Drink water, even if it’s carbonated. Water is the perfect hydration for the human body, experts say. If it’s not your favorite beverage, try to add some sparkle.

Better than “sparkle,” try adding some coffee beans and heat. To that end, I will soon have a major, tasty announcement.

PS: Congrats to all who want to shed the weight. Phenylalanine ain’t the answer. 1) Eat less, 2) move more. 3) drink water, with or without coffee.
