While wandering around the only open store in the state, dodging zombies and NBC-suited scooter riders as I went, I saw this:

Gee, for $21.99!! one would think they’d spell “Fee” and “Slave” correctly.

My “smart” phone just reminded me that it’s Masters Week! And that I should already be on vacation at the writer’s cottage. HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh, this hoax is hurting worse than any flu!

It’s a little different this year. So, as you do not attend church because of the Corona Hoax, you can at least thank the beautiful Ann Barnhardt for reminding us of the time (I had never known about this) when the French Faithful knocked down a wall to break into their church.
The French are a bunch of weak surrender-monkeys, right? Tough old ‘Muricans have freedom fries!

This is more like it – a heartwarming story right out of Camp of the Saints. This guy didn’t get the ISIS shelter-in-place memo:
A knife-wielding Sudanese migrant shouting “Allahu Akbar!” has stabbed two people to death and wounded “at least” seven others in France.
The suspected killer, said to be an asylum seeker in his thirties, was initially reported as having struck outside a bakery in Romans-sur-Isère, in the south-east of the country, by outlets including the MailOnline, citing local media.
Only a racist would have suggested this woman and/or child enemygrant stay in Sudan where he belonged. Before they were ultimately enriched, I hope the “victims” thanked Aloha Snackbar for his provided strength. I also hope he doesn’t contract the Wu Flu while awaiting bail.

Meanwhile, in Tunisia:
A police robot has been deployed to patrol areas of Tunisia’s capital, Tunis, to ensure that people are observing a coronavirus lockdown.
If it spies anyone walking in the largely deserted streets, it approaches them and asks why they are out.
They must then show their ID and other papers to the robot…
Or else he goes all ED-209 on them. This thing looks like the Atlanta Bum Bot’s big brother. I tried to warn everyone. You’d think that in Tunisia of all places, they would have listened.

What happened to that? What happened to the “wall” from Jefferson’s letter and Everson V. BOE, etc? I suppose that only applied to running God and the Godly out of the government’s schools. Now, that the schools are all closed, the state has no problem whatsoever prohibiting the free exercise of religion. Worse, the churches and the people have gone along happily. It could be that, along with covering for the usurers, the hysteria was designed to empty the pews. This may be new but it isn’t normal.

The Federal Reserve is easing up on those onerous reserve requirements which banks haven’t had to meet in decades.
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday eased rules around how banks account for their supersafe assets, a move meant to boost the flow of credit to cash-strapped consumers and businesses during the coronavirus slowdown.
The Fed said it would exclude for one-year Treasurys and deposits held at the central bank from banks’ supplementary leverage ratio calculation. The ratio measures capital—funds that banks raise from investors, earn through profits and use to absorb losses—as a percentage of loans and other assets.
Big U.S. banks must maintain capital equal to at least 3% of all of their assets, including loans, investments and real estate. By holding banks to a minimum ratio, regulators effectively restrict them from making too many loans without increasing their capital levels.
The banks are sitting on giant stockpiles of cash, U.S. government debt and other safe assets. By tweaking how the ratio is calculated, the Fed is effectively trying to engineer a swap. Remove Treasurys and central bank deposits from the calculation, the thinking goes, and banks should be able to replace them in the asset pool with loans to consumers and businesses.
Hey, look! The little dog is tugging on that curtain! It’s only temporary, they say – just like income tax withholding! So, what are they planning? To help us borrow our way to prosperity? Or, just out of a gravity well of existing debt? This stuff is so transparent that they may have to move up football season to divert the normies. Oh, already planning that. Carry on!

Clearing the Miasma
Happy April, fools!
Listen now, I know all of this latter-day hysteria has us a little down in the dumps. We need not obsess over a teeny-tiny organism that we can’t even see. So, today we’re going to discuss something else entirely! Something fun! To the sports desk:
TPC’S EXCLUSIVE 2020 MASTERS TOURNAMENT COVERAGE
_[__________Ripoff Template 3: INSERT BS “STORY” HERE__________]_
Okay… um… the virus, then…
Greetings, dear friends. I trust you’re all at home, bored to tears. How are the kids? What? No “school” again this week? Get ‘em some of that STEM they keep talking about, which I think has something to do with botany. How was church Sunday? Got your $1,200 in government cheese yet? I jest, sorry. Anyway, one of the subjects the kiddos aren’t missing right now is literature. And part of that, fabled throughout our long history, is the art of poetry. Assonance, meter, carburetion, and other elements have always eluded my mastery. So, since you have nothing to do and I am just about out of my damn mind, let’s give it a stab. Yes, gather up your traveling papers, maintain that social distance, and let’s shelter in place while we bail ourselves out with a pandemic poem.
Safer at Gnome
By Perrin Lovett
A.D. COVID-XIX
There is a tree, in west Tennessee, outside of Jackson, they say.
There lives a Gnome, often happy at home, who can keep the virus at bay.
Just play him a tune, at a quarter past noon, on a fretted old dulcimer, true.
And, ask him politely, if he might do rightly, to stem the pandemic of dread.
But, mention not his neighbor; Leprechaun did him no favor when he gave their gold to the Fed.
Magic, you see, from a Gnome in a tree, is all that salvation requires.
Oh, what’s that you say? And, what, by the way, should we sing to our new little friend?
Just strum ye along, to this favorite song, and watch all our troubles upend:

Let that sink in. BTW, an Antonov-124 has a payload capacity of 330,000 pounds. That’s a lot of help.
A Russian military plane carrying medical equipment has departed for the United States, the defense ministry in Moscow said Wednesday, as the Kremlin flexes its soft power amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Antonov-124, “with medical masks and medical equipment on board”, left for the U.S. overnight, a statement said, without providing further details.
Video released by the ministry showed the cargo plane loaded with boxes preparing to take off from a military airbase near Moscow early Wednesday morning.
Will Democrats and neocons reject any of this Russia-Russia-Russia equipment?
