I’m not going to suggest the President’s vow to deport “millions” of illegals amounts only to hollow words. Not just yet. But, I suggest that no-one in the establishment really takes him at his hollow word. Anyone seen any response, hysterical or otherwise, from the loyal opposition? No. They’re just not taking this seriously. But, various criminal elements are. They’re planning resistance if necessary.

“This [set of hollow words] is inhumane and un-American,” said Joshua Hoyt, executive director of the National Partnership for New Americans, a coalition of immigrant-rights groups. “A massive crackdown will cause harm to communities throughout this nation…. We plan to help immigrants resist this massive abuse of power by preparing rapid- response teams and legal assistance on the ground.”

Aside from what I inserted between the [ ], all of the above quote is either lies or criminal threat. “Inhumane.” Lie; the implications of the hollow words are to be expected under any guise of rule of law. “Un-American.” Lie; the hollow plan is PRO-American, understanding “American” as a distinct moniker. “Will cause harm.” Lie; only benefits away AMERICANS from making America somewhat American again. “Help immigrants resist.” Publically bragging about a conspiracy to commit felonies.

I’m guessing all guilty parties get away with it. I hear the rubes were chatting the old, hollow slogans at the giant WWE, circus tent rally the other night. New Amerika, indeed.

Aiding and Abetting: 18 USC 1324 in Inaction

An Arizona professor deadlocks a jury:

A U.S. jury could not reach a verdict Tuesday against a border activist charged with conspiracy to transport and harbor migrants in a trial that humanitarian aid groups said would have wide implications on their work.

Defense attorneys argued that Scott Daniel Warren, a 36-year-old college geography instructor, was simply being kind by providing two migrants with water, food and lodging when he was arrested in early 2018. He faced up to 20 years in prison.

But prosecutors maintained the men were not in distress and Warren conspired to transport and harbor them at a property used for providing aid to migrants in an Arizona town near the U.S.-Mexico border.

Why was a college teacher prosecuted, on very weak charges, while mayors, councilmen, and administrators walk free?

I may switch over to all fiction soon as I tire of writing the same true stories over and over again. On the one hand, I’m glad the DOJ had the sense to charge a Massachusetts judge for helping a criminal invader escape justice.

A federal grand jury in Boston on Thursday indicted a Newton District Court judge and a now-retired state court officer on obstruction of justice charges for allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE custody in the Newton courthouse last year.

The indictment names Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph, 51, and Court Officer Wesley MacGregor, 56, as the defendants. MacGregor retired from his job last month. The state Supreme Judicial Court suspended Joseph on Thursday.

It’s the manner of the indictment – stock obstruction and a crazy “conspiracy” theory – that bothers me.

I see nothing about the very specific 8 U.S.C. § 1324 (aiding, abetting, and harboring illegal aliens). Given that the immigration is tantamount to an invasion, to war, this charge would be the closest we have to sedition or treason by way of helping the enemy. In other words, it might pass (my) Constitutional muster (as if that matters…). I wonder if the Trump DOJ even has a copy of the U.S.C. or U.S.C.A. I wonder more and more about this administration.

At least they’re pursuing these two criminals, even as they persecute an honest American who tried to do Trump’s job for him. Aid and abet – sloppy indictment and Mass. liberals howling about “state’s rights.” Physically deter invaders – get arrested on fake weapons charges … then, in jail, have your ribs broken as a “thank you” from an ungrateful nation.

The leader of an armed militia that spent two months rounding up migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border before he was arrested on federal weapons charges was hospitalized after a jailhouse attack, his lawyer and authorities said on Wednesday.

Larry Hopkins, 69, whose group of self-styled citizen border cops drew condemnation from civil liberties advocates, suffered broken ribs in the beating by fellow inmates on Tuesday at the Dona Ana County Detention Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico, according to his attorney, Kelly O’Connell.

Dunno, it’s almost starting to feel like this isn’t nation anymore. It all might make for an interesting novella, eh?

An Italian criminal politician found out how serious the new leadership is about preserving civilization.

The mayor of a small town in southern Italy that became a model for immigrant integration was placed under house arrest Tuesday for allegedly aiding illegal immigration, a move that brought a well-spring of support for the mayor.

Salvini has his law. We have 8 U.S.C. § 1324. Time to use it.

Exciting news from the land of fruits and nuts! One LAPD Officer takes the sanctuary policies of his state very seriously.

A Los Angeles police officer has been arrested on federal charges alleging he tried to smuggle two illegal immigrants into the United States this week in southeastern San Diego County.

Mambasse Koulabalo Patara has been charged with violating immigration laws, according to a federal complaint filed Wednesday.

Thank you, Emanuel Celler! Mambasse Koulabalo (Another Gift of 1965) Patara.

18 USC 1324. Five years, maybe 10 depending on how they charge. The mule being a cop, he probably has a good record; he’ll likely benefit from the sentencing guidelines. He might even turn informant. His failed run might have been sponsored by LA or the State. Who knows.
