Coming tomorrow. It’s about who we are, where we are, and where some of us might go. You’ll know it, tomorrow afternoon.
BONUS NEWS: West isn’t always right, but in this case, he’s not wrong: the “decline and decay” at Harvard is real.

The Piedmont Chronicles has “Gone Fishin’” again, the usual summer break. Look for more jovial fun there soon. Soonish, right? My CF Floyd column will always be on standby, ready for deployment. This break gives me time to polish up my piece on Operation Northwoods. They, uh, forgot to run it last year. That’s really for the best as this September marks the 20th anniversary of the attack. Maybe if I send it in, say, the first week of August and then follow up with weekly reminders… At any rate, that and more will continue right here.
BONUS: I think they forgot to mention it last month, but the Chronicles is now in year number 11!
Happy fishing, friends. P

Given that football is officially gay now, I foresee a lot of “name, image, and likeness” with or on corporate rainbow logos. Given that the schools give these college playas neither pay nor education, maybe it will all work out okay.
BTW, if you’re looking for a new, heterosexual fall sport, one you can personally participate in, allow me to recommend boxing, weight-lifting, and shooting.

Just how “smart” are those phones again?
Researchers took a comprehensive look at statistical findings from 46 different studies around the globe and found that the use of a cell phone for more than 1,000 hours, or about 17 minutes a day over a ten year period, increased the risk of tumors by 60 percent.
Averaging about one-tenth of the study average use time, I’m in no way worried. Soon, in a couple of years, I plan to cut phone time to zero minutes per day, year, and life. Is this price worth paying, for any of you, for babbling to some idiot about nothing? The whole post-modern world is beginning to resemble a death cult. Dial it back.

Was this alleged strike payback for the Empire’s border bash a week ago?
However, a US Department of Defense spokesperson told Politico that the agency was “aware” of the attack, and there were no reports of any major damage or injury.
“We are aware of reporting of a UAS incident in the vicinity of Erbil, Iraq,” the spokesperson said.
“At this time, initial reports indicate no structural damage, injuries or casualties.”
Be mindful that last winter, when they said “no casualties,” that really meant hundreds of traumatic brain injuries and the total destruction of the drone fleet. Of course, that was Iran. This, I think, was not. If it happened, it was probably just local yokels or, possibly, some false-flaggish nonsense. (Iran would have trumpeted the attack with videos and more). Either way, why on earth is the Empire still in the SandBox?
