The Extreme Price of Feminism

America, collapse, feminism, Paul Craig Roberts

PCR, as always, is right on it.

Every seam of the foundation of Western civilization has been opened, and the building is collapsing. The US government and local police operate on the principle that “might makes right.” A majority of the younger generations cannot tell facts from opinion. Integrity is understood as something that gets in the way of your success. Success is measured in money. Nothing can be trusted. Democracy is impotent, because explanations are controlled in behalf of agendas. Free speech, guaranteed by the founding document of the country, isoffensive” and on its way out. The only scholarship and research that universities permit and institutions fund is that which supports official explanations and the ruling elite’s agendas. Evidence no longer counts as Russiagate and the latest accusation against Trump prove. Even in criminal indictments, conviction rests on allegations alone in 97% of felony cases.

Over the course of my life I have watched America be destroyed. Those born into a destroyed country don’t know that it has been destroyed. As the destruction progresses, each generation born into it simply sees what they are born into as normal. The younger the generation, the less it knows of its country’s destruction. As they are educated to understand their history as one built on slavery, they think that all that has been lost is slavery. Given this enculturation of the young, how can Humpty-Dumpty be put back together again?

He may have just a few years on me, but I can easily identify the decline I’ve seen in my lifetime. And, he’s right about the younger generations thinking this is all normal as it’s all they’ve ever known. I hope he’s wrong that the damage done is permanent.

But … happy October! Great stuff coming this month!

Very, Very Small Liquidity Crisis

What the hell is going on in NYC? Why aren’t the police down at 33 Liberty Street making arrests? Something is very wrong.

The New York Federal Reserve Bank said Friday it will inject billions into the US financial plumbing on a daily basis for the next three weeks in an effort to prevent a spike in short-term interest rates.

The Fed will offer up to $75 billion a day in repurchase agreements — exchanging secure assets for cash for very short periods — through October 10, it said in a statement.

In addition, it will offer three 14-day “repo” operations of at least $30 billion each.

And, this started on Monday (not starting today or next Monday) – 25 days of crisis cash? Plus another ten days of REPO BUCKS!!! (Like something out of the “education” lottery, no?) Run those numbers and this adds up to a $2.3 TRILLION DOLLAR* BAILOUT of the G-D banks! Out of thin air! I ain’t buying any of the excuses – bond-buying sprees, CDS collateralization, Antonio Brown getting cut, whatever. This is financial sorcery running amuck. The Goldman Sachs says we’re in for a rough October. No kidding, guys.

*$2.3 Tn, again just *POOF* created out of nothing, is almost enough to pay off all existing student loans and all credit card balances. Remember that, Ma and Pa Debtor, when the government runs up even more debt, on your backs, for another, larger future bailout, while telling you “we all have to do our parts” to help the “Too Big To Fails.” Remember and vote or something. Hold your breath.

Amerika, collapse, culture, deep decline, marriage, society

Nothing to see here, comrades.

The shrinkage in the marriage market is but a symptom.

“Most American women hope to marry but current shortages of marriageable men–men with a stable job and a good income–make this increasingly difficult, especially in the current gig economy of unstable low-paying service jobs,” explains lead author Dr. Daniel T. Lichter of Cornell University, in a media release. “Marriage is still based on love, but it also is fundamentally an economic transaction. Many young men today have little to bring to the marriage bargain, especially as young women’s educational levels on average now exceed their male suitors.”

It’s like there’s a dire shortage of adults. Oh yeah, there is.

We are losing crucial emotional and mental capacities for self-reflection, for wandering thought, for the ability to tolerate boredom. And that is the very definition of being a child — all id, out of control, demanding and needy and dependent. It’s poisoned our politics and our personhood, the terrible irony is this: Only we can fix it.

Correction: only the long, slow passage of time or war will fix this. Neither of these articles mentioned anything beyond the symptoms of the decline. The authors are likely incapable of understanding the root causes. They will fix nothing. Indeed, the fix is in. Like a plan or something.

book review, collapse, economics

Daniel Markovits of Yale Law has a new book coming out. It may be interesting. The following is a snippet, pre-release:

The main obstacle to overcoming meritocratic inequality is not technical but political. Today’s conditions induce discontent and widespread pessimism, verging on despair. In his book Oligarchy, the political scientist Jeffrey A. Winters surveys eras in human history from the classical period to the 20th century, and documents what becomes of societies that concentrate income and wealth in a narrow elite. In almost every instance, the dismantling of such inequality has been accompanied by societal collapse, such as military defeat (as in the Roman empire) or revolution (as in France and Russia).

Nevertheless, there are grounds for hope. History does present one clear-cut case of an orderly recovery from concentrated inequality: In the 1920s and ’30s, the U.S. answered the Great Depression by adopting the New Deal framework that would eventually build the mid-century middle class. Crucially, government redistribution was not the primary engine of this process. The broadly shared prosperity that this regime established came, mostly, from an economy and a labor market that promoted economic equality over hierarchy—by dramatically expanding access to education, as under the GI Bill, and then placing mid-skilled, middle-class workers at the center of production.

An updated version of these arrangements remains available today; a renewed expansion of education and a renewed emphasis on middle-class jobs can reinforce each other. The elite can reclaim its leisure in exchange for a reduction of income and status that it can easily afford. At the same time, the middle class can regain its income and status and reclaim the center of American life.

Rebuilding a democratic economic order will be difficult. But the benefits that economic democracy brings—to everyone—justify the effort. And the violent collapse that will likely follow from doing nothing leaves us with no good alternative but to try.

Even “liberals” are sensing the problem. He’s on to something, a little late, about the conditions and the rigging. He’s off about the solution, I think. But, he grasps that violence is coming. That, I think is now unavoidable – partly because of the changes that Markovits hints around but doesn’t address (this ain’t the country it was in 1962). I do like his optimism though. Maybe consider the read in September.

Women’s liberation and most of what passed for cultural progress in the 20th Century was and are dyscivilizational. Bill Sardi explains:

An historical sequence of events exemplified by advances in the women’s liberation movement combined with demographic changes in the American population has led to an irreversible catastrophe of cataclysmic proportion in the U.S. and throughout the world.

Allow me to pen the historical steps that led to the present situation. Few women in the 1960s would guess that the women’s liberation movement would have such a profound effect upon geopolitical events in the world today.

1960s: the birth control pill gives women freedom to have sex without fear of pregnancy.

He goes on and on. The slide did not start in the 60s. Nor are only the ladies to blame. For instance, it was a bunch of misguided men who approved and ratified the Nineteenth Amendment. Thanks, fellas!

Buffett has certainly done his part to help get us where we are and towards where we’re headed.

The current economic environment is one that no one could have seen coming, Warren Buffett said.

In an CNBC interview that aired Friday, Buffett noted that unemployment is at generation lows, yet inflation and interest rates are not rising. While at the same time the U.S. government continues to spend more money than it takes in.

“No economics textbook I know that was written in the first couple of thousand years that discussed even the possibility that you could have this sort of situation continue and have all variables stay more or less the same,” Buffett told CNBC’s Becky Quick on Thursday ahead of the annual Berkshire Hathaway shareholders meeting in Omaha on Saturday.

Lies about lies. Someone – more than one – saw it coming. It’s not economics, not even financialization. It’s sorcery.

“The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie.” 2 Thessalonians 2:9.

Read what Philip Salzman and Paul Craig Roberts have to say about what passes for America and her colleges.

Universities in the 20th century were dedicated to the advancement of knowledge. Scholarship and research were pursued, and diverse opinions were exchanged and argued in the “marketplace of ideas.”

This is no longer the case. Particularly in the social sciences, humanities, education, social work, and law, a single political ideology has replaced scholarship and research, because the ideology presents fixed answers to all questions. And, although the most important thing in universities today is the diversity of race, gender, sexual practice, ethnicity, economic class, and physical and mental capability, there is no longer diversity of opinion. Only those committed to the ideology are admitted to academic staff or administration.

Universities have been transformed by the near-universal adoption of three interrelated theories: postmodernism, postcolonialism, and social justice. These theories and their implications will be explored here.

There Is No Truth; Nothing Is Good or Bad

The great shame is that most of the students do not know and do not care. Neither do their idiot parents. Neither do other idiots. Maybe they should.

Add in the second- and third-generation migrants, and you’re looking at around 85 million foreigners in a population of 310 million. That’s why I said, on a recent Darkstream, that the level of violence that can be reasonably anticipated in a US-breakdown scenario is Cultural Revolution-magnitude, which would indicate fatalities in the 50M to 100M range.

That’s Vox Day’s assessment. I was thinking 50 – 80 million. Another shame is that, again, nearly none care. (The greatest shame may be that 80 – 100M is too few).

Bumping the White Man

Joe Biden is as senile as he is corrupt. That explains his pointless babbling about white culture, violence, and various fairy tales.

The former vice-president Joe Biden condemned “a white man’s culture” on Tuesday night as he lashed out against violence against women and, more specifically, regretted his role in the supreme court confirmation hearings that undermined Anita Hill’s credibility nearly three decades ago.

Biden, a Democratic presidential prospect who often highlights his white working-class roots, said Hill, who is African American, should not have been forced to face a panel of “a bunch of white guys”.

“To this day I regret I couldn’t come up with a way to give her the kind of hearing she deserved,” he said, echoing comments he delivered last fall as the nation debated sexual misconduct allegations against Brett Kavanaugh amid his supreme court confirmation hearing.

Later in his Tuesday remarks, Biden called on Americans to “change the culture” that dates back centuries and allows pervasive violence against women. “It’s an English jurisprudential culture, a white man’s culture. It’s got to change,” Biden said.

We’ve gone from Ted Kennedy’s drunken lies, pre-1965 Immigration Act, to Biden’s demented, open, and utter contempt, today. Well. Let’s make at least one change! I suggest we ease the cultural problems by kicking the former Veep out of America. I hear the Atlantic is available.

In the meanwhile, another idiot has undone some of that English cracker jurisprudence and tradition. Bye, bye, bump stocks.

Bump stocks — the gun add-ons that can dramatically increase their rate of fire — are now officially illegal in the U.S., after a Trump administration ban took effect Tuesday. Anyone selling or owning bump stocks could face up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000 for each violation.

Chief Justice John Roberts declined to hear an appeal from gun makers on the new ban Tuesday, allowing it to remain in place. A separate appeal that seeks a stay on enforcing the ban is before Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

The ban requires any bump stocks to be destroyed or turned in to law enforcement authorities. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has even posted instructions and diagrams showing how to destroy one of the devices and satisfy the new ban.

“In fact, no bump stocks will be ‘grandfathered in,'” as NPR’s Martin Kaste reported last month. “The new federal rule reclassifies them all as ‘machine guns,’ no matter when they were purchased, and owning one will become a felony.”

The jury is in at last! Vindicated against nonsense by the Mueller report, Trump, via his own unconstitutional actions (and all the broken or false promises), proved himself to be a lowlife sack of shit.

Seriously, an executive order, based on a false flag ISIS job, can and does terminate the Second Amendment, but the worst invasion in recorded history warrants emergency action in name only. Pathetic.

And, the failure to grandfather existing stocks actually renders Trump’s betrayal worse than Reagan’s 1986 FOPA faux pas.

Okay, I’m being a little harsh. After all, I’m sure we’ll get the (whole) wall, the big drain job, and a BOP cell for Hillary by the end of the week. Treason trials to start Monday. EO banning abortion by the end of next week.

Remember all this next November. I’ll remind you.

PS: use a loose grip or a rubber band (before Trump bans those too).

It’s pointless. If you vote, then know that no matter how you vote, nothing will change. It. Is. Over.

Here’s a Halloween story to have you screaming like Jamie Lee Curtis. We’ve reached the terminal tipping point. It’s one we’ve been waiting for a while now and finally, it’s here. More Americans now collect “benefits” than pay taxes. Over. Done.

I double checked the numbers and it’s true – 167 million taking, with over 121 million paying. The only question is how this affects voters. One can safely assume that now the majority of those who cast ballots will continue to do so to keep the gravy coming.

So ends the Grand Experiment.

More pressure for the West.

Watch and see how well constitutional protections hold up in South Africa.

White landowners prepare to flee.

And they don’t even need to “reform” the law to seize the land, they just do it – NOW.

THE South African government has begun the process of seizing land from white farmers.

Local newspaper City Press reports two game farms in the northern province of Limpopo are the first to be targeted for unilateral seizure after negotiations with the owners to purchase the properties stalled.

While the government says it intends to pay, owners Akkerland Boerdery wanted 200 million rand ($18.7 million) for the land — they’re being offered just 20 million rand ($1.87 million).

“Notice is hereby given that a terrain inspection will be held on the farms on April 5, 2018 at 10am in order to conduct an audit of the assets and a handover of the farm’s keys to the state,” a letter sent to the owners earlier this year said.

Akkerland Boerdery obtained an urgent injunction to prevent eviction until a court had ruled on the issue, but the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs is opposing the application.

“What makes the Akkerland case unique is that they apparently were not given the opportunity to first dispute the claim in court, as the law requires,” AgriSA union spokeswoman Annelize Crosby told the paper.

Imagine that, illegal actions in defiance of the existing law. One also might wonder where all the virtuous know-it-alls of the 1980’s are now. Remember them and apartheid? They’re absent, of course, at the moment. But they will chime in, heavily, in around five years when the famine and chaos hit SA hard. Will they play Sun City???
