South African won its preliminary case at the ICJ against Israel for genocide of the Palestinian People. This is one of South Africa’s finest hours, though the case is far from over. And unless someone is willing to enforce the ICJ’s binding judgment and order, the Palestinians are still in danger of being exterminated by the occupying zionist terror regime. The court could not, this early, rule definitively on all issues. However, the judges made clear their belief in the proof offered so far by SA, the outrageousness of the damnable behavior of the occupiers, and the extreme danger facing the Palestinians.

It’s a hard 15-2 and/or 16-1 ruling. With some doozies: Pages 24-26:

86. For these reasons,
THE COURT,
Indicates the following provisional measures:
(1) By fifteen votes to two,
The State of Israel shall, in accordance with its obligations under the Convention on the
Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in relation to Palestinians in Gaza, take all
measures within its power to prevent the commission of all acts within the scope of Article II of this
Convention, in particular:
– 25 –
(a) killing members of the group;
(b) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical
destruction in whole or in part; and
(d) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

The State of Israel shall ensure with immediate effect that its military does not commit any
acts described in point 1 above;

The State of Israel shall take all measures within its power to prevent and punish the direct
and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza
Strip;

Bennouna, Yusuf, Xue, Bhandari, Robinson, Salam, Iwasawa, Nolte, Charlesworth, Brant;

The State of Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of
urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life
faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip;

The State of Israel shall take effective measures to prevent the destruction and ensure the
preservation of evidence related to allegations of acts within the scope of Article II and Article III of
the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide against members of the
Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip;

Bennouna, Yusuf, Xue, Bhandari, Robinson, Salam, Iwasawa, Nolte, Charlesworth, Brant;

The State of Israel shall submit a report to the Court on all measures taken to give effect to
this Order within one month as from the date of this Order.

One wonders how the occupiers, well and long accustomed to getting away with murder, will react. I cannot recall in my lifetime when they have been so officially and publicly upbraided for their wicked actions. There’s also the issue of how the satanic leeches of the GAE, who constantly preach about the “rules-based international order,” will react now that there is an actual order based on the rules. Things could get messier than they already are, and this will all take some time to sort through. But one may now officially do what one should have been doing since October – refer to the Gazacaust as a genocide.

Prayers for justice for the Palestinians, and again, hats off to the entire team from South Africa.

Yes, the court also ordered Hamas to immediately release any hostages who haven’t already been killed by Israeli bombs.

With the US government dead, Texas has belatedly discovered it has the authority to repel invasion. I brought this up five years ago, specifically as to US Const. Art. I, Sec. 10, No. 3. This is better late than never, though Abbott needs to realize he can also declare – and fight – a war. We’re not there yet, but 2033 looks a little too optimistic at this point.

France desperately needs her young men to get married and start having French children. This requires them to be alive. It does not help when Paris sends 60 or so of them to be killed in NATO’s losing war against Russia.

Andrei Martyanov and Scott Ritter suggest that many of the French dead were cadre military personnel rather than just mercenaries. Evidently, the MOD and FM will present hard evidence of this fact to the French ambassador if they haven’t already. Making Moscow powerfully angry while wasting Frenchmen is a double loss for Paris.

There are patterns at work here. These dead men were probably directing the fire on Russian civilians, which is how NATO’s war has run for a while now. This is an extension of the GAE’s tactic of targeting civilians that dates to at least Lincoln’s expeditions into the CSA. The IDF does the same thing, utilizing the GAE way of war once described by Andrei Raevsky: pick a weak country, one with no air defenses, bomb them, roll armor into civilian areas, call in air strikes if resisted. The IDF pause on the ground of late is due to resistance and the fact that the IDF army is weak and incompetent. The difference between Gaza and Russia, however, is like the difference between a cornered lady bug and a cornered elephant. Just ask one of the above names.

As you know or should know, the Zelensky regime is drafting women and sending them to die in the GAE’s war against Russia. However, another danger of militarizing women has come to light as Vera Basilaya and Vasily Dandykin observe, the danger of unleashing the worst cruel behavior in some of the worst cruel women.

Дандыкин рассказал, что во время его командировок на Северный Кавказ, была снайпер из Самары, приехавшая заработать себе на свадьбу. По его словам, она «положила 17 наших ребят».

I call the satanic states “our continent-spanning Sodom and Gomorrah” for a good reason. And, really, it’s the whole fake West falling down. Dr. Roberts makes keen observations as usual:

The Average American, Englishman, French, German, Canadian, Australian citizen is too insouciant to have any understanding that his culture and moral values have been replaced by those of Sodom and Gomorrah. Very few comprehend that normal beliefs and behavior have been criminalized.

Hamas released a memorandum, “Our Narrative…”, to explain their actions in response to the ongoing Zionist occupation and genocide.

It did not start on Oct. 7

As is being echoed by the supporters of the Palestinian Resistance and cause alike, Hamas underlined that the plight of liberation did not start on October 7; “but started 105 years ago, including 30 years of British colonialism and 75 years of Zionist occupation.”

My link is to a decent summary. So far, the actual paper appears to only be available in PDF form on Telegram. Not having Telegram and not really wanting it, I’m content to wait for distribution. However, as a guy from a nation under occupation for 160 years, I know what they’re saying.

Vox presents more irrefutable evidence from Robert Malone that the Hoax was an intentional bioweapons attack and not some random bat-based happening.

But now, Emily Kopp from The US Right to Know (USRTK) has obtained additional detail about the DEFUSE proposal that is far more than a smoking gun but ,in fact, is more analogous to finding the gun, fingerprint and confession note in one place.

Emily found evidence that this proposal also listed the very restriction enzyme (BsmBI) that Bruttel et al. claimed could build the virus. Not only did Bruttel et al. notice that BsmBI sites were conveniently evenly spaced throughout the viral genome and this spacing was not only NOT observed in other CVs but that this approach made complete sense as a logical path to manually assembling the genome.

Lo and behold the DEFUSE proposal actually contains NEB R0580S part numbers to order these very enzymes to construct the virus in the manner Bruttel et al. predicted.

This is a case closed event!

There is no more debate. C19 was made in a lab. Which lab and when is still a hot topic but it didn’t come from a pangolin courting a bat.

I never, ever, even imagined for one single second that “Covid 19” was anything other than a manmade bioweapon. The “eating bats from a Chinese wet market” was always far too absurd to take seriously. The only reason I didn’t come right out and articulate that forcefully at the time, rather than repeatedly imply it, was because I had absolutely no evidence supporting my position other than logic and history, which I have learned over the years is never sufficient to convince anyone of anything.

…to fail. In fact, it’s already over. We’re just now starting to notice the fires.

In the beginning, demographically-speaking, the liars lied that the “great replacement” was impossible – not going to happen. Then, as people noticed it was happening, the liars still denied anything. Next they said it was minor, nothing to worry about.

Now, and for a little while, they’re gloating over the demise of heritage America.

A new analysis has found that minority Americans will make up the majority of the nation’s population by 2050.

Using data from the American Community Survey, Collage Group found that since 2021, America’s multicultural population has increased by nearly 4 million.

About 192.2 million white Americans make up about 58 percent of the population. Black, Hispanic, Asian and other races account for about 141.1 million Americans, according to the group’s report.

By 2050, Hispanic Americans are expected to have the most population growth — an increase of about 6 percent — while the white population is expected to decrease by about 11 percent.

They’re still lying. As the numbers have become unreliable to to the point of being irrelevant, one thing is clear – Posterity America is over. The shift will happen much sooner than 2050, probably well before 2030 and possibly this or next year. When it happens, for a while, it won’t be any more obvious there’s a real problem than it is now. But there is a problem. Or an opportunity if you will. Just no real guarantees beyond the mathematical.

Remember their lies: no changes whatsoever.

PS: France, this is your near future if you don’t turn it around now.

Nothing anywhere says there has to be a France or a French people. And if this trend continues, there won’t be.

Births in France fell to their lowest number last year since the end of the Second World War, the country’s national statistics office has revealed. As in much of Europe, fertility rates in France are declining, while mass immigration keeps population numbers up.

Around 678,000 babies were born in France in 2023, the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (Insee) announced in a report on Tuesday. This figure represents a 6% decline from 2022 and the lowest number for any year since 1946, when much of the country lay in ruins and more than half a million people had been killed in the war.

After a baby boom beginning at the turn of the millennium, births in France have fallen every year since 2010. The country’s fertility rate – or the average number of children for each woman – has fallen from 1.99 in 2013 to 1.68 last year.

Despite more than a decade of declining births, France’s population has continued to grow, rising by 0.3% last year to 68.4 million. Insee cited declining deaths, rising life expectancy, and the influx of 183,000 immigrants by the end of the year.

Again and again and again, NOW! is the time for emergency action of the kind the US missed in the 1980s. But if the dipshit French want to lose their country and die off, then, well, there is that option.
