language employed by judges to maintain their employment in the future. Still, we’ll take what we can get. Also, I sense, here nearing the end, the pendulum beginning to swing back this way. I suspect it may return Poe style; one might hope, for once, that rats are available when needed. Anway, if you’re so inclined,

READ THE OPINION

The intelligent discussion begins on page 26 with the concurrences of Justices Gorsuch and Thomas.

As the Court also explains, the only reason the Commission seemed to supply for its discrimination was that it found Mr. Phillips’s religious beliefs “offensive.” Ibid. That kind of judgmental dismissal of a sincerely held religious belief is, of course, antithetical to the First Amendment and cannot begin to satisfy strict scrutiny. The Constitution protects not just popular religious exercises from the condemnation of civil authorities. It protects them all. Because the Court documents each of these points carefully and thoroughly, I am pleased to join its opinion in full.

–Masterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd., et al. v. Colorado “Civil Rights” Commission et al., 584 U. S. ____, at Slip 27, (June 4, 2018)(Gorsuch Concurrence).

This was not a case about a baker discriminating against gays. It was a case about a government discriminating against Christians. The ruling, murky as it is, is a slap in the face of tyranny and a blow for freedom. That’s needed as the animus is everywhere. Times have changed indeed when traditional Christian beliefs (and associated expression and determinations of association) are declared “offensive.” I find that offensive.

I suspect that the commision membership has changed since the underlying events of this case. The director is newer, innocent perhaps. Still, for the curious, one can find the current Colorado “Civil Rights” Commision, probably held up under a rock, maybe worshiping Moloch, in Suite 825, 1560 Broadway, Denver.

Probably. Why not. ISIS has called on its many and evil operatives across the West to start stabbing non-muslims. Stab them in parks, offices, malls, alleys, trails, sporting events, etc. Stab wherever and whenever the circumstances are right.

The call has already been heeded. “Hicham D.”, probably a newly arrived guest seeking relief from war and a better life in Europe and all, stabbed two police officers in Brussels. He was shot and arrested by another officer. If there is one thing to learn from this and the recent bombings and other attacks, it is that the Netherlands and Europe need more non-Christian, non-European refugees. Wonderful people. Productive. Vibrant.

Brussels also saw a potential bombing, excuse me – another bombing, at a train station. That turned out to be a hoax. Who doesn’t enjoy a good hoax? And all the refugee-related fun activity gives rise to fun, banana republic-looking scenes like this:

train-station-evacuated-after-bomb-alert-brussels-belgium-05-oct-2016

Mirror, UK.

Soldiers and attack dogs in the streets lend a carnival-esque atmosphere, no?

In possibly related news, police at the University of Colorado shot and killed a man wielding a machete at the school’s stadium complex. He is (initially) described as a white man “looking for sinners” and uttering religious ramblings.

This could well be a case of that domestic terrorism Hussein Obama is always worried about. Time to ban guns. Then again, the media frequently misapplies labels like “white” or “hispanic” to obscure the true nature of attackers. Maybe this was a “white” muslim recently admitted from Somalia or Pakistan. Such refugees often visit public places, armed and violent, and looking for sinners. Allah hates sinners, you know.

If this was an actual white American on some personal crusade, then that would raise some interesting questions. Is a machete a book? Should whites loot and burn Boulder tonight? Despite this being a white man, bothering other white people, in a white city, shot by a white police officer, should his “brother” go on TV and proclaim all Indians “f*cking devils”? Will Hussein talk about the fears white men feel while wieldin..er..reading books? It’s a strange world. We need strange questions.

With our societies gone utterly mad and our “leaders” gone over to Satan, the people must begin to look out for themselves. Watch your six. If you witness anyone – white, black, muslim, tall, or anything else descriptive term – who is swinging a weapon while shouting anything, just shoot them. Don’t worry, the globalist will go out and recruit some more.

Your Vote Means Nothing…If You Get One

Rock the vote! Vote or die! Every vote counts. Every election there’s a new slogan to entice the public to the Diebold booths. It reminds me of the snake oil sales pitches of old, stirring but meaningless, empty. An internet meme has given us a better, more accurate description of the process: Voting, the slaves’ suggestion box. That is, so long as the slaves are allowed to vote.

Voters, Republican voters, in Colorado have been disenfranchised this year. The story broke quietly last year. Now, as 1 Million are deprived of presidential input – no primary, no caucus tally – people are angry. Well, the Donald and his supporters are angry. Ted Cruz won the Mile High State’s GOP delegates without any public vote. The State Republican party decided last year to change their rules regarding nominee selection by putting the choice in the hands of the party’s elite rather than those of the voters.

Donald Trump

Angry Donald. WND.com.

“How is it possible that the people of the great State of Colorado never got to vote in the Republican Primary? Great anger – totally unfair!” howled Trump.

How? Here’s how: the party chose to simplify things by deciding the matter without citizen participation. It’s really very simply. Why? A more difficult question. Maybe the elites thought the voters had made one too many visits to the local pot cafes in Denver. Maybe they wanted to save money. Maybe they just don’t give a damn about the people. Anything is possible – legal too.

Party primaries are private functions – although held in public and partially at the public’s expense. As private groups the political parties get to set their own rules and change them on whims. As such, the deprived voters have no legal recourse as, technically, nothing wrong has happened. There was no state action to speak of.

Official government votes are frequently (always?) tampered with too. The tampering often results in votes being obstructed or nullified. One may recall the excitement of Bush v. Gore (2000). In that case of election irregularities once again the matter was decided by … wait for it … the elites (specifically by the Supreme Court, if memory serves). That was during the national presidential election with the whole governance of the country on the line. Honestly, no one outside of Colorado cares about this particular little scenario unless it also happens to them. It will. It has. Republicans and Democrats in all States can easily adjust their rules so as to sideline the people. But, again, in those cases no one seems to care.

Those impacted in Colorado actually do have recourse for the future. They can vote out the party leadership or they can leave the party. The funny thing is even if the leadership changes hands, the new crop will be as corrupt as the old. As for abandoning the party, most members aren’t going anywhere. They will craft all sorts of interesting excuses to stay – much as a battered spouse will defend his violent partner. Come the general election the sheep…er…people will fall in behind “their” candidate, regardless of how the candidate was selected.

This story highlights a few of my laws (not theories) of politics in general, American specifically. First, voting is meaningless and useless – a complete waste of time. It’s so pointless that a party may decide to dispense with it altogether. Second, this example is further proof that America is not a Republic nor a Democracy. As I have said time and again it is a curious mixture of Oligarchy and Ochlocracy. That means it is at once both controlled by a small elite and by a ranging mob.

The elites do whatever the hell they want but remember to promise some goodies to the mob. Primary or no you can bet someone will promise those Broncos fans more marijuana, some jobs, and another war to keep everyone safe from something. In exchange the mass of the sheep…darn…people will dutifully forget the sleights and betrayals and keep on supporting “their” candidates and leaders. You will not see a million new Libertarian or Green Party voters in November.

That is the way of practical politics – lies, deceit, and blind allegiance. Count on it. Just don’t count on your vote.

Google Images.

Rache the vote.

The Guns of Obama

A song:

Now they’re tryin to take my guns away;
And that would be just fine.
If you take em away from the criminals first,
I’ll gladly give ya mine.

Charlie Daniels, A Few More Rednecks, 1989

An analogy:

A house is burning down. The occupants are concerned for their safety, their lives. Their leader, the owner of the house, is oblivious to the conflagration. Suddenly, as the flames reach new heights of intensity, he stops and decries a picture which hangs crooked upon the wall. He doesn’t fix it. He just lectures the terrified people about the picture – while the house burns. This story can’t end well.

As for Daniels’s lyrics, even if government were included among the criminals, I would still require serious consideration before going along with his premise. However, his melodious intent is clear. First things first. Deal with the problems – the trouble-makers – before bothering the civil and the decent.

The analogized burning house is America. She is besieged by a host of problems – abortion, terrorism, debt, government tyranny – which may well reduce her to smouldering ruins. The fool fixated on the small issue while ignoring the rest is dear leader Obama.

In his twisted thinking, because the economy has not already collapsed, there is no trouble brewing. Just because angry primitives haven’t killed every American yet doesn’t mean we could not do without a few more, or many more, of them amongst us. No thought needs be given to a million babies brutally murdered every year by a government-funded industry of blood.

The problem he sees, his crooked picture on the wall, is us. We, the people, and our arms are his concern. The fact of the purely anecdotal nature of the crookedness is no deterrent. An isolated incident here and there is all the evidence the lackadaisical dictator needs.

In Colorado a deranged, bearded, babbling wild man killed three people at a Planned Parenthood killing clinic. No estimate is provided as to how many unborn (and perhaps birthed) children have met a grizzly fate there. No mention of the failed mental health system and its relationship (or lack thereof) with demented, cabin-dwelling nut jobs. ISIS? Who’s that? The problem Obama sees is guns, guns in our hands. All of us. Even that majority of us who do not drift the countryside shooting as we mutter. Especially us, for the armed and the sane are a constant threat to the trivially obsessed and the criminally governing.

After the shooting Obama declared, “enough is enough.”

Reacting to the shooting, Obama made an impassioned call for tighter controls on military-style weapons.

“This is not normal. We can’t let it become normal,” a frustrated Obama said.

“If we truly care about this … then we have to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets to people who have no business wielding them.”

He and I would be in agreement if by “people who have no business” he meant the mentally ill and the potentially dangerous. He doesn’t. He means me … and you. Agree we do not.

Cartoon-Gun-Control-for-Dummies-600

Google.

The killing in Colorado was terrible. All of it, not just the loss of lives and the injuries. That the shooter’s illness went untreated amidst the world of modern medicine and resources was terrible. That a place of such evil exists to give him demented focus is terrible. The President’s political exploitation is terrible.

A million dead babies a year is not hyperbole; it is a tragic fact. More tragic is that most abortions are committed for sake of convenience. All the while, a million American families wish they had a baby to adopt.

Obama and his party enjoy a cozy relationship with the industry. The loyal opposition, the gutless Republicans, do nothing. The people largely live on unconcerned.

In such circumstances it is often the crazy who alone will act. Being crazy their attempts usually miss the mark, they are self-defeating. Miguel de Cervantes’s titular Don Quixote was a madman, albeit heroic. His understanding of his wooden monsters was askew but, nevertheless, he attacked with righteous zeal. His loyal Sancho looked on. Few others took any notice of his quest or any reason (real or fanciful) behind it. So it is in America.

All the West is under invasion by jihadis. Their crimes Obama glosses over. He tells us it is only American to give them aid and comfort, to bring them home. Suicide has never been a lauded American trait.

Ever a politician and a contradiction Obama tells us, on the one hand, we must suffer more and more unvetted “refugees.” Just because. Self-presevation against their terrorist elements does not stem the flow. However, when a lunatic invades Obama’s sanctuary, jumps the Whitehouse fence, Obama permits his legion of guards and attack dogs to protect him. Live as he says, not as he lives.

For the liberal left the root of any problem is our guns. Crime, our guns. Terrorism, our guns. Our guns, our guns. The useless “conservatives” only maintain nominal opposition as it provides them an excuse to hold power. Otherwise, as with most things, they really don’t care.

Don-Quixote-Windmill

Google.

The good news for the free is the fact of the guns themselves. Of old rifles and shotguns were the province of white men in the country. Now everyone is armed. Blacks, whites, women, men, city folks, bumpkins – everyone sees the value of prepared defense. For all the clamour of the hand-wringing left, even the law has settled behind the people. And, there are just too many of us now. They, unless they would risk a real war, have lost this one. For now, at least, we have beaten this windbag’s windmill.

Free Speech Free Zones

A long time ago the government pretended its constraint under the Constitution. It was to be neutral regarding religion. It supposedly did not treat the people like criminals unless they actually were. It begrudgingly consented to the armament of the citizenry. It allegedly allowed people to voice their opinions, even if the expressed notions were unpopular. Those days are behind us.

Today there remains but a paper pretense of freedom in America.

A Colorado judge just ruled that a political Facebook post was impermissible “free” speech.

A state judge has ruled that a Facebook post by Liberty Common School amounts to an illegal campaign contribution to a Thompson School District board candidate.

In August, the Fort Collins charter school shared with its Facebook followers a newspaper article about a parent of a student running for a board seat in the neighboring school district. Liberty Common’s principal, former Colorado Congressman Bob Schaffer, then shared the post and called candidate Tomi Grundvig an “excellent education leader” who would provide “sensible stewardship” of Thompson.

Nick Coltrain, The Coloradoan, Oct. 22, 2015.

The judge said the violation was “minor,” but that [T]he school’s action was the giving of a thing of value to the candidate, namely favorable publicity…”

A Colorado law professor, one Scott Moss, was rightly alarmed by the ruling: “I don’t buy that under the First Amendment speech about a candidate can be deemed a contribution … Is speech valuable? Yes. But that’s not a basis for restricting core political speech.”

Naturally speaking, the good professor is correct. Legally and politically, he would have been correct in the former United States. Not today. Not in modern Colorado. Not in modern, post-Constitutional America.

I warned of this in postings prior. The particular judge in this case was likely just doing his job.  Rather than being a “judicial activist,” he was simply carrying out a bad law. Bad governments enact bad laws, historically. As governments all become debased, the outcome is always the same – the people are stifled. In a representative government this usually occurs at the people’s bidding. Odd, yes. Whatever Colorado election law rests at the heart of this ruling likely mirrors current federal law in spirit and/or form.

The Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 (“The McCain–Feingold Act”), Pub.L. 107–155, 116 Stat. 81, 2 U.S.C. 431 et seq. and blah, blah, blah (effective January 1, 2003) set new limits on political speech.  This First Amendment nullifier was the brainchild of Republican Senator John McCain and signed into “law” by Republican idiot George W. Bush (who, at the time, admitted he did not understand what he was signing).

The Supreme Court later upheld the speech crushing effects of the Act in McConnell v. Federal Election Commission, 540 U.S. 93 (2003).  The gist of the opinion was that as the issues were political in nature and the two political branches had approved, the Court would simply defer to the esteemed wisdom of Congress and the White House.  They seem to forget all about the rights of the People and that thing … the um … the Constitution maybe? Whatever…

In his raging dissent Justice Scalia noted that modern elections were already so complex that only the well-connected and well-funded were safe to engage in them with any hope of success. He blasted the Act as limiting the speech of the people – their only remaining tangible connection to the process. So long as they comply with the Byzantine laws, the moneyed interests are free to support any candidate they choose. The little people, usually poor financially and in legal knowledge are now constrained to even voice political support.  Scalia noted that of all free speech political speech is the most important in a free society.

Of course, this might matter if we still were a free society.  We are not. Fred Reed succinctly nailed down the problem as to the political:

Democratic? As Stalin had show trials, America has show elections. These serve to distract the public while keeping them away from issues of importance. Who do you vote for if you want to end the wars, halve the military budget, end affirmative action, get the government out of family life, control criminal minorities who burn cities, and slap down NSA?

Fred Reed. Emphasis mine.

I love Reed’s work.  This particular gem of an article concerns more than just electoral politics – it explains the pitiful state of thinking (or lack thereof) across the whole American landscape.

2820722052_34312f65a5

About the half of it.  Google.

Election season is once again upon us.  It’s always election season it seems. Daily, I see many of you voicing support for this or that candidate on Facebook and elsewhere. Be careful what you say lest you commit the “minor” violation of free speech.  Me, I need not worry.  I never support any candidate. I support freedom.
