The usual stupid suspects are anxious to re-start the child abuse.

The emergency order acknowledged differing scenarios in different parts of the state. It also recognized that not all parents intend to send their children back to school buildings come August. Chancellor Jacob Oliva said flexibility in education options and funding will be key — along with plenty of progress monitoring — to keeping students moving ahead with their lessons. • Some district officials said the state order upends their reopening plans, the Herald-Tribune reports. • Others contended the order doesn’t undermine their local authority, the Palm Beach Post reports.

With uncertainty still looming, it’s no wonder some families are balking at stating their preferences right now. The Hillsborough County school district gave everyone an extra week to think about their first semester choices. Some parents are demanding mandatory masks. Many are giving full-time virtual education a closer look.

The three options are regular school, limited days/capacity regular school, or online school. Keeping the kids as far away from the madness should be the only option, but these are Amerikan parents we’re talking about.

A side story from the Times highlighted (or lowlighted) the increasing suspension of student speech and freedom in Pasco County. That’s the same county where the titular highs school boasts a 39% student test score average and a, what? 90% graduation rate? Priorities.

In other news, I made the mistake of recently visiting a Georgia business where the HOAXID rules are enforced with zeal. In the state where the savages attack and burn the state police headquarters and get away with it, the normies are afraid of offending the local CDC commissars, stepping and fetching like slaves. On that note, a little later in the week, I’ll have more on my civilization escape options, a series limping towards completion.

Florida, hoax, hypocrisy

Six weeks ago a Florida attorney LARPed as Death on the Beach, his part in hyping the big hoax. Social distance! Masks. Go home! Fear! Now, however, in service to the next hoax, he’s ditched the previous scare tactics.

A Florida attorney who dressed up as a grim reaper and ordered hundreds of body bags to hand to Florida beach goers to warn them about spreading coronavirus has been going to protests in Florida with huge crowds during the pandemic.

I’m sure his take on the coming Martian attack will be interesting too.

The Sunshine State plots a return to the same old routine, with a few hoax-friendly twists:

With campuses closed, schools still have served millions of meals. Why are so many families lining up for the free food?

Not that this has anything to do with education, but it’s because their nation and economy have been destroyed.

A ‘safe, memorable environment.’ That’s the goal for Okaloosa County high school graduations — whenever they might be, the Northwest Florida Daily News reports. • Manatee High students and families demand a graduation under the school’s stadium lights and, apparently, they’ll get one, the Bradenton Herald reports.

Saaaaaaafety…

About those calls to loosen university testing deadlines. Chancellor Marshall Criser says he’s working on it, the Independent Alligator reports.

Loose standards if you believe it.

Teaching tolerance. Schools work on their diversity lessons as fears rise about the potential for hate crimes, the Villages Daily Sun reports.

Oops, religion in school! Diversianity rides again – because one can never tolerate enough BS.

Homeschool.

Craven fool invades beach:

To protest people packing the sands, a Santa Rosa Beach lawyer is taking action and hitting the road.

Daniel Uhlfelder, who is originally from Miami, will dress as the Grim Reaper starting Friday, he announced on Twitter.

The creepy getup may appear as if Halloween has come early. But it’s really meant to scare people away.

The people at the beach, living their lives without fear, are not the ones to scare. They’ll laugh at “Death.” Maybe, for a return favor, they can have pictures made with him – up close and all.

A lot of Chinese spies tourists in Florida lately.

In total, four Chinese men have been arrested for trespassing and taking photos at Naval Air Station Key West since September 2018, and two Chinese women have been arrested for trespassing at Mar-a-Lago since March 2019.

“Coincidences take a lot of planning,” said Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence.

Maybe. Or maybe it’s all literary. I have no idea about Mar-a-Lago, but the NAS visitors obviously wanted to see where Tom Ironsides crashed that Dassault Falcon in Shaded of Cuba (THE SUBSTITUTE). Ever wonder where the plane came from? You’ll find out soon enough, along with whatever became of their passenger.

Florida, globalism, horses, tasty ethnic food

A follow-up to the PCR link from this morning: Someone is killing horses in Florida. A very well-written story from the Tampa Bay Times on the crime spree:

Buying and selling horse meat is effectively illegal in the U.S., but slaughter had been on the minds of many in the Central Florida horse community lately. In the span of a couple of weeks, horses in three counties had been stolen, killed and butchered, ravaged bodies or severed heads left behind. The news rattled owners and caretakers who feared they’d be next.

Flood the nation with third-worlders and enjoy the tasty ethnic food – even if it’s your pet. The kids will be next.

Government Schools = Six-Year-Olds Fingerprinted

A charter school, the concept of which sounds like something the Kings of Old would have set up to facilitate graft, are nothing more than government “public” schools with fancy paperwork. Like the rest of the criminal operations, they abuse the children in their “care.” See another example out of Florida:

A Florida grandmother was shocked to find out her 6-year-old granddaughter had been arrested Thursday for throwing a tantrum.

Meralyn Kirkland says Kaia’s journey to the juvenile detention center by Orlando Police Officers began at Lucious and Emma Nixon Elementary charter school.

“What do you mean she was arrested, he said ‘there was an incident and she kicked somebody and she is being charged and she is on her way,’” Kirkland explained.

The disorienting chaos was too much for Kirkland to process.

“She has a medical condition that we are working on getting resolved and he says, ‘what medical condition, she has a sleep disorder, sleep apnea,’ and he says, ‘well I have sleep apnea and I don’t behave like that.”

First grader Kaia was handcuffed and carted off where Kirkland says she was fingerprinted and even had a mug shot taken.

“They told us we had to wait a few minutes because Kaia was being fingerprinted, and when she said finger printed it hit me like a ton of bricks,” Kirkland said. “No six year old child should be able to tell somebody that they had handcuffs on them and they were riding in the back of a police car and taken to a juvenile center to be fingerprinted, mug shot”

Kaia is happy to be back home.

And, from the happy safety of her home, she should be homeschooled. This little case speaks volumes about what’s wrong with this nation. At the heart of it, civilized people don’t arrest small children, who by law, cannot form the requisite intentions necessary to commit crimes. If I were the judge, I would hold the entire damned State in criminal contempt for daring to instigate this bullshit. Any and every associated government agent would be locked in jail … until. Further, regardless of injunctive powers, I would order, pursuant to the contempt action if nothing else, every school in the jurisdiction closed … until.

As-is, this case will be dismissed and forgotten about. It’s sad that we can’t do that with the “schools.”

Very Poorly Timed Florida Law – TPC

The Timing Was Off…

It may be that I’ve recovered from my fit of tobacco shop over-righteousness. Rumor has it that a hatchet has been buried and I’m back where I belong. The bad elements, if any, can usually be avoided; it’s all a matter of timing. And, as with smoke, so it is with politics.
*
The timing was just off in Florida. Governor Ron DeSantis, his cabinet, and his entire elephantine party in Tallahassee are about what one would expect of any band of Republicans these days. Not even with the unanimous assistance of the (equally what one would expect) Florida Democratic party could they get right a simple matter of temporal patience.
*
The Sunshine State has another new and very special law. House Bill 741 (2019) took instantaneous effect upon DeSantis’s signing. It revises and expands certain language concerning Florida Statute § 1000.05, et seq., regarding Florida’s K-20 government education scheme. (Nevermind, the lumping together of all levels of “education,” from kindergarten to graduate school…).
*
READ THE NEW LAW FOR YOURSELF
*
Advised that the first feature picture helps with social madness promos, I include this cutesy snapshot which I believe shows DeSantis and Ashley Moody enjoying lunch. Pic by Perrin.
*
Legislation like this is gaining in popularity with the States, being in the mold of this year’s federal H.R. 183. Florida’s new ordinance is designed to silence certain speech. It might best be summed up as The FL Anti-Anti-Semitism Act (in “Education”). Or, it could be summed up as The Unconstitutional, Ordinarily Illegal, Sellout of State Sovereignty Act (in “Education”).

child abuse, crime, evil, Florida, kill it with fire

If any of this is true, then can think of no reason at all why this creature should not be burned alive.

Andrew Bennett Ross Celaius faces the bulk of the charges. Deputies said the 37-year-old tortured the girl by throwing bottles of milk, sometimes completely full, at her as she slept.

They said at a press conference Wednesday that he used an overhand motion to hit the child with the milk, causing her to wake up and cry.

Chief Deputy Chip Simmons said Celaius fired an airsoft gun at the sleeping girl, “for no other reason but to wake the child up and to hurt the child.”

Shock collars are typically used to train dogs. Deputies said Celaius used one to torment the little girl.

“You can hear the sounds of the dog collar being activated, and then the shrieking and the pain that the child has suffered as a result of this,” Simmons said.

The burn marks were said to have been caused by a small torch.

As if the physical abuse wasn’t traumatic enough, Simmons said Celaius performed these acts while wearing a werewolf mask.

He was charged with six counts of aggravated child abuse, four counts of child abuse, violating probation, possession of a weapon and several drug-related charges.

Back in 2006, Celaius was charged with the murder of 2-year-old Kyler Janes, who had been hospitalized with bruises covering his body and bleeding in his brain and eyes.

A jury found him not guilty, WKRG reported.

Wednesday night, authorities found Celaius hanging by the neck in his jail cell, WEAR reported. He survived, but his condition is not known.

His condition is evil. It’s a shame he survived.

Dear Tallahassee: The Second Amendment Requires No “Guardian”

From today’s TPC:

Dear Tallahassee: The Second Amendment Requires No “Guardian”

Legislative sessions continue to confirm many uncomfortable truths. One is that people are just plain stupid. Another is what Cicero said (just a few years back): “The more laws, the less justice.”

Case in point: the Second Amendment runs all of twenty-six words – plain, simple, so unambiguous a Supreme Court Lackey can almost understand it. That was then, in 1791. Today, on or about May 1, 2019, the sad, slow legislature of the great, humid State of Florida* gave us House Bill 7093 (2019), the “Armed Teachers Act.” (As of my typing time, it is assumed that Governor What’s-His-Guy will sign it into immediate lawful effect). It’s some 42 pages, around 9,000 words. The verbose, the numerological, and the pedantic, especially those Freudianly obsessed with “Incorporation,” must be ecstatic with both the law and with my take. It’s 350 times the law!!!
I know, as a right-winger and a gun nut I’m supposed to be happy that brave “Guardians” will be armed and patrolling the Sunshine State schools to protect them youngins. So sorry (not really), but I just don’t feel warm and fuzzy about this overwrought piece of official toilet paper.
Read all about the excitement of it from The Miami Herald. It’s a good article but it’s full of quotes from politi-critters. Those, I tend to “hear” more than I read. Honestly, they all sound like lound, angry rats scrambling up a gravelly embankment to escape a sex orgy of leeches and coyotes. [Threw up a little in my mouth just thinking of it].
For now we shall leave the demographic and practical political angles alone beyond a few points tangential to the following, to wit:
