Connecticut, effective, hoax, murder

At augmenting a trivial cold virus, that is. The fake president had better mandate never-ending “boosters” before something really bad happens.

Why it matters: America’s booster campaign got off to an underwhelming start, potentially leaving millions of vulnerable people at risk as the holidays approach.

People at risk. Like these poor elderly people in Connecticut?

The nursing and rehab center houses only 70 residents and all eight people who died has serious underlying health issues.

Of the 89 total infections, 87 people were fully vaccinated, the nursing home said.

“While we must continue with Covid-19 prevention protocols, we want to assure everyone we are doing our best to keep residents and staff safe,” officials said.

What?! Older folks with underlying conditions dying?!?! I’ve never! You? And what a success rate! 87 of 89 is 97.7% effective at spreading the hoax while simultaneously enriching war criminal corporate scum.

Throw this CT story in the face of every fool who still dares bother you about this utterly pathetic chapter in human history. Tell them they’re supporting genocide and need to be punished accordingly.

Connecticut, First Amendment, hate crime

For a second time in the past few years, the criminal state of Connecticutt tramples the First Amendment.

The arrest of a Connecticut high school student accused of posting racist comments about a Black classmate on social media is being supported by civil rights advocates, but free speech groups are calling it an unusual move by police that raises First Amendment issues.

A 16-year-old student in a classroom at Fairfield Warde High School allegedly took a photo of a Black classmate and posted it on Snapchat on May 7 with a caption that included a racial slur and racist comments.

All that Enlightenment Free Speech nonsense only applied when America was for Americans.

Anything Girls Can Do, Fake Girls Can Do Better

This really could be the end of women’s sports. But, at least we’re getting a better picture of the SJW social hierarchy. Trans “girls” top real girls. Get that straight – no pun intended.

When two high school athletes who were born male but identify as female took first and second place at Connecticut’s girls indoor track championship this year, it wasn’t just a local news story.

To some, it was a story of triumph and courage. The winner, a junior from Bloomfield High School, set a girls state indoor record of 6.95 seconds in the 55-meter dash, and went on to win the New England titles in both the 55-meter dash and the 300-meter dash.

To others, it was a story of shock and disappointment: Is this the end of women’s sports?

To Selina Soule, a 16-year-old runner from Glastonbury, it was personal.

A junior, Selina missed qualifying for the 55-meter in the New England regionals by two spots. Two spots, she said, that were taken by biological boys.

Had the boys who identify as girls not been allowed to compete, Selina would have placed sixth, qualifying to run the 55 in front of college coaches at the New England regionals.

Instead, she placed eighth, watching the 55 from the sidelines after qualifying in only the long jump, an event in which the transgender athletes didn’t compete.

“It’s very frustrating and heartbreaking when us girls are at the start of the race and we already know that these athletes are going to come out and win no matter how hard you try,” Selina told The Daily Signal. “They took away the spots of deserving girls, athletes … me being included.”F

While the debate over transgender athletes and fairness is complex, the situation in Connecticut has brought forth another complicating layer: Plenty of parents and high school girls appear to object to the participation of biological boys in girls sports, but fearing public bullying and backlash, they’re not speaking out.

Publicly, at least.

The stakes of remaining silent are high: Policies are being formed in real time at the local, state, and federal levels regarding transgender individuals, student athletes, and sports.

Most prominently, on March 13, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi introduced HR 5, the Equality Act, a bill that would add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes under federal civil rights law.

The legislation would create a civil right for male athletes to self-identify as females at any time, critics say, without any evidence of physical changes to their bodies.

Private schools. Private sporting leagues. It’s past time to hop off the dead popular and “legal” culture. With this issue, second place is dead last.

What Hartford Gonna Do With All That Junk?

Cities and counties float bonds to pay for things. Different agencies rate those bonds. Now, Hartford, one of the formerly wealthiest cities in America’s wealthiest state has the distinction of holding junk bond status.

And yet, while Illinois squirms in the agony of the unknown, another municipality that as recently as a month ago was rumored to be looking at a bankruptcy filing, the state capital of Connecticut, Hartford, no longer has to dread the unknown: on Tuesday afternoon, S&P pulled off the band-aid, and downgraded the city’s bond rating by two notches to BB from BBB-, also known as junk, citing “growing liquidity pressures” and “weaker market access prospects”, while keeping the city’s General Obligation bonds on Creditwatch negative meaning more downgrades are likely imminent.

“The downgrade to ‘BB’ reflects our opinion of very weak diminished liquidity, including uncertain access to external liquidity and very weak management conditions as multiple city officials have publicly indicated they are actively considering bankruptcy,” said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Victor Medeiros. Hartford has engaged an outside law firm with expertise in financial restructuring. Officials also mentioned that the city would initiate discussions with bondholders for concessions to implement a debt restructuring if it didn’t receive the necessary support in the state’s 2019 biennial budget.

S&P also said that Hartford may be downgraded again if the state passage of a budget is significantly delayed, or if the city were not to receive sufficient support in a timely manner that would enable it to manage liquidity and allow it to meet obligations in a timely manner.

Make room in the roost. The chickens are back.

There’s a reason for all this. There’s a reason why our States, cities, counties, and territories are going utterly bankrupt. It goes beyond financial mismanagement and the economic cycle (which we’re supposed to be riding high now). In a word, the reason is “communism.”

They don’t officially call it that but that’s just what it is. From each according to his ability to pay, these locales have taxed the daylights out of the productive. And they give to each of the unproductive according to his needs via the welfare “services” looted from the taxpayers.

The taxpayers notice this and resent it. They are further burdened with co-existing with those non-productive elements, who rapidly move in to take advantage.

The payers take their wealth and abilities and leave. The cities are stuck with a surly, lazy, uneducable, and criminally disposed population. There’s your “very weak diminished liquidity” problem.

One may notice, if one looks around, that this sort of thing is spreading. It would seem unsustainable because it is.

“Collapse” and “reset” come to mind. The questions are: “When?” and “How?”
