Except they probably won’t say please. Here’s how it will work: millions of illegals come and go, at will and with no questions, documents, or obstruction; on the other hand, you, usury serf, shall jump through burning hoops only to present the mark of the beast.

The Trump administration intends to propose a regulation next year that would require all travelers – including U.S. citizens – to be photographed when entering or leaving the United States, according to the administration’s regulatory agenda.

The proposed regulation, slated to be issued in July by the Homeland Security Department, would be part of a broader system to track travelers as they enter and exit the United States.

The plan has already drawn opposition from some privacy advocates. Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst with the American Civil Liberties Union, blasted the idea in a written statement on Monday.

“Travelers, including U.S. citizens, should not have to submit to invasive biometric scans simply as a condition of exercising their constitutional right to travel,” he said.

The Trump administration contends in its regulatory agenda that the face scan requirement will combat the fraudulent use of U.S. travel documents and aid the identification of criminals and suspected terrorists.

Will no brave federal judge in Hawaii step forward and enjoin this madness? No. Go ahead and leave your CFR comments. Maybe vote or something.

UPDATE: You’ll be scanned. Incoming terrorists, grifters, and nation-wreckers won’t even have their Faceberg or Twit checked. After all, if the MS-13ers can’t locate their former victims in the new, free-range Amerika, what’s the point in coming? (And, that VA county might as well be yours, BTW).

Virginia floats a bill to essentially outlaw self-defense.

The State of Virginia, now entirely run by truly insane Democrats who support infanticide and child murder, is proposing a new 2020 law known as SB64 (see link here) which will be taken up by the Democrat-run Senate beginning January 8, 2020.

The law would instantly transform all martial arts instructors into criminal felons. This includes instructors who teach kickboxing, BJJ, Krav Maga, boxing and even Capoeira.

It would also criminalize all firearms training classes, including concealed carry classes.

It would even criminalize a father teaching his own son how to use a hunting rifle.

Specifically, the law says that a person “is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity” (a class 5 felony) if that person:

“Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons…”

The phrase “technique capable of causing injury or death to persons” covers all forms of martial arts and self-defense training, including Krav Maga, BJJ, boxing and other contact martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do or Tai Chi.

Under the proposed law, all forms of self-defense training — including hand-to-hand martial arts training — would be considered “paramilitary activity,” even if the training consists of private classes involving just one instructor and one student. That’s because every form of martial arts training imparts skills which could be used to cause injury to other persons.

In fact, according to the language of the law, just “one” person learning such arts is a felony crime, which means that watching a DVD on Krav Maga would be a felony crime.

It stands no chance of passing or being enforced. But, it’s the thought that counts – from a place that recently legalized infanticide. Next, being human will become a capital felony. I’d say “enjoy the blue state,” but cuckservatives will be along shortly, supporting the same within five years.

PS: whatever your training, keep it QUIET.

RCP on the CIA, Assange, and failing America.

Currently Assange is being tortured, apparently to death, while bring held in solitary confinement in a maximum security British prison awaiting his extradiction to the US on false charges. As the CIA cannot be certain it has suborned all the federal judges, Washington is just as happy if Assange dies in a British prison as there is no valid case against him under current US law. Probably the absence of a valid case doesn’t matter as the rule of law in the US is very difficult to find.

The lack of any valid case against Assange is the reason the distinguished documentary film maker John Pilger describes Assange’s persecution as a Stalinist Show Trial.

What is astonishing about the CIA’s destruction of Julian Assange is the silence of American law schools and bar associations, the silence of universities, the absence of student and labor union protests, the absence of any protection of Assange’s rights from courts as the last news organization willing and capable of holding governments accountable for their crimes is destroyed openly in full view of the law schools, intellectuals, bar associations, courts, and print and TV media.

That’s about where we are… He should know better about a little of it, though – law schools and bar associations? Really?

Some attorneys will get the wordplay…

A starter list of what’s gone wrong these past eleven decades or so, leading us here, to the brink.

The United States of America seems to have a suicide wish as it wanders aimlessly down a continually narrowing path that can only lead to national ruin. Is this a premeditated act of self-annihilation or simply a series of foolish choices?

Before a nation can be effectively destroyed from within it is necessary first that it be owned lock, stock and barrel. An independent, freedom-loving people are less easily controlled than one that is effectively ball and chained, which brings us to the first step in the program.

Create a Central Bank

Beginning around 1910, representatives from the leading banking powerhouses – Morgan, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Warburg and Kuhn-Loeb – began meeting in secret at distant retreats, and not for the purpose of philandering with underage girls, mind you. No, these elitists had a totally different sort of crime up their sleeves, and that was to dominate the entire US banking system. And would it really surprise anyone that they succeeded? This was achieved by the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on Dec. 23, 1913, which took away the constitutional power “to coin money, regulate the value thereof,” as enacted by the US Constitution.

As Anthony C. Sutton summed up the dire situation in his book, The Federal Reserve Conspiracy, “Congress handed over all monetary powers to the Fed in 1913. The Fed is a private bank, owned by banks, and pays dividends on its shares owned only by banks. The Fed is a private Bankers’ Bank.”

A very good start. Read the whole thing and try to imagine it without the civic nationalist foolishness (Salvo means very well). Then, add to it the following:

16th Amendment (taxes)

17th Amendment (abdication of the States)

19th Amendment (sorry, gals)

The Wars (especially WWI and WWII)

The Imperial military

The Fifth column

The lowered IQs

The collapse of Christianity

The subversion by non-Christians

The Rise of the Total Empire

The Deep State

Gun Control

The convolution of the Constitution (as originally intended)

And, some more.

If we are completely stupid, that is.

FB is ALWAYS watching, on and off the platform, for narrative violations by its slaves users.

Facebook monitors the offline behavior of its users to determine if they should be categorized as a “Hate Agent,” according to a document provided exclusively to Breitbart News by a source within the social media giant.

The document, titled “Hate Agent Policy Review” outlines a series of “signals” that Facebook uses to determine if someone ought to be categorized as a “hate agent” and banned from the platform.

Those signals include a wide range of on- and off-platform behavior. If you praise the wrong individual, interview them, or appear at events alongside them, Facebook may categorize you as a “hate agent.”

Sooner or later, everyone may become an agent of “hate.” So, how better to celebrate said blessed event than to give all your wealth to FB!

Facebook Inc. FB 1.39% has signed up more than a dozen companies including Visa Inc., Mastercard Inc., MA -1.00% PayPal Holdings Inc. PYPL 1.07% and Uber Technologies Inc. UBER 5.07% to back a new cryptocurrency it plans to unveil next week and launch next year.

The financial and e-commerce companies, venture capitalists and telecommunications firms will invest around $10 million each in a consortium that will govern the digital coin, called Libra, according to people familiar with the matter. The money would be used to fund the creation of the coin, which will be pegged to a basket of government-issued currencies to avoid the wild swings that have dogged other cryptocurrencies, they said.

The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Facebook was recruiting backers to help start the crypto-based payments system and was seeking to raise as much as around $1 billion for the effort.

In the works for more than a year, the secretive project revolves around a digital coin that its users could send to each other and use to make purchases both on Facebook and across the internet.

Names you can trust, that don’t trust you, in a secret project to convert your money. What could go wrong?

DOJ, Julian Assange, tyranny

Is underway in the case against Julian Assange, with more fake charges piled on.

The Justice Department has hit WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange with Espionage Act charges, escalating a legal fight against the high-profile activist and alarming press freedom activists.

DOJ had previously only indicted Assange on a single count of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion. Thursday’s revelation of the additional 18 charges, filed in the Eastern District of Virginia, means Assange could face significantly more prison time if found guilty.

…

“Any government use of the Espionage Act to criminalize the receipt and publication of classified information poses a dire threat to journalists seeking to publish such information in the public interest, irrespective of the Justice Department’s assertion that Assange is not a journalist,” said Bruce Brown, executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, in a statement.

Edward Snowden, the former NSA contractor who also touched off a debate about the media’s role in publishing secret files when he leaked classified information to reporters in 2013, proclaimed: “the Department of Justice just declared war – not on Wikileaks, but on journalism itself.”

Luckily, Assange can expect a fair trial on these trumped-up nonsense charges! Maybe just as fair as his seven-year confinement in the Embassy for nothing. Then again, knowing Amerikan jurors, they’re probably already asleep.

Whose next?!

Mitch McConnell is a Tyrant

The people simply don’t want, don’t deserve, and will not have any freedom. Forget the invasion, the economic hurricane, and everything else; “children” smoking is still a crisis. You are sooooolucky to have this Congress ready to act.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Monday introduced a bill to raise the federal age for purchasing tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to 21, increasing the chances that Congress will clear a significant smoking-related bill for the first time since a major tobacco control law was enacted a decade ago.

The bill comes amid growing concerns about the youth use of e-cigarettes, which reached record levels in 2018. That marked a troubling reversal of declines in smoking traditional cigarettes.

Those worrisome trends prompted McConnell to introduce the bill, despite the important role that tobacco farming plays in the economy of his home state Kentucky, he said in a Senate floor speech Monday.

Shit, yeah. That’s the best fix this side of an election!

Of course, Mitch and the GOP are on board.

Of course, there’s bipartisan support.

Of course, corporate tobacco is in favor.

Of course, busybodies are concerned.

Of course, the stupid American people don’t care.

Of course, 21 is the natural age of majority.

Of course, the pols lied to “underage” servicemen.

Of course, that makes these people potential war criminals…

[They already do this with alcohol]: If a “boy” can enlist and go to war at 18, but not be considered an “adult” for another three years, then what does that mean? It means the US Empire sends children to war. Under the Geneva Convention, that’s a war crime.

If you voted, in any way, for any of this, maybe you’re complicit and should be tried too – maybe under Nuremberg protocols. After all, the polidiots were just following your orders.

Of Course…

The first, notable, nameable arrest along Amerika’s porous Southern border was of the leader of a group of patriots who do the job the government won’t.

The FBI on Saturday said it had arrested Larry Hopkins, the leader of an armed group that is stopping undocumented migrants after they cross the U.S.-Mexico border into New Mexico.

The arrest came two days after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) accused the group of illegally detaining migrants and New Mexico’s Democratic Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham ordered an investigation.

Hopkins, 69, also known as Johnny Horton, was arrested in Sunland Park, New Mexico, on a federal complaint charging him with being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.

“We’re not worried about it, he’s going to be cleared,” said Jim Benvie, a spokesman for the United Constitutional Patriots (UCP), blaming his arrest on political pressure from Lujan Grisham.

Even with a national emergency (heretofore with NO emergency action), we can’t halt the migratory flow but we can persecute our own. Hey, Donald! You’re doing it wrong. Ask Nancy and AOC. This guy’s okay. This is a man whom most Democrats wouldn’t mind voting. That is if he really is a convicted felon.

I hope he’s released within 20 days. He’s just an unaccompanied “minor” and “refugee” of the documented variety. No felon is illegal – unless enforcing the law is illegal.

This is one of the reasons why we have the Second Amendment.

Tucker Carlson (and Others) on the Persecution of Julian Assange

That’s “persecution,” not “prosecution.” And, once more in the MSM, Tucker C. is about the only one being honest:

LRC has been full of insightful articles these past few days about the Assange show trials and railroading. Read a few of them – archive your way back as necessary.

My brief take on the “legal” proceedings and issues against Mr. Assange:

  • The original Swedish sex allegations are bogus. The raise them, then drop them, as politically expedient, tactics prove that, notwithstanding the lack of evidence.
  • The UK’s bail-jumping charges (and conviction) are bogus. These were based partly on the fake Swedish charges and partly on speculation about what Washington wanted (i.e. sealed indictment). Julian has real defenses against both and legitimate reasons for his 7-year absconding. Were he a “refugee” from Somewhereistan, charged with acid-dousing some pensioner or slave-chaining a poorer white girl, he would already be free (and likely on the dole). UPDATE: It might help if the old boy was a girl instead.
  • The United States Empire’s charges are remarkably light considering how hated the man is and the damage he did to the evil house narrative. When was the last time Washington told the truth about anything? Even with that firm “never,” in mind it is theoretically possible that a foreigner, physically outside the Empire, could have engaged in the alleged conspiratorial behavior. One could access or direct access to a computer network for the purposes of obtaining data, sufficient to justify both jurisdiction and process. However, this requires a little thing called evidence. I suspect there is, nor was, nor will be any of that. Bogus, nakedly biased charges.

The bell-ringers, all of them in this matter, are right – you or I could easily be next. This is a case to watch and without much hope.

Moral Duty and The Great Charter

In this sense, they don’t go together.

‘MORAL DUTY’

Last week, Mr Zuckerberg told politicians in Ireland that the company would work with governments to establish new policies in a bid to regulate social media.

The Home Secretary, Sajid Javid added that tech firms had a “moral duty” to protect the young people they “profit from”.

“Despite our repeated calls to action, harmful and illegal content – including child abuse and terrorism – is still too readily available online,” he said.

“That is why we are forcing these firms to clean up their act once and for all. I made it my mission to protect our young people – and we are now delivering on that promise.”

A 12-week consultation of the proposals will now take place before the Government will publish its final proposals for legislation.

The Government said the proposed regulator would have a legal duty to pay due regard to innovation, as well as to protect users’ rights online.

Social networks have failed to prioritise children’s safety and left them exposed to grooming, abuse, and harmful content

Peter Wanless, NSPCC

Peter Wanless, chief executive of children’s charity the NSPCC – which publicly backed the idea regulation in February, said the proposals would make the UK a “world pioneer” in protecting children online.

“For too long social networks have failed to prioritise children’s safety and left them exposed to grooming, abuse, and harmful content,” he said.

“So it’s high time they were forced to act through this legally binding duty to protect children, backed up with hefty punishments if they fail to do so.

“We are pleased that the Government has listened to the NSPCC’s detailed proposals and we are grateful to all those who supported our campaign.”

However, former culture secretary John Whittingdale warned minister risked dragging people into a “draconian censorship regime” in their attempts to regulate internet firms.

Writing in the Mail on Sunday, he said he feared the plans could “give succour to Britain’s enemies”, giving them an excuse to further censor their own people.

“Countries such as China, Russia and North Korea, which allow no political dissent and deny their people freedom of speech, are also keen to impose censorship online, just as they already do on traditional media,” he said.

“This mooted new UK regulator must not give the despots an excuse to claim that they are simply following an example set by Britain, where civil liberties were first entrenched in Magna Carta 800 years ago,” he said.

FB outrage of the day (again, told ya so) and woe unto GB.
