8 Million Deportations? A Good Start

What some (in horror) refer to as a “vast overhaul of immigration” is really no more than adhering to and enforcement of the existing law.

When President Trump ordered a vast overhaul of immigration law enforcement during his first week in office, he stripped away most restrictions on who should be deported, opening the door for roundups and detentions on a scale not seen in nearly a decade.

Up to 8 million people in the country illegally could be considered priorities for deportation, according to calculations by the Los Angeles Times. They were based on interviews with experts who studied the order and two internal documents that signal immigration officials are taking an expansive view of Trump’s directive.

Here’s a kicker:

The rest of the 11.1 million people in the country illegally, according to a study by the Pew Research Center, are believed to have entered on a valid visa and stayed past its expiration date.

Is eight million? Or 11 million? A total of 19 million? Could it be 20 or 30 million? No-one really knows. And until last month no-one (officially) really cared.

A better question is: “how the hell did we ever accumulate so many illegals?” And those are the illegals. Many (most?) legal immigrants do not belong in America. Some estimates have the number north of 80 million here who do not belong.

And they never wanted to belong. They want to transform the U.S. into whatever third world dump they came from. Of course, they’ll happily take a welfare check in the interim. Too many in power, for too long, were all too happy to help them.

It’s all over. The wall, the “Muslin ban”, and the deportations are just the beginning. We are going back to pre-1965 Immigration Act demographics whether the hell anyone likes it or not (though most do). Given that these invaders never intended to fit in any way, they shouldn’t be too disappointed. They should book travel arrangements sooner than later though.

Perhaps the objecting judges, politicians, globalists, celebrities, “preachers”, churchians, banksters, fraudsters, and SJWs should follow the exodus.

America can’t be “great again” until it is America again.

Get out!

The Other Travel Ban

The IRS may be coming for your passport.

President Trump’s executive order on travel may be generating big protests, but an IRS missive on travel and passports may not go down too well either. More than a year ago, in H.R.22, Congress gave the IRS a new weapon to collect taxes. Tax code Section 7345 is labeled, “Revocation or Denial of Passport in Case of Certain Tax Delinquencies.” The law isn’t limited to criminal tax cases, or even cases where the IRS thinks you are trying to flee. The idea of the law is to use travel as a way to enforce tax collections. It was proposed and rejected in 2012. But by late 2015, Congress passed it and President Obama signed it.

Now, over a year later, the IRS has finally released new details on its website. If you have seriously delinquent tax debt, IRS can notify the State Department. The State Department generally will not issue or renew a passport after receiving certification from the IRS. The IRS has not yet started certifying tax debt to the State Department. The IRS says certifications will begin in early 2017, and the IRS website will be updated to indicate when this process has been implemented.

This has the potential to affect about 8,000,000 taxpayers at present. And anyone is subject to IRS persecution, even if they owe no taxes nor earn income. This has the potential to prevent many Americans from freely, legally leaving the country. It is a travel ban.

The law will require IRS regulations to implement, perhaps some from State as well. One wonders which existing regs they plan to cut in order to make way for the new ones.

One may also wonders when the crazed hippies and communists will take to the streets in violent protest of this real injustice. My guess would be “never”.

This is a good one: Matt Labash on the slip-sliding culture:

Remember when grandpa used to dispense wise clichés like “Grin and bear it”? Sorry gramps, we don’t do that anymore. We’ve traded out for “grimace and express it”. The traditional hallmarks of “manliness”—bravery, stoicism, physical courage—have been discounted for some time now, and are damn near being criminalized by the likes of Reiner and The Emasculators.

As ever-wise Harvey Mansfield, who literally wrote the book on manliness (titled, appropriately, Manliness) put it: “Today the very word manliness seems quaint and obsolete. We are in the process of making the English language gender neutral, and manliness, the quality of one gender, or rather, of one sex, seems to describe the essence of the enemy we are attacking, the evil we are eradicating.” Sometimes, I wonder if I should be encouraging my own two sons to go full Caitlyn, as owning a penis 20 years from now will likely be considered as criminal as drinking a large Coke or driving your own car.

It’s not enough that they are freaks. That would be tolerable, for the most part, by itself. The problem is that they want us gone. Dead and gone. Look at what passes for protest in D.C., Berkeley, etc. While the left denounces everyone under the sun (you included) as Nazis, they engage in violent Nazi tactics.

This won’t be one-sided much longer.

Ron Paul Cautiously Praises Trump, Roundly Faults the Fed

Trump is making major changes at warp speed. The markets and the general economy seem to respond favorably. Still, there are forces at work which even a maverick president my find difficult to stop. From Zero Hedge and LRC:

Paul noted that he thinks U.S. policy has created a “failed system” in the country. “All empires end and we’re the empire. It’s going to end and it’s going to be for economic reasons…we’re going to fail because we’re working within a failed system…this is a monetary problem…a spending problem…it’s going to be financial,” Paul emphatically claimed, once again stating the collapse of America is imminent. “We have something arriving worse than 2008, 2009, much worse…It was the fault of the Federal Reserve,” Paul said, adding, the Keynesian economic model contributed greatly to the first bubble burst. Paul said the left will blame Trump for it like the right did to Obama, but he says it’s bigger than the office of the president, and blames the federal reserve and the previous 17 years of governmental spending.

If you think Ron Paul’s comments hold no water, think again. As the Free Thought Project reported last year, even the former chairmen of the Federal Reserve is predicting this crisis.

We are in very early days of a crisis which has got a way to go,” asserted Alan Greenspan to Bloomberg last year. “This is the worst period, I recall since I’ve been in public service. There’s nothing like it, including the crisis — remember October 19th, 1987, when the Dow went down by a record amount 23 percent? That I thought was the bottom of all potential problems. This has a corrosive effect that will not go away. I’d love to find something positive to say…..I don’t know how it’s going to resolve, but there’s going to be a crisis.”

When the man who used to run the very central bank Ron Paul says is responsible for the collapse, also says there’s going to be a collapse – it’s time to pay attention.

Watch the RP video interview. I agree that Trump is doing everything (almost) humanly possible to avert disaster. However, late in the fourth, one Hail Mary (or two or three) may not be enough.

Perhaps, in a worst case scenario, he can ease us down as gently as possible. I still maintain that the best solution to the Imperial end game was to elect Paul in 2008 (not 2012). It’s a little late for that; Trump is who we have and all we have.

The difference between Trump and Obama or Bush is that Trump will not take the unjust blame lying down. And given his ability to keep the press, the opposition, and the GOP barking and clapping like trained seals, this will be interesting, even entertaining – even in the event of calamity.

America has always had a special relationship with England, that unpleasantness between 1775 and 1815 aside. Friday begins a new chapter for the 21st Century when Prime Minister May meets with President Trump. May accurately summed up the sentiment of Anglo-American existence:

“The leadership provided by our two countries through the special relationship has done more than win wars and overcome adversity,” she’s planning to say. “It made the modern world. The institutions upon which that world relies were so often conceived or inspired by our two nations working together.”

There are great challenges ahead for both countries, together and individually. The same leadership that created the modern age also, sadly, allowed or enabled the rise of globalism. Now, for the first time in a long time, we prepare to resist those hellish forces. America first for Americans. England first for the English. Together, perhaps making the post-modern world.

More on this story, this longest American tradition, as it develops.

TPP, We Hardly Knew Ya (Thank God)

Today, in another move suggesting he was dead serious about MAGA, President Trump killed the TPP, the Trans Pacific Partnership (a.k.a. SHAFTA).

WASHINGTON — President Trump formally abandoned the Trans-Pacific Partnership on Monday, pulling away from Asia and scrapping his predecessor’s most significant trade deal on his first full weekday in office, administration officials said.

Mr. Trump sharply criticized the partnership agreement during last year’s campaign, calling it a bad deal for American workers. Although the deal had not been approved by Congress, the decision to withdraw the American signature at the start of Mr. Trump’s administration is a signal that he plans to follow through on promises to take a more aggressive stance against foreign competitors.

He’s also talking seriously about renegotiating the giant sucking sound of NAFTA.

There’s nothing wrong with free trade – as long as it’s free. Trump’s plan to cut massive amounts of useless regulations will help level the American side of the playing field. These things work better when everyone is on equal terms. We haven’t been.

I was on an anti-TPP kick a year and a half ago. Then, people in the know were calling it the dirtiest deal you’ve never heard of. And that slogan was an Australian concern. They even made door hangers:

11145053_884200881647732_5490948408870375284_n

Thanks again to Super Kiwi!

If the Aussies didn’t know much about TPP, you can bet most Americans knew nothing. The Act was, after all, locked away in a secret vault beneath the Capitol for most of its life. It was and would have done the following:

* The TPP was constructed in secret by corporations. Congress and the public had no input. This is fundamentally undemocratic and undermines transparency in government.

* It is a trade deal that increases corporate power and CEO bonuses.

* Thousands of jobs out-sourced to countries that do not respect human rights or worker’s rights.

* It allows transnational corporations to sue countries if they believe they have been harmed (sometimes speculatively) in a trade agreement written by corporations and behind closed doors.

* Expands the deregulation of banks, hedge funds and insurance companies. Remember the Wall Street crash of 2008 due to deregulation? Regulations keep corporations honest and prevent them from harming us.

* Harms environmental regulations in counties that are part of the TPP.

In their great haste and Satanic secrecy it seems Congress actually forgot to pass the thing. Rather, they simply voted the President necessary powers to implement as he saw fit. That applies to any President. And this one does not see fit.

Say goodbye to the worse deal you never heard of. Good riddance.

CUT Regulations??? This Could Be Huge

President Trump expressed interest in cutting federal regulations by 75%, maybe more. This is, if true, astounding.

President Donald Trump told business leaders on Monday he believes he can cut regulations by 75 percent or “maybe more.”

At the White House with 10 senior executives, he repeated his campaign pledges to roll back corporate rules, arguing that they have “gotten out of control.” A White House spokesman did not immediately respond to a request to elaborate on which rules Trump will target or how the 75 percent was calculated.

“We’re going to be cutting regulation massively,” but the rules will be “just as protective of the people,” Trump told reporters at the meeting that included Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk and Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank.

Democrats and interest groups have expressed concern about Trump’s plans to roll back Obama administration environmental protections and pull out of the landmark Paris climate accords, among other regulatory pledges.

This statement may have one or more Washingtonian meanings. Normally, in GPO-speak, it could signal cutting the growth of regulation by 75% (and then not doing even .01%). That would be big by itself as the regs grow like kudzu in the moist Georgia heat.

It could mean slashing regs primarily afflicting those businesses present at the meeting with Trump. Still big.

Or, Trump may actually want to trim the hell of the C.F.R. This would be almost unimaginable.

Regulation is one of the big three tools (the others being taxation and inflation) that government uses to maintain control of everything. None (not as many) of those jobs and factories are coming back to the U.S. if the insane level of regulation isn’t reduced. One thing that makes China, etc. so much cheaper for business is the lack of the EPA, FCC, OSHA, IRS, etc., etc., etc.

Cutting these by 75% – or even 7.5% – would go a long way and dove-tail well with Trump’s statements on trade and taxes.

That would only leave the lethal inflation monster. Part of that is Congressional overspending, the other part is the Federal Reserve. Both parts are connected by design – both to each other and to the other robbery/murder tools. If Trump throws around veto threats and encourages a Fed audit, this could go beyond huge.

This could all get interesting in a hurry. It almost seems like the man really does want to MAGA. Developing…

America, Eric Peters, Fifth Amendment, Fourth Amendment, rights

This weekend the moms got mad and marched on Washington. Well, probably not so many moms – they have families to manage. Mad women. Womyn. Unhinged, incoherent, blue-haired womyn. Demanding something. Razors or bombing the White House or something. Demonstrating their collective right to litter freely.

Peters launched his own protest against actual lost rights, specifically the Fourth and Fifth Amendments as applied to motoring.

America is in trouble because Americans got lazy. Not so much physically but morally. They began to care more about some passing thing than about the things that truly matter; the things that made America unlike other places.

Better than other places.

Things like principles; the plain meaning of words. The Fourth and Fifth Amendments, especially. Which were (past tense deliberate) laws written to articulate and protect principles that matter.

No clovers. EPAutos.

Worth a read. And we’re only some 30 or so years into this madness. There is still time to reverse it. That is, if we care to. This will require getting off the mental couch. Ours, not the blue-hairs’ “mental” couch.

America, crime, Donald Trump, felony, law, riots, Washington

There’s been much speculation about and comparison between the inaugural crowds in D.C. for Donald Trump versus Hussein Obama. Everyone has an opinion though none have precise numbers. I’ve seen citation to photographs, bus permits, and subway tokens. The White House addressed the issue (hilariously) during an impromptu first press briefing yesterday.

If Trump had a lower turnout than Obama there may be many reasons why. Popularity? Possibly. Weather? Probably not. There’s the issue of Trump supporters being more likely to have jobs and businesses to attend to. And then there were the thousands of wild, violent savages running amok in D.C. yesterday and Friday.

Maybe you’ve seen some footage. There was representation of every anti-American, anti-civilization group in existence: Snowflakes. BLM. Feminists. “Anarchists”. Communists. LGBBQXYZ. SDS. More communists. The Weathermen. Oakland fans. General socialists. Abortionists. Anti-white. The “Pizza” crowd. La Raza. Pokemon zombies. Anti-Christian. NAMBLA. Ordinary felons. Madonna. Satanists. ISIS. Soccer hooligans. The Klingon Liberation Front. Opportunistic looters. I think I even saw an “Impeach Earl Warren” sign out there.

They attacked the police. They attacked bystanders. They attacked each other. They smashed windows. They attacked McDonalds. They attacked Starbucks. The burned limousines. They burned smaller cars. They burned newspaper boxes. They burned Trump hats and t-shirts. If it would hold a flame, they burned it. They threw rocks at the Secret Service. One sucker punched European Peoples civil rights activist Richard Spencer as he calmly spoke to ABC. Others caused author Mike Cernovich to get pepper-sprayed by the cops.

A gentleman eloquently discusses the pros and cons of the Trans Pacific Partnership. The Daily Mail / AP.

They spoke of bombing the White House. They screamed and chanted. They blocked traffic. They blocked pedestrians. They shoved reporters. They menaced regular citizens. They threatened hotels. The defecated in the streets. The smoked irregular cigarettes. The only thing they forgot to do was bathe.

Who in his right mind would wish to endure such madness in order to hear a politician – any politician – speak?

Now, according to The Mail, 230 of the rioters face felony rioting charges.

Most of the 230 rioters arrested after violent protests erupted in Washington D.C. following Donald Trump’s inauguration will be charged with felony rioting, federal prosecutors said on Saturday.

The charge carries a punishment of up to ten years in jail and a $25,000 fine.

Thousand of protesters launched a violent rampage just blocks away from the White House as anti-Trump demonstrators smashed store windows, set fire to cars and threw bricks at police.

These thugs have been accustomed to no consequences whatsoever from their violent behavior. In the rare cases of arrest, they are generally given wrist-slaps – further “micro aggressions” about which to rant and complain (while smoking MJ and still not bathing). The thought of a ten-year sentence, a felony record, and loss of the ability to vote against future Republicans never crossed their drug-addled minds.

I do not know how the charges break down. And I’m not looking into it. I assume, given the events and location, they are a combination of federal and local D.C. (federal). I think the blanket charge is “felony rioting”. To be consistent, here, I do not see “rioting” delineated in the Constitution. However, as I am the last reader of the Old Parchment, that does not matter. Few of the detained will raise that defense anyway; none successfully. A new legal reality for the denizens of the unreal world.

Part of the new reality is the plea deals and sentencing guidelines lurking within the halls of justice [SIC]. Those will account for circumstances and likely result in probation, short terms of incarceration, and suspended sentences. The odds are even against restitution for all the damages.

One hopes the scofflaws learn at least one of several available lessons here. No matter what your issues are, it’s wrong to attack people in the streets. It’s wrong to burn private property. Real Americans are rising again, beyond sick of these juvenile shenanigans. All those cops were there as much to protect the leftists from real Americans as to arrest the leftists. All of those cops had guns. It could have been 230 body bags. It still might be.

So, there we have it. In Amerika some throw rocks. Some throw punches and kicks. Others throw the book at the other throwers. I throw words from a keyboard.
