ICC, law, Murika

People find it interesting that with so much overwhelming proof of their war criminal activities, the ICC hasn’t yet secured arrest warrants against Satanyahu and Gallant. Three Hamas leaders were also expected to be indicted, yet now, as they have been murdered, there is no need.

It has been five months since the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, requested an arrest warrant for Israeli and Hamas leaders over allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity during Israel’s war on Gaza and the 7 October Hamas-led attack on southern Israel.

On 20 May, Khan announced that his office filed an application for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh and Mohammed Deif.

With the killing of the three Hamas leaders over the past year, only Netanyahu and Gallant are now the subject of the warrants.

While the court dithers, it should be noted that “Israel” has shown an effective alternative to official legal justice. If the two Jewish genocidal maniacs were eliminated on the battlefield, then there would be no need to arrest them. Many outside the failed West clearly see that logic.

Within the West, in ‘Murika, some still cling to the idea of lawful processes even though it is abundantly evident the law no longer matters. The American Conservative posted a rather decent article on the death of electoral integrity in the satanic states. Please read it. It’s good and accurate as far as it goes. But like the ICC’s ineffectiveness, it really no longer matters. Playing the law card when the law has become a one-way weapon against dissenters makes as much sense as becoming a veterinarian who specializes in dinosaurs. Few are ready to think about it, let alone act on the thoughts, but the zionist’s solution might be the right one, or the only viable one in this case too.

Remember the feminists? Women’s lib? Believe all of them? Her story? #MeToo? I have difficulty myself.

Why aren’t they howling with rage over issues like the illegal detention of innocent Palestinian women?

Despite her young age, Layan has been arrested by Israeli occupation forces twice already.

On April 7, the Israeli army stormed Layan’s house and searched it. The family had no idea that the purpose of the raid would be to arrest their daughter again.

Layan’s mother told the Palestine Chronicle that she had a strange feeling about the raid, but was nonetheless shocked when the Israeli officer asked for her daughter’s identity card, only to inform her that she was under arrest.

“I told him to leave her alone, she had not done anything,” she begged the soldier. “But of course, he didn’t care about my tears that flowed out of sadness and oppression.”

One supposes the fems don’t really care either. If they ever did. I haven’t heard a peep about this, nor about the brutal murder of scores (or hundreds) of thousands of Arab women and children over the past year-plus. One is reminded of the young man burned alive at a REFUGEE CAMP(!!!) in a HOSPITAL(!!!!!). One may not know it, but Mahasen al-Khateeb, a sweet, young artist, made some digital pictures about the boy’s horrible death. See:

https://x.com/maitelsadany/status/1847662393171509398

The Amero-Zionist Axis of Hell murdered her too for her trouble.

Uproar, when?

*Yes, I know some good girls are speaking out. Still, way too much silence from any and all so-called men and women.

BRICS, Kazan 2024

It’s Kazan time!

The BRICS Summit in Kazan will be the centerpiece of Russia’s 2024 chairmanship, which aims to strengthen multilateralism for fair global development and security, with new members Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, and the UAE joining the group, and over 30 countries expressing interest in partnership.

The 2024 BRICS Summit, which opens in the Russian city of Kazan on October 22, is a three-day event that was touted by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as “one of the main events on the global agenda.”

What are the expectations surrounding the gathering?

During the event, Russia will propose initiatives outlined within the framework of its current BRICS chairmanship and related to humanitarian, economic, financial, parliamentary, and other fields.

The summit will consist of two parts, with the first one due to be held under the slogan of “Strengthening Multilateralism for Equitable Global Development and Security,” while the second – “BRICS and the Global South – Jointly Building a Better World.”

Participants are expected to discuss the creation of a BRICS digital payment platform, BRICS Bridge, and ways to increase trade in national currencies.

This is likely the true beginning of the new new world order, one for the nations and their respective peoples. It’s a shame that ‘Murikans won’t or can’t participate. Perhaps after another rigged, failed election, more economic misery, and more war they’ll decide to wake up. Or not. The majority of the world has preemptively written them off. That may be just as well.

Gazacaust, Ilana Mercer, War

Maybe she gets a pass. Ilana Mercer is, after all, Jewish, the daughter of an Israeli Rabbi, and just stone cold gorgeous. I on the other hand, am merely a small and humble possum. Yet as our thinking on certain matters is quite similar, I suspect she sometimes receives a warning to cool the anti-satanism and to curtail writing essays like this one.

As fast as a snake’s thrust, Israel has taken the methods of mass murder used against Gaza’s civilians to the West Bank, to Lebanon and Syria, to Yemen and beyond. It is now launching about for the next country to attack, Iran.

This is the bloodiest in Israeli criminal annals. Still, it is the consensus among the best of people, pure-hearted and valiant all, that the only way to stop the Israeli State’s serial killers is passively and pacifistically—“for the U.S. to end all weapons shipments to Israel.” And, that “the only way that this will take place is if enough Americans make clear they have no intention of supporting any presidential ticket or any political party that fuels this genocide.”

So spoke Chris Lynn Hedges, veteran war correspondent and journalist. Another man of first quality is Professor Jeffrey Sachs. To put an end to Israel’s hourly slaying in Palestine and across the Levant, Professor Sachs, for one, recommends “stopping Israel’s ideology of genocide.”

By this he might mean a reeducation or denazification program of sorts. It is unclear, however, how “stopping” Israel’s “ideology of genocide” will end Israel’s actual, multi-fronted, high-tech, industrial-scale murder campaigns against Palestinians and their defending neighbors.

Read the whole thing. Think about it. And share it far and wide. As another brave, beautiful woman, Marwa Osman, puts it: “All who stayed silent or downplayed Israel’s genocide of Gaza are guilty, you have Palestinian blood on your hands, you are a stain on humanity.”

I praise these wonder women and vow to keep making noise myself. Did you know we fuzzy little possums have the most teeth of any land mammal?

Christianity, Nazi, Ukraine

It appears that what’s left of the Nazi government in the former Ukraine is trying to upset the anti-Christian dominance held by the Satanic States and the Zionist Entity. When “legal” bans don’t work, the Banderaites aren’t afraid to use brute violence.

Orthodox Church Metropolitan (Archbishop) Theodosius suffered a concussion and burns when an Orthodox cathedral in central Ukraine was raided by armed men earlier this week, the Cherkasy diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) has said.

Around a hundred men in military fatigues clashed with believers at St. Michael’s Cathedral, which belongs to the UOC, in the city of Cherkasy. The raiders reportedly used tear gas, smoke grenades and fired a gas pistol into the crowd. Icons, documents and some $60,000 raised by the congregation for the needs of the church were said to have been stolen.

Kievian satanism (re)confirmed, as is the sheer stupidity of the Ukra-NATO Nazis. Saint Michael’s parish makes for a horrible target; the namesake has been known to strike back, and he cannot be beaten.

If the Yankees and Zionists had any intelligence – a huge if – then they would heed President Putin’s demands.

Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded on Friday that Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip must end with the establishment of a “fully-fledged” Palestinian state, Anadolu news agency reported.

“The primary solution to the Palestinian problem is the establishment of a fully-fledged Palestinian state. The Russian side has upheld this position since the Soviet era,” he said as quoted by Anadolu during his meeting in Moscow with BRICS media managers.

The Russian president stressed that the Palestinians “will not leave” the Strip, warning that the region’s humanitarian crisis will only increase the number of those determined to “defend their interests,” the news agency said.

The rest about the Quartet is just typical Moscow kind diplomatic wording for something no one believes is possible.

As-is the Resistance keeps resisting. And they keep out videoing their occupying competition. The other day, the IGF stupidly released a video of the last moments of Hamas leader Sinwar; while they intended to make a mockery, they inadvertently made Sinwar look like an original badass to be respected the world over.

Now, another video has come to light. A Hezbollah drone sails across the sky over Occupied Palestine with an IGF attack copter trying and failing to intercept it. One can almost hear Benny Hill’s chase music. The little drone that could sailed away and blasted the home of the war criminal Satanyahu. I’ll now leave you to watch that video and laugh.

BRICS, Kazan 2024

It’s almost time.

The world is facing significant geopolitical shifts. It is also, as confirmed by the IMF, facing shifts in the flow of financing as they come to reflect geopolitical alliances. Much has been argued regarding what global reforms are required to remedy the defects in the institutional architecture of global governance. Extensive research has also confirmed the failure of multilateralism to not only achieve the ends of the UN Charter but also implement its mandates. This conversation attempts to match the discourse and momentum for reform and development with the response of the BRICS bloc and others’ efforts. It outlines the global context in which the bloc must attempt to meet its objectives and reflects upon whether or not the bloc is advancing a new global agenda.

BRICS and Contemporary Global Challenges

From October 22-24, 2024, BRICS will hold its next summit of heads of state and government. This summit is being held amid fast-growing momentum to reform multilateralism and its institutions, as demonstrated by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)’s adoption of the Pact for the Future (PFTF). This pact speaks to the affirmation of the correctness of the global reform and development agenda. It does not specify exactly what, when, or how reform should happen, such as UN reforms. However, the BRICS bloc, as a platform for discussion and consensus-driven cooperation and a significant component of the G20, also bears the responsibility and has an opportunity to negotiate and push for the required reforms. BRICS said of the G20 in 2009, “We stress the central role played by the G20 Summits in dealing with the financial crisis. They have fostered cooperation, policy coordination, and political dialogue regarding international economic and financial matters (BRICS Summit Statement, 2009).”

The processes underway will slowly reinvent and reorder most international institutions along the lines of national sovereignty and with the assorted peoples (and not the assorted financial vampires) in mind.

A Few Quick Thoughts

Things being what they are, what follows is about as close to a coherent set of thoughts as I could muster this week. No apologies, and don’t tempt me to start rerunning the old TPC Halloween stories or something. That’s not a threat … just another excuse. Quality will improve tomorrow!

Kazan is about to break wide open, and I sit many thousands of kilometers away. (I’m a little miffed about not receiving a VIP BRICS-PAY demo debit card. What’s going to happen next week will surely be newsworthy. So here’s to a potential rundown on the coming developments. For now, Jamal Wakim wrote an excellent short preview of what’s to come. Please read the whole thing at Katehon; here’s the last paragraph:

Thus, the world is currently at a turning point, symbolized by the BRICS summit to be held in Kazan, Russia. This summit is expected to make decisions that will accelerate the transition from a unipolar system to a multipolar one, marking the end of Western hegemony that began in the mid-18th century, as well as that of Zionist financial capitalism. This would explain the violent efforts by the United States, the neoconservatives, and Israel to slow down this transformation by intensifying conflicts in Ukraine, East Asia, and the Middle East.

Really wanted one of these…

(TASS, Telegram.)

Before the week got overly busy, I pondered writing something about the extreme difference between the GAE-MSM treatment of Evan Gershkovich, GAE spy, and Jeremy Loffredo, legitimate journalist. Gershkovich became a minor Boomertard celebrity, while I assume zero Boomercons had ever heard of Loffredo. Loffredo’s plight is more similar to that of the late Gonzalo Lira. Hopefully, his story will have a better ending than Lira’s. And the wheels on the bus go…

Most ‘Murikans have probably never heard of Yahya Sinwar, the now late leader of the Palestinian political party Hamas. If or when most of them realize who he was, then they’ll probably cheer the death of another “terrorist”. The Yankee-Zionist Axis is, of course, nothing if not retarded. And just how stupid can the IGF (“Israeli” Genocide Force) be to so flippantly release that video? (I trust most have seen the video, if not the following macabre pictures.) Virtually everyone outside the Empire, maybe 90% of the world’s population, has to admit Sinwar’s utter defiance until the very end almost looked like a scene from a superhero movie. Instead of a mockery, the IGF idiotically created a hyper Martyr. Salute, Brother Sinwar!

I saw somewhere that, in a ‘Murikan first, more Gen Z boys than girls have adopted or are leaning towards a civilized Christian life. May that a large percentage of the boys find suitable Christian girls and marry them. More girls, some of those still stuck in the death grip of liberal feminism, can be converted. Those who can’t can serve as reminders for future generations of what becomes of faithless cat ladies. Any leftover Christian boys—a good number of them anyway—could become Priests. All the new Priests could concentrate on bettering the spiritual and material lives of the new families. Soon Gen Z could give us another baby boom of great quantity and character. Again, that’s just a random notion; one will admit it makes more sense than, say, voting.

And that’s a wrap. More and hopefully better asap.

Deo vindice.

BRICS, economics, Kazan

Next week, if I’m not mistaken. I, of course, won’t be there. But the movers and shakers of the multipolar world will, and they will likely unveil continuing changes to the international monetary and economic order. Please read this partly Chinese-based assessment of where things now stand.

As is well-known, de-dollarisation has become a hot topic since 2022, when the United States and Europeans decided to block a large part of Russia’s international reserves in response to the invasion of Ukraine, as described by Yu Yongding. Western officials and experts have traditionally lectured developing countries about the need to adopt ‘confidence-building’ policies and to respect property rights. In retrospect, this is truly amazing. The freezing of Russian assets and the more recent threats to move towards outright confiscation are major ‘confidence-destroying’ steps, doing great harm to the US dollar and the Euro. These actions set off an alarm for countries like China, a major holder of US dollar bonds as part of its international reserves. Any country experiencing conflicts with the US and the rest of the West immediately realised that steps were needed to reduce their reliance on the US dollar and the Western financial system. Efforts were intensified in many parts of the world to use national currencies in international transactions, to build or reinforce alternative payments systems, to rely more on the Chinese renminbi, and even to create a new BRICS reference currency. Undeniably, what we have seen is a major self-inflicted blow by the US and Europe. The three Chinese professors have made in their papers significant contributions to the discussion of all these challenges.

The popularity of the topic of de-dollarisation in wider circles and in the media is not usually accompanied by an understanding of its complexity. There is a widespread expectation that the BRICS will develop, in the near future, an alternative to the US dollar. But is this expectation realistic? Perhaps not.

The goal isn’t or shouldn’t be to replace the dollar – with something of like kind. The postmodern dollar is a one-off irregularity in monetary history and a disaster not to be repeated. By the end of this month, we’ll probably have a better idea of what happens next. Of course, that depends on many chaotic factors (like how long it takes for the US to completely break up). Interesting times.
