America, culture, diversity, Pat Buchanan

Pat B. is at it again, asking uncomfortable questions and challenging the loyalties of the disloyal.

What defines us, said Joe Biden, are the “enduring principles in the Constitution, even though we don’t necessarily all know them.”

But if these principles, of which many Americans are not even aware, says Joe, are what define us and hold us together, then what is it that is tearing us apart?

Is it not our differences? Is it not our diversity?

Is it not the powerful and conflicting claims of a multiplicity of races, religions, tribes, ethnicities, and nationalities, as well as clashing ideologies, irreconcilable moral codes, a culture war, and conflicting visions of America’s past — the one side seeing it as horrible and hateful, the other as great and good?

“Diversity is our greatest strength!” we are ever admonished.

But where is the evidence for what appears to be not only an inherently implausible claim but a transparently foolish and false one?

A nation needs evidence like a fish needs a bicycle.

“There will be no opposition.” Last week’s false flag in Christchurch was a grabber’s dream come true.

The New Zealand leader’s promise of tightened gun laws in the wake of the Christchurch mosque shootings has been widely welcomed by a stunned population.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said her Cabinet will consider the details of the changes on Monday. She has said options include a ban on private ownership of semi-automatic rifles that were used with devastating effect in Christchurch and a government-funded buyback of newly outlawed guns.

While curtailing gun owners’ rights is a political battleground in the United States, Christchurch gun owner Max Roberts, 22, predicted Ardern won’t face serious opposition to her agenda.

“There will be no opposition to it. There’s no movement in New Zealand for that. Our media and politics are more left wing,” said Roberts, a carpenter who uses guns for hunting.

Elliot Dawson, who survived the shooting at Christchurch’s Linwood mosque by hiding in a bathroom, hopes New Zealand follows Australia’s lead on gun control.

Then, they’ll follow AUS’s lead on “refugees” and increased crime and terrorism (of the real, regular variety).

As always, question the official story and the ever-mutating narrative. Vox explains:

2019, Saint Patrick

Here’s to another St. Patrick’s Day, a celebratory tradition here at the old blog going back to our first March. Top o’ the mornin’ to ya! And, here’s to the coming of the First Day of Spring, 2019 – I’m more than ready this year – this Wednesday, the 20th.

saint-patrick

Saint Patrick was born a Roman citizen in ancient Britain.  At age 16 he was kidnapped and enslaved in Ireland.  He suffered his bondage for six years before escaping back to his home.  Later, as a priest and a bishop, he returned to Ireland as a missionary of the Church.  This in itself is a miracle I think.

BTW, the snakes are metaphorical. St. Paddy did not drive actual serpents out of Ireland. He forced out something much worse. Today, we could use his insight in Hollywood, in academia, and in the Vatican.

Brenton Tarrant, false flag, invasion, Islam, New Zealand shooting, terrorism, War

I caught the story early yesterday and I should have watched the “17-minute” livestream video. I did not and do not want to watch it but it might be helpful. As such, it’s been scrubbed. I may hunt it down later but probably not.

What did anyone expect to happen? How is this incident possibly a surprise? Diversity + Proximity = War. Migration = War. Simple stuff, really.

I agree it meets the definition of “terrorism.” So, my first law applies. Someone in authority, somewhere, had advance knowledge of Tarrant. This someone was probably the SAS of AUS or GB, possibly the CIA.

Muslims shoot up or bomb Christians, in or out of churches, every week in countries worldwide. We rarely hear about that. Odd? When muslims bomb, shoot, stab or run over Westerners it’s difficult to get the media to make any link to “terrorism.” Odd?

I think Vox is right – false flag:

New Zealand = false flag

UPDATE: The shootings in New Zealand were almost certainly the first of the false flags everyone who has been paying attention has been anticipating. The paid shills are out HARD on this one trying to put out the fires being set by everyone who notices the highly cheesy nature of the so-called manifesto or the unlikely prospect of a very fit young Aussie who looks a lot like an SAS officer being inspired by a Norwegian to attack a mosque in New Zealand in order to defend gun rights in the United States.

—

Martin van Creveld warned you. I warned you. The history of the Islamic invasions of Europe and the reconquest of Spain warned you. The entire recorded history of the movement of peoples warned you. Of course, the inevitability of the historical trends is not going to even slow down the feigned media “shock and outrage” narrative that will greet the events in New Zealand that may be the beginning of Reconquista 2.0, the next phase in the conquest of the West, or simply a clumsy false flag designed to do anything from a) trigger war with Iran, b) justify the further suppression of inalienable rights, or c) derail the growing popularity of the nationalist right.

Two gunmen opened fire at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, at 1.40pm local time on Friday. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said 49 were killed. 41 were killed at Masjid Al Noor Mosque, seven at Linwood Masjid Mosque and one died at hospital.

48 people were rushed to hospital with gunshot wounds and 20 are in critical condition. One of the gunmen live-streamed the deadly attack on Facebook using a GoPro in footage too distressing to show. It was posted on a Facebook page belonging to Brenton Tarrant. It is understood the killer is an Australian-Brit who published a chilling 74-page manifesto before the rampage

Cops have arrested three men and a woman – with one found wearing a suicide vest. New Zealand Police commissioner Mike Bush said a man in his late twenties has been charged with murder and will appear in court tomorrow.

As I have written before, and will no doubt have to write again and again, the blood of the victims on both sides is on the hands of the evil politicians and activists who opened the borders of the nation-states of the West to foreign invaders. There is a reason Muslims refer to the lands outside the House of Submission as the Dar al-Harb, the House of War.

Dar al-Harab is a term classically referring to those countries where the Muslim law is not in force, in the matter of worship and the protection of the faithful and dhimmis. It is unclean by definition, and will not become clean until annexed to the House of Peace. Its denizens are either to be converted, killed or, if people of the book, tolerated as long as they pay the jizya.

So, don’t bother pretending to be shocked or upset. The bloodshed in Christchurch is what has always happened when rival civilizations clash as a result of one group of people moving into the territory of another group of people. The media never even pretends to shed any tears when dozens of Christians are regularly murdered in their churches in Pakistan, Egypt, and elsewhere in the Middle East. And if the brave men and women of the armed forces had simply defended their nations from Islamic invasion instead of massacring hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, and children everywhere from Afghanistan to Somalia, ordinary men and women would feel no need to become resistance fighters in their own lands.

If, that is, anyone has actually done so, as there are more than a few distinctly false notes throughout the entire manifesto, which makes me very reluctant to accept the scenario at face value. The entire document felt very cut-and-pasted, and as if it had multiple authors, at least one of whom was trolling the reader.

UPDATE: Apparently option (c) was the correct answer.

The pathology of identity politics on the extreme right….

AUS Senator William Fraser Anning is right as well. Anytime the MSM and the other pols are “outraged” about something said, then that something is probably true.

It’s possible that the shooting was the real deal, a counter-attack. Or, it could have been a soft flag or a mixed event. This guy actually looks like a Western Man pushed too far:

11017694-6811785-image-a-143_1552622395232

But his rambling Manifesto, misconstrued by the professional misconstruers, either suggests fabrication or insanity. I had a copy saved for this article. It was scrubbed:

Screenshot 2019-03-16 at 9.01.16 AM

Lot of “forbidden” about this story…

Here, for now, is THE MANIFESTO. See what you think. The man comes off sounding like AOC, with a radical Green New Deal. A pro-Communist Trump supporter who couldn’t stand Trump. A Right-wing extremist too be sure…

Flag objectives:

They’re already working in gun control in NZ. They’ll use this as an excuse to press further in AUS and even the USE.

The incident will foment further agitation in geopolitics.

War with Iran or someone may be in the works.

I advise ignoring anything from the MSM, the idiot pols, the usual suspects, etc. Pray for the West.

First Amendment, free-speech, police, stupidity

Feel free to flip off a cop. It’s protected free speech.

Well, actually don’t. It’s also really dumb speech.

Woman gets stopped for speeding. Cop shows mercy and gives her a ticket for a nonmoving violation. As police officer pulls away, however, woman gives him the finger – or, as a U.S. District Court puts it, “flips him the bird.”

Cop takes offense, switches on lights and siren and stops her again, ploughing into her car in the process and then, on top of that, changing the original ticket to a moving violation.

She sues the officer for violating her constitutional rights.

Did he?

Normally, cases like this one don’t get quite this far.

For one thing, most drivers don’t ordinarily give cops the finger as they pull away, especially when the officer has just let them off with a nonmoving violation.

But Cruise-Gulyas told The Washington Post that she was unhappy because, according to her, the area where she was pulled over in June 2017 about 18 miles southwest of Detroit is a notorious “speed trap” for the Taylor Police Department.

“I know this is a bunch of B.S.,” she said, so “when I pulled off I gave him the middle finger.”

And Minard went to the appeals court claiming immunity from the suit, arguing that even if he did violate her rights, which he did not admit to doing, those rights were not clearly established.

Judge Jeffrey Sutton, writing for a unanimous three-judge panel Wednesday, disagreed.

While suggesting the woman was a bit “ungrateful,” the second stop was not reasonable and the officer should have known it, Sutton said.

To justify the second stop, he wrote, Minard needed “probable cause that she had committed” a violation.

He didn’t have it, the judge said. Giving the finger is not a crime. That “all too familiar gesture,” as he put it, is “protected by the First Amendment.”

Since there was no reason to believe she broke the law, he also violated her Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable seizure when he pulled her over again.

While I applaud the court’s decision I’m reminded that hard cases make bad law. Or, dumb law. If you know you’re in a known speed trap area, then do not speed. If you do and you get pulled over, and the kind officer lets you off with a warning, then take it with gratitude.

Takes all kinds.

Civil Suits Against Uncivil Colleges

Two have been filed so far.

One, by students, is a class action aimed at the entry of unqualified applicants at the expense of those with true merit. This sounds kind of like the Asians v. Harvard case.

Another, by a parent (maybe with class potential) seeks $500 Billion (that’s a “B”) in unspecified damages for fraud.

A $500 billion civil lawsuit filed by a parent on Wednesday in San Francisco accused 45 defendants of defrauding and inflicting emotional distress on everyone whose “rights to a fair chance at entrance to college” were stolen through their alleged conspiracy.

In the largest known college admissions scandal in U.S. history, federal prosecutors on Tuesday said a California company made about $25 million by charging parents to secure spots for their children in elite schools, including Georgetown, Stanford and Yale, by cheating the admissions process.

Jennifer Kay Toy, a former teacher in Oakland, California, said she believed her son Joshua was not admitted to some colleges, despite his 4.2 grade point average, because wealthy parents thought it was “ok to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children’s way into a good college.”

Some special people, the government, and most professional academics have seen lying, stealing, and bribing as okay for a long time.

Does Trump Own a Veto Pen?

He says he’ll kill the bill after Senate GOPers cave (as usual) on national security and sovereignty.

The Senate voted Thursday to block President Donald Trump’s national emergency declaration over the southern border, a sharp bipartisan rebuke of the president’s flex of executive power.

The chamber comfortably passed the measure in a 59-41 vote. Twelve Republicans who worried about executive overreach supported it in an embarrassing blow to the president.

Trump plans to reject the bill, which the Democratic-held House has already passed. In one tweet after the vote, he simply said, “VETO!” In a subsequent message, he said he looks “forward to VETOING the just passed Democrat inspired Resolution,” thanking Republicans “who voted to support Border Security and our desperately needed WALL!”

I’m serious about the pen question. Will he follow through? So far we have zero wall. Will we get zero veto?

The invasion really is an emergency. Maybe it’s time to treat it as such.

Here. We. Go. This is what could be my most controversial issue yet, especially if you’re not into facts. I’m proud MB published this one, even with a disclaimer (not the first time). But, this TPC column (and this blog post) does represent the first time I’ve ever used (((ECHOES))), that Alt-Right touch of rhetoric. It’s probably not going to be a usual thing here or in the CFF annals but, this time, it fit in well.

I make some observations herein. I observe some text and history. I make some predictions and I give my opinions. If you think I’m wrong, then, by all means, point out where and how. Be specific. Maybe I’ve missed some other version of the Constitution, some other Roll Call votes, some other Bills and Resolutions, and some other political statements.

*ed.note – as is always the case, just a quick reminder that the views expressed by author P. Lovett do not necessarily represent or reflect the views of The Piedmont Chronicles, nor its staff or Editor, M.McCart. This piece is…heavy, and could very well be construed by some to come across a certain way; however, as a fierce, fierce defender of the 1st amendment, I never had any doubt I wouldn’t publish it. Or, if you will, I may not agree with what you say, “but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” As always, we appreciate you reading The Chronicles. – MBM

The Most Special Resolution in the World:

House Resolution 183 (2019), The Craven Admission of Total Failure Act

Not too long ago, freshman Congress Critter Ilhan Omar (D-Somalia) tweeted something about “AIPAC,” or the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. It was something about the inordinate amount of influence the group and its constituents wield in the United States Empire. The lovely little lady from Mogadishu (really) has since deleted the tweet, but not before it caused a considerable stir amongst the perpetually perturbed – a stir replete with 10,001 cries of “anti-Semitism.” You might have heard something about all of this.

What better way to refute claims that Jews in America hold too much power and influence than to have the entire American House of Representatives [SIC] vote to condemn one woman for daring to suggest that Jews in America hold too much power and influence.

That’s just what they did. Find ye HERE the Roll Call vote, number 108, 407 – 23 in favor of House Res. 183, the waaaay-too-long-entitled Condemning anti-Semitism as hateful expressions of intolerance that are contradictory to the values and aspirations that define the people of the United States and condemning anti-Muslim discrimination and bigotry against minorities as hateful expressions of intolerance that are contrary to the values and aspirations of the United States [Act].

The 23 rodents who voted against the Resolution did so because they felt the measure should have concentrated solely upon “anti-Semitism,” rather than on the laundry list of grievance groups actually included. The 407 rodents who voted in favor – including Omar (to her credit?) –  did so only after adding a laundry list of offended minority groups. (More on that in a moment).

Not to suggest, in any way, that Jews really do wield ridiculously outsized power in America, this is the second time, this year, Congress has entertained legislation to affirm Jewish supremacy. The first was S. 1 (2019), which passed the Senate 77-23 which, should it become law, could conceivably outlaw columns like this one. (Your author quakes with fear). Yes, as the numbering insinuates, this was the first Bill brought in the Senate this year – a Bill dedicated to the authority, the supremacy of a foreign power. America first?

Now, for the laundry list:

Whereas the first amendment to the Constitution established the United States as a country committed to the principles of tolerance and religious freedom, and the 14th amendment to the Constitution established equal protection of the laws as the heart of justice in the United States;

Whereas adherence to these principles is vital to the progress of the American people and the diverse communities and religious groups of the United States;

Whereas whether from the political right, center, or left, bigotry, discrimination, oppression, racism, and imputations of dual loyalty threaten American democracy and have no place in American political discourse;

Whereas white supremacists in the United States have exploited and continue to exploit bigotry and weaponize hate for political gain, targeting traditionally persecuted peoples, including African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other people of color, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, and others with verbal attacks, incitement, and violence;

… blah, blah, blah, more bullshit …

Resolved, That the House of Representatives—

(1) rejects the perpetuation of anti-Semitic stereotypes in the United States and around the world, including the pernicious myth of dual loyalty and foreign allegiance, especially in the context of support for the United States-Israel alliance;

…

Tolerance and the heart of justice. Principles vital to the progress of the American people and the diverse communities and religious groups of the United States. African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other people of color, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, and others. Hmmm. White supremacist exploitation the culprit behind black Muslim Tweets.

Before one comes to the Fourteenth Amendment or even the First Amendment, one necessarily reads the Preamble of the Constitution, which tells one exactly who these “Americans” are. They are the POSTERITY of the Founders. This is confirmed by Preamble, The Declaration of Independence, the unanimous composition of the Founders, and by the original Naturalization Act of 1790. “Americans” are – or were – white Christian Europeans of good character, of English origin if at all possible.

The one group not included in that laundry list of sorrows is the very same group who constitute the actual, intended citizenry of this Nation. Interesting, and an admission. Despite Omar’s words, were We really the target? Are we the “white supremacists” they mentioned? Projection much?

…

Ann Coulter, the wall, Trump

Ann Coulter is keeping the heat on Trump to put up or shut up about the Big Beautiful Wall. She wants to know the exact location (of what’s already been built) and host a party there.

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter issued a put-up-or-shut-up demand Tuesday to President Donald Trump, challenging him to identify exactly where his administration has erected new border barriers between the U.S. and Mexico.

Trump claimed Saturday on Twitter that the ‘[m]ajor sections of Wall are being built.’ He tweeted a day earlier that his long-promised border wall ‘is being built and is well under construction.’

Coulter told DailyMail.com in an email that she wants details.

‘The President’s tweet says he’s already building the Wall. Could he give me the precise latitude and longitude of its location?’ she asked. ‘Also, how many miles long is it?’

‘I want to throw a party there and need the exact coordinates,’ she wrote.

I’ll bring some chips.
