May gives resignation notice:

TEARFUL Theresa May today finally admitted her time was up and quit as Prime Minister insisting: “I’ve done my best”.

The PM was forced to resign after she failed to deliver Brexit and lost the support of her own MPs – but will continue in office as a lame duck until July.

Nigel! Nigel! Nigel!

There would be no need to suffer any more May-related drama.

On another day of high drama in Westminster;

  • Tory kingmaker Sir Graham Brady will tell Theresa May she must name her departure date on Friday or face being forced out by his powerful committee within days.
  • Labour chief Jeremy Corbyn refused to engage with the PM, telling her it would be pointless because “she only has a few days left in the job”.
  • Desperate Tory and Labour chiefs attacked Nigel Farage in a last-ditch bid to stop him trouncing them at the Euro elections, as the nation goes to the polls.
  • Senior ministers demanded meetings with the Prime Minister to tell her NOT to offer MPs a chance to vote on a second Brexit referendum – but she refused to meet them
  • Dozens of Tories – including previously loyal backers of Mrs May – say she has now run out of road and must resign as soon as possible and leave Brexit to her successor
  • The Chief Whip told party bosses she was not planning to stand down last night and instead will hold a crunch showdown with the Tory backbench chief tomorrow – after today’s Euro elections
  • Tory grandees pulled back from changing party rules so the leader can be removed immediately
  • The PM’s DUP allies warned she is leaving Britain at the mercy of the EU

A ruling monarch could simply go ahead and sack May (and Parliament). Then, she could pronounce BREXIT done and over with. A little Spring cleaning and things would be much better in Avalon.

Theresa May implored Britain to “vote conservative” today. In light of recent events and statements I’m not sure that that means vote for her. While expect the Tories to carry the election, if I were to vote, I would vote UKIP or write in “Winston’s Ghost” or something.

Exit polls later this afternoon I suppose…

The Anglo-American Alliance: Forging a New Century

America has always had a special relationship with England, that unpleasantness between 1775 and 1815 aside. Friday begins a new chapter for the 21st Century when Prime Minister May meets with President Trump. May accurately summed up the sentiment of Anglo-American existence:

“The leadership provided by our two countries through the special relationship has done more than win wars and overcome adversity,” she’s planning to say. “It made the modern world. The institutions upon which that world relies were so often conceived or inspired by our two nations working together.”

There are great challenges ahead for both countries, together and individually. The same leadership that created the modern age also, sadly, allowed or enabled the rise of globalism. Now, for the first time in a long time, we prepare to resist those hellish forces. America first for Americans. England first for the English. Together, perhaps making the post-modern world.

More on this story, this longest American tradition, as it develops.

The Genie Smashed That Bottle

Whether the hell anyone likes it or not the West is rising again. The men (and women) of civilization and speaking and acting. Marine Le Pen, France’s presidential standout candidate and next leader, spoke to a group of pro-Europeans in Germany. (Imagine that, pro-Europeans in Europe).

“We are living through the end of one world, and the birth of another,” Ms. Le Pen, the leader of France’s National Front party, told a cheering gathering of members of European right-wing parties on Saturday in this Rhine River city to chart a joint path to success in elections in the Netherlands, France and Germany this year.

“In 2016, the Anglo-Saxon world woke up,” Ms. Le Pen said. “In 2017, I am sure that it will be the year of the Continental peoples rising up.”

…

Geert Wilders, a Dutch nationalist whose anti-Islam Dutch Freedom Party currently leads the polls for spring elections in the Netherlands, was emblematic of the confidence of the far-right at the meeting.

“The world is changing,” he said. “America is changing. Europe is changing.” He added: “It started last year with Brexit, yesterday there was Trump and today the freedom-loving parties gathered in Koblenz making a stand.”

“The genie will not go back into the bottle again, whether you like it or not,” he said.

2016

Theresa May became Britain’s new Prime Minister following the inevitable success of BREXIT. She is hard at work breaking her country free from the autocratic tyrants in Brussels. In a week or two May will be the very first foreign leader to meet, in Washington, with President Trump.

Donald Trump rode a wave a populist support into the White House. Yesterday, in his inaugural speech, he vowed to transfer the power from D.C. back to the American people. He had better.

2017 (learn these names)

Marine Le Pen will be France’s next President.

Geert Wilders and his party will soon control politics in the Netherlands. Look for him to become Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers to the King.

Frauke Petry is gaining ground in his bid to become Germany’s Chancellor. Of these three named politicians he is the least likely to assume office this year. However, he and his party are growing rapidly. Sooner or later they will save Germany from the utter and incomprehensible stupidity of Angela Merkel. Another major terror attack may cement a September victory this year.

There are other names also. And there have been setbacks. However the people of Austria, Italy, Greece, Poland, Spain, etc., etc. are tired of being victims of slow but sure genocide. Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are seeing the movement grow as well. Every Islamic attack, like that in Melbourne this week, further galvanize the People. Every screw turned by the banksters strengthens their resolve.

The West is now standing, standing up for its own identity and survival. A veritable Tours 2.0 is currently underway. So far, despite the constant bloodshed inflicted by the other side, this side of the battle is peaceful, democratic. But beneath the surface the spirit of Martel is alive and well, readying just in case.

Once the invaders and criminals have been repatriated or otherwise defeated, the People will then look to the traitors in their midst (like Merkel) along with the insidious, greedy globalist scum. More so than even the actual terrorists, those behind them must be dealt with. It’s called vengeance. It is righteous. And it is coming.

Meet Theresa May, PM for Maidenhead. On Wednesday, assuming the Queen allows and so decrees, Mrs. May will become England’s second woman Prime Minister. In terms of history, she has big shoes to fill following Margaret Thatcher.

With Nigel Farage. UK Express.

She became leader of the Conservative Party only today; her statement:

11 July 2016

Theresa May made the following statement after confirmation of her selection as leader of the Conservative Party: “I am honoured and humbled to have been chosen by the Conservative Party to become its leader. I would like to pay tribute to the other candidates during the election campaign, and I would like to pay tribute to Andrea Leadsom for the dignity that she has shown today. During this campaign, my case has been based on three things. First, the need for strong, proven leadership to steer us through what will be difficult and uncertain economic and political times. The need of course to negotiate the best deal for Britain in leaving the EU and to forge a new role for ourselves in the world. Brexit means Brexit and we’re going to make a success of it. Second, we need to unite our country. And third, we need a strong, new, and positive vision for the future of our country. A vision of a country that works not for the privileged few but works for every one of us. Because we’re going to give people more control over their lives. That’s how together we will build a better Britain.”

If she’s sincere about working for the people, not the elites, then this may be a positive step for the UK. People need more control of their lives. They need breathing room from London and secession from the EU.

Mr. Farage has recently criticized May in typical Farage fashion, mainly over her failure as Home Secretary to curb immigration into the country from the non-West. He also seems to think her rather cold. The Home Secretary yields some power but cannot operate in a vacuum. I hope, it light of BREXIT and with her new authority, she will make good on previous promises to stem the flow of handout-seekers and criminals.

Speaking of criminal, it’s interesting that the UK can find a woman worthy of high office who isn’t now or hasn’t been recently under felony investigation by Scotland Yard or MI5. Cold or not, I hear she keeps a clean email server.

The people having voted to leave the socialists and miscreants in Brussels, the matter now rests with Queen Elizabeth. God save the Queen; God save Britain, and good luck, Mrs. May.
