Christendom, election, France

It’s probably still too early to be sure, but after the historic first-round turnout in France, the French People might really want to exist and survive. If this repeats on 7/7, and it appears it may, then the Parliament and the PM’s office will be under FN control (or coalition control). Further, there could come the resignation of Banker Boi and a Le Pen snap presidency. Even so, the French must understand their problems are not political. And they must keep pressure – by any means necessary – on FN (RN, or whatever) to ditch democracy, debt, US dominance, and the erasure of the French demographic. They should press until they get a full restoration of both Catholic Christendom and the Monarchy. Tall order, but the first steps have just been taken.

Viva l’France!

Andrei Martyanov, election, GAE

Andrei Martyanov notes they have the rest of us looking for the life boats.

The US doesn’t have good options. As Colonel Macgregor constantly states–the US is run by the donor class. He is right, should he stay away from Russia and Great Patriotic War of which has no clue–he certainly should have ran for the office. He may yet get to some high position in presumably Trump’s Admin, but I don’t see how anyone can address America’s systemic crisis which cannot be resolved anymore by therapeutic means–a euphemism for voting. America’s long standing and extremely well hidden for a while insecurities are surfacing now non-stop akin to inflatable life rafts from the sunk cruise liner.

But I’m sure he means after this election. You’re gonna voat one more time, right? Odds are, you may have “voted” already. 3,000 times even. Your therapy, etc.

Did you watch the exciting US presidential carnival show “debate” this week?! Me neither.

Scott Ritter looks into and compares the pathetic sham of US electoral politics with the real thing as seen in Iran.

On June 28 the people of Iran went to the polls. Voting was extended until midnight to accommodate those eligible voters who wanted to cast their votes.

There are parts of the world where democracy thrives.

And then there is the United States.

The Iranian election is going to a runoff, next Friday, I think. Meanwhile, the US election is already decided. The loser is America.

B-b-but, still VoAt???

Julian Assange, Repetition, And Democracy

For technical reasons, partly related to a semi-inoperable computer, this one is a little shorter than my average. Pardon. Or you’re welcome.

On June 24, 2024, Julian Assange was finally freed after twelve years of torture and confinement. His ordeal began when he and his Wikileaks media organization made public in 2010 various war crimes committed by the US Empire in Iraq in 2007, including against unarmed civilians. In 2012, he was forced into the Ecuadorian embassy in London. In 2019, he was removed to the dreary Belmarsh prison where he fought trumped-up US criminal charges. As of 2024, the US’s superseding indictment involves one of those insane government conspiracy theories, namely “conspiracy to obtain and disclose national defense information.” The case against Assange is and has been, in legal terms, pure bullshit. If he is afforded First Amendment press protection pursuant to the 1971 Pentagon Papers case (New York Times v. US Empire), then the US has no case. If, as alleged by the US, he enjoys no such protection because he is not a US citizen, then because he was never within the jurisdiction of the US, the US has no case. Of course, as law no longer matters in the rapidly collapsing US, these points are moot. And in Assange’s particular case, a plea deal to cut the losses of all parties is, while not exactly the right thing, an acceptable thing to put an end to this ridiculous charade.

If one listens for a minute or three, one will invariably hear some US officer, agent, or apologist mumble something about “democracy,” “free and democratic,” “rules-base,” “rules-based democracy,” or some other nonsense. One will also note, in addition to the aforementioned legal impossibility, that Assange’s persecution spans the tenure of three US presidents representing both sides of the uniparty. It might be that all that talk about rules and democracy is a lie.

As President Vladimir noted not too long ago, no one knows what those rules are or who empowered the rule-makers. As for democracy, there are different definitions of the concept. Here, I’ll just state H.L. Mencken’s: “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.” Why so many otherwise good and decent people continue to fall for the sham is a great unknown. But fall for it they do. This might lead me into another discussion that I lack the time and computing power for this week.

But democracy, like all trappings of the Enlightenment, is a hoax. In discussing something James Delingpole wrote about Nigel Farage, Vox Day recently opined, “Democracy, particularly in its limited representative form, is nothing more than a sham meant to prevent the volatile public from knowing who truly rules over them. The whole point of the political systems of the modern ‘democracies’ is not to express the will of the people, but rather, prevent it from being realized.”

This is why three US politicians, from both sides of the uniparty, pursue a wicked legal strategy not in the interests of the American people nor of much concern to them. It is also why the American people are gearing up for another fake election involving two of those three puppet politicians, one of whom has demonstrated an inability to deal with the true rulers of the US, and the other an inability to do much more than follow orders from them.

The real rulers keep getting their way and they keep doing the same evil things. Just a few days before Assange’s release, the US abetted more war crimes against unarmed civilians. In 2007, it was an Apache airstrike on a family van in Baghdad. Lately, beach-goers in Sevastopol have been hit with ATACMS cluster munitions.

Assange’s case proves that what truth and justice resided within the US has departed. Most of the history of the US and its clownworld empire disprove the merits of democracy. Evil genocidal maniacs commit war crimes. It’s not so much a matter of “the more things change…” but rather, a case of no one forcing changes until relatively recently. I wish Mr. Assange Godspeed, peace, and a restful recovery from his crucible. And instead of continuing to self-crucify, I wish the American people would watch how Russia deals with the crimes of the satanic rules-based democratic disorder. Maybe that last part is too much to ask for now.

Deo vindice.

blog, multipolar, writing

Now that this humble little weblog sails into its 13th year(!), I note something interesting. While it has never been, and probably never will be conventionally popular, the blog serves a purpose. I never really found an audience, at least not in the primarily English-reading world. There was a time when FP and the PPN brought in a decent amount of traffic. But I was always okay with being third tier, if that. So it is that my seeming popularity with the BRICS+ multipolar crowd has boggled my mind!

My essay on Edgar Allan Poe is arguably the most read thing I’ve ever written, translated now into five or six languages. My recent piece on the Petrodollar, as published at Geopolitika and Katehon, instantly accumulated more than 5,000 sets of English language eyes just as measured by Telegram nods alone. It quickly made its way into Italian thanks to “Ideas & Action“. A republication of that translation hits Geo in a day or two, and it also just ran in Turkish.

Pretty much all of these new articles for the international sovereign set gather, in a week, more views and reads than all posts here over an embarrassingly long time. My guess is that I’m 100X more popular outside the GAE homeland than within it. Many thanks to Leonid Savin, Alexander Dugin, and everyone out there who reads, likes, posts, and promotes my work. As we say, y’all are my people! I’m happy to be along for the ride in such fine company.

Thanks, again, and I’ll keep doing my part. Perhaps a multipolar novel ain’t too far away?? And as always, I have eternal love and appreciation for my long-term readers and/or tolerators here. -P

Julian Assange

From RT:

Julian Assange is free. He left Belmarsh maximum security prison on the morning of 24 June, after having spent 1901 days there,” WikiLeaks wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “He was granted bail by the High Court in London and was released at Stansted airport during the afternoon, where he boarded a plane and departed the UK.”

WikiLeaks said that the international campaign to free Assange has created “the space for a long period of negotiations with the US Department of Justice, leading to a deal that has not yet been formally finalized.”

12 years, blog history

It’s hard to believe, but this “highly respected web log” started on an insanely hot summer day 12 years ago. Hello, and happy anniversary.

Readers may have noticed a slight slowing in things here over the past few months. Look for that to continue. There are many times now when I feel like I’ve said it all, at least in English, and that I’m just phoning it in. I’ve never achieved any great commercial success or notoriety, which is a-okay as it was never expected. If I can recall, the height of daily traffic was around 2016 and the go-go FP days. Not too long ago, I learned my columns are radically more popular outside of the GAE, which also was not that surprising. Still, we’d had 6100+ postings, millions of words (some of them making sense), and zero changes to the original theme and layout. The more things change, the… Here’s to the next dozen! Etc.

Or, again, being US-based, is it the lavender curtain? Either way, they’re continuing to lower it on Americans. The empire is making obtaining Russian visas more difficult.

-or-

« The United States needs to say that they continue to fight Russia, so the closure of two Russian visa centers was done « on the » machine. The American sanctions machine is designed in such a way that after it is set on rails, it further rolls on its own. It is difficult to stop it », – said American Dmitry Drobnitsky.

According to the expert, the closure of Russian visa centers in the United States – is a continuation of attempts to isolate the Russian Federation. « There are problems of a purely diplomatic plan, when even before the special military operation, the consular presence of Russia and the United States was mutually reduced. Each next step is taken in the same vein », – the expert explained.

This combined with financial restrictions, what was done to Scott Ritter, and everything else indicate something beyond trying to harm Russia. A “Look” commenter sees the real meaning:

The closure of Russian visa centers in the USA is not “isolation of Russia”, it is an isolation of the United States from Russia! God forbid the Americans will go to Russia to see what Carlson saw there and understand that they are being fooled at home! Now the Americans will stop issuing passports so that no one goes anywhere!

This is what ‘Muricans get for foolishly tolerating things like lockdowns and sheltering in place. This won’t remain limited to Russia and it has a feel of permanence.
