Grabblers Discover Consitution Convenient for Once

Constitution, House, impeachment, Trump

Odd that they neglect it at all other times. At any rate, the House “Intelligence” Committee projection report is out.

Constitutional Authority for Congressional Oversight and Impeachment

The House’s Constitutional and legal authority to conduct an impeachment inquiry is clear, as is the duty of the President to cooperate with the House’s exercise of this authority.

Article I of the U.S. Constitution gives the House of Representatives the “sole Power of Impeachment.” The Framers intended the impeachment power to be an essential check on a President who might engage in corruption or abuse of power. Congress is empowered to conduct oversight and investigations to carry out its authorities under Article I. Because the impeachment power is a core component of the nation’s Constitutional system of checks and balances, Congress’ investigative authority is at its zenith during an impeachment inquiry.

So, investigate first, open the impeachment proceedings when? Not that any of this will help the enemy combatants in the slightest in 2020. Ball’s in Nancy’s court now, the voter’s next fall.

The other Khan of London, the one who was under court order not to be there, went anyway. Is anyone surprised that this cat was less than enthusiastic about following the rules in the West?

THE London Bridge terrorist was banned from entering London but had a one-day exemption to attend an ex-convict event, it emerged last night.

Usman Khan, 28, from Staffordshire, was released from prison in December last year on condition he obey 20 strict conditions – which included not visiting the capital.

The NTA (like the NRA, but short for the “Narwhal Tusk Association”) is lobbying hard to divert attention away from the dangers of bridges and fire extinguishers. Where’s Jeremy Corbyn when we need him? Sentencing reform is what will say the UK! Well, that and more DIEversity. If only they’d added a 21st fantasy condition about not stabbing people to death and running amock with a bomb belt. For shame.

A Little Fun with the NRA Survey

The NRA generally does good work. My experience, working with them on legal cases here and there, was positive. However, their surveys get a little old. This one popped up on the side while I read something at Taki’s Mag. I’ll go through a few, shunning the simple “yes” and “no” answer for the real truth. Answers italicized.

NATIONAL GUN OWNERS SURVEY
1. Do you agree that the Second Amendment guarantees your individual right to own a firearm?
Yes
No
No Opinion

No. It merely states that the right “shall not be infringed,” which it is anyway, thereby kind of mooting the point – much like the rest of the Parchment.

2. Do you support the confirmation of pro-Second Amendment judges to the U.S. Supreme Court and lower federal courts?
Yes
No
No Opinion

I support abolishing the Supreme Court and lower federal courts.
3. Do you support laws that protect your fundamental right to use a firearm to defend yourself and your loved ones from a violent criminal attacker?
Yes
No
No Opinion

Not sure which I support less: laws or violent criminals.

4. Should Congress and the states eliminate so-called “gun free zones” that leave innocent citizens defenseless against terrorists and violent criminals?
Yes
No
No Opinion

Better to abolish Congress and the states at this point, thereby eliminating the worst of the terrorists and criminals.
5. Should Congress pass a law that gives law-abiding citizens the right to carry a firearm across state lines?
Yes
No
No Opinion

Already got one! It’s called the Second Amendment. Duh.
6. Do you oppose any United Nations treaty that strips the U.S. of its sovereignty and gives U.N. bureaucrats the power to regulate every rifle, pistol, and shotgun you own?
Yes
No
No Opinion

I do not recognize the United Nations as anything other than an international criminal syndicate. Blue helmets are highly visible though.
7. Do you agree that law-abiding citizens should be forced to submit to mandatory gun registration or else forfeit their guns and their freedom?
Yes
No
No Opinion

For safety, we should register, confiscate, and destroy all government guns.
8. Should NRA direct critical resources toward stopping anti-gun billionaires like Michael Bloomberg who are spending millions of dollars to destroy your Second Amendment freedom in states around the country?
Yes
No
No Opinion

Bloomberg and his kind should be immediately and permanently deported from America.
9. Would you vote for a politician…

No. That one was easy.
10. Would you vote for a politician who…

Again, no.

There are more, but that’s all the fun I can stand today. The NRA, like all else “conservative”, is hopelessly stuck in the museum. It isn’t 1994 anymore. The Nation on which they had based the “N” in NRA is dead and gone and these cucks did nothing to conserve it as it died. They would do better to start planning for the future – after the collapse and the rebuild. My suggestion would be to use the language from the existing 2A, but add a capital felony for anyone who ever tries to circumvent it. Oh, but please send some money so they can stop Bloomberg from appointing judges who will blah, blah, blah.

Great survey though!

At least of the real, traditional variety. #NarwhalTuskControl and #FireExtinguisherControl don’t have the right ring to them. But, Aloha Snackbar!, what is needed after these revelations?

Scotland Yard is investigating how 28-year-old Usman Khan was able to launch the attack in London Bridge, despite being known to the authorities and fitted with an electronic tag to monitor his movements. He was allowed out a year ago after serving time for his part in a plot to blow up the London Stock Exchange.

In footage that has since emerged, Khan is sprayed with a fire extinguisher, while another man tries to suppress the assailant with a narwhal tusk – a long pointed tooth from a type of whale – lunging at him. It is believed the item was pulled from the wall of Fishmongers’ Hall, a Grade II-listed building on London Bridge, by a Polish chef called Łukasz.

I’m sure this Khan is unrelated to London’s other Khan, other than their sharing of common ideologies and hatred of all things British. And, imagine if, instead of whale tusks and fire-fighting tools, the Brits still had handguns (like the cops(!)), or at least knives. At any rate, it’s great to find at least a few who aren’t completely cucked, unlike their brave leadership – who will cuck and cave on this incident and related matters faster than you can say, “go back to where you came from!”

gun control, insanity, self-defense, tyranny, Virginia

Virginia floats a bill to essentially outlaw self-defense.

The State of Virginia, now entirely run by truly insane Democrats who support infanticide and child murder, is proposing a new 2020 law known as SB64 (see link here) which will be taken up by the Democrat-run Senate beginning January 8, 2020.

The law would instantly transform all martial arts instructors into criminal felons. This includes instructors who teach kickboxing, BJJ, Krav Maga, boxing and even Capoeira.

It would also criminalize all firearms training classes, including concealed carry classes.

It would even criminalize a father teaching his own son how to use a hunting rifle.

Specifically, the law says that a person “is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity” (a class 5 felony) if that person:

“Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons…”

The phrase “technique capable of causing injury or death to persons” covers all forms of martial arts and self-defense training, including Krav Maga, BJJ, boxing and other contact martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do or Tai Chi.

Under the proposed law, all forms of self-defense training — including hand-to-hand martial arts training — would be considered “paramilitary activity,” even if the training consists of private classes involving just one instructor and one student. That’s because every form of martial arts training imparts skills which could be used to cause injury to other persons.

In fact, according to the language of the law, just “one” person learning such arts is a felony crime, which means that watching a DVD on Krav Maga would be a felony crime.

It stands no chance of passing or being enforced. But, it’s the thought that counts – from a place that recently legalized infanticide. Next, being human will become a capital felony. I’d say “enjoy the blue state,” but cuckservatives will be along shortly, supporting the same within five years.

PS: whatever your training, keep it QUIET.

Trump may (may) be about to do something big and useful.

President Donald Trump put the Mexican government on the defensive when he said he “absolutely” will move ahead with plans to designate Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations.

Trump said in a radio interview this week that tens of thousands of Americans are killed every year because of drug trafficking and other activity by the cartels. But Mexico is pushing back, worried that such a step would allow its neighbor to the north to violate its sovereignty by operating unilaterally inside Mexico.

“I’ve been working on that for the last 90 days,” Trump said in a radio interview with Bill O’Reilly, who asked whether such a designation would be forthcoming.

O’Reilly had asked Trump if he would designate the cartels “and start hitting them with drones and things like that?”

Trump replied: “I don’t want to say what I’m going to do, but they will be designated.”

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Wednesday that he did not want to enter a “political confrontation” with the U.S. government on the eve of its Thanksgiving holiday. He said that he would leave it at “cooperation, yes; interventionism, no,” and that he had instructed Foreign Secretary Marcelo Ebrard to explain Mexico’s position to Washington.

Ebrard later tweeted that he’d already been in contact with the U.S. government and would use diplomacy to “defend sovereignty.”

Yes, sovereignty. It’s okay for them to dump scores of millions of invaders across our border, but perish the thought a 1% return across theirs. If the cartels are terrorists, subject to military reprisals, then anyone associated – like coyotes and “cargo” – would be as well. And, if anyone, like a federal judge, interferes in this international operation, he sets himself up as an accessory, an enemy combatant. A clean up at last?

May not even happen, but it’s a great, hopeful thought!

invasion, knife control, London, terrorism

So, London, how’s the knife control working out? Another familiar kind of attack:

The armed cops then order the members of the public to step away from the “tall bearded” man before he is shot by one of the firearms officers about 2pm.

A lorry was left jacknifed across the bridge as hundreds of panicked civilians ran for their lives.

Pictures from the scene showed one large kitchen knife lying next to the suspect’s body with a second blade removed by a hero passerby.

Guy Lawrence, 48, said he saw a man running out of a building, believed to be Fishmonger’s Hall, armed with two kitchen knives with 20cm blades.

He claimed one member of the public was seen running after the suspect, one armed with a 6ft stick and another with a fire extinguisher.

He told The Times: “I saw all traffic stopped in front of me. I heard shooting — there was an attack. And I saw a guy on the floor. I heard two shots: bang, bang.

“Police were running towards us and they told us to get out and run.”

Get out and run. Next time, the bomb may not be fake. Better ban them too. Or, just ban terroristic invaders. And, per the first law, just how many agencies was this attacker known too?

UPDATE: Of course. As Vox points out:

The attacker shot dead on London Bridge was known to police and had connections to terror groups.

The man, who was wearing a fake suicide vest, killed two people and injured three in the attack. The attacker was a convicted terrorist with previous links to al-Muhajiroun, the group led by Anjem Choudry and dubbed Britain’s “most prolific and dangerous extremist group”, The Independent understands.

The assailant had been recently released from prison and was being monitored by police.

Great job monitoring!

UPDATE: NARWHAL CONTROL, NOW!

2020, invasion, lies, Michael Bloomberg, population

Little liar Gloomberg is telling short tale while pandering his way toward nomination defeat next year.

Presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg said Tuesday that the United States needs “an awful lot more immigrants rather than less.”

On his second day campaigning for the Democratic nomination, the former New York City mayor contrasted his views on immigration with President Donald Trump’s restrictive policies and laid out a vision of a multicultural society enriched by immigrants.

Doomberg, ironically, proved just why immigrants are too dangerous to tolerate. And, what is the obsession with the population? Beyond political control, I mean. Birth-rates and invasion and that’s it. If the birthrate is at an all-time low, then why does the total population keep rising?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed the findings of their 2018 study on Wednesday.

There were 3,791,712 registered births in the US, a figure lower than the amount of babies needed to replenish the population.

TWO KIDS PER WOMAN
The total fertility rate, which is the amount of offspring a hypothetical woman will have in her lifetime, had also dropped.

For 2018, that figure stood at 1,729.5 births per 1,000 women aged 15 to 44, which marked four years where the rate had decreased.

In order to keep the current population stable, there would need to be 2,100 births per 1,000 women based on that metric.

This means that each woman in the US would need to have at least two children, if not more.

The CDC? Are kids a disease now? I suppose so, so long as they’re white. What a shame that there’s no way to produce new Americans. Maybe Shitberg has a point…

John Bolton, politics, security

The angry mustache suggests that America’s enemies are within. Say it isn’t so.

Former Trump administration advisor John Bolton said that the United States’ commitments to national security are “under attack from within” in a tweet Tuesday.

“It probably goes without saying, that our country’s commitment to our national security priorities is under attack from within. America is distracted. Our enemies are not,” Bolton wrote.

Yes, we know that. Or, could this be a sign of a change in the neocon stripes?

This won’t help. Add in the DNC one-percenter.

Billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s essentially limitless budget for his Democratic presidential bid adds uncertainty to an already crowded and unsettled race while increasing the odds of a prolonged nominating battle in a contest that has yet to produce a definitive front-runner.

We’ll have some definitive losers though. Still think it’s Warren, who is sick of freeloaders like DoomBerg.
