They are ALWAYS known to authorities.
Is that Welch? Amish? Finnish?
At any rate, it’s time for more thoughts, prayers, candles, and solidarity with those who perpetrated the attack(s).

The hacks who are given the reporting assignment for terrorist attacks don’t have to spend hours at the laptop. It must take all of two minutes to copy and paste from the last attack, a little editing and name/location alterations and then stick it on the front page. And as you say Perrin, be sure to include the #prayfor (insert latest venue here) time and place of venue for candlelight vigil (insert venue here).
The Prime SInister popped her head out of number 10 Downing Street for her generic speech ( probably saved on her phone). “We stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of,,,erm,, Winchester,, no Manchester, or wherever it was. We in government are feeling your pain, yes we have feelings just like you common poor people do”
She then retreats back behind her armour plated armed guarded door to continue finishing her roasted pheasant with sautéed potatoes and pan seared asparagus, probably gone cold now, see how I feel your pain?.
We don’t need guns in England, although you wouldn’t think so if you walked around Buckingham palace or any other establishment that houses the elite members of society who are deemed worthy of protecting. Not us commoners though, no we don’t need them because nobody wants to kill us do they?.
The USA has guns because they have an amendment that was written a long time ago by a guy that knew what might happen if the rich and powerful got too dictatorial..a failsafe if you will..The UK citizen had their guns taken off them in case the UK government decided that they wanted to get a bit dictatorial. Which they have, and there is nothing to stop them.
So we walk around helplessly waiting for the next attack, we hope it doesn’t happen to us because if it did we have no way of defending ourselves, or our children. In fact the only way we could possibly stop this madness would be by deporting all of the known terrorists and their sympathisers. But the people in charge won’t do that, they sit behind their big guarded doors and decide that we don’t require protecting, we are not important enough.
They just want us to light our candles, and change the background on our profile picture, and just stand together, shoulder to shoulder, waiting for the next one to come around the corner, and come it will.
The saying ” If you always do, what you have always done, you will always end up with what you have always had” Rings true.
Until the next time Perrin, keep safe.
And keep a strong grip on your guns.

Jon, thank you as always. I truly appreciate an “in country” perspective. And I pray for all your people, our people. This madness makes me sick to the core. Rivers of Blood indeed. Guns don’t work so well against cars, trucks, and bombs but I’m glad we have them. The British people must re-arm. Trump should push that through his agenda – once he’s finished hobnobbing with other world “leaders.” The Prime Sinister…. The jihadis bomb and they light candles. These people are as bad as ISIS. Sick. Sick. Sick.
God Bless, Jon! And may God help.
