UPDATE: The unrestricted warfare is/was in effect and has been rather successful (e.g., GAE stock market crash). New window of kinetic action between 3 PN EDT and 9 PM.

UPDATE: Still developing. Evidently, almost all concerned parties are very concerned and taking substantial action. Predicting the Iranian hammer fall is difficult, but now appears centered around a Monday(ish), 8/4-5/24, timeline.
