That one really fizzled out, as even stupid ‘Muricans were able to see that the pox only affects sodomites and children (and I suppose some animals) molested by sodomites. Still, it is rather telling that the lamest, most preventable disease ever may be a lasting feature here in our continent-spanning Sodom and Gomorrah. The wages of sin are never-ending hoaxes.

The State Department on Thursday unequivocally warned that if Russia invades Ukraine the Nord Stream 2 pipeline will sit unused at the bottom of the ocean.

The controversial pipeline has become the U.S. and NATO’s biggest bargaining chip in its attempts to preserve Kyiv’s sovereignty.

But reporters questioned the diplomatic agency on whether Germany, which would profit from the functioning pipeline, is on the same page when it comes to countering a Russian incursion.

“We continue to have strong, clear communication with our German allies,” Under Secretary for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said. “If Russia invades Ukraine, one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward.”

Her comments echoed those made by Secretary of State Antony Blinken earlier this week, but reporters pushed back on the ability to enforce this threat given the pipeline’s physical completion.

Nuland. Why on earth do we need a Nuland??? Americans will rue allowing her and her ilk to take over the US.

Don’t worry Boomer Cons, muh Fourth Amendment protects against unwarranted (illegal) searches and seizures in the airport.

U.S. government officials are adding data from as many as 10,000 electronic devices each year to a massive database they’ve compiled from cellphones, iPads and computers seized from travelers at the country’s airports, seaports and border crossings, leaders of Customs and Border Protection told congressional staff in a briefing this summer.

The rapid expansion of the database and the ability of 2,700 CBP officers to access it without a warrant — two details not previously known about the database — have raised alarms in Congress about what use the government has made of the information, much of which is captured from people not suspected of any crime. CBP officials told congressional staff the data is maintained for 15 years.

Details of the database were revealed Thursday in a letter to CBP Commissioner Chris Magnus from Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), who criticized the agency for “allowing indiscriminate rifling through Americans’ private records” and called for stronger privacy protections.

Stronger protections?! B-b-but, muh constitution!

Really. Burner devices. And clear them or destroy them before returning to the land of the fee and the home of the slave.

Maybe the USSA didn’t defeat the Noble Confederacy 157 years ago. After all, Washington is still fighting the “lost cause.”

An independent commission is recommending that the Confederate Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery be dismantled and taken down, as part of its final report to Congress on the renaming of military bases and assets that commemorate the Confederacy.

Panel members on Tuesday rolled out the final list of ships, base roads, buildings and other items that they said should be renamed. But unlike the commission’s recommendations earlier this year laying out new names for nine Army bases, there were no suggested names for the roughly 1,100 assets across the military that bear Confederate names.

Retired Army Brig. Gen. Ty Seidule, vice-chair of the commission, said the final cost for all of its renaming recommendations will be $62,450,030.

I haven’t looked into it, but I’d guess $62 million would go a long way towards restoring full water service in Jackson. But hey, priorities. Whatever the cost, go ahead and spend the fake money; the ancient namesakes were and are too good for the dead empire.

2033 does seem a little optimistic, these days. Before he died, Vladimir Zhirinovsky predicted the end of the USSA was much closer:

Will the USA hold together through 2024? Earlier this year Covid-related complications took the life of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the bombastic perennial leader of Russia’s Liberal Democratic Party. He was known not just for his inimitable oratory but also for the uncanny accuracy of his predictions. For example, he predicted the start of Russia’s Special Military Operation in the Ukraine almost to the day—months before the fact and at a time when nobody else had much of a clue as to what would happen. Another prediction of his reads as follows: “There won’t be a US presidential election in 2024 because there will no longer be a United States.” Will he turn out to be prescient on this count too? Let’s watch!

Having no choice, we might as well watch. Hilariously or alarmingly, back in 2004 he noted (of the USSA): “Your future presidents are black, Muslim, one–legged and homosexual.” So, batting 1000…

I didn’t watch Brandon’s satanic ritual in Philly as I care nothing about what dictators and fake presidents say. Still, his mere optics have alarmed a number of people. Note, in that bit, that Jonah Goldberg agrees with just about everything Brandon hissed. This is all beginning to look an awful lot like the judgement of God on a disobedient people.

US foreign policy and CIA adventurism have descended to the level of an early 1980’s after-school cartoon. Just like the toons, it’s all fake and scripted. It’s still dangerous, but the believability has simply departed. I tend to trust the Taliban’s version of the alleged murder of a former CIA informant/henchman. We’ll get as much proof of al-Zawahiri’s death as we did of Bin Laden’s (his second death, in 2011). I also wonder if these new-fangled Katana bombs scream “Hiiiiii-Yaw!” as they swope in for the (fake) kill.

On a somewhat-related note: if you’re tired of #StandingWithJewishHitler and want to swap out the Ukrainian flag emoji, here are some alternatives, little oppressed underdogs fighting for whatever the Empire says is important:

Russia is building a nuclear power plant in Egypt.

“The start of construction on the El Dabaa power plant’s first reactor means Egypt is now joining the club of the world’s nuclear energy producing nations,” Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachyov said at a ceremony launching the construction.

Located on Egypt’s northern coast some 130 kilometers northwest of Cairo, El Dabaa will be Egypt’s first nuclear power plant as well as Rosatom’s first major project in Africa. The plant, which is set to be completed by 2028, will have four VVER-1200 reactors with a total nameplate capacity of 4,800 megawatts.

Watch this project and compare it to the pathetic shitshow unfolding to nowhere down in Burke County, GA with the USSA’s final foray into nuclear energy. Unless the USSA or Israel bombs the El Dabaa plant, it could easily become operational before the final towel is thrown in on the failures at Plant Vogtle.

And I suppose we know which side of the great bifurcation Egypt falls on. Another nation moves up the new pyramid (sorry…) while ours fades into 3rd world obscurity.
