The problem with the IRS isn’t so much they way it breaks the law, it’s the simple fact of its existence.  Ditto for the administration – any administration.

In an effort to revitalize my legal career I applied for a job as a Constitutional Attorney with the Institute for Justice (can you imagine a better fit?).  Now I wonder what I would do.  What do paleontologists do??  Dig in the dirt and take plaster molds of ancient laws?
