They don’t in Connecticut.  There a high school student was ordered to take off his t-shirt, which supported the Second Amendment via a common phrase about the Fifth, a violation of his First: http://connecticut.cbslocal.com/2013/04/23/student-told-to-remove-gun-t-shirt/.
