The empire keeps on keeping on.
The US has quietly resumed its controversial biolabs program in Ukraine and is focusing on the construction of secretive new facilities and the training of personnel, the Russian Defense Ministry has claimed.
If the MOD knows about this, one hopes they will wipe it out (again).

Vox posted an interesting series of headlines yesterday.
The astonishing thing isn’t that this was allowed to happen. We all know why it happened. The astonishing thing is that there are still Boomers who sincerely believe that the USA of 2023 is essentially the same thing as the USA of 1973. But it isn’t.
Please take a look at the trend and then imagine it today, tomorrow, and a few years from now. Demographics is destiny. And ‘Murica’s destiny looks dim and dull. By and large, Boomers will never get it.

Note that large numbers of all US employees, especially in Gen Z, are sick and tired of their very low-paying and increasingly meaningless jobs.
This is very bad for companies. Low engagement is linked to higher job turnover and reduced profits; Gallup estimates it costs the global economy $7.8 trillion a year in lost productivity. It’s also bad for young workers. If they were simply stepping away from their jobs and finding fulfillment elsewhere, that might be OK. But it’s far deeper than that.
Oh, no! The poor corporations! Won’t someone think of the little corporations?! And what about the banks?!!!
Notice that among the list of things companies can do to “help”, one of them is not PAY PEOPLE MORE! You know, like the $300K per year it would take to live a lifestyle comparable to what the Boomers grew up with. Doing the right thing, of course, would cut into the financial looters cut. So…
This is just the beginning, kids! Keep giving 110% to people who obviously don’t care a wit about you.

≈ Comments Off on Tanking
A Stephen Bryen wrote up a pretty decent article on the junk weapons NATO is sending the MOD to destroy. It’s not perfect. For example, the USSA has terrible air defenses because it hasn’t developed anything new in decades, hasn’t maintained what it has, and has a dwindling supply of people capable of doing anything about it. It’s also bankrupt and virtually finished. The Iron Dome was partly overwhelmed not so long ago by homemade rockets and missiles Hamas literally built in garages and basements. The ID would be useless against Russian rocketry and would itself become a series of targets. Just like all the tanks and other junk NATO is shipping to the 404 – which, again, is not necessarily all bad because each weapon destroyed can never be used against Westerners by our satanic elites.

Come to think about it more, many of the orange spots aren’t so hot either. Consider moving to any of the wide open white spaces. There can’t be much civil war without people around.

An update on FP:
The main site has now joined the FPC, store, and news sites in digital heaven. A moment of silence.
What’s left:
Podcast Archives (through 1/2/23);
FR Coffee (while the site is up, I am not sure about operations).
Not going to lie: I miss the old days. And I have given thought to a new podcast of sorts. I have several options, including right here on the blog, though I am still short on a decision. There’s certainly no lack of topics. To be continued…

Imagine if math was presented as the poetic beautiful thing it is in our “schools”. Here is a great article by Patrick Honner on how that would look.
The formula is as useful as it is likely to appear in the dictionary under “math anxiety,” and a quick look shows you why:
−b±√b2−4ac2a
As intimidating as this looks, hiding inside is a simple secret that makes solving every quadratic equation easy: symmetry. Let’s look at how symmetry makes the quadratic formula work and how a lack of symmetry makes solving cubic equations (of the form ax3+bx2+cx+d=0) much, much harder. So much harder, in fact, that a few mathematicians in the 1500s spent their lives embroiled in bitter public feuds competing to do for cubics what was so easily done for quadratics.
Symmetry! Make it a part of your homeschool quadrivium. Read that whole thing – an elegant pleasure even for the “verbal” minded.

All school shootings, regardless of other circumstances, take place at schools. Another WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE mass crime at a Nashville private elementary school.
Another benefit of homeschooling is that random or dedicated killers usually don’t come calling or shooting at single homes. Parents are also completely in charge of home security.
And if Americans would wake up for just a second, it is patently obvious that we have no need for Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, ISIS, or any other trumped-up outside foes. There is more than enough going horribly awry here as-is.
UPDATE: If reports are correct, the killer was a transvestite freak. If so, more proof the lgbtP-ites are a lethal menace to children.
UPDATE: Sodomite confirmed. It even left a manifesto. Evil.
