She Gets Half – If You’re Lucky: Bill Sardi on the “Divorce Trap”

Mainly for men. There’s a whole lot of truth in this one:

If you are the primary wage earner in the middle of a divorce, you are likely the victim of a hidden trap that you may never become aware of even when the divorce is finally over.

…

The process of modern divorce is a crime. It is an exercise in wealth transfer. But who will put a stop to it? Divorce today is not fair, but it is legal. Somebody told me in divorce nobody in the courtroom believes anybody is telling the truth, certainly not the attorneys and sometimes not even the judge. Be forewarned.

Much of this comes from a layman’s perspective, which is a good thing, here. I knew this was Cali-based before it was stated (“pro per” and community property, etc.). However, the experience, especially for men, is nearly universal across the country. Please pay attention to everything he warns about if you are: 1) getting a divorce; 2) unhappily married, or 3) thinking about getting married.

A few facts:

Women initiate most divorces;

Divorce is more common than cancer;

Women “win” in divorce cases at least 75% of the time despite usually being at least 50% of the problem(s);

Women, according to every study conducted in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, are the majority of domestic violence aggressors (despite the facts that women grossly over-report and that men grossly under-report);

This system is rigged, it was designed to be rigged;

Domestic courts are a sham in America;

Courts are a sham in America;

The law is a sham in America;

No one seems to care, at all, about any of this.

Do take heart that, eventually (and that may be a loooong time), the offending party will self-destruct. However, like a truck bomb, this usually takes out half the neighborhood.

A note: the “private judges” Sardi writes about are usually known as mediators or arbitrators. Do beware of them along with Guardians, friends of the court, and other expensive meddlers. Also know that they are frequently mandated the courts. This, while not binding, can be expensive. It can also be a useful trial-run for determining how much of a case you and the other side may have (not that often matters in a rigged system) – make of it what you will, if you have to do it.

Again, consider Sardi’s advice. I have three additional points which go a long way towards preventing any of these headaches, heart attacks, robberies, and jail terms from ever happening to any man. They are as depressing as the are effective. Accordingly, I withhold them…

It’s a Trap!

Rand Paul says the GOP Senate will just Keep ObamaCare

America, GOP, idiots, law, ObamaCare, Rand Paul, Senate

This is the most pitiful crowd of governing idiots ever assembled. Tacitus’s recitation of Tiberius’s mocking condemnation of the Roman Senate seems kind and weak by comparison to what must be said of this rabble.

I miss the old days, when Republicans stood for repealing Obamacare. Republicans across the country and every member of my caucus campaigned on repeal – often declaring they would tear out Obamacare “root and branch!”
What happened?

Now too many Republicans are falling all over themselves to stuff hundreds of billions of taxpayers’ dollars into a bill that doesn’t repeal Obamacare and feeds Big Insurance a huge bailout.

Obamacare regulations? Still here. Taxes? Many still in place, totaling hundreds of billions of dollars.

Insurance company bailouts? Those, too. Remember when Republicans complained about Obamacare’s risk corridors? Remember when we called the corridors nothing more than insurance company bailouts? I remember when one prominent GOP candidate during a presidential debate explicitly called out the Obamacare risk corridors as a bailout to insurance companies. Does anyone else?

Now, the Senate GOP plan being put forward is chock full of insurance bailout money – to the tune of nearly $200 billion. Republicans, present company excluded, now support the idea of lowering your insurance premium by giving a subsidy to the insurance company.

Remarkable. If the GOP now supports an insurance stabilization fund to lower insurance prices, maybe they now support a New Car stabilization fund to lower the price of cars. Or maybe the GOP would support an iPhone stabilization fund to lower the price of phones.

The possibilities are limitless once you accept that the federal government should subsidize prices. I remember when Republicans favored the free choice of the marketplace.

The Senate Obamacare bill does not repeal Obamacare. I want to repeat that so everyone realizes why I’ll vote “no” as it stands now:

The Senate Obamacare bill does not repeal Obamacare. Not even close.

In fact, the Senate GOP bill codifies and likely expands many aspects of Obamacare.

…

Thank you, again, Senator Paul. Much like his father and, unfortuantely, probably doomed to Ron’s effectiveness. There is no hope in either conservatism or in the utterly failed GOP.

Rand-Paul-J.-Scott-ApplewhiteAP-640x480

All we have left? Applewhite/AP.

My Republican friends, please, please, please, please remember this (and more) come the next election – I’ll be here to remind you. Kindly retire the mantra that you, “have to vote Republican or else the Democrats will win.” You did and they have. The GOP, by this measure at least, is the worst offender of the two.

Just pathetic. Men not even fit for slavery.

A Monumental Mistake: Cometh America’s First Satanic Monument

Belle Plaine, MN gets the first one; it won’t be the last.

A small Minnesota town is getting a lot of attention for a Satanic monument coming to their veterans park.

The monument going up for The Satanic Temple — which features an upturned helmet atop a black cube — will soon be at the site of the Veterans Memorial Park in Belle Plaine.

It is being built by a group of Satanists out of Massachusetts, and it will be the first Satanic monument on public property in United States history.

The city is allowing the monument to be built after a religious freedom group threatened to sue over another statue, which features a soldier praying over a grave marked with a cross.

City officials say the memorial, which is not inside the park yet, is finished, but they are still working out a date for when it will go in.

It has to be put in a small area called “The Free Speech Zone.” It is an area designated to 10 or fewer memorials, as long as they honor veterans.

“They said they were putting it up and I did not like it,” said resident Donna Karnitz.

City Councilmember Cary Coop says he voted against the designated free speech area.

“I don’t think there’s too many Satanists around here, but it’s free speech,” Coop said.

He says they anticipated other groups coming in.

“We were warned against creating this free speech zone, and it will be probably be just as well that we didn’t have one, that people could use private property to say whatever they want,” Coop said.

Karnitz, whose husband is a veteran of the Vietnam War, says she finds the new Satanic monument offensive.

“It was approved a while back already, and it has not come here,” she said. “I am hoping and praying that it doesn’t come into the park here [laughs]!”

Karnitz is not alone. There is a protest planned at the park on Saturday during the city’s popular BBQ Days festival.

Despite its name, the Satanic Temple says it does not promote a belief in a personal Satan and that that “religion can, and should, be divorced from superstition.”

belle-plaine-satanic-monument

This ugly thing. CBS.

It’s interesting that they had come all the way from Massachusetts, this lousy, hellish outfit. There must be some reason they chose this little town – much as why they target different localities for their “prayers” prior to assembly meetings and such. Hmm.

So, in modern Amerika, they tear down old monuments to Confederate heroes and soldiers only to erect new ones dedicated to the prince of darkness. In my humble opinion, if you didn’t defend the former, then you really have no right to complain about the latter. And I thought the stadiums were bad.

On a totally unrelated note, people of Belle Plaine, Lowe’s has sledge hammers at very reasonable prices.

Paul Craig Roberts on the gullibility of Americans and those ever so happy to lie to them:

The false reality constructed for Americans parallels perfectly the false reality constructed by Big Brother in George Orwells’ dystopic novel 1984.

Consider the constant morphing of “the Muslim threat” from al-Qaeda to the Taliban, to al-Nursra, to ISIS to ISIL, to Daesh with a jump to Russia. All of a sudden 16 years of Middle East wars against “terrorists” and “dictators” have become a matter of standing up to Russia, the country most threatened by Muslim terrorism, and the country most capable of wiping the United States and its vassal empire off of the face of the earth.

Domestically, Americans are assured that, thanks to the Federal Reserve’s policy of quantitative easing, that is, flooding the financial markets with newly printed money that has driven up the prices of stocks and bonds, America has enjoyed an economic recovery since June of 2009, which must be one of the longest recoveries in history despite the absence of growth in median real family incomes, despite the growth in real retail sales, despite the falling labor force participation rate, despite the lack of high value-added, high productivity, high wage jobs.

The “recovery” is more than a mystery. It is a miracle. It exists only on fake newspaper.

…

Chasing and creating phantoms while the economy rots.

And of the economy, rumors circulate that Trump will soon make it four in a row at the Fed’s helm:

President Donald Trump is increasingly unlikely to nominate Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen next year for a second term, four people close to the process said.

National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn is now the leading candidate to succeed Yellen as the world’s most important central banker, these people said. Yellen begins two days of congressional testimony on Wednesday, and her own future in the job may come up in questioning.

If Trump taps Cohn for the Fed, it could enrage economic nationalists in the White House and some staunchly conservative Republicans on Capitol Hill who don’t like the former Goldman Sachs president’s background as a Democrat who generally favors free trade.

And it would spur a backlash from progressive lawmakers who have blasted the president for picking multiple Goldman alums to run economic policy.

While the departure of Aunt Janet would be a great thing, her replacement by the former president of Goldman does not induce that warm, fuzzy feeling.

The best thing about Cohn is that he isn’t a credentialed economist – those have been dead wrong about everything for the past 100+ years. Otherwise, this will be the fox managing the henhouse.

But, hey, it’s now less than two months until football season…

The Schools, Failed or Failing

America, children, college, culture, education, schools

Another Gary North column! North points out the near-utter failings of government primary and secondary schools. He finds it interesting that some liberals are now giving up in the same despair that took hold with conservatives eons ago.

Conservatives have been irrelevant to the educational process in the United States ever since the end of World War II. Their constant laments have changed nothing. Hirsch should learn from their experience. There is no reform of the public schools that will make them better. They will continue to erode academically. The American Federation of Teachers will continue to run the show in their tenured security until online education leaves nothing of the public schools except third-rate teachers of students whose parents are not concerned enough to pull them off of what is clearly a sinking ship.

It could not have happened to a more deserving crew.

Conservatives conserve nothing. Liberals offer nothing. Schools teach nothing. Students learn nothing. An ambitious writer could pen: “Nothing: the State of American Education.”

North predicts the replacement of the schools but stops just short of calling for their abolition. That really can’t come soon enough.

It’s not, of course, just the lower schools afflicted with the nothingness and departure from intellectual pursuits. Professor in-the-know, Walter E. Williams, again laments the collapse of colleges as learning environments, reciting a few recent examples of the buffoonery.

Who is to blame for the decline of American universities? Mansfield argues that it is a combination of administrators, students and faculties. He puts most of the blame on faculty members, some of whom are cowed by deans and presidents who don’t want their professors to make trouble. I agree with Mansfield’s assessment in part. Many university faculty members are hostile to free speech and open questioning of ideas. A large portion of today’s faculty and administrators were once the hippies of the 1960s, and many have contempt for the U.S. Constitution and the values of personal liberty. The primary blame for the incivility and downright stupidity we see on university campuses lies with the universities’ trustees. Every board of trustees has fiduciary responsibility for the governance of a university, shaping its broad policies. Unfortunately, most trustees are wealthy businessmen who are busy and aren’t interested in spending time on university matters. They become trustee!s for the prestige it brings, and as such, they are little more than yes men for the university president and provost. If trustees want better knowledge about university goings-on, they should hire a campus ombudsman who is independent of the administration and accountable only to the board of trustees.

The university malaise reflects a larger societal problem. Mansfield says culture used to mean refinement. Today, he says, it “just means the way a society happens to think, and there’s no value judgment in it any longer.” For many of today’s Americans, one cultural value is just as good as another.

Williams is right as usual. There is a larger social context to the decline. However, the failing schools and the failing culture go hand-in-hand, a perpetual motion disaster in progress. “Mansfield,” in the column, is Harvard senior professor of government, Harvey Mansfield.

Harvey Mansfield has been in higher education for a long time. In fact, he’s been a faculty member at Harvard since 1962. Yet, after all those years, the conservative professor of government isn’t hopeful about future of his trade.

“No, I’m not very optimistic about the future of higher education, at least in the form it is now with universities under the control of politically correct faculties and administrators,” he said.

His remark came during a 35-minute interview in April in his fourth floor office at Harvard, where the 85-year-old Mansfield lamented universities for losing their aspiration, describing them as bubbles of staunch liberalism ruled by faculties that have failed to make universities reach their potential.

‘Bubbles of decadent liberalism’

Once America’s pride, Mansfield argues universities are no longer the marketplace of ideas nor the bastions of free speech.

“Now [universities’] sole function seems to be to attack a free country and to try to narrow freedoms to privileges, for those who have been designated victims,” he says.

What universities have become are “bubbles of decadent liberalism,” that teach students to look for offense when first examining an idea.

Bubbles to protect snowflakes seem as useless as snowflakes protecting the bubbles. It all would appear rather pointless. Maybe that’s the point of education in modern America – there isn’t one.

Free Pik.

So, what’s to be done about it? Systemically, I suspect more of the same -always the statists’ answer. Keep dumbing it down under, as North predicts, the whole thing falls and melts away (like so many snowflakes in the sun). For us, it’s high time to think about better options for our children.

I’ve had some recent inquires of late regarding college path choices for teenagers. This being a pet subject of mine, my jaded curiosity is piqued. Therefore, I think my first substantial Patreon piece is going to be an advice guide for those looking to educate their children or for older children looking to further their learning. Fireworks for the Fourth

America, cigars, culture, Fourth of July, Independence Day

I’m just sitting out back tonight. The moon is waxing and a variety of fireworks, small and professional, are going off all around. It’s kind of nice.

According to this report, Americans love fireworks … and gluttony.

In keeping with tradition, cities across the country will launch fireworks after dark, perhaps the most emblematic way to commemorate July 4, 1776, when the American colonies’ Declaration of Independence from Britain was adopted.

The document enshrines the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, which in many U.S. cities today involves competitions over how many hot dogs and hamburgers people can stuff down their throats in rapid succession.

In Washington, a hamburger restaurant challenges competitors to consume as many sandwiches as possible in 10 minutes, while in New York City, a seaside establishment stages a tournament that tests some of the world’s most formidable consumers of frankfurters.

Americans are expected to flock to beaches, especially in the West where the weather is hot and dry, while the eastern part of the country may see scattered thunderstorms.

In New Jersey, a budget battle halted nonessential services, forcing state beaches and parks to close, but lawmakers on Monday night ended the three-day-old state government shutdown.

On Sunday, while state beaches were still closed, however, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie managed to visit Island Beach State Park, prompting outrage.

Maine residents are facing a partial government shutdown as well, but its state parks remain open. They are two of nine states to miss deadlines for passing a budget.

Apparently they also love gross government incompetence and mismanagement.

The Old Lady on the streets of Philadelphia: “Mr. Franklin, what kind of government did you give us?”

B. Franklin: “A Republic, madam, if you can keep it.”

We couldn’t. Last I checked, beaches self-regulate without the need for state funding or interference. No mind. The television-addled, 70% obese post-nation stuffs those hot dogs and hamburgers down the collective throat. And the fireworks really are nice.

I, myself, also indulge. With an American by Alec Bradley.

America, Declaration of Independence, Fourth of July, freedom

It’s the Fourth of July, America! 241 years ago, we broke “free” of Great Britain.

Some thoughts on the same:

From Last July, Here.

My Freedom Prepper column this morning.

Gary North on the Fourth:

The colonists had a sweet deal in 1775. Great Britain was the second freest nation on earth. Switzerland was probably the most free nation, but I would be hard-pressed to identify any other nation in 1775 that was ahead of Great Britain. And in Great Britain’s Empire, the colonists were by far the freest.

I will say it, loud and clear: the freest society on earth in 1775 was British North America, with the exception of the slave system. Anyone who was not a slave had incomparable freedom.

…

So, as a result of the American Revolution, the tax burden tripled.

The debt burden soared as soon as the Revolution began. Monetary inflation wiped out the currency system. Price controls in 1777 produced the debacle of Valley Forge.

Pat Buchanan on whether We are still a People, a Nation:

With this July 4 long weekend, many writers have bewailed the animus Americans exhibit toward one another and urged new efforts to reunite us. Yet, recall again those first words of Jefferson in 1776:

“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them…”

Are we approaching such a point? Could the Constitution, as currently interpreted, win the approval of two-thirds of our citizens and three-fourth of our states, if it were not already the supreme law of the land? How would a national referendum on the Constitution turn out, when many Americans are already seeking a new constitutional convention?

All of which invites the question: Are we still a nation? And what is a nation? French writer Ernest Renan gave us the answer in the 19th century:

“A nation is a soul, a spiritual principle. Two things … constitute this soul, this spiritual principle. One is the past, the other is the present. One is the possession in common of a rich legacy of memories; the other is present consent, the desire to live together, the desire to continue to invest in the heritage that we have jointly received.

“Of all cults, that of the ancestors is the most legitimate: our ancestors have made us what we are. A heroic past with great men and glory … is the social capital upon which the national idea rests. These are the essential conditions of being a people: having common glories in the past and a will to continue them in the present; having made great things together and wishing to make them again.”

Does this sound at all like us today?

Watching our Lilliputians tearing down statues and monuments, renaming buildings and streets, rewriting history books to replace heroes and historical truths with the doings of ciphers, are we disassembling the nation we once were?

These are things to ponder in between the beer, burgers, and fireworks. Celebrate, today, but also think.

America, cars, culture, Eric Peters, society, tyranny

A few days ago I shocked two friends when I told them I’d never used Uber. I have nothing against the service and will use it should the need ever arise – so far, it hasn’t. I also shun cabs, limos, buses, trains, and commercial flights (Grayhounds in the air). As much as I hate driving down the river of American clover incompetence, I still prefer to use my vehicle. I like to be in control of where and how I go. I like being free.

All this I explained to the gentlemen. If they listened, they didn’t show it, instead competing with each other to show me apps of how many available Uber rides were in the vicinity.

The app showing I remembered when I read this post by Eric Peters on the coming end of automotive freedom in America:

Car ownership will soon be a thing of the past, some say.

Some wish.

Instead of buying a car every so often and driving that car for a period of years – and owning the car – people will simply tap an app and rent a car by the hour or day; whatever their need at the moment happens to be.

It sounds breezy – and oh-so-easy!

This may indeed be our metrosexualized future . . . god help us. But not for those reasons. There are always other reasons. The real reasons.

There is money to be made, naturally. Great huge stacks of it. Someone with a calculator and the instinct of a Don King or Colonel Parker did a little math and figured out that it would be orders of magnitude more profitable to rent people cars than sell people cars.

You can only sell a car to one person at a time, after all.

But rent? By the hour?

Theoretically – and probably, actually – you could keep a given car working like a Filipino Lady Boy, almost 24-7. Pimping the ride to one “John” after the next. With carpet vacuuming and Febreze in between.

Almost no down time.

The car that brings in say $400/month as a sale brings in that much – or more – in a week – as a rental. No wonder the stampede toward “transportation as a service.” GM especially – which is already implementing this via its Maven app in the New York City area.

It is the equivalent of discovering a new Ghawar oil field under Brooklyn. The price of real estate just went up.

It also gives the manufacturers – the GM corporate – direct access to your wallet (via revolving credit) which must be giving multiple orgasms to the people in GM’s accounting department. Dealers will be cut out of the picture – at best, reduced to parking lot attendants and service depots, the business side of that between them and the manufacturers, all costs of course folded into the rental fee charged to you.

In ten to twenty years – as I hear it from more people than just Peters – those app taxis will all be self-driving models. No need to waste profits paying drivers. In ten years, most (all?) cars, owned, rented, whatever, will have autopilot features. In twenty years, they will likely lack any manual controls, period. No need as actually driving yourself will be illegal.

This will have some upsides, merely riding in a self-driving auto, owned by someone else. No need for a driver’s license (look for mandated ID cards [or chip implants] instead). No need to auto insurance – someone else’s liability. You will, conceivably, be able to drink and ride to your drunk’s content – no harm if you cannot operate the car. Tort suits and obnoxious TV lawyer ads will dry up – no fault for any mishaps as all the cars will be controlled by the same computer system (likely operated by or for the government, with included immunity).

The downsides? Most people won’t see any. They’ll be happy as cattle in the hauler, off to wherever the state decides they need to go. The free won’t be so fortunate. Some of us actually hate the idea of being at someone else’s mercy. The thought that a far-away robot decides when, where, and how fast we travel, rubs some the wrong way. Then there’s the costs. The lack of ownership. The joy of checking the oil. The privacy deficit. The loss of freedom itself.

As I’ve mentioned here before, I have a soft spot for the heretofore mythical flying car. Want one badly. Not too long ago I read that some tech billionaire was intent on ruining those too by making them self-flying. Is there no escape? Probably not.

More laws to break, I suppose. The good news, if there is any, is that after a few years of everyone riding along like compliant, complacent fools, the police will begin to abandon traffic patrols. That should make it easier to circumvent the cattle drive.

HAL-MC2_400x400

Kubrick / MGM.

So, in the near future, having tapped the app and comfortably drunk texting while HAL 9000 takes you to the chutes, just be mindful that we are out there too. We may be in a 1975 F250 or an old M923 zipping past you and HAL (pray HAL stays out of the way). We may be in the sky above (if or when we look down, we’ll laugh). We may just be on foot or horseback, slowly meandering through the woods.

You probably won’t notice and that’s a good thing.

America, communism, England, health, medicine, Nazis, ObamaCare

American proponents of communism – let’s call it what it is – frequently point with enthusiasm to nations with national government healthcare. The UK’s NHS is a usual suspect.

On the whole, such a system just might be able to deliver more consistent, if not better, care than the current U.S. Obama-Trump-Ryan-insurance cabal racket approach. It certainly couldn’t cost any more.

However, it would inevitably lead to cases like this:

The parents of 10-month-old Charlie Gard are reported to be “utterly distraught” after the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) denied them a final effort to save their dying son.

After losing a battle in the UK’s Supreme Court, they had appealed to the court in France to fight the decision of British doctors at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, who argued the baby could not be saved in the U.S. and must “die with dignity”.

Chris Gard, 32, and Connie Yates, 31, had raised more than £1.3 million to take Charlie to the U.S. for partially untested, “experimental” treatment, which they claim could save his life.

Britain has a socialised healthcare system, and despite the fact his parents raised private funds for treatment, the courts could have acted as what some in U.S. politicians call a “death panel”, decided who is and who is not worth saving.

“We strongly feel as his parents that Charlie should get a chance to try these medications. He literally has nothing to lose but potentially a healthier, happier life to gain,” the mother wrote on a crowd-funding page.

Die with dignity, peasants!

So, your child is terminally ill. Death is certain. There’s a potential treatment which might work in another country. You have the financial means to try the treatment. You want to save your child, if that’s at all possible; you want to try the experimental way. What’s the risk? What’s the harm?

The risk is to the centralized power of your ever-benevolent government. The harm is that you might use freedom to solve a problem or simply that you might attempt to do so. That does little for the collective. It does nothing to keep certain people in positions of life-or-death power.

Screen-Shot-2017-06-29-at-17.57.29

GoFundMe.

Therefore, rather than live free and make decisions for your family, you instead succumb to the agony of Nazi-style eugenics. The unfit will die. But, in England, they get to die with dignity!

In America, ObamaCare was put into place (and TrumpCare is debated [quietly]) for two overt reasons: 1) give more power to Washington; 2) prop up the leaching insurance syndicate. The covert reason for both these doomed-to-a-less-than-dignified death was(is): pave the way for universal government healthcare, like the NHS.

It’s coming, like it or not – probably within ten years or so. There are ways a partial government system could be made to work – maybe and not with much hope – in the USA. The Swiss and the Kiwis have systems that, while under state mandate, rely almost exclusively on privatization. They work extremely well. That probably wouldn’t work at all, here, due to demographic differences and the base evil of D.C.

Some with surely get their birth control pills and trans vegetable surguries for free under the coming programs. They may even find a way to scheme free tattoos into the graft (tattoo removal for the remorseful grifters). Others will surely watch a child die, with dignity or otherwise.

In the wake of such a program, and following the not-so-long-after collapse, we should look for fitting solutions to those problematic persons who give such gifts of dignity. Nature would seem to dictate rope.

The story is entitled “Americans’ Confidence in Institutions Edges Up” but there’s still not much trust. And, I think, what little is there is mostly misplaced. Read the article. Here are my answers to the different trust subjects, my percentages, contrasted with those of the general public, with brief explanation.

Overall trust in “the big” is up only a little. It still lags well behind that from before the financial crisis. It’s even down versus a generation ago:

I’m over here. These clubs do sometimes serve a worthy purpose, representing the little guy against the corrupt, government-connected corporate giants. Sometimes.

U.S. Supreme Court                      40                                  2

“The most important kind of nothing.”

Criminal justice system               27                                  0

There is no “justice” in the American system; acquittals are statistical flukes. No due process. No equal protection. No logic. Frequently, no evidence and no authority.

Congress                                         12                                  -12

How could??! I think I’m on the same page with everyone here – Gallop just overlooked the (negative) for the public.

Television news                            24                                   1

See the papers, above, minus Garfield and Dilbert.

Big business                                   21                                   5

See organized labor, above.

Small business                              70                                    85

The actual drivers of both national employment and business civility. Try hard to support Mom and Pop when you can.

Police                                              57                                    14

My 20% is a composite breakdown: Feds: 0; State: 10; Local cops: 33. This is based on my interactions with the same.

Church or organized religion    41                                    55

Another breakdown based on the “or”: God’s ordained, universal, eternal, and infallible Church: 100%; man’s rapidly declining “Organized” religious attempt at the same: 10 (when and if I can find it).

Military                                          72                                     0

America long ago won its last war. The new military can’t even defend its own HQ (see the morning of 9/11/2001), can’t win easy wars against primitives, costs waaaaay too much, does not protect your freedom, the English language, or anything else other than certain corporate profits. A politically correct, make-work, welfare jobs program and worse than useless.

Medical system                             37                                     2

A complete joke of pitiful quackery and profiteering. Don’t get sick.

Presidency                                     32                                     2

The chosen lesser loser of the Great Quadrennial Black Mass. At least gives sometimes rhetorically stirring, if pointless, speeches. Cool plane.

News on the internet                   16                                     50

It’s a 50/50 proposition. Half is factual. Half is click bait and BS. Choose wisely. You did: you’re here…
