THIS is one of the best summaries of the situation I have read. Read it.

Russia and China steam ahead into the future. Read THE Statement. Make what you will of the mentions of “Covid,” the UN, and the climate fiction. Pay attention to the overwhelming nationalism.
The sides believe that democracy is a means of citizens’ participation in the government of their country with the view to improving the well-being of population and implementing the principle of popular government. Democracy is exercised in all spheres of public life as part of a nation-wide process and reflects the interests of all the people, its will, guarantees its rights, meets its needs and protects its interests. There is no one-size-fits-all template to guide countries in establishing democracy. A nation can choose such forms and methods of implementing democracy that would best suit its particular state, based on its social and political system, its historical background, traditions and unique cultural characteristics. It is only up to the people of the country to decide whether their State is a democratic one.
Results for the people, the nation itself – not for some foreign, lying elite.
The sides support the deepened strategic partnership within BRICS, promote the expanded cooperation in three main areas: politics and security, economy and finance, and humanitarian exchanges.
Goodbye, dollar, and goodbye, SWIFT.
Read the whole thing. Compare it to the idiocy from the dead, fake Western governments, their evil masters, and their whore media. The civilized nations are actively defeating the satanic globalists. What’s left of the West either comes along or gets left behind.

Americans – or, more accurately, USians – are a dim, dull people, mentally speaking. Even so, it’s encouraging that a majority disfavor direct suicidal intervention in the nothing in Ukraine.
The Economist/YouGov survey showed that only 13% of US adults believe it would be a “good idea” to deploy troops to fight Russians in Ukraine. In fact, support for a combat mission on Moscow’s doorstep is so low that more Americans (17%) favor withdrawing from NATO than tangling with Russia’s military. The poll found that 55% of Americans believe sending combat troops to Ukraine would be a “bad idea,” while 33% are unsure.
The will to empire is fading just as the empire itself fades. Good.

This is more of an extension than an update. We also encountered some video issues. So, kindly listen to the pods: https://anchor.fm/freedomprepper
All the shows are there, a new one added every day. Each episode gets more traffic on day one than this site does in a month, so I’m not sure why I bother linking each day. Bookmark, friends. We’re gunning for the marks of 5000/10 and then, methinks, the pace here will slow considerably (so as to allow the development of PPN into a powerhouse and to crank up the old novel factory). Progress?

How many times must the CIA be found carrying out its primary mission – breaking the law – before it is publically recognized as a deadly threat to freedom or at least the congruency of what passes for government these days?
The letter, which was declassified and made public today reveals that “the CIA has secretly conducted its own bulk program,” authorized under Executive Order 12333, rather than the laws passed by Congress.
The letter notes that the program was “entirely outside the statutory framework that Congress and the public believe govern this collection, and without any of the judicial, congressional or even executive branch oversight that comes from [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] collection.”
“FISA gets all the attention because of the periodic congressional reauthorizations and the release of DOJ, ODNI and FISA Court documents,” said Senators Wyden and Heinrich in response to the newly declassified documents. “But what these documents demonstrate is that many of the same concerns that Americans have about their privacy and civil liberties also apply to how the CIA collects and handles information under executive order and outside the FISA law. In particular, these documents reveal serious problems associated with warrantless backdoor searches of Americans, the same issue that has generated bipartisan concern in the FISA context.”
‘No need to bother any judge, congress critter, or the office of the president; we’ll just do whatever the hell we please!’
Now, sorry to bother you, back to the new abnormal. There’s a mask with your face under it, after all. Some women are sliding rocks across the ice on the telly! And, if you haven’t heard, the mean old Russians are up to something in another country you couldn’t find on a well-labeled map of Eastern Europe.
USA! USA?

A modification:
In the past year or so, in writing and/or on the PPN, I think I was a little too general or too hasty in dismissing the translation notes from Langley’s edition of UNRESTRICTED WARFARE (1999). The notes’ derisiveness speaks for itself in comparison to the main body of the subject matter. However, the blame probably does not lie with the translators.
After all, as to the line interpreters, any presumable Westerner smart enough to translate Chinese is probably at least moderately familiar with simple algebra. A mid to high-level org flow chart technocrat might not be; one certainly wouldn’t be that interested in it – especially one ordered to “see no evil.”
While I should have suspected as much, I did not realize until recently the extreme pressure and bullying that went downwards through the Company in order to minimize any objective risk assessment concerning China – during the optimistic phases of the now failed Eastward Leap. (One wonders about the political acrobatics happening now as the dark state belatedly comes about). The Dilbert principle at work in a wicked agency.
If you haven’t read the book and do not know what I’m talking about here, then perhaps you’re up for a promotion!
