Four or five years ago, after the murder of Daphne Galizia, the journo who blew the whistle on the Panama Papers, I wrote that car bombs are more than assassination tools – they make statements. Today’s car bomb murder of Darya Dugina, daughter of Alexander Dugin, makes one. Today’s statement is that the CIA, MI6, or whomever is utterly insane, very desperate, and does not care what consequence they provoke. There will be consequences, reprisals. One doesn’t kill the daughter of Russia’s pseudo version of Wang Huning without expecting blowback.
Again, now would be a great time to avoid DC, London, and places where dark state rats (and now, their friends and families) gather. As Vox just noted, this could get very bad.
